Why did BHVR release the Skull Merchant in such an atrocious state?
She has to be just about the weakest Killer in the game hands down. Her power is useless without addons at anything other than observation; the lock-on takes too long and any competent survivor will hack the drone before they get Exposed. She can't do anything reactive to stop survivors from hacking her drones like instantly locking onto them if she catches a survivor hacking her drone and activating the drone to stop it.
She has no chase ability. She has no anti-loop. Her drones are a non-factor with how easily hacked they are and how meaningless Claw Traps are. "Oh you can track survivors!" And? So what? Using the tracker inexplicably slows her down and it doesn't mean you'll be able to win in a chase given how many survivors use the same damn perks over and over again and once again, her horrible chase capability.

She can hold three-gens until the game server closes, so, she does have that going for her.
Maybe the reason Survivors have been getting so many good Gen perks is because you can use them as such.
