So what are initial impressions on Vecnas perks?
Which are good, which are bad and which are just meh?
Not sure about Dark Arrogance; faster vaulting is good without a CD but not sure about the 25% increased blind/pallet stun duration. Especially the Blind duration.
Languid Touch seems like a decent chase perk, especially if paired with Spies from the Shadows; there are a lot of crows scattered around the map that people don't notice, for example, and could cost them their ability to use an Exhaustion perk mid-chase.
Weave Attunement feels like a counter to Built to Last or the like but still a situational perk.

I unironically think Weave Attunement is going to be a bit underrated. Sure, it's a pretty bad perk that no one will run… and THAT'S why it's great. Since no one will run it, no one will know what it does, and then they'll try to mind game around a dropped toolbox and have absolutely no idea the Killer has wallhacks on them. Otherwise, pairs well with Franklin's, and that's about it.
Languid Touch is probably his best perk, but you really don't need an Exhaustion perk, and if no one has an Exhaustion perk, it's a wasted slot.
Dark Arrogance doesn't feel impactful enough, either positive or negative. I barely felt the 25% extra stun and the vault boost is negligible. Just run Bamboozle. It's only slightly worse, has a better effect and DOESN'T have a downside.
Weave Attunement tells players it's active so I doubt it'll do much of anything. It does give aura reading around chests if survivors swap items in them, but that's about it.
Weave Attunement literally warns survivors their aura is being revealed. I don’t think that should be a thing.
Languid Touch is a good perk.
Dark Arrogance is okay since they buffed it to 25%, that gives it enough situations where it can be worth over Bamboozle (though Bamboozle is probably still better on most killers). I don’t think the longer stun/blind is a big deal.
Telling them that it's active and telling them what it does are two different things (though it REALLY shouldn't do that either, same as Dissolution).
Dark Arrogance would probably pair well with Bamboozle if the vault speed increase stacks.
It does stack
Dark arrogance fails in every way. Bamboozle is better because it blocks the window entirely and superior anatomy is fast enough to be able to actually score a hit. It fails to stand on its own as a perk.
Weave attainment also fails to stand on its own as its main use is aura reading and is easily countered by picking it up. Survivors also get an icon showing they are being affected by weave attunements aura reading. They will learn to 99 or instantly pick up their items and that’s it.
Languid Touch is actually pretty solid for negating every exhaustion perk except Sprint Burst.
Dark arrogance needs a complete rework because we do not need another window vault perk. Weave attunement needs to make it to where survivors can’t pick up their items for 10 seconds minimum.
They are all pretty much niche. That item perk is bad tho.
Weave Attunement is amazing on Vecna. Rolling a low number gives Survivors half-used or fully-used items, and most of the time Survivors just take them and leave them around.
I also think it could work for Wesker as well seeing how people normally leave Spray Cans around.

Weaving attunement with franklins demise is super fun. Have been using that for the last 6 matches and its been giving me great value.
That won't work because item has to be fully depleted first. Item can be fully depleted only when used by survivor. The moment that happens item is automatically dropped so if survivor does pick that item up the aura reading won't happen. Afterwards the depleted item can be restocked with certain perks and even if it gets depleted again it won't get dropped because the entire perk works only once per item.

It's not even that bad. You have little aura mines around the map that can also inflict status effects.
Sure, it's not incredibly strong, but it's good enough to warrant using it over something like genetic limits.
I like creative perks like weaving attunement.
Yeah it has its uses more then GL it holds a niche for a fun build combo
All but Languid Touch are niche.
I was pleasantly surprised by Weave Attunement. One abandoned little item kept giving me aura value when I used it on the Meat Plant.
