Yes, another post about my miscellaneous balance ideas. Spirit is a killer that I want to like, but there's some elements that I've had friction with. One of these, you might be surprised by, is the husk. Ever since the phasing audio cue was reworked and is constantly audible, husk mindgames are pretty much gone, and even thematically the husk stands out since nothing else about her lore or power0 comments 20 views last activity

Houndmaster is a killer that I think is largely fine in terms of balance, but there's one thing I'd like to see added, because it's already in the game. For those who don't know, Snug has a mechanic while searching that exists in the game, yet due to numbers is currently unusable. If the survivor lingers in the search radius while Snug is at his destination, a Pounce will charge, and after 4 sec0 comments 10 views last activity

This is something I've been thinking about, and I'm pretty sure it's been suggested before, but I'd still like to throw my hat in the ring. Without wasting time, baking the Crawler mode vault speed from Self Destruct Bolt into Xeno's basekit would be massive for the killer, and work to justify why flame turrets exist and can knock it out of power, without making it too powerful. The effect bein2 comments 30 views last activity

Undone is, as we all know, not a good perk. While the actual effect is nice, up to 30% generator damage on kick followed by 30 seconds of that gen being blocked, the requirement of missed skill checks makes it completely useless. The solution, I feel, is simple: change Undone to gain tokens through great skill checks. This would do several things: Be more consistent to obtain Not punish newer10 comments 131 views last activity

That being the Holy Winged Icon being made basekit. It's an addon that lets her direct the beam towards herself, and I believe this would be the best way to shore up the close ranged weakness of the power while still requiring aim and skill on the part of the killer and being counterable for the survivor. Judgment's power should still be weaker at close range due to its long range oppression, bu10 comments 120 views last activity

I'm a bit late here, I know, but I just got back into the game a few days ago, and one of the first things I did was get the Krasue, though at first it was just for her perks. All the gameplay I've seen of her looked very repetitive, with using body form to infect survivors, head form to down, rinse and repeat. After spending some time playing her though, I've warmed up to her more than I expect0 comments 10 views last activity

So, this was mainly due to finally getting to play the game, and getting my first match against a Twins post-buff. I love playing Twins, but against them was miserable, and I think there's one reason why: Victor can just run up next to you and charge a point blank pounce that's all but guaranteed to hit, and that's why I believe they're not fun to verse. What I think could help alleviate that on4 comments 141 views last activity

Whenever I queue into a lobby, as either Killer or Survivor, the game stalls and inevitably throws a timeout crash report after around three minutes. This happens every time and even applies to custom matches against bots. Will update with a screenshot of the crash report next time it happens. EDIT: Here's the crash report I keep receiving. In addition, two games in a row I've receiving Error 500 comments 31 views last activity

Legion is, and always has been, one of my favourite killers to play. I love the theme, the designs, and running at high speeds with a knife is very fun. However, as we all know, his playstyle isn't very fun to survivors (inb4 mending simulator comments) and it's incredibly difficult to get value out of Feral Frenzy. While playing Legion earlier, I had the though of two tweaks that may (or may not5 comments 91 views last activity

I wanna gauge the thoughts of the community on this, do you think stealth killers are currently viable? If not, tell us why you think so.5 comments 81 views last activity

This has been something on my mind for quite awhile, and since I haven't really seen any posts that share my sentiment, I decided to make one myself. I feel like, as years have gone by and new perks and mechanics have come out, stealth has become worse and worse to the point of almost uselessness. As somebody who prefers stealth gameplay (note, that doesn't mean I hide all game, I just prefer eva59 comments 1,262 views last activity

I put this on the DbD subreddit, but after finding out about the forums, I decided to put it here too. Trapper Has been a fairly weak killer that hasn't received many changes, but this is one that I think would help the big man while keeping him very simple: traps spawn pre-activated. Simply put, rather than be inactive, the traps that spawn across the map are automatically set up from the start2 comments 41 views last activity
