- Gap between solo and swf is extremely huge. As long as this stays huge, there will be always one part (solos or killers) left behind. - The RNG factor is to big. Some maps spawn jungle gyms back to back and the other time only TL walls. Sometimes strong windows are blocked, other times they are open. I'm tier 31 rn, working on the level 2 tome (this freaking dark sense 3 gens challenge is insane) and I doubt it's even possible to hit tier 70 even when I finish tome 4 (and let's be realistic here, the leaked tome 4 already showed it's gonna be a bullshit-show). So I went against a Huntress, she got mad at me and facecamped me the entire time. The thing is: noone was able to unhook me. It was like 2016, when the killer blocked the unhook attempt. This Huntress was standing lightly offset and noone was able to grab me from any angle. 2 survivors tried and couldn't it. I asked them what happened and they told me they couldn't unhook. Was there some optimisation in terms of performance included? It feels like I have more fps but I can't tell for sure. Btw, can we have an ingame benchmark test? Just remove them visual effects. Not only is it a disadvantage for both killer and survivor, but it also is very resource hungry and eats A LOT of fps. I drop from ~70 fps average to ~40 fps average in dreamworld as survivor. It's also one of the main reasons why I haven't bought Freddy yet. Let players turn on or off Vsync, motion blur, Anti aliasing etc. Give us some advanced resolution settings and not just this bullshit slider from 2005. Give players with low end PCs more options to boost FPS without turning the resolution down to 0 (for example shadows, fog, render distances etc). Honestly, think about it. Solo survivors are already very annoyed but the amount of potatoes in red and purple ranks because of how easy it is to rank up as survivor. But now with the new rank reset it's gonna be EVEN MORE easier for potatoes to get into high ranks since they don't get thrown back so far. I feel like they are kinda destroying my games. Not all if them, but enough to be annoying. Farming trappers back to back, hook bombing survivors, pallet wasting survivors, spine chill urban survivors being super immersive doing nothing.. All just for challenges. How to fix that? Now, I'm someone who plays both sides very equally and I change role very frequently during a session. And I noticed it's getting slowly more and more annoying to go everytime back to the tome and deselect a killers/survivor challenge and select survivor/killer challenge.
