Oni TR isn't accurate?

Oni has normal TR range right? But it feels like very short, as if he had build in monitor and abuse. The change to the chase music messed something up since I can't remember noticing the same issue during the PTB.

Am I alone with that?

yes I swear to God he can be right beside you and you hear nothing none of these oni's were using monitor and abuse
