BHVR, you did it again...
You made nurse super unfun, and now you took the most fun part from oni away (his movement).
I'm speechless at this point. People couldn't even test him really, survivors just recently slowly started to find new counterplay and juke at corners and BHVR is changing him left and right instead of waiting a bit and let it settle down for at least one full season.

Well Oni's flick wasn't "intended"
It should have been, but they're terrible at balance and hate killer so go figure.
It’s intendedness was overperforming.
Haven’t you heard? “Wasn’t intended” “was a bug” “wasn’t supposed to be there” or whatever you want to call it, is just a cop-out to change things to the devs liking nowadays.
Did what again? Released an over-tuned killer/perk and when the sales slowed down, nerfed em? Is that what you meant?
Because yes, they did again. Many people, including me have posted numerous times that this is what they do.
People need to learn to not buy DLC's until at least a patch or 2 has been put out so they know exactly what they are actually getting with their money. Unfortunately there is very little consumer protection and software developers can weasel their way around anything because of a "EULA".
"oh look here on line 734, in paragraph 212 on page 923 it says we can change our software to not even resemble what you paid for if we see fit"
dirtbags gonna be dirtbags though.
They have been saying it wasn't intended since people first pointed it out on the PTB. It was there in Known Issues in the Patch Notes from day one. If we're going to criticise the devs, let's at least criticise them for something they actually did wrong, not something we made up to throw at them.
Can’t say Speshul was wrong though. BHVR called it an ‘issue’ and “fixed” it when they made it possible to stun/blind the Killer at any point during the pickup animation so they drop the Survivor. Said the same just so they could give the Nurse a triple-fatigue as well when she got pallet stunned. Those have both since been reverted, and likely aren’t called ‘issues’ anymore.
BHVR could at the very least start calling things what they are while proposing changing them instead of saying ‘it was unintentional/needed fixing’.
It’s really sad but not surprising at this point. Instead of “fixing” the “issue”, BHVR should’ve just left his movement alone.
So there are other examples of bugs which made it into the game that were never intended, and the devs said so and fixed them. I don't understand your point.
Neither of those examples you mentioned cost anyone anything. The main complaint about the Oni seems to be that people spent money on him before the changes were made, but these changes were planned and advertised as such before Oni was even available to buy. So there's still no cop-out or deception involved that I can see.
