The option to disable cross-play is greyed out so I can’t uncheck it. I’ve just dealt with it, but lately I’m getting so many red rank killers from other platforms that are just so toxic. Today I got the same rank1 killer 3 times. He does it all: Facecamp, tunnel, tunnel Mori after 1st hook. Is there something I can do or something I’m not doing so that I can disable cross-play? So this is the 2nd time this week I’ve been stuck in that same spot on 2 different maps. This map was Crotus Penn. I believe the other was Auto Wreckers. It’s that spot on side rock wall right next to the entrance to the hill. I was unable to move unless killer downs me & picks me up. If you think you’re playing with a 3-man SWF, don’t go out of your way to help them. This has happened to me time and time again, but my overly altruistic attitude go the best of me again. I knew for sure it was a 3-man SWF. Ok so at the beginning Claudette gets hooked nearby, I rescue her. Didn’t go out of my way. As I always tend to do, I take a hit and get the killer to chase me. I just had a match where every player but me used one and my score was 24K and I earned 30BP because it included my 75% boldness offering. I got nothing extra for any of the gateus used. When I'm using Kindred and someone else is hooked, how do I know if it's just me that sees the auras of other survivors OR if the person who is hooked has Kindred also and the other 2 see each other's aura and my aura? That's vital information. I use Kindred a lot and I'm always thinking that I have no way of knowing if any of the other survivors have Kindred. Kate is by far my favorite so I'm eager to hear these near death roller coaster rides. I keep getting to red ranks consistently now each season and as I have mentioned in some previous posts, I hate it. I'm not cut out for red ranks and I was hoping to get some advice from someone who can relate and not just the typical git gud. Yup I just played a rank 1 proxy camper. I mean come on I have enough of a hard time as it is dealing with red rank killers tunneling me but this? I had kindred open handed so yes I’m sure that’s what he was doing. The other two were a good distance away and I was waiting in hiding. Finally I gave up and just went for it. I gave up many times on getting Platinum because frankly I felt like I’d never be any good as killer. I excelled at Survivor so quickly, but playing killer is so freaking hard especially now with crazy matchmaking. I’ve only been to green ranks once & usually stay between 13-16. This has happened to me before and it’s totally unnecessary. Unless trying to save a teammate who has been hooked twice with a flashlight save is considered toxic, then nothing I did during the game was toxic. I wasn’t even successful & he got the kill. PS4: I was playing and completed a 2nd ritual. After the last match and went back to main screen where you select survivor and I got an error message saying that my party could not be established because I was already in a party. I tried reloading the game but kept getting that message. I’ve had some matches lately where the killer used Knockout, Infectious & Deerstalker (4th one varies). In the last one with Trapper, 3 people bled out completely (1 from beginning of the match - I tried desperately to find him cause I felt really bad, but I couldn’t & then I stepped in a trap). I know I need to hook everyone once to get Bronze, but I keep getting matched with SWF groups and survivors that are so high ranked. I haven’t even gotten 1 bronze emblem so 5 still to go. I have such a love hate relationship with this game. I stick with it cause I’m such a horror survival fanatic and on good days it can be such a blast. Sorry for the rant, but this forum is a great way to get out your frustrations. I just had a match where I kept the nurse busy most of the match and I also saved the only hooked person before the exit gates were powered when I finally got downed. The nurse was proxy camping, but getting a save isn't that difficult. I always rush in and get the save the moment she blinks, which she did. All th1 comments 61 views last activity

PS4 Torment Creek Map (Myers): This Jake was vaulting in the tractor when I hit him & put him in the dying state and he crawled and hugged the side while crawling so he could land on the bail of hay on the side. I’ve seen messages here and there on the forum referring to people who run away from basement as toxic when they know the killers needs it for the trophy and I was messaged the same thing. I’ve never been one to body block, dcn, teabag, etc., but it seems there are always new ways for survivors to be called toxic. It’s such an ambiguous term. This happened to me tonight and still happens to me albeit rarely. I don’t get skill checks so I can’t fix gens unless I want to constantly cause explosions, no icons whatsoever appear on the screen. I can’t see my perks, other players’ icons, etc. I use Kindred and can’t see auras either! It’s a pointless match. This is ps4 btw. *For those of you that don't mind sharing. Here are my top 3, which I'll never forget. I reflect on these for a laugh. I mainly play survivor so these are as survivor. I do so many dumb things as killer that it's hard to single one out. Against the Plague, I vaulted through a window while sick, cleansed, then vaulted back through that same window after cleansing. I got into matches so fast this morning, but who cares if they all suck. Every match I’ve played has been with players 4 or more levels lower than me (I’m 13 after reset). My last three were with all 20s! How can I be matched 3x in a row with people all 7 levels lower? Wow this game really is broken and I’ve never said that. I’m so tired of being tunneled every time a killer brings in a Mori. I just had a match yet again where after a decent chase he hooked me then after being unhooked he ignored others (ran right by them) to focus on me and Mori me. #########. PS4: This has happened consistently albeit not often since I’ve been playing DBD for almost a year. I get kicked out in the middle of a match with the message No Internet Connection when clearly I have one. I didn’t get the ritual I should’ve got. No BP, lost my item and deppipped. I just started getting to red ranks and frankly it sucks. I play mainly solo survivor on PS4 and I figured I'd have much better matches because the killers would be highly skilled that they wouldn't need to tunnel, camp, slug, etc. unless the survivor is being toxic of course. I don't teabag, flashlight, body block, etc. I'm surprised at how much I get tunneled, camped and/or slugged. I barely23 comments 591 views last activity

In 2 different matches already today, I escaped and immediately after the killer dcn. I got my points and the escape icon next to my name, however I did not get the ritual for escaping that I should've got. This has happened to me before. Please fix this issue. PS4 (Green/Purple Rank): I usually play at night after work, however sometimes I take a personal day off during the week like yesterday (mere coincidence lol) and for awhile I've noticed a difference in my daytime matches vs my nighttime matches and yesterday was a prime example. Since the new pip system was put in place, I get to green ranks pretty easily every season and purple once. I had Self-Care and a Healing Kit that I found yet I still couldn't heal the entire match. The prompts would not appear. I had BT, yet after I unhooked a survivor, I saw the Wraith hit her only once and she was downed. We got the exit gates opened and when I was past the line, the escape didn't kick in. PS4 - The Killer (GF) downed me, hooked the other survivor and I was on the ground waiting while the other survivor's entire health bar was depleted. The killer picked me up and carried me throughout the whole map including all the lower level of the Temple of Purgation. PS4 - This started months ago, but it happens so infrequently that I keep thinking it won't happen again or that one of the updates will fix it. I was playing a great match recently and I was trying to lose the killer but she found me & I couldn't run as I was stuck in the crouch position. PS4: I just had a match where 2 dcn at start. I’m level 11. Killer 9. It was a pointless match against Doctor. He had no mercy which I know a lot will say he shouldn’t. He didn’t even leave the general area when I went to stealthily save the other, but with Shock Therapy forget it. He got us both. Total waste of time. I've been playing since November and 95% of my gameplay has been solo survivor, which can be a nightmare. There are so many things I wish for, but one thing that stands out recently is wishing I could go into a match where everyone is required to use Kindred. I'm survivor main PS4 (four months now) and recently had a match where I heard the killer coming and quickly jumped in a locker. As I was doing it the survivor the plague was chasing was coming around the corner down a bit and must've saw me go in. I'm level 12 and last night I got 3 matches of out 5 that had the following: Other survivors levels 5, 5 & 6. Killer level 2. Other survivors levels 8, 8, 11. Killer level 2. Other survivors levels 5, 5, 9. Killer level 2. How can I be matched with 3 different level 2 killers out of 5 matches? The wait to get in those matches wasn't even that long, a few minutes at most. I got addicted to this game quickly. I play as Survivor Solo Main PS4. I still feel like I have a lot to learn. I thought I would share some of my thoughts.
