  • This is something I noticed during my gameplay, it has affected my performance in a negative way. Whenever I run straight forward I have no problems but the moment I move the camera to follow someone around a corner I notice how the screen has to be re-rendered in its entirety, it's simply not fluid. I have two examples of gameplay just to show off how the framerate behaves, one from 2021 and

  • I played two matches today and both were marked by abhorrent bullying by the survivors, I simply couldn't bother playing any further after this. The matchmaking and map design were so blatantly survivor sided that it took me four gens to secure my first hook. With no other option but to camp I kept hooktrading just to end up with a 1K anyway. It was an e

  • If you're playing a killer who can't bypass pallets or loops in some way then you might as well give up because the map design in this game will simply break your kneecaps. I made the mistake of trying to play DbD after close to two weeks of taking a break from it and immediately regretted the decision. Maps like Badham, RPD and Eyrie of Crows are so blatantly unfair for m1 killers that you can

  • Adrenaline probably has to be the 2nd most popular survivor perk in the whole game, the number one spot is usually reserved for Dead Hard. Adrenaline is downright filthy if every single survivor brings it, it's basically a free escape for the survivors since the killer loses any pressure he previously established. M1 killers are completely screwed by default.

  • As the title says, this map is downright disgusting to play on as a killer. Several pallets are next to each other with vaults sprinkled in between. I still cannot comprehend why this map wasn't reworked so far, the only "change" this map has ever experienced was the removal of a pallet spawn related bug but that's about it. The map needs to be either killswitched or revamped. It's literally im

  • Survivors currently have access to too much healing, medkits are extremely efficient and fast at what they do & Circle of Healing is a considerable nuisance as well. Since I doubt the devs will ever delete CoH for good the next step should be to increase overall healing times. An interesting concept would be to apply a debuff to healing after a survivor has recovered a health state. Any furt

  • From the very first moment on survivors are breaking my drones, there's pretty much no downside to it. Being able to track them doesn't mean a thing if the killer has no power that can help with chases, survivors continue to abuse busted perks and extremely questionable map design to waste as much of your time as humanly possible. Survivors who carry claw traps should have far more handicaps tha

  • She supposedly already had a semi-rework and now her map is getting a makeover and yet the killer who's behind all of this still has no own chase theme. This makes no sense. BHVR has given almost everyone their own tune so far with the sole exception of oldschool killers like Trapper, Wraith and Huntress. Has BHVR run out of ideas for her? If you're looking for inspiration try to listen to THIS:

  • I've been collecting data from several matches since the last patch dropped and noticed an increasingly worrisome trend: matches have become VERY survivor sided. It's borderline impossible to have a normal match as a killer anymore, literally every single survivor group is comparable to a SWF sweat squad and gens pop at rapid speeds. I also see bp incentives for killers seemingly throughout the

  • First of all, I mainly play killer however my picks are generally considered low to mid tier at best. I genuinely try to have fun, meta perks like Eruption aren't even part of my build(s). However I see myself bringing NOED more and more often these days just to stand a chance against the seemingly supershort gentimes in this game. Earlier today I had two gens pop almost simultaneously, and it o

  • I'm tired of being looped ad infinitum just because a tree happens to spawn next to the killershack with just enough room for the survivor to slip through while I'm forced to take the long way. Many such instances and of course it's the SWF groups which make the most out of it while taunting the killer afterwards without even acknowledging their blatant glitch abuse.

  • I was playing as The Knight on Garden of Joy (more like Pain) earlier, I managed to sacrifice a Jill with 2 gens still being left to do. When the game ended I checked the results and she had the escapee symbol next to her. I have never seen such a thing before, not in a regular match. She had the globe symbol next to her as well, along with everyone else in that survivor group. They either were

  • Please take a look: here's The Trapper, a killer who's supposedly "tall" according to the ingame profile. Now compare him to The Knight, a killer who's supposedly "average" in terms of size. Their size is practically identical. So why is The Knight considered average sized for a killer?

  • I was playing Pyramid Head on Dead Dawg Saloon, one of the gates was open when I spotted a Dwight attempting to revive a downed Nea close to the exit. I went up to him and hit m1 twice, not even once did my attack register. It was like this dude had no hitbox at all. Dwight didn't seem worried either, it was like he knew what he was doing. There is no way in hell this can be a legal ingame inte

  • Take a look at these survivor builds. They were done with repairing all gens in five minutes or so. It's abundantly clear that survivors still have access to gamebreaking builds which invalidate any hope the killer could have at fullfilling his own objective. Now stack these odds with an extremely survivor sided map (Ormond) and voice comms/SWF and the g

  • This is pretty much the feeling I have for this game, it's been like this since quite some time now. Currently there's a filler community event going on but the most I do is log in, grab the shards and bp, and then close the game again without even getting into a match. The anxiety of having a bad/stressful time is just too much after 2500 hours of playing DbD already. I pretty much can predict

  • I was staring at a wall while playing Nemesis when I tried to pick up a downed survivor just to get blinded from an impossible angle. I was able to hear the flashlight go off from BEHIND my back and I still got blinded as if the user was standing in front of me. This has to be blatant cheating. Sadly there's no way for this person to get punished without producing video evidence and creating a

  • I was trying to play a match as Ghostface on Cornfields when I noticed how all regular soundeffects were gone. No footsteps, no survivor sounds, no pallet or stun sounds, no gen sounds, simply nothing but the audio of the chase music whenever I encountered someone. On a sidenote, the only soundeffect which I was able to hear was the swing of my knife, that's it. I had to close the game since it

  • The moment I see someone burn an offering for the Artist or Dredge map I might as well surrender. It doesn't matter if you're playing Wesker or anyone else (besides Nurse), it's an automatic win for the survivors. Now slap Dead Hard on top of that (it's as broken as ever again) and survivors are simply laughing at the killer and calling you "bad" for eating through their countless safe pallets a

  • It's been over half a year now since she came out, we even had a meta shakeup and yet she still remains the worst licensed killer in the game. So when will BHVR address her current state and give her some much needed buffs? I'd like to see the following things on her, preferably all at once: 1) Remove her lullaby while she's demanifested. Literally no other stealth killer has this nonsense.

  • As the title suggests, this map is still far too large. The fact that it has 2 levels (bottom and top floor) adds a lot of potential hiding spots for survivors. There's an overabundance of lockers and not enough time to search all of them while the penultimate survivor is either bleeding or struggling on the hook. The final survivor can easily get to the endgame by abusing this map's generous arc

  • I'm playing on the pc/Steam version, this is an issue I noticed on the current patch. This example occured less than 24 hours ago, I was playing Wesker and was grabbing a Jonah on top of a hill just to take him with me to the floor below us where I threw I him into a rock and tree formation with clear collision. Strangely Jonah took no damage from that however. Either this is a bug or an inten

  • I strongly urge you to rework this godawful mission, the orange glyph mission from page 4 of the current tome gives the killer some absolutely brutal debuffs. Being stunned by a survivor will last up to 10 seconds now, breaking pallets takes around 5 seconds and the same applies for kicking gens. It's absolutely disgusting, especially if you're playing on a map like Gideon Meat Plant. Please,

  • He has far too much counterplay while suffering from severe handicaps at the same time. He feels like a mix between Nurse and Blight in terms of mobility yet he's not even HALF as good as them. Hitting his power feels like a feat of luck, there are only a handful of maps which support his playstyle. You have too little control over the distance of his dashes which makes it extremely hard to cha

  • It feels like I'm only among the handful of fans out there for this character so I was especially excited to finally be able to play as her in DbD. Her lobby lines seem to be okay enough but once you're ingame you quickly realize how disappointing the quality of her voice is. She's not even close to what she sounds like in RE5, it's like BHVR didn't even try to find someone who sounds like her o

  • I'm strictly a Solo Q player and I've encountered solely these two 2 killers since the last couple of days, it's downright absurd. I've lost many games in particular to sweaty Nurses who know how to abuse their broken killer and yet my MMR won't lower enough to match me up with other killers. The experience is absolutely awful, I'm unironically bringing perks like Last Survivor and Left Behind n

  • Been encountering more and more survivors who've been cheating in a sublime way by speeding up the moment they break vision or by reviving themselves without even having Unbreakable or any other perk which could grant them this ability. It's only after the match is over that you truly realize that they've been cheating. This is some insidious scamming if you ask me. I also noticed many of these

  • I can understand legendary skins and those which completely replace the character being linked/locked to each other but that still doesn't justify the way you're treating her other outfits. All I wanna do is combine her black hair cosmetic with the other regular cosmetics from the store. Look at her, this right here is my greatest pride. And I can't even play as her without risking to lose it al

  • A quick preface: the killers are sorted by their name to keep track of who was used the most often. As you can see Nurse was especially popular. Of these 20 matches which were played I only was able to escape 25% of the time. I'd like to mention that I had a 50% escape-rate as a Solo Q player before this patch. And no, I didn't rely on Dead Hard or anything like that.

  • You're basically sitting in queue for up to 10 mins just to end up in a match which ends in 2-5 mins once people hear your shrieks. They either suicide onhook or flatout disconnect. That's what you have to expect if you're picking this killer. The alternative scenario, as a survivor: everyone immediately gives up and you have no choice but to do the same since the Nurse obviously has no interest

  • The perk exists solely to counter boon users however what happens if no one even brings or uses boons during the trial? Suddenly you've wasted a whole perkslot (25% of your power) on something non-existing. Do you know any other perks in this game which are this hard of a hit or miss? Originally I wanted to suggest allowing the killer to break ANY totem on the map to still get off the aura read

  • Every single time I try to play this killer I'm reminded of his blatant incompetence to deter survivors from completing their objective. He may be able to traverse the map at a high speed but he lacks any lethality to follow up with. What good is his power if it can't hinder or injure survivors? He even gets countered by a single flashlight, not even his great speed can outrun a source of light.

  • It's something I've noticed after checking out the perks on my killers. I made sure to either secure p1 or p3 on all of them before the big update and now all I get from Demo are his teachables at tier 1, that simply cannot be. What happened, is this even normal? There's also one more thing I've noticed regarding the incentives for queueing up. My killer queues are pretty much instant and yet su

  • Supposedly tomorrow will be the big day when the new patch goes live, with it also all of the new prestige mechanics & grind reduction. Those who've acquired p1 before the update will be risen to p3 which will secure all of the character's perks at tier 3 for every single character you own - that's VERY significant. If you have any underused lv50 characters lying around make sure to prestige

  • I've read about the upcoming prestige changes which will result in 2 additional prestige levels for every prestige you own on your character(s). I'm considering prestiging some of my unused characters who are currently stuck at lv50 after only being leveled for their teachables. I assume this would be the best course of action? After all their prestige level would automatically be raised to 3 a

  • I was wondering about the release/announcement schedule for the next tome. Anyone have an idea who they might feature this time? Which survivor or killer didn't get a tome so far besides most of the licensed ones? Or could they possibly do yet another tome for an already featured character like they did with David?

  • Just make her unable to noclip through walls, instead reduce her blink to a gapcloser. Basically she only can blink to places she can actually see, that should nicely reduce her map mobility and give people more time to breathe while breaking line of sight. What do you think? Would this make her more fair to play against?

  • Seeing these PTB changes to Ruin made me really question its role as a hex-perk. The fact that it disables itself once a survivor is dead really reduces its viability, there simply isn't a single hex out there which works like that so why should it stay one? It's even worse if survivors cleanse it before the killer can get any value out of it. That's why I suggest reworking the latest iteration

  • His daily ritual states that you need to level up his power four times to clear the mission. Yet whenever I try doing it, while making sure to level up his power up to 5-6 times in a match, it still doesn't suffice. It only displays 3/4 for me and requires a 2nd match to complete it. What's causing this issue? Is this a bug or am I missing a certain detail? Usually these rituals are supposed to

  • I've been playing many matches since the event started and so far I only was able to find 8 of those. Now I see there's a mission which requires to find three of those things just to proceed on the tome and yet I can't find a single friggin letter/invite. How much luck do you even need to find those? There really need to be some changes, they should have a distinct aura which should be visible

  • I consistely score less than survivors do in my games, this is simply messed up. Whenever I try to bring an anniversary offering I immediately get sweat squads who will loop me throughout the entire game while the rest of the team keeps splitting gens to finish them as quickly as possible. The result might be a meager bp reward for everyone but I'm the one who especially suffers from this since s

Sometimes they also bring a rogue perk but that's pretty much it. The foundation of these first three perks is unshakeable, it's maddening to see them every single match. • The new killer might be cool and all but his perks are pretty damn awful with one exception (Darkness Revealed). Let me tell you what my issues with these other two perks are. 1) Septic Touch: Only works if the killer has a terror radius, Dredge however will sneak up to you if it's already disabled. The perk is basically unusable on him. 2) Dissolution: One of the worst perks added to the gam

  • Why on earth are survivors allowed to use the perk in a way which wasn't intended? The perk is supposed to protect from immediate tunneling and yet experienced survivors are blatantly using it to protect their savior(s) while both make it to safe pallet or vault while you're bound to lose by either not acting or giving them that free speedburst. There is no counterplay to this. The perk needs to

This perk should be on top of the priority list, it either needs to be killswitched or "fixed" right away. At least 3 out of 4 survivors will bring this godforsaken perk into the trial to give themselves the equivalent of a third health state. That's simply

The Dredge simply outperforms The Onryo when it comes to map mobility and stealth factor. Poor girl just can't catch a break. I had around 3k bp before queueing up and after this I arrived at 100k. Usually the survivors are the ones who profit off them which makes me feel cheated after burning such an offering.
