I think since the creation of a permanent obsession in the match, the threat of DS has been very strong - probably stronger than the perk itself. I do run it on occasions, mostly when i've had a couple of matches where I've been tunnelled and wished I've had it...I then put it on for a few matches but must admit there's so many perks that I like to use, that I don't like sticking to just the same few perks and feeling that I have to run them.
Same here, one time me and 2 of my fellow survivors were trapped in the basement being camped by you know who
are last team member runs down unhooks me and we both get downed. he hooks her first and it's at this moment that I realized if I had ds, I could have unhooked them with borrowed time and then dead hard past him. but I forgot DS and we all died on that sad day rotting on the hooks with grandma bubba nodding up and down chainsaw dashing in a circle around us

on number 1 we're going to live forever does the same thing bbq does but with survivors and it's hard to get the stacks
-
because survivors are entitled and killers have to follow there rules or they cry like 5 years olds and call you racial/homophobic slurs and then report you and leave a comment on your steam profile about how you suck as a person for using overcharge.
or at least that's my experience
btw if your on pc never turn crossplay off like i do
all you get is full pc swfs who run all meta perks sweat/genrush and abuse everything they can. if you win they accuse you of cheating and do all of what i just said above.
and that's the story of why i solo Q with no mither
-
what about for the people plays tho
-
as a streamer myself it's super easy to stream snipe because before you had to be the same rank or atleast in the tier
now that doesn't matter just press ready when they do and you are very likely to get in there game
-
Gen hostage doctor
not a chill build not a sweat build but not a meme build
more like a toxic build i would say you do what i like to call "inducing freddy syndrome"
making the games take from 10 minutes to about a few hours
games go until i get bored of kicking gens endlessly or the survivors dc
just run around with overcharge unnerving pressence distressing and whisperers and kick gens and they can't finish them because they always lose progress
they can't tap the gens either because of overcharge
keep shocking them and make sure to bring addons iridescent queen and very rare calm
iri queen prevents coop repairing and calm makes you have a bigger terror radious
shock them into tier 3 as much as possible to prevent them from doing gens and use whisperers to know when to use static blast
that's how i play killer
for survivor i play claudette with sabotaging builds and other meme builds
i also run perks ment to help my team
i tend to use my favorite perk no mither to make the game harder
I use the darkest of the dark cosmetic's
bloody skinny jeans, wild violet jacket, high pitched dreads. plus if you bring quick and quiet, distortion, iron will, and urban evasion on the swamp with murky regenent makes it impossible to be found. if only the moon offerings existed then i would be even harder to spot. but yeah stealth builds are also fun
that's how i play dbd
-
anti tunnel perk that stuns the killer for 5 seconds
-
i feel it's a 50/50% you get a good or bad killer.
but it's more of a 90% chance to get good survivors as killer because everybody swf's
-
hopefully instantly
-
wonder how fast boons will get nerfed
-
the lawsuit for the right's to jason is over meaning in a few years we will be able to use jason in games but for now we have to wait for it to be a closed lawsuit because when a lawsuit is won by somebody it needs to be closed by an official judge which is yet to happen
-
he can crouch whenever he wants choose when he goes into stealth quickly can stalk around corners and wears all black
he is the stealthiest killer
-
yes i use it with my anti camping build
it's camaraderie, breakdown, kindred and open handed
punishes camping by wasting time
camaraderie makes it take longer to die
breakdown makes the killer have to either go to another hook (which may be too far away) or wait 3 minutes for the hook to come back
kindred and openhanded make it so you and your team can see the killer when they are withen 32 meters of the hook (kindred is 16 meters plus openhanded makes it another 16 meters

I'd like to be able to lightburn a Spirit.
You kinda can
you can point it at the fake husk and it will dissapear although that's not really a lightburn
but what would be the point you can't really track her anyways and also she is super fast and keeping the flashlight on her for 4 seconds while she moves at 8.5 meters per second is kinda hard and also she has to stay in phase
although that would be interesting
-
love the mechanic too much to see it go
I hear the wraith with the max volume headphones
I see the invisible wraith
I burn him then chain the blind 17 times and hide :)
and for nurse well it's almost impossible unless they require a lot of time to aim the blink but if they know what they are doing then they won't waste any time.
so with wraith I think it's necessary but for nurse it's kinda pointless
-
oh so you want a killer and 3 survivors teaming up to kill the 4th survivor because that's all people will use that for
that and farming
-
no mither is my favorite perk and doesn't need to be buffed it's supposed to be dbd on hard mode
-
if the killer is a hag and you see a hex totem and you know it's not ruin because you tapped a gen and you know it's not third seal because your injured
Cleanse it or you have a estimated lifespan of 2 minutes
-
yeah although if he was getting deleted i would replace him with legion, gun addition
-
pyramid would be only killer with his cages
and other killers will slug u to death and keep downing you til you bleed out
-
what's the last time we got an outdoor map oh yeah 1 AND A HALF YEAR AGO with dead dog
-
yeah you probobly own the rest of the outfit and forgot the mask
-
you mean The clowns map with nemesis as the killer you got a circus with zombies :)
-
already takes him forever to get it he has to fully stalk 3 survivors then stalk the forth for half a second then he gets it and is a slow boi
-
well it adds another thing killers need to do during the match as if they didn't already have enough they need to be patroling
-
also he isn't the weakest killer that badge goes to wraith/clown
-
Legion with a gun. when dev's?
-
I thought they were just a myth just a legend
-
wait they exist :O
-
my friend that already exists it's called the rpd. gens blend in with the map better then old p3 claudette did with the swamp
Exit's are so unsafe to open because one way to it and one way back to the Statue room at least in the front
The map is painful to navigate and pallets are in the weirdest places
Totems don't exist (even with counter forced and small game i could only locate 3 after 20 minutes of looking
windows are unsafe as heck
long hallways prevent you from seeing the killer when you hear the terror radius and 99% of the time you run right into them
Hooks are kinda close together with a worse basement because you don't have to pass the lockers at the bottom because they are where bubba camps meaning no head on basement saves
speaking of lockers where are they besides the basement and hallways
no shortcuts anywhere you just have to go in a stright line until you see a pallet that you can walk around in 2 seconds
lery's isn't what killers and survivors should be worrying about
oh and to answer your question about killers not able to use there power on lerys lets think about who can't use there power on rpd because of all the walls and random open space
trapper (indoor map)
wraith (stealth whats that)
hillbilly (walls)
nurse (walls)
myers (no stealth on that map)
hag (easy to see traps)
doctor (big map)
Huntress (indoor map)
bubba (walls and objects everywhere waiting to get run into
freddy (good luck finding people)
Clown (walls and indoor map)
legion (good luck catching people with feral with the amount of walls)
Plague (indoor map)
ghostface (Can't stalk people without getting seen down the narrow hallways)
Oni (blood is hard to reach and long hallways make demon dash inpossible unless your a god
Blight (to many object's like lerys in your way
Twins (victor will lunge and hit uhhhhh idk the wall somehow)
Trickster (indoor map)
pinhead (indoor map)
who is ok on this map
pig (farther away boxes and hard to reach)
spirit (can mindgame the pallets)
demogorgon (can lunge down narrow hallways and almost never misses)
deathslinger (shoot down narrow hallways and is hard to dodge)
executioner (same as the other 2 hard to dodge attack in narrow hallways)
nemesis (No real upside just isn't bad on it)
Oh and Hawkins is another story for another time
-
old undying even as a survivor main i know that boons are unfair
-
want some big brain stratagys
when a survivor camps a pallet just tap m1 and they will drop it because muscle memory
as a killer like trapper when about to pick up if you feel like a sneaky claudette with a flashlight is about to ruin your day start placing a trap and they may run out thinking your picking up and then hit em. same with ghost face just crouch and it may cause them to run out thinking your picking up or atleast stand up.
if you think a survivor is in a locker first walk near it and then backup (incase of head on) and if nothing happens then stand infront of it and listen (because you can hear injured survivors inside lockers but it's quieter)
also as nurse you can teleport through the locker to whatever is behind them and when your passing the inside of the locker for a split second you can see somebody standing inside
never chase somebody for more then 1 minute max. if they are still looping you they have no plans of stoping any time soon so give up and go for somebody else.
This may sound crazy but as killer half the time respect the pallet and moonwalk and the other half pretend to respect it and then out of nowhere turn around and lunge through it. survivors will not expect it especially ones you tried to moonwalk before in the same chase (because you did what you were pretending to do)
If you see a loud noise notification in a area with no gens, DON'T GO THERE it's the person i mentioned 2 lines above who will loop you in an area with no gens while there friends gen rush across map
-
ez counter to deadhard just keep chasing til you are in the range where you can tap m1 and hit them instead of lunging and most of the time they will deadhard and you won't lose distance
-
just bring camaraderie breakdown kindred and openhanded it punishes camping.
-
i don't have that bad of an experience but perhaps it's because i know how to loop. i always run no mither while i solo q for some reason
-
gun
-
:)
-
I think we should add a killer with a glock 19 :)
-
remember stealth killers like myers are unstopable on that map
-
because it's supposed to be a maze survivors also suffer from the unsafe pallets and nonexistant gens
it's ment to be a bad map for everybody making it dbd on hard mode
for some reason it's one of my favorite maps cuz i main doctor
-
not good AMAZING
only a few killers i can think it's not good on
nurse
doctor
plague
oni
Nurse because you shouldn't be getting stunned with pallets
doctor because people are going to pre drop pallets due to doctors ability to cancel the ability to drop pallets for 2.5 seconds after getting shocked
plague because it takes you out of your corrupt plague
oni is the same deal as plague it takes you out of blood fury
it's good on most killers though
-
I know the killer who has had the most bugs (past and present) is hag because i spent 3 hours looking over the full list of bug fixes for every killer and all known bugs and hag had the most and second place was in fact billy. hag had 195 past bugs and 6 known present bugs and also the unknown bugs as well (we aren't counting unknown bugs)
-
i don't play billy but if we are counting past bugs the list is in triple digits
-
god i love flash lights and i would hate to see them go i once got a 17 flash light chain until it ran out on a demogorgon (who doesn't even have eyes) if they remove flashlights how will we flashlight save? what's the point of lightborn? how will you get rid of hags traps? how will you sunburn wraith/nurse? also just face a wall when picking up and if there are none pretend your going to pick up then turn around the other way and pick up or look around again and maybe you will catch somebody off guard
-
W I D E
-
yes increased speed and less ways to track you are a nightmare for the killer to deal with and it's worse when they are together so the killer will be forced to attempt to mind game and if you think they are just run away or if you run object which you can replace iron will with if you want. then the killer has nothing besides there power (if it's a chasing power) and bloodlust. (just lose line of sight for 5 seconds) so looping killers like legion is easy because there is nothing they can do to stop the 40 minute chase and endless pallets. (I always run any means neccesary and openhanded to help my chasing team member out even though I am usually the chaser)
-
run dead hard, iron will, windows of opportunity, and lucky break to have a huge advantage is your chases. dead hard to give you a second chance. iron will to be quieter, windows to see pallets and windows easier. and lucky break to make it harder for the killer to track you around tall loops/tall grass
-
jk don't run this. this is the devs not knowing there own game sprint burst cancels out lithe
tweeted by dbd official btw
