I hit level 1 devotion and have not seen an increase in shards. Looks pretty much the same as it was.

My entire point of this post is that, I get playing this games can be frustrating sometimes on BOTH sides, but there is a person on the other end of that computer so words do have consequences. While they may not happen immediately, what goes around comes around. There is enough hate in this world we don't need more of it. Be good to each other, like my parents used to say, "if you don't have anything nice to say don't say anything at all" Its not that hard at the end of the match to say GG whether you liked the match or not

I know for a fact due to asking one of the mods on steam that telling someone to kill themselves or threats of bodily harm to them or family are bannable. Whether or not devs actually will ban them is another story

Usually I do just leave chat but this was REALLY BAD I have seen a lot of toxic comments in chat but these were beyond reprehensible literally attacking another race with bad names and then telling them to "go kill themselves" I have only seen that last part twice and ya we were all screenshotting away and I had OBS video running so also had it on video with profile. But im just even as killer I get a lot of heat when I play killer but to see that was just I hve no more words left for how bad it was. I lterally had to walk away from my computer then came back and found friend request from the survivor who got verbally attacked and I even apologized to her that she had to see that.

Ummm not exactly what I meant. With the amount of dcs the past 3 days, intense lag some players are actually losing more than they are gaining. Last night alone was really bad 22 dcs some of us finally just gave up even trying to get into a stable match.

Truly, they need to do something to address the hook rushing/farming and the camping, but that isn't done quite yet and you may need to consider sitting out until they do fix it. It may never happen. I total agree, which again falls into the balance. All their new ranking system has done is escalate the problems....most matches tonight alone have not even been worth joining, because one or two dc or get dcd at start of match so we have 5 gens to get done three people get into match, killer just camps in front of hook or survivors hook rush stupidly resulting in everyone dead. I really want to give devs an encyclopedia to show them the definition of balance..

LOL, I see both sides as I player both killer and survivor so most have a valid case usually..... I think IMO that its about balance and that's it. Once its more balanced be better.

Point is they failed to implement balance before doing this and done it mid season. Which means TONS of players dcing during matches. I now have 24 screenshots in the past hour of only two of us to one of me left in matches. Hell, even Killers are dcing. The matches are not fun when this is an ongoing issue they have failed to resolve or implement any type of MEANINGFUL penalties. The math had never added up

It depends, I have rescued survivors off hooks and we both have the same idea, RUN IN THAT DIRECTION lol. I get it, it wasn't intentional, if I do it I apologize going "brilliant minds think alike" BUt there are times when its done to distract the killer from his tunneling.....It varies. Those who do it intentionally, sometimes its obvious and they go on a separate list called sacrifice when play killer...do not let live....

please keep it respectful......Everyone is going to have different ideas of balancing the game and bringing new things to it. WE may not always all agree, but being respectful is important.

YEs but the survivors never know which killer or perks the others have up and vice versa. The exception is SWF which I dodge at all costs.

lol cant be one sided all. That throws balance off. I know that some survivors are better at things than others and better against certain killers than others but that's also true for some killers against some survivors. I see where some killers are coming from but that also depends on the group make up. I have had survivors with solid purple flashlights and its annoying as can be but I think if done appropriately it can work on all sides. Cant just give killer a fifth perk and not the survivors and vice versa. Well they can but not my recommendation lol
