Perhaps it is sad, but I don't pretend to be a good killer. I only played it because I thought it was fun when I was fairly matched. I don't play video games to sweat my butt off, I play for fun. I have no interest in learning all the ins, outs and intricate details of the game. I also don't have Bubba and refuse to spend any more money on this game. If I did have him, I would do what you suggest, but I don't and never will unless he becomes purchasable with shards. For now, on the rare occasion that I choose to play Killer, if I am faced with a toxic team, I will enjoy going afk while watching anime or videos, knowing that the group had to wait 10+ minutes to get the match, a minute or more for loading the match and at least another 5-6 minutes of watching me look at a corner, knowing they just wasted their time and have to do it all again. It's even more enjoyable when they spend 10 minutes trying to antagonize me in order to get me to chase them.
I do get revenge on toxic survivors when I play solo survivor though. If I witness anyone t-bagging and rushing to annoy the killer, I won't rescue them. I am a big fan of good sportsmanship and hate it when others have no respect for their opponents or their teammates. So if a killer hooks them, especially after the gens are done, buh bye- I am out. If Plunderers gives me a key and I find hatch, fare the well toxic teammates!
Thank you I am in the same boat I will save teammates but if they are toxic to the killer to hell with them...really opens your perspective when you are on the other side...just want this for the betterment of the game

Your five friends were all playing at the same time, but were playing the solo mode instead of together or with you?
They wanted to try the game first not going to swf them all level 20 and me a green rank especially how matchmaking is with there luck they would get a green rank killer

They can play together I am not against that but make it a special lobby where killers get extra bloodpoints or something so lower rank killers aren't bullied

Said this in another post but 5 of my friends tried the game last week all of them tried from 6 to 10 PM and guess how many survivors were level 20? They quit after a couple of games 2 uninstalled the game one went back to Friday the 13th and the other two asked me to play halo with them said y not

The devs don't care. You're literally just bait to Behaviour Interactive so that those kind of toxic players keep playing the game and keep buying cosmetics. You're there only so that the toxic swf can have fun.
That's why I'm taking it upon myself to deal out some vigilante justice. I've been facecamping these kind of groups all day, they can give it out but can't take it. So I'm just a thorn in Behaviour's business plan at this point.
It's sad to see you guys so defeatist. Maybe next time I get a real toxic OoO clicky clicky swf I'll record it so everyone can enjoy watching them struggle against a lean, mean, chainsaw revving camping machine
Not really defeatist just spending my time wisely got to gold in gears pop while the swf bullies try to troll me and I hear them run around behind me prefer to ignore them and close the chat in endgame...of course I depip and next game here ya go 3 red ranks and a level 10 at least I killed the level 10 in that game

Just tried again 2 red ranks and 2 purples ran me for the whole game got 2 hooks didnt camp they all escaped tbagged like usual and verbally abused me and then of course git good...my fault for being a green rank right? And if I report nothing happens

I have been shying away from a lot of the M1 killers for that very reason. I used to spam ghostface but now it’s like I’d honestly feel more confident going in with someone like clown because at least he is basically guaranteed to body someone if he closes the gap. Wraith/legion/Myers/etc can all get spanked unless you have like 3 chase perks.
Pretty sad when most killers are m1 in some fashion I feel I can only play doctor and hag lately or wraith for a laugh...and for that 1 kill have to face camp near the end of the match rather open gates and depip

Had to deal with the most disgusting 4 man team the other day.
All 4 brought Object of Obsession combined with the typical meta, all 4 macro clickers, all 4 with stretched screen and possibly hacked camera angle (I looked up one of them afterwards and realized they were streaming and can see over virtually every loop because the camera was like really far away from them).
I barely managed to get 1 of them (3 hooked) and another one of them started hiding the second he was on death hook.
But as soon as the gates were open they literally came into the map looking for me to macro click in my face again knowing I could do nothing about it as a 2-hit killer (didn't play Leatherface) as I have to hit them and give them a free Sprint Burst that allows them to run all across the map and escape anyway.
I guess getting that 1k really hurt their ego.
But yeah, the second I realize it's an experienced bully team using every advantage in the book I'm basically just playing for the 1k.
And that isn't healthy for the game pretty soon the survivors will be forced to play killer and I hope they run into the same situation

How can you learn if you barely hit green ranks vs red ranks I just learn to get looped and frustrated watched otz and monto and I have gotten better but how hard is it to have good matchmaking seriously not my fault the sweaty red rank super swf teams cant find killers there on level

I try but getting looped body blocked ds unbreakable borrowed time flashlight sweaty swf it gets old lucky to even get a hook...I love the game but rank means nothing right?

They will care when more killers leave the game with all the nerfs to please survivors...how about you have to play killer at least once a day before you can do your swf

Pretty much the entire killer meta is perks based around keeping the game from being over in three minutes with one chase due to absurd gen speeds, like corrupt or ruin, with a couple of one hit or tracking perks like MYC and BBQ, with a couple outliers like Bamboozle.
Pretty much the entire survivor meta is perks that make up for low skill, like DH if you failed to keep your distance somehow (because, let's be honest, you don't use it to actually dodge all that often, do you?), DS if you fail at least three chases in a short time frame, and BT if you have no ability to tell if its a good idea or not to unhook your friend in the killer's terror radius. Pretty much every other survivor perk that isn't also a second chance or a crutch perk are based on things the survivors are supposed to be doing, ie the objective and escaping chases.
And no signs of changing sadly

What you said is right, but theres still no need to shortwn the queue times for the toxic survivors.
(With this i dont mean survivors who just play SWFs to have fun, i mean actual toxic ones whos only goal it is to make the game for the killer (or even other survivors) as misserable as possible)

I am hanging in there but man is it just bad now 5 friends gave up after I introduced them to this game they tried playing killer made the mistake of playing in the evening went on to play other games...thought it was supposed to be based on the highest rank survivor tonmatch up against the killer?

Just saying name calling and y did you DC when I wasn't having fun like that is going to keep me playing killer instead of playing something else haha...just hit a breaking point this and having 2 run whispers as a mandatory as 3 gen strategy vs waiting for a 20 minute game when gens aren't being done is ridiculous

Exactly anything that hurries the game along one way or another...survivors complain about long queue times doesn't help them if another killer is tied up for what amounts to a couple of games

Yeah it was one of the bigger maps with lockers everywhere I even walked around without using chainsaw rush to see if I could hear them but no good

Whispers doesn't always help.in two tier stages though and yeah I looked for crows anything that could tip them off but no nothing gears pop was more fun that half and hour🤣

Just think it's bogus to let games run that long reporting them doesn't do anything and I eventually disconnected because sleep is more important especially if I am not doing anything constructive in the game

I did searched lockers near the near the gens travelled the map had tinkerers bbq sloppy butcher and ruin but nope 30 minute game of hide and seek with nothing being done just decided to play on my phone after a bit while I waited

The thing is it is their decision to work on outside gens and force a 3 gen situation how is that my fault...a simple fix of if 10+ minutes of no objectives are being done happens then force endgame I don't care if they escape or find hatch but just waiting that ridiculous amount of time for nothing is detrimental to the game....I am sure I am not the only killer that this has happened too

The best part is I had to disconnect after I recorded enough footage because of this crap lost all those blood points and my daily on top of it didnt play again went to sleep with a so many other things to play instead mentality but yeah my fault to be matched with red ranks as a purple ranked killer

The thing is they did nothing to.advance the game but hide had the volume turned all the way up and just stood there after 5 minutes near the 3 gens figured why waste time and played on my cell...just annoying with so many lockers and why should I search the map if they were dumb enough to do gens outside to give me a 3 gen advantage...i reported them with game footage but come on nothing is going to get done

This was after that wonderful unbreakable ds combo made sure I couldn't pick up the downed survivor while I chased his friend downed him and hooked him by that time unbreakable and time to hide for more than 20 minutes

Trust me I chased them all and downed 2 of them without tunneling and camping but the other two decided not to do anything but hide how is that fair that fair to the killer

I couldn't open the gate because there was two of them hiding from locker to locker while I patrolled the 3 gens so I should waste my time because they were dumb enough to leave 3 gens within walking distance

Took the name off...it is just frustrating that this cant get resolved an easy fix ia if a generator isn't worked on in at least 12 minutes trigger a DC penalty on the players taking the game hostage
