  • I made a post about this actually 4 years ago. 90% of the suggestions I made got implemented :)

Seeing this post today made me smile a bit. Though 4 years…..could've been faster :)

    https://forums.bhvr.com/dead-by-daylight/discussion/329026/quality-of-life-ui-features-needed#latest

  • Just gonna leave this here and say I was right. 4 years later and we finally get radial comms.

More than 3/4 of this was implemented. Maybe the devs read my post.

Anyways, thanks for implementing these features.

Whats next is a UI overhaul, it's pretty clunky still. Switching between screens or survivors or out of the shop makes you "zoom in and out" multiple layers.

It's very telling to me that you think that trickster and myers have "no counter play"

Notice how I said Knife Spam era?

    Guess not.

  • this event has been basically trash. I'm not surprised the global isn't even done yet.

  • theres a reason why BHVR just did lay offs. They suck at monetizing the game, and they suck at balancing it.

I was been sarcastic, but let it drop and go play with Vee. Leave the oldies, the OG as they are and go fight a war worth fighting for like more blights nerfs :)

I play both roles, blight needed the nerf at high level play. he shouldn't be able to just walk around and M1 you. He needs to earn those kills with his power.

Sure they can leave the OGs alone, I just won't ever play or buy a skin for them again. I guess that saves me money.

    BHVR's problem, not mine.

oh my christ you sound like every director out there doing a remake! leave stuff alone where it doesn't need to be touched!

seems like they care. the latest survey.

  • Make your name private? Stop generalizing everyone over an incident?

You're not the first or last person to get stream sniped. Happens on all games.

OP you sound so entitled and not taking any actions to reduce it from happening, so you push the blame onto the developer for your own short shortsightedness. Ratchet behaviour really, and shows a complete lack of self-awareness.

I'm not defending BHVR and I personally don't like their direction on many things in the game, but this is a "YOU" problem.

Not many pvp games have emotes. And you asked explicit for an emote to crouch or any emote for teabag and bm? I would like more emotes for killer or survivor but not for the intention to make the game miserable for anyone.

Btw, Myers crouching in a bush would be rly terrifying :P

An emote for shaking once the head why not? But it shouldn't look off and fit to the theme.

On the other side you still have moris for fun, to show your victory, whatever.

An emote to taunt is good enough.

What do you think the pink memento mori is? Sure you get to kill people but it's basically a form of taunting/emoting. Some people could argue that the pink mori add-on on itself is "BM". There is virtually no difference between a Mortal Kombat Finisher move and a DBD Mori killing. None. Both are to "Show off" and BM/Taunt your opponent. A killer is willing to sacrifice about 10 seconds to show off to kill your ally instead of playing the game. That's "BM"

RE: Not many PVP games have emotes/taunts

what…..VALORANT, Any fighting game, Overwatch, World of WarCraft, MMOS, etc…list goes on. DBD is probably one of the most "PVP" centric games but killers are just these silent no character & bland entities that sorta just hook you onto hooks and that's it.

but yes, let survivors rapidly tea bag at the exit gates while kills just stand there. With the new legendary skins and killers having voice overs, it's becoming obvious that BHVR is adding the "Flavour" to the killers.

Michael might be a bad example, but Vecna (Stranger Things) should have an evil laugh emote. One of the most "Flavorful" killers in the game but he sorta just floats and puts you on the hook. That's it? Naw. We need more than just moris. Even a little song and dance at the end of a 4K would be good enough so it doesn't get abused. It's like what valorant does, the last kill in the round has SFX. What's wrong with that?

Again, I don't mind paying for these. But BHVR sucks at monetizing the game. We don't even have custom loading screens etc. This game isn't "Some indie game" in 2016 anymore. It's 2026 and this game is still feeling very much like a duct taped hodge podge indie game but BHVR isn't some "small" company anymore.

So you want to be toxic because some person in the game is toxic? 🤨

Im always loosing it if a Trapper "trapbagging" me. This is looking so desperate and funny.Just get over it. Laugh about it that other doing this seriously and think how the person looks in front of the screen.

People like this exist but you can be better.

Every pvp game has an "emote" to taunt. I think your uninformed take is funny.

Out of pure curiosity what role in dbd do you play more of, survivor or killer? Also with that what is the majority of type of games you also play, pvm or pvp? I'm genuinely curious on this. I don't need to know the name of the games just what type of games if its pvm or pvp.

grew up playing 80% esport, 20% RPG. I play both roles 50-50. I think I like Killer more but the queue times are bad on the west coast. I generally don't like waiting, I also don't take this game too seriously. It doesn't have ranked play, and balance by BHVR is laughable.

I think there's more skill expression in being a survivor. Killer can easily just tunnel and camp to secure kills.

    Ok, but like…. why.

Majority of the playerbase is either indifferent to the survivors having voicelines, or actively dislike survivors who run their mouths constanly. Most of us are fine with how it is.

BHVR probably knows that too, otherwise they'd rerecord voicelines for everyone.

They know that the best way to please the most people is to just…. do what they do now. Leave the old ones be, and give the new ones voices.

You're just making assumptions at this point. If everyone is indifferent to voicelines….why is every new legendary skin and killer/survivor heavily voice lined?

Why would BHVR bother with full voice lines. Why would they bother dubbing The Stranger Things Chapter in multiple languages.

It's almost as if….they know something we don't?

  • @MechWarrior3 said:

I think it would be cool if BHVR made Emotes for killers. For the ones who had voicelines they could say something during the emote.

Wesker Lowers his sunglasses "I don't even need 7 minutes to finish you off"

Houndmaster struts slowly "Quit your running ya filthy rat"

So forth and so on. A lot of games have these. Not sure why we dont.

I would pay $10 for this emote. $20 even.

But BHVR is allergic to money so…………………it'll never happen

I had to slowly blink to your post, first of all milk doesn't age it goes off, wine and some cheeses yeah. You can't speak for everyone that they wont buy they just because they dont have a voice? Also what the heck is the obsession with Vee? Ash is a classic OG King, also no one is asking you to purchase anyone, you do you, people will do them, this is a vast community of different ages, wishes, wants and likes. Me and my other half, go team Jake in his old coat and love heart bottoms and me as my girl Claude in what ever. It boils doin to popularity, Vee, can't say she has much skins like some other characters because they are not popular. A brand spanking new surv doesn't mean everyones going to go fan girl on them and buy them or their cosmetics, I buy what I want with real money and shards of things I like not by who a character is.

Vee is just an example. She represents the "New Feng" in my eyes from a business POV.

Who said I'm speaking for everyone? Also there's nothing stopping them from re-doing the entire dub for a character. Bill's VA is dead but all he does is mumble and stuff. It can't be hard to get new

Sable is a great example. She's the most picked survivor. She simply "existing" reduces pick rates, buy rates, and overall cosmetic output by BHVR for other survivors.

I bet you anything Sable gets full voicing or a new Sable 2.0 releases with full voice lines, and that survivor becomes the #1 picked survivor. Then people, like you, will complain "please BHVR…it's been 370 days since Claudette/Jake skin….."

    @SoGo said:

    https://forums.bhvr.com/dead-by-daylight/discussion/466004/feedback-voiced-survivors-destroy-motivation-to-buy-skins-for-old-survivors

    And?

Revoicing old survivors is A) impossible, since most of them were voiced by BHVR employees, who might not be employed there anymore B) pointless, since we get new survivors every few months C) not even that asked for, since many find the voicelines grating.

You are pretty much the minority in this case, and it's not like there are no choices for you, quite the opposite.

Additionally, people also buy survivors for their perks. No voicelines or skins required. Many people bought Laurie for DS.

I hear this argument a lot. It's a made up excuse or fails to see the alternative - redo the entire dub. Can't get Meg's original VA for whatever reason? Get a new one. It's not rocket science.

I have thoughts about the French dubs existing in the first place with regards to game balance, but that's neither here nor there. It's neat that it exists and that they're continuing to do work in that department.

I didn't say they can't get people in to do voice work, I said that (in clearer terms this time) I can't imagine it'd be smooth sailing for them in the broader context of getting each and every voice actor from Yun-Jin onward back in to do some lines. Like sure if they can get access to their VAs on a case by case basis and get them to do lines, cool, whatever. But what if there are some they just can't ever get back on (for legal or availability reasons)? Do they completely re-dub them at that point just because a few people really want voicelines? Should they? Would it really make all that much of a difference when many of the top played survivors don't even have voicelines and are still loved to death by the community regardless?

Steve & Nancy being re-dubbed at least made some sense because they wanted them to have interactions with each other & the new Stranger Things survivors, and even given that rationale a lot of people miss the original voices, especially Steve's infamous scream (though perhaps just as many people are glad it's gone). Old licensed survivors in general I can see them re-dubbing without too much of a fuss, especially if they can get some iconic lines in there. But would anyone really care if someone like Jonah got voicelines? I don't think so. Some people might even stop playing him if he did. Not everyone likes a yapper.

I work in the enterprise space as a software engineer, and I deal with a lot of project managers, and clients. I hear lots of "what if this, what if that, what if x,y,z,a,b,c,d,e,g,h,f" Who cares? Worry about the problem when it comes. All business problems can be fixed with time and money. Nothing would get done if you just create a wall of non-existent problems in front of you. Goes for life too. If Yun Jin's VA can't be reached or for example - Bill's VA is dead - then get a new one or skip that survivor?

I don't see the point when new survivors are so much more polished and have voice acting. I'm using Tae, Vee, and the soon to be released old lady in the angel chapter. Will I still play Yui and old cast? Maybe. Will I ever pay real life $$$$ for skins for them? Never. But It's okay if BHVR doesn't act on this, because I stand to lose nothing. BHVR is the one who stands to lose something.

If DBD could reach out to their voice actors of their OG survivors and lisenced old characters. Making them Voice lines wouldn't need them to delete the old ones.

Which is never going to happen since (almost) all of the old characters were voiced by devs, many of which no longer work at BHVR, and probably all of which wouldn't be up for professional VA work.

We've had almost this same exact thread before from the same author. As someone who also has a near-singular focus on this forum, I respect the hustle, even if I completely disagree with the premise & goals.

E: Also for those who aren't voiced by devs (Yun-Jin and beyond), I can't imagine it'd be all that easy or worth it as a company to go grab said people (if they're even available) and have to pay them and/or the company they belong to again, since I'd imagine there has to be some legal contract stuff they'd have to deal with regarding The Monster Factory/Blindlight VAs. And ultimately it'd just be time & money better spent elsewhere. Like I dunno, their survivor pick rate stats show that most people don't exactly seem to care whether a character has voicelines or not, and it stands to reason a good chunk of those people are actively buying new skins for their favorite character(s).

"I can't imagine it'd be all that easy or worth….."

French dubbing for the Stranger Things characters is releasing: https://www.reddit.com/r/LeaksDBD/comments/1sf59cx/ptb_stranger_things_now_has_french_dubbing/

Obviously, I know dubbing in another language (Especially french since BHVR is in Quebec) can see a ROI.

But…to say BHVR can't do voice dubbing for some made up reason? Nope.

This is spot on. If they changed Claudette's voice to not sound like Claudette just to give her some annoying voice lines, even if there was an option to turn them off, it won't be Claudette any more.

then put an option for classic vs new for survivors.

But I think this is a greater issue for NEW and OLD licensed survivors now. It's going to be very hard to justify buying a new licensed survivor when the polish and quality isn't even at the new bar (which is Vee and co)

  • @Mushwin said:

M3GAN 2.0 wasn't very good………………………..just saying :) not really sure the point of this thread tbh? if you wanna keep playing Vee and buy new stuff, you go for it dude, and I will keep purchasing goods I like for older characters :)

The point is old survivors will age like milk left out on a hot strait of hormuz summer afternoon. No one will buy them. Therefore no new skins will be made, or less skins.

Let's not talk about the OG survivors for one second. Let's look at the LICENSED survivors. Suddenly a licensed survivor has less quality than Vee for example. What.

When I bought Geralt (Witcher), it was because he has voice lines and etc. So when I see new licensed stuff, I think "why am I paying real money for a survivor that doesn't even have voice lines?"

  • @Mushwin said:

Sorry I disagree with this, remember these are the OG characters that began this game, before voice etc was even approved as it seems to be a law now that characters created have to have voice lines etc and I get that. Claude is my OG girl and after many many years, money spent i still spend money on her, why? because she is an OG, she is my girl, would I want now some other voice? oh heck no. Would I want feng to not sound like a squeaky balloon animal or Jakes whines and cries that make me chuckle? No, it's what makes them unique, it makes them the character, it's your choice what you do with your money or shards but hell it's still worth it. BHVR obvs think they are still worth it as they keep creating and making clothes etc for them, I get more annoyed with the constant voices now apart from Ash as he is a Sceam King to me. You keep saying polished, also when the originals came out, this wasn't a huge game then, resources and money and time, people working on this game wouldn't of been as big as it is now. So, no………………………………………………………………………………………keep buying stuff for polished, Vee peeps, your choice, no one is asking you to "waste" or spend money on older characters, but we need to leave what doesn't need to be changed, alone.

    Give it some time.

One of these scenarios will pan out, I am not saying which one cause I don't have sales data or play data. Only BHVR does

    A) The status quo, people keep buying OG skins. Therefore, my opinion is wrong

    B) The status quo changes, people stop buying OG Skins because the new survivors are just so much cooler, and thus BHVR only makes the best skins for them

    C) An overhaul occurs - BHVR overhauls the game for Next-Gen (Think PlayStation 6) and every non-licensed character gets new model, new voices, everything. So we're technically both wrong, because this is just a complete graphical, character, art, asset, UX, etc overhaul. They have technically done this before, but in small incremental steps. To say this can't happen is saying you are BHVR themselves

Lastly….ask yourself this. What do you think will happen when/if a Sable 2.0 survivor releases and is fully voiced. Think people will just keep playing Sable? Look what Sable did already, she's the most picked survivor. She had a net-negative effect on play rates on other survivors by simply being created. This isn't opinion, this is math and statistical data now.

  • @Wezqu said:

Why do we need all survivors to have voice lines? They don't bring anything to the game and have to admit I have never got a survivor or skin because there is voice lines. They are just a bonus and quite often there as a background noise that you don't most of the time pay any attention.

I'm playing Vee and I realized I enjoy having a polished survivor over some relic from 2016-2020 era survivors. Suddenly my old mains like yui, yun-jin, claudette, dwight, etc seem very "A relic of an older time". Sure I'll play them…maybe….but buy another skin with real life cash? Nope. Never. Not unless they're polished to the same level of Vee and others.

You need to take a step back and realize Vee is literally Feng 2.0. They knew some people would get upset if they re-voiced Feng so instead what do they do? Just make a Thai Feng. Similar silhouette, size, personality, etc but polished.

  • its still useless 4 years later.

  • I just got grabbed on using a door. These doors are useless as a survivor

Then pay new voice actors to redo them completely. THIS same counter-argument comes up time and time again. Oh no, how many people will miss Claudette's signature scream? Maybe 10 people.

OH NO they HAVE TO PAY A VA TO DO VA WORK? WHOA!!! WE CANNOT HAVE ANY OF THAT /S

Thirdly, I guess you and BHVR do not like money. I will not buy a skin for a non-voiced survivor.

  • You have an uninformed opinion.

At the highest level of game play, this game is survivor tilted in solo queue. If it's SWF, it's heavily survivor based.

  • @ArcT said:

Killers have been able to do all this for years. No items? Can take off Franklins. Four flashlights. Lightborn. 4 matching Aces, dodge.

If it hasn't been a problem for killers to do this, then it's not a problem for survivors.

Or better yet, prevent both sides from seeing anything about the other, which would help curb sniping as well.

I can tell you don't play killer. Survivors can switch their build at the last second, and there's 4 of them.

  • @Thusly_Boned said:

No, it doesn't necessarily mean anything but that the player has spent a lot of time playing. Some of the easiest opponents I've faced have been P100.

But there are a lot of reasons a P100 player might not be out there juicing everyone other than they just suck. It may come as a shock to some, but a lot of veteran players just like to play casually, and not everyone with thousands of hours is sweating their balls off in every match.

I can only really speak for myself of course, but I have ~6K hours and like 5 P100s and at least half the time I'm just taking it easy and (apologies to many solo queue teammates) just half-assing it. Now at my experience level I can turn it on and play like a sweatlord, but that's not how I prefer to play all the time.

And I'd wager there are a lot out there like me who just want to relax while playing.

But yeah, some are people who just funneled all their BP into one character and are still potatoes, but I don't hold that against them, either.

On the flipside, you never know if that P1 is someone with thousands of hours and just started usung that character and they just own you.

It's best not to put stock in any of it, really.

yup, that's how I feel about it. I get that DBD is a casual game, there's no ranked queue, and players want to show their "veteran" status somehow. That's fine, but I guess veteran != MMR/Skill, that's all.

The problem is further compounded that BP is independent. I could be a great spirit killer and farm 100M BP this blood moon event and plop it onto Ghoul cause "I think I'm going to become a ghoul main". I then proceed to play my P100 Ghoul for the first time and suck, and then think "Oh I actually don't like Ghoul. Oops". I know this scenario is a bit far fetched but I've seen posts on reddit "Who should I P100" and they base it on aesthetics or meta hype - they don't even play the killer etc….

There have been a lot of people who want paid survivor emotes and killer moris. Definitely won't make the game goofier or contribute to toxicity s/

BHVR sucks at monetizing this game. I would pay for custom loading screens, custom emotes, custom mori, custom animations, etc.

What do they do instead? Create some janky ugly survivor cosmetic no one asked for.

Some of the best cosmetics are from the fog or community ones. Says a lot.

I mean, the one thing it does mean is that, at the very least, they're not completely new.

Beyond that, it's a total crapshoot.

That's what I thought, until I played this blood moon event for the first time. Been playing off/on since 2020 but we were running survivor aura perks so I saw what this certain player did all game. Nothing. I was shocked to see they were P100 at the end.

  • fast track is overrated. It's capped at 9 and you're not guaranteed to proc the great skill check when you need to. If your team is being turbo killed and you're somehow not using them, doesn't matter then.

Again with the us vs them mentality. First i'll point out there are many things killers have to do that are the same, but i don't want to get into it. I will say that this mentality of yours is that of a scrub. Not in a derogatory sense, but more of a clinical one.

I would suggest reading the free ebook by game designer David Sirlin:

    https://www.sirlin.net/articles/playing-to-win

who talks about this, but the point is simply this.

If i am playing the game to win, then my goal is to win the game. The game itself doesn't know rules like "tunneling or camping or cheapness" all it knows is "did i win". So i am going to use a strategy that i think will lead to the best chance of me winning. There are 2 points about tunneling that can be said. Either its a strategy that has a counter, and you need to learn the counter and get better at the game and deal with it. Or the strategy has no counter, and its unstoppable.

In both cases, if the strategy has a counter, then its on you to learn the counter and not on me who might be employing the strategy. Then, you simply learn the counter, and now you are no longer a victim to it. If the strategy HAS no counter, then wouldn't i be a fool for not employing said strategy in my effort to win? Why would i not use the most effective tools i can in order to win the game?

Compare this to say, chess. If you make a mistake in chess and lose your queen, should i like "not take the queen" because its "cheap"? Or should i punish you for your mistake, and win the game because of it? Why would i not do the thing that is likely going to lead to me winning the game?

Now, it could be true that maybe your goal is not to win the game, and that is fine, you have a different goal. But then if that is the case, you shouldn't be getting mad at people who are queuing up for a competitive game and trying to win.

Now, again, the point i'm making isn't that tunneling is good. I think tunneling is bad for the game and should be dealt with at a systemic level my making it just impossible to do. I have my own ideas on that that i have posted on these forums many times. But my point is simply, stop blaming the players for using the strategies in the game that the devs allow to exist, and start blaming the devs for allowing those strategies to exist.

    what a daft reply.

That means you need to be a good posture in a chase and you'll be fine. Some loops on the new map are literally unwinnable as trickster. I just abandon the chase cause it's a waste of time.

  • 1.5 years later and still no SM fixes…. SM needs a COMPLETE rework but I have a feeling BHVR does not care. Proof? What's all this grimoire business and angel themed killer and survivor? It's okay though, I get it….BHVR is a "super small" indie company and needs to prioritize on making money /S

Guess what BHVR, letting killers to rot is a bad look. You sell skins for stuff you abandon. Really bad look. Releasing half baked overly imbalanced stuff. Skull Merchant should never been released in hindsight if you are unwilling to fix her.

Get rid of the stealth. It's pointless and doesn't reward skill or feel good. It's just luck and a gimmick

Give her a power similar to the Pyramid head where you can turn a downed survivor into a meat satellite that hovers and watches an area. Gives true meaning to skull merchant. Hang the survivor upside down or whatever in a steel cage in the satellite drone. Give her an optional Hook 2 Mori that the satellite consumes/deskins the survivor and adds their skull to the drones collection permanently.

Give her the ability to surgically attach implants or something to players when they're downed. Gives off radar pings when they stay still and in your vicinity (not global)

Right now her "loop game" feels boring as #########. theres no "ah ha! got you!" moments or feel good. Shes sooo bad I'm not even sure how she got past your design and play testing.

  • it should have a cool down. Free non stop information?

    What.

  • Topic: Unable to use Mainevent near hooks - What??

So let me get this straight. We have to "fight" to level up to S- tier and watch it decay in many games, thus getting no use of it, and unable to use it when near hooks EVEN if gates are powered.

WHILE…NUMEROUS other killers can "Hold" their tier2 or tier3 power and camp hooks with it like Michael, Plague, Oni, etc.

Very inconsistent logic by the BHVR balance team 😃

  • It should at least go on cool down for 30 seconds at rank 3. Having it on non stop with free info is insane.

  • Ok I logged 30 Trickster games or so since the update, I am a 65% kill rate Spirit/Sadako/Michael killer. I also primarily play Battlefield 6 and Counter-Strike on PC, so I am no stranger to "aiming" or "prefiring" etc.

Things that just feel awful and need addressing really badly:

    1. the out play potential isn't there due to maps and the 4.4 m/s just feels miserable. Rationing your knife mode doesn't help much either
    2. running out of knives is a reality and punishing to the player for no reason. I don't think any other killer faces this issue. Just had a crazy chase with a survivor and you didn't have time to reload at a locker? #########. I don't think any other killer besides huntress faces this unique issue. Some minor passive blade regen is needed or gain some back after a hook
    3. The style meter is so situational dependent and sometimes useless. Because it decays, you either lose it or use it on "nothing" because there's simply no one there. Now I understand there are killers that have a Tier3 form like Michael or Plague or Oni that have a "Multi Tier form but works on a constrained resource", yes. But all of those have agency on WHEN you use it. The S form just builds up and then immediately decays, AND WE CANT USE IT BY HOOKS. EVERYONE ELSE CAN. WHY? TRICKSTER IS A SOLID C- / 45% KILL RATE KILLER. IT MAKES NO SENSE.

gotta bump this since how awesome is this art? After this package rotates out of the store, we'll never see this art asset again.

Right now the loading screen is literally just a black screen with some tips we've all read.

PLEASE add art from skins we purchased as options for loading screen backgrounds. PLEASE

So I think it possibly relates to my region? Also a good chunk of these numbers comes from 2v8, where people didnt have to use bloodpoints to unlock a good load out. Im not sure how much that effects it, but either way people just have different experiences i guess. I personally love resident evil but I get what youre saying, I think they should just stick to more legendary skins if they want to add more characters

using random 2v8 data and regular data and your own biases factored (what region you play in, whats your MMR, and what time of day you play) will skew this data. Its interesting data but should be taken with a grain of salt. No one knows the real #'s except BHVR.

  • I hate those modes. I get annoyed when they get extended.

We are aware there's been an issue with players connecting this evening - the issue should now be resolved.

its happening again right now as of 10:42 PST time on STEAM/PC. Except now its failed to initialize.

  • should do a deadmau5 and give the mouse helmet to one of the killers, add the music, have the map occur in a rave warehouse or something.

something more recent would be a Dua Lipa, Taylor Swift, Billie Eilish, Sabrina Carpenter, Olivia Rodrigo. I don't think many of those would fit the "Horror" genre but you never know. KPOP worked.

MY PERSONAL vote….would be for metallica or linkin park.

You cant realy spam knifes in this economy right now more be like top trickster mains like wacek (guy who destroyed many top survivors in hens videos, trickster main) you have less knifes but injure with less so the best thing is to hit them slowly because his knife pull out speed if I remember correctly is slighty faster than before and his movement speed is slower.

You cant spawn due to having less knifes and reloadibg with slower base movement speed is terrible and if you throw like 8-16 knifes by these caps (throw them rapidly) your throw speed increase but trickster will slown down even more which means worse outcome in blocking lid areas/loops and more waste of knifes probability which isnt good.

So if you aim more and font spam you are playing him great but I bet he is slow but I will try him tomorrow.

took me about 15 matches with only his/her 3 perks to get adept and the 50 laceration achievements. I do this with every killer to really learn their base kit, used brown add-ons. I could not get merciless killer until I used the Bounce-Knife add-on. Got lucky with his caged gate perk+3 survivors trying to bully me. I got a main event and struck all 3 down in one go. It was crazy.

But the other 10 of the 15 matches? ROUGH. Even for a long time counter-strike/battlefield player like me.

My main observations (ONLY while using 3 base perks and brown/green add-ons)

    1. Its quite easy for survivors to run around a structure if I am in main event
    2. moving while blades out feels super slow
    3. You really need to conserve ammo. Numerous times I would down a survivor and re-engage with another and run out at a critical moment
    4. I did try "leading the blades" or predicting, or prefiring - etc - again this has mixed results and of course burns your blades and slows you down
    5. Bounce Knives add-on should just be part of Main Event and part of the kit. If Michael can just M1 and blow people up in Tier3, why does Trickster need to do insane aiming to get one person down in Main Event, all whilst needing to farm to S Tier
