I'm kind of mad. They have already ran a PTB for the next update and Japan doesn't even have curtain call. Like really guys. I'd rather u put everything on hold until ALL of ur player base has access to content released more than a month ago

At this point I would just like an acknowledgement of the problem. I was one of the ps4 NA people who had to wait and I did it very patiently. Didn't gripe or demand anything.
Over the weekend without a reply I kinda just gave them the benefit of the doubt that they were doing somthing with their personal time and didn't want to be on the forums which I totally get BUT it's Monday, a little reply post from one of the devs or not queen would be very nice just to let us know that they are aware of the problem -

Yes there's some "cheesy" bits to it. But EVERY MOVIE has their cliche moments.

Yes! I wasn't being snarky at all I promise. I was a die hard user of self care. Every freaking game I had it. But after swapping it out I've had so much more fun. and since then I've even swapped out sprint burst for some other perks of the same effect. (I feel like lithe is the better option cuz it's just like sprint burst expect u don't have to worry about activating it accidently by pressing the run button)PinkEricka said:

I thought the same thing until recently. I've been trying to use other perks in its slot and actually have more fun in some games because of the new perks.
Bond for instance. Comes in handy WAAAAY more than self care ever did. Hard to believe I know. But when ur hurt it's easy to find someone for quick heals and it let's me know if someone is nearby so we can tag a gen together.

Just read on another post not_queen said they would never do a Jeepers Creepers cuz the creator was a pedophile. That's sad cuz I do like those movies and he would be a good intro into the DbD game. SWF destroyes the fun the killer can have. Three or more SWF can be detrimental to what the killer can do. You need a certain perk set up just to secure ONE kill against a good group of SWF. I’m a good huntress, not the best, but good enough, I’ve gotten the adept achievement without even getting her to L50; but, that’s because I wasn’t going against SWF. Being put into a lobby with survivors way out of my league makes it nearly impossible to play. I need to camp to get a kill against a good group. I hate camping as a killer and survivor. It’s not fun for either side.
The game isn’t only bad on killer side. I have to play survivor to have fun now. I’m a P3 Feng with every perk and every adept achievement (for survivors). Playing with rank twenty survivors when I’m much better is annoying. The ranking system needs to be fixed. Rank One doesn’t mean much anymore. The way the ranking system should be is by Player Level + Ranking. A six devotion survivor shouldn’t be able to get into a lobby with a rank twenty level five player. It should be how it used to, where the survivors and killers could see the player’s ranking. A killer should not have to go against a rank one survivor if they’re not at least rank five.
Here is my list of things that need to happen:
•change the way players match up
•Fix totem spots
•allow the killer to see if the survivors are SWF
•Fix hitboxes
•Reduce Loops
•Remove the spin when survivors drop pallets
•Fix flashlight saves
- change the range required to get the save
- make the possibility to counter the save
• Show actual percentages
-Hindrance effect with huntress add-on
-Flashlight add-ons
-Medkit add-on
-Trapper trap add-ons
-Wraith add-ons
-Hag add-ons
-Bloodhound
-Shadowborn
-more that I can’t think of
•Rework “Surveillance”
-don’t make it only 16 seconds
•Buff Freddy
-Change the sleep transition to five seconds
-Make survivor’s repair/heal/sabo/exit speed 75% slower
-Increase power range
-Remove the movement speed reduction from the “Red Paintbrush”
-Make the “Black Box”’s obsession spawn away from other survivors (trump shrouds)
-Make a generator-like explosion sound when and where a survivor wakes up.
-Allow him to grab awake survivors out of the hatch

I was gonna comment that giving the survivors their 3 perks right off the bat was HUGE. Cuz I haven't been playing from the beginning but when I got DbD I had to rough it the first 15 levels without the perks at all.GhostEuant said:Not to sound like a cranky old player but....

I play both solo and swf and some of it's to rank up and other is just to have fun and the whiny spoiled rottenness of killer is astounding right now. I've been doing a lot of solo queue and the moment they see a single tool box and or flashlight they dodge 90% of the time.
When I play killer I could care less, i''ll take you on regardless and sometimes I'll win and sometimes i'll lose but at least I tried and didn't wimp out. But if you want to opt out then simply stop playing the game as a killer because it's not going to happen. When 70% of the player base is swf and you opt out then you're going to be in lobby for 30 minutes to an hour if not longer.
The devs aren't going to cave to a vocal small minority of killers that want this and have already stated it many times and constantly spamming the forums with whine threads like this makes all the ones doing it look childish. Instead get constructive and give ideas and break down how those ideas would work. What would your ideas do and what are it's pluses and minuses? How do you improve on those ideas and mitigate any issues?
If you can't do any of those last things then better uninstall now because you're not getting what you want anytime ever. Those are simply how the numbers game work. You can say queue times will go up but the devs will simply do something to attract killers to lobbies like bp events etc.

I don't see how the devs not including voice chat in game means that it's cheating.
They released the game on pc which has the capability of voice chat.... why spend money and program it into the game when people can just choose who they WANT to talk to instead of having to listen to some RAGING jerk (usually children) this isn't F13th the game..... -

I hear ya man. I'm ps4 NA user as well and I think it's ridiculous that all these people raging have kinda given us ps4 dbd players a bad name. Demanding compensation and raging the nanosecond their clocks strike midnight and the update or the auric cells are not in the ps store. Like I totally get it, waiting sucks. But u know what sucks more? NOT GETTING ANY NEW CONTENT AT ALL! everyone needs to take a chill pill before the devs decide to just stop putting new content out for the ps4.
