I agree with you. There really is no reason for the Chainsaw Sweep movement speed penalty so I removed it from the list.

What do you guys think of Rusted Chains and Begrimed Chains? Just leave it as it is? I can't really think of anything for these two add-ons except maybe for Begrimed Chains where you can see the item on the ground.
Not stupid idea to add a reduced cooldown on Chainsaw (The Grease and Long Guide Bar).
My ideas to cooldown addons:
Vegetable Oil : Decreases Chainsaw cooldown after successful Chainsaw Attack by 25.00%
Long Guide Bar : Decreases Chainsaw cooldown after missed Chainsaw Attack by 20.00%
The Grease : Decreases Chainsaw cooldown after missed Chainsaw Attack by 25.00%
Ideas to change movement speed addons
Knife Scratches
Increases Chainsaw Sweep movement speed by 2.00%
Remove Charge time penalty
The Beast's Marks
Increases Chainsaw Sweep movement speed by 5.00%
Increases Chainsaw cooldown after missed attack by 25.00%
Increases Tantrum duration by 20.00%

Shop Lubricant
After Breaking a Pallet Recharge Rate speed is increased by 35.00% for 20 seconds
It should be good against pre-droop Pallet gamers

(These changes will be good, because sometimes you just down Survivor very easily and with this addon you need Chainsaw Sweep 7 seconds without a goal)
Rusted Chains
Survivors injured by Bubba's Chainsaw suffer from Blindness Status Effect for 75.00 seconds
Injured Survivors by a Bubba's Chainsaw repairing generators 15.00% slower until fully healed

Next Bubba Main in here! In my opinion very cool changes.
Depth Gauge Rake shouldn't have Chainsaw Sweep movement speed penalty in my opinion.
Nice movement speed addons changes! I agree with this! (Beast's Marks and Knife Scratches)
Tantrum addons - the same, very cool changes!
Light Chassis - will be top Bubba's addon, amazing idea!
Addons like: The Grease or Long Guide Bar should be changed too in my opinion. These addons are useless...

@Tatariu I'm a Bubba Main and I'm reporting bugs about Bubba after every Patch in Dead By Daylight. I'm fighting with this almost 1 year and still they ignore all posts about Bubba. By the way, they acknowledge post about Carburetor Tunning Guide, but now... silence...

Any Killer doesn't need to be nerfed, but almost 50% Killers needs a Buff in my opinion.

This post is a joke, right? Not the best Bubba is easy to counter play in my opinion. And this 20 seconds cooldown... Prima Aprilis today or what? Just use windows, learn use pallets to stun him when Sweeping. Low Tier Bubba players love to camp, I know about it. As a Bubba Main, Bubba is almost completely fine [almost - because of some bugs on him] and does not need to be nerf.

Yes! You know what I mean! It's still bugged since TWINS DLC. As a Bubba Main it hurt a lot. I'm fighting to get this addon fixed almost 1 year. They must to see it finally... Two weeks ago they "acknowledge" bugged Carburetor Tunning Guide (it was bugged since TWINS DLC too) , sooo I think it's time to fix cooldowns!

Assuming you are the guy who made the request on the wiki to change carburetor tuning guide and depth gauge rake, the wiki admin has already replied to you. No mistakes found, it seems.

Lol? They must change description 1 week ago or something like that. I copied description like on wiki.
But now Cannibal's successful Chainsaw Attack doesn't have 2.00 seconds cooldown I think (it's like 3-3.5s or something like that, and sometimes this cooldown is different, sometimes shorter, sometimes longer. I'm bubba main and I feel it)
My opinion remains the same. Successful Chainsaw Attack Cooldown is bugged.
Btw on Wiki is still a lot of mistakes about bubba, but I remember cooldown before bug and it could be 1.5-2s (but not 3-3,5)

Bubba need change a Carburetor Tunning Guide because currently this addon is bugged and decreases movement speed by 40% (slower than survivor when 1 Charge). Now maybe it will be fix and good with another Iri Addon.
Now (after buff) this addon give you 7.50s Chainsaw Sweep (no needs press tokens) and decreases movement speed by 2.00% (was 4 or 4.35%). It's very good change.
Depth Guage Rake is still very weak addon, but nice little buff.
Iridescent Flesh : This change is amazing in my opinion because Survivor see you used maybe 2 or 3 tokens and Think it will be 6 or 7 second Tantrum. Now with this addon will be 5.00 seconds.
Long Guide Bar still useless (the same THE GREASE)

1) Silent Chainsaw
2) No reduced cooldown after successful Chainsaw Attack
3) Carburetor Tunning Guide also is still bugged (movement speed -40%)

Yes, that is very big shadow nerf in my opinion... Bubba was much better when his power was normal...

Yes, I agree Carubetor Tunning Guide is bugged. Should decrease speed by 4,35% but movement speed with Chainsaw is maybe around 90-95% , you can't catch survivor when Chainsaw Sweep begin... But basic Bubba is bugged too. No reduced cooldowns after successful Chainsaw attack, decrease movement speed etc...

@Tatariu Yes, I saw this too, cooldowns are very strange, and animations cooldowns on Bubba is similar to Hillbilly idk why...
When I use 3 stacks and I down survivors I think a cooldown is ok, but when I use 1 or 2 charges and I down survivor this cooldown is strange, longer than 3 charges succesfull attack (SORRY FOR MY ENGLISH)

@Chilli_man2400 Before TWINS DLC YES, but not today... I can't see the difference with beast marks or not because that's speed is a joke... Twitch DBD streamers agree that this addon is bugged, please compare this bubba's addon fresh after bubba's rework with NOW...

@ALostPuppy this addon should decrease movement speed by 4,35%! And after Bubba's rework this addon was good, decent addon, but after Twins DLC this addon was bugged, the worst addon in this game...

Tunning Guide is bugged. Your movement speed is maybe 90-95% when Chainsaw Sweep begin (slower than survivor)... Later your movement is increase but that addon is worse than Bubba without addons...
