Successful Chainsaw Attack cooldown [Cannibal]

Cannibal should has 2.00 second cooldown after successful Chainsaw Attack, but he doesn't.

Now this cooldown takes about 3-3,5 seconds (in my opinion almost worse than 3 charges missed attack)

Please fix that!

    Yes! You know what I mean! It's still bugged since TWINS DLC. As a Bubba Main it hurt a lot. I'm fighting to get this addon fixed almost 1 year. They must to see it finally... Two weeks ago they "acknowledge" bugged Carburetor Tunning Guide (it was bugged since TWINS DLC too) , sooo I think it's time to fix cooldowns!
