Never sleep pills is just really boring and has no counterplay. It's not supposed to make legion better, because it's a bonus blood point add-on. Mural sketch is fine but slightly nerfing it would encourage more add-on variety.
Depends on the map, if it is saloon, yes, there is nothing the survivors can do, the most simple counterplay is getting hit on the edge of the map, but nobody do that

Removing the Self-Heal would just kill the Perk.
There would be 0 reason in using it over something like We Will Make It, which grants faster heal compared to CoH AND does not need any Setup Time.
Removing the self heal is the unique way to balance COH instead reducing the healing speed like they are doing

COH will never be balanced, this perk design is bad I dont know how this perk was approved in the first place, if they jus remove the self heal from this perk, may be balanced, but reducing the heal bonus is the wrong way
