I really like the idea of proactive stealth killers. I just hope his terror radius is reduced enough for stealth to work because in the pbt footage it showed the Killer peeking round a corner a good 20-30 feet away with full terror radius.
I don't know anything about the perks or the mechanics really other than what is shown of the Killers base abilities.

@Trotfoxx what perks would use use in place of MoM just out of curiosity?
A lot of matches I've found myself thinking MoM was a wasted perk slot as well is all.

Freddy is already the worst killer in game. He doesn't need any more nerfs.
Just use Self Care / bring a med kit / find a med kit for skill check wake ups or/ find an ally to snap you out of it.

@Kanzaki Like BBQCrutch that has just 2 counters, MoM has 6 the Killer can deny the Survivor with:
- M2 Killers
- M1 Killers abusing the surprise attack bug
- Don't let them earn their first MoM pip by letting them escape to mend for the first pip
- Don't let them earn their second MoM pip by letting them escape to mend for the second pip
- Don't let them earn their third MoM pip by letting them escape to mend for the third pip
- Hit them twice with M1 without letting them escape to mend in-between (as mentioned above), hook them and don't let them get rescued
Also @NoShinyPony As you can see, MoM has 4 more counters than BBQCheasy-mode has so as we have established MoM is more than counterable we won't be talking about perks that can't be countered because as far as I can recall, there are none.

@Jplanas98 If that was true BBQCrutch and NOEDerp wouldn't exist.
I mean I'm happy it does exist or my life as a Killer wouldn't be so easy but like MoM it too is a powerful perk that has a highly relevant utility but you don't see BBQCheasy mode or No One Escapes Derp being nerfed or removed.
If we started doing that all we'd have left are perks like Head On and Spies From The Shadows which have little to no relevance if they ever work in the first place, hence why nobody complains about them as they don't have a direct and obvious impact like the above mentioned perks have.
The only reason people complain about these powerful perks is again because they have direct impact on a highly relevant scale. Perks such as Alert however are incredibly powerful, one might say OP but nobody ever complains about them because the impact they have although is huge cannot be detected, pinned down and scrutinized like BBQCheddar / NoeDerp or MoM can.

Remember folks buyer beware. MoM is useless if:
- You don't escape, then mend each time your hit
- You don't find someone to mend you
- You don't find a med kit to mend yourself with
- You didn't bring a med kit with you to mend yourself with
- You didn't take Self Care as a perk
- You're up against a Killer with Nurses Calling
- You don't get rescued / de-hook yourself
- Your up against a Killer who face camps
- You're up against a Killer who tunnels
- You're up against a M2 Killer
- You're up against a M1 Killer abusing the Surprise attack MoM exemption bug
- Your're up against a Killer who uses Noed.
- Your're Claudette
Now armed with the correct knowledge about your purchase, enjoy MoM!

Yep, total waste of perk slot. Bill got totally screwed over. Just buff [ Left Behind ] to make it work throughout the entire match, increasing in % with every Survivor that gets sacrificed.

@tt_ivi_99 People in red ranks didn't get there by playing "Gentleman Killer / Survivor" they got there by abusing the crap out of every broken mechanic they could get their hands on.

The game is fairly and consistently balanced with zero bias, easy-modes, crutches, totally no broken mechanics at all.

@TheAngryPickle Some maps the Killer gets lucky and there are 2 exit gates with a clear line of site between them and only a few good strides away. Best abused with Nurse / Billy of cause but other fast Killers with speed mods such as Wraith it works too (have tested this myself)

Increased terror radius also makes it hard to gauge weather the Killer is actually near or on you or not. It can trigger Survivors to leave the safety of their hiding places thinking their being chased when they're not.

They nerf DS and then MoM is introduced with the premium Ash vs Evil Dead Survivor
They nerf Legion then Ghostface is introduced with the premium Scary Movie Killer

What do you mean? If you sabotage a hook it just springs back up again before it even matters that you sabotaged it.
And you have basement hooks which cant be sabotaged.
You'd literally need all 4 Survivors running Sabotage perk doing nothing but hook sabotage for it to matter. And even then Killer wins because no gens are being done and eventually they'd just slug everyone.

But MoM has nothing to do with how fast gens are done.
It's literally 1 extra hit the Survivor earns if the Killer loses them three times so they can mend in-between.
And 'gen rushing' is just the Killer not stopping the Survivor from doing that gen. Discordance / BBQC / Surveillance and your good.

I never tunnel, DS is an anti tunneling perk.
Therefore this perk is completely ineffective against me.
Totally get why nobody uses it any more.

EGC is a huge Survivor nerf as much as it's a huge Killer buff. Anyone who says otherwise is either kidding themselves / lying / mis-directiong and smoke-screening to defend their most recent easy-mode buff or blind.

I've just discovered [ Bone Clapper ] + [ "The Ghost" - Soot ] So OP lol I almost feel bad.
I'm starting to feel like I've left my Survivor days behind me.

Legion is still totally geared up for toxic tunneling.
Monitor & Abuse + FF in for the first hit then use fast vaults to casually keep up with your target while you wait for FF to wear off (yes, Vaults are slower than before but still faster than ANY other Killer) keep line of sight, catch up M1 to down.
What can be easier and less stressful than that.
Pallets mean nothing to you
Windows mean nothing to you
It doesn't matter that FF won't down them (unless their really stupid) that's not what FF is for. It's to keep pressure and keep Survivors off gens but it's main utility is to totally destroy loops.

This coupled with the fact there's a mend bug going about which stops players from being able to mend downed allies in EGC is just crappy.

@RWoodrow Yeah you'd need a pretty damning example of 4k slugging all with footage and log it as an advanced report to even get a look in.

@AvariceSlugging with the intent of wasting the Survivors time by trapping them in the game s a bannable offense, get some footage of it and log an advanced report and that's 1 less toxic Killer destroying the health, well being and future of the games player base.

@HazeHound I played Legion before on and off but I only used FF to increase movement speed and vault because of how broken it was to make the matches more fair on the Survivors and more challenging for me. Because of that I hardly got any DC's except for the ones who automatically DC'd as soon as they knew they where up against Legion without finding out that it was one who played fairly.

I've been really enjoying Legion myself as well. I actually feel challenged while playing now, like I need to put focused effort into everything I do, that I earn every survivor location found, every hit, every hook, every sacrifice I make.
Brilliant.

I just had a match where the Killer did absolutely nothing while we did all the gens. Once the last gen popped he then went straight to the exit gate, downed one of us with Noed and proceeded to face camp for the remainder of the match.
In the end he got like 4k BP and more than likely de-pipped / de-ranked.
EGC is just a terrible mechanic that rewards bad sportsmanship and no effort application. It's just bad. It needs to go.
