That doesn’t make the game survivor sided though, it just means that this is the most reliable strategy to win, same thing with survivors doing gens fast. Perks don't have to be compatible with everything. No Mither and Self Care aren't compatible with each other, for example.
Actually nvm i just realized plaything can be used 4 times since there 4 survirvors so ig plaything has something over it

But I'd say the actual best is Adam. It's pretty simple, but it shows that he's just a genuinely good person in the few paragraphs it contains (which is a large part of why he's my favorite character).

Survivor perk. Random tools can spawn on map and you can either break a breakable wall or rebuild one and has a cooldown.
Killer perk. After kicking a gen blocks the gen for 30 secs so kinda like represses alliance for killer and it regress faster than normal but has a cooldown of 60 secs

I feel like it should be like DH you choose when you want to use it . Also i think more perks should active when you want to use since most of time they can be usless
