That said, I don't want to get your hopes up, it's unlikely they'll see any significant changes anytime soon. As far as performance goes, while they aren't the strongest, they also aren't the weakest. There are other Killers that could use that attention more urgently, especially since over time fewer and fewer people will have access to that Chapter's content. With only so much bandwidth for changes in each update, priorities are a major factor.

For verbal abuse in the chat only the in-game report is required, you can open a ticket if you want to, but it's not necessary.

Thank you so much for the help! Do you think the report system will ever be improved to make reporting easier? This sounds like a lot of effort to report one person. A lot of people playing the game casually will likely not find it worth the effort and rather frustrating to do so. Imagine more so for console players.
I think everyone would love to have a simpler system, Support included, however I do not know if it will be changed in the future.

Reporting a player who uses Anonymous Mode is the same as reporting anyone else: you first use the in-game report system to flag the match, then you open a ticket on the Support website using the chat bot at the bottom of the page, which requires some of your information (nametag, cloud ID, etc.) and video evidence for this specific offense.
If you are not able to attach the clip to the ticket, upload it as unlisted on Youtube and post the link in the ticket's description.
When Anonymous Mode was added, the ticket was changed to not require nametags, steamIDs or profile links anymore, that information can be retrieved by Support through the in-game report and the information you provide in your ticket.

Sadly the system cannot recognize between a genuine DC and a ragequit, so if you have internet issues you will end up increasing your matchmaking ban.
I know in many cases there is not really a solution to this, but besides discussing it with your ISP, there is not much we can do, I'm afraid.

Not really. Because actual DCing has a punishment and can also be reported.
Whereas Hook DCing is an exploit that dodges the punishment and is not reportable. So this flaw needs to be fixed. We don't allow it to continue just because people will normal-DC. That's a horrible argument, no offense.
Please do not report people who DC, they already receive a matchmaking ban, no need to flood Support with unnecessary reports.

Puoi utilizzare il link che trovi nel post che hai menzionato, una volta sul sito dell'assistenza puoi cliccare su "submit a request" per aprire il ticket, il chatbot ti aiuterà nel processo.
