Ormond no Hatch
I just had a match where the killer had mercy with me and let me get hatch. We both looked for it but it literally didnt exist. We 100% searched every part of the map, it just didnt spawn.

1, this should go to bug section instead of feedback :)
2, Ormond similarly to swamp maps have some very weird hatch spawns. One of the thing that surprised me and maybe it was your case too - it can actually spawn in main building on stairs, or anywhere at the edge of the map (and one of those corners is especially bulky making it possible you didn't hear it if you didn't move directly to that edge). Maybe this was the case?
