What are some of y’alls favorite add on combos?
I have been looking at different addons and this is what I think so far.
Ether 15 Vol% (can also use 10% but its a little weaker) & Flask of Bleach - Combo this with stbfl and its really deadly. It slows them down for 1.5 secs longer and the movement speed with the flask of bleach that makes it about 10% slower so people are screwed with stbfl.
I havent played him much but that would be the best one imo

That’s a really interesting question OP about highest obscurity. I never considered it but like the poster above, I like his prestige and event outfits the most.
Yeah I know and its not a topic many clown players talk about but I feel it's actually somewhat important because more impairment = more mindgame potential

The best clown I have seen so far (pro vengeance) uses pop, ruin, fire up, and brutal strength most of the time. The pallets get shredded once a few gens are done. Ruin and pop are probably the best slowdown perks in the game, and then fire up brutal helps with clowns main weakness (safe pallets).
I don't understand the people who think clown is weak, he is a very strong killer.
I'd also be wary of anyone who says a build is "optimal" without something like ruin or at least corrupt intervention. It is basically required on any killer who is not nurse or spirit. A good red rank SWF will absolutely melt your gens without it, and probably with it honestly. Against a super good team (multiple rank 1 survivors) I have been running blood warden as of late, since they will basically never leave thier friends and you can try to bait multiple kills at the endgame collapse if they stay too long. You will probably have to open the exit gate yourself though.
Who is pro vengeance? I tried looking for for him for some gameplay but couldn't find any.
That build sounds interesting, does he still use that build?

So it all comes down to what Killer you're playing and if you're good at them, all Killers apply pressure in their own way except Clown; unless you count your skill with him as pressure but I don't.
When I play Freddy my pressure comes from how disadvantaged I make Survivors, I play dirty as Freddy as we all should when we put on that glove. I use Knockout, Thana, Devour, and either Dying Light or STBFL. That build is amazing for slowing down Survivors applying pressure with healing, finding their friends, and a deadly totem, all combined with me smacking them in the face; beautiful pressure.
If I'm playing Ghostface though I have to apply pressure differently as their strengths and weaknesses are different and require special tactics. I need to use my stealth as much as possible, use cover, keep them all injured, location perks, anti-heal perks, my pressure comes purely from them not knowing where I am. Maybe I'm camping, maybe I'm on the edge of the map, maybe I'm creeping right next to them at that gen, their confusion and paranoia is pressure.
If I'm playing Clown my pressure comes from me downing them as fast as possible, my power has no real map pressure, I am purely a chase Killer, period. My perks are very important and usually help me with chases too so I can down them faster, Devour Hope is a favorite of mine, it is something I can fall back on if it stays up long enough and gives them something else to do if it scares them enough. I can't chase for to o long though, if they're running me around then I break it off and find a weaker person, if I can weed out the little ones then the big one has no one to do the gens for them as I chase.
Ohh clown player! What is your typical build on him? :)

Mostly Huntress because I love everything about her.
Occasionally Pig because she's cute and I have fun outplaying people with the dash.
I am trying to get into Nurse because she's so different from any other killer and has awesome cosmetics. (I should add that I'm on console so that no-one's tired of seeing just Nurses all day, rather the opposite). I still need more practice, but I'm already beyond the "get bullied instead of hooks" stage despite the controller disadvantage, and I am looking forward to her add-on rework landing tomorrow. I currently try to play her every day to keep practicing.
I also like Spirit but rarely play her, partly because she's currently a bit overused by the "I am a real gamer, therefore I only play meta" part of the community.
I play the other killers only for the dailies, most of them are still level 10 (for the adept) with no useful perks.
Got any tips for Huntress on console? What ranks you play her at? I've always been interested to learn her on ps4 but i dont know if she is worth it bc she can be map dependent and framerate.

Ya I thought so honestly. Still the visual que seems better lol.
Seems like a strong combo I was debating on trying it on Myers if I got the perks because he downs people as a M1.
Im not trying to poop on it believe me even knowing that, I still use brutal. But honestly dont know if it justifies a perk slot.
Trust me try it out, its devastating and good because his insta downs activate surge as well. Surge acts like a information perk at times too bc it can sometimes let u know that maybe someone is at a gen u didnt check. Honestly those 3 perks combo so well as gen protection. If you wanted to be nutty surveillance combos well with it too but i personally wouldnt use it

As a Myers main, this usually helps for me:
One perk that helps my power, i.e. Monitor and Abuse
Two information perks, like Surveillance and Nurse’s Calling.
A perk to help defend gens like Pop Goes the Weasel.
How will your build change once undetectable comes into effect? Oh im surprised you dont run corrupt or ruin to help get out of tier 1 because its vital to get out of tier 1 as fast as possible.
You could argue that Nurses Calling has power synergy as well as information because like hag myers has a low terror radius.

I didnt even notice honestly I just posted my build since I did the other day too someone else.
I'm not sure if I will continue to run Monitor and Abuse honestly I liked it for several reasons, but with the changes outside of getting it on specific maps I'll probably consider changing it to another perk. I might change it to Thrilling Tremors honestly, but if I do that I might drop brutal in favor of Surge.
Thrilling Tremors plus Surge has 8% regression plus an additional 16 seconds of regression with the ability to use PGTW on necessary gens that a survivor could be working on across the map.
Here watch this video -> https://youtu.be/_E0ZnNnvryM
It's 43 seconds long. So dont worry it wont take up alot of time.
Oh yeah thats why my other class has thrilling tremors and surge and pop all 3 combo well together. Tremors plus surge for extra gen regression + the 8% then pop the gen that isnt blocked.

I like running this build
- Brutal Strength
- Pop Goes the Weasel or Corrupt Intervention
- Infectious Fright
- Monitor and Abuse
This build compliments my style of play of being aggressive as possible and maintaining pressure. I can kick pallets faster and break gens faster due to Brutal Strength which triggers PGTW faster or helps me in chases when I have Evil Within 3 up.
Monitor let's me get out of that crucial Evil Within 1 very easily whe allowing me to get gen pulls and sneak up on people who are not paying attention.
Pop or Corrupt give me the necessary time to set up my early game with little worries. Ruin is also acceptable I'm just not a huge fan of it and have stepped away from using that perk.
Infectious Fright let's me chain downs in Evil Within 3 and find new people quickly downing multiple people if luck if in my side. It's also a nice situation awareness perk that works well with Myers.
Thats almost exactly one of the two builds i use. I just wish brutal destroyed pallets faster like yeah it still helps and dont get me wrong I use it on him alot but it mostly helps for gens bc how much it speeds up pallet breaking is miniscule and pathetic really :(
Will you still be using moniter with Myers once tier 1 becomes undetectable? Still will go well with infectious but at that point might as well use the dead rabbit addon im conflicted.

@Liruliniel said:
I run with my Myers. I feel confident in my ability to win without BBQ and Chili or Ruin.
- Monitor and Abuse
Hide your TR better and makes your FoV slightly better for extra stealth and stalking.
- Brutal Strength
Breaking through pallets faster in evil within 3 makes it last slightly longer. No need to waste evil within 3 looping. Just break the pallet and be on your way. Has the added benefit of kicking gens faster.
- Infectious Fright
Chain downs in evil within 3 like a madman this perk is honestly amazing on him.
- Pop Goes the Weasel
Some Gen defense pairs well with brutal strength. I'm not a big fan of ruin at high ranks it wont last long enough against the survivors you need it for anyways.
With a build like that as Myers you have to be a badass to not run ruin or corrupt to get out of tier 1. You have any games I can watch id love to watch a game or 2 at whatever rank you play at.

Mmmm, I could put it on my fourth perk slot for extra stall if I replace it with Bamboozle or Coulrophobia. It’s not bad at all for Legion, I just hope it gets a QoL update for the whole ‘you lose this perk if your obsession dies’ gimmick.
Hey bud! So after some time has passed has your legion build changed any? Like do you like the new dying light? Im just curious and doing a follow up to our previous convo here.

Yeah to bad its not like STBFL and make it to where you lose a stack or two for killing them or something along those lines, I dont think a perk should become useless unless its a hex bc thats a gamble and should be like that.

Monitor is solid, helps with chases for any Killer, but is also nice for getting some Frenzy stealth stabs. New Dying Light could be better if it just carried over to the other Survivors it the obsession died, but I think it has a lot of potential to combo well with Thanatophobia and Pop Goes.
Personally, I run Bamboozle as my fourth perk slot. While the perk may state it does NOT affect pallets, I have recently discovered that it actually does increase the speed in which Legion vaults pallets in Frenzy. It’s VERY useful for countering the horrid vault speed we currently have.
Thanks for the response! Oh yeah I think itd be perfect if you didnt lose your stacks for killing your obsession.
Oh bamboozle, noted! I didnt know it speeds up pallet vaults too, then it's probably really good for legion as it effects his powers more then it would other killers for example.
So you dont think you will be fitting dying light anywhere in your build then eh? Once i saw it i thought how itd be great on legion lol

Legion is a toughie to learn in their current state, and I apologize to @Aztreonam78 for this being off topic, but as a Legion main, I tend to run a certain build that puts Legion’s power into the hands of the Survivors in a way that works for you. I call it the Mega-Stall. I currently think Legion has the best stalling in the game with certain perks and add-ons.
The gist of it is to always run any of the blade add-ons if possible and another add-on of your liking. The perks mainly consist of Sloppy, Thanatophobia, Ruin/Pop Goes The Weasel, and either BBQ, Coulrophobia, or Nurse’s.
The gimmick here is to use your ability when needed, not wanted. If Survivors take the time to go through the 15-20 second mending time AND heal with Sloppy affecting them. If not, then you’re just dealing with Survivors who are in a constant injured state and are suffering from a much slower gen progression time from Thana and the other two gen perks I mentioned above. The only time you should really use your ability is when Survivors start to actually heal. When they realize they can’t exactly go with it, they’ll be forced to deal with a SLIGHTLY longer Gen process. The last perk, of your choice, is to either help heavily affect the healing time with coul or get some good aura readings off of Survivors who aren’t playing it safe.
Hopefully, this helps. I’ve played on console before and I know how hard it can be to deal with 360ing, so hopefully this build can help you deal with it less often without the need to use your ability.
Hey thats a really nice legion build! What do you think about moniter and abuse on him as a 4th? Also what do you think about the new version of Dying Light?
Also may I ask, in what context would use each perk? (Talking about your 4ths) like when would you personally take Couloraphobia over Nurses or Nurses over bbq things like that. And which one do you run the most as his 4th?
Im really interested on your thoughts on the new Dying Light on him.

Wow, didn't know PS4 didn't have it embedded like on Steam or Xbox.
So on long term achievements (Feast for the entity, Deep Cleansing etc.) PS4 users have no way to know how much they still have to do to complete it? It's either a "Do have" or "Don't have" ? 😮
Yes its exactly that, its do or do not have, except for a few games that have it in a ingame menu. Thats our struggle lol

@martin27 said:
Wouldn't that be something sony has to implement.
It would be in the in game menu. That means they wouldnt have to have sony for anything presumably. Other games have done this before too.

Nice to hear that I’m not alone for this demand.
Im sure it wouldnt be too hard to implement either. Something like Dying Light or Dead Islands in game pause menu trophy tracker.

This would be immensely helpful. I support this all the way.
I hope they consider to do this for us ps4 players.

(umm I accidentally posted the same comment twice and idk how to delete one so ignore this)

These trophies are definitely bugged for me.
Wounded healer was also bugged for me, I counted and wrote down only the heals that i obtained while using no mither from 0-100% solo heals (and by solo heals I mean heals where im the only one healing the other person) and once i reached 50 I stopped counting and I still had to focus on only healing for a week straight.
So theres no way that ive gotten wounded healer and not have medic even though every game I focus on healing.
Handyman is also bugged for others and possibly me too as ive done alot of gens but who knows i might not have done enough bc ive focused mostly on healing which i know for a fact i should have Medic by now.
