Depends. I mean → if Survivors are just skins (they are), then there is no counterargument against doing that for Survivors. With this change you can play any Survivor/Skin you want.
But of course the universal shareable offerings should be a thing for Survivors AND Killers.

I don't know if it was ever explicitly stated when and how those red glowing "Legacy" cosmetics were going to be released (someone correct me on this). But there is plenty of time still.
They may become available through a code, for all we know. Or a login reward, for all we know. Or a purchase.They said it's for the Anniversary period but not how to unlock it.

When it comes to items and add-ons I'm not sure. You could allow all survivors to share all items and add-ons but that obviously isn't possible for killers so that could be perceived as unfair.
Except bhvr is able to give every add-on a number like you have iri 1 and 2 and then you have like 50 iri 1 and that's iri button for legion but scratched mirror on Myers

Hmm interesting question! I think we'd only find an answer for that in the codes. It's possible that the BPS offerings of Survivors and Killers look the same but are actually just visual copies. But I wouldn't mind much if the universal offering-inventories just include Survivor or Killer inventories seperately.
Since Map-offerings aren't really a thing anymore shareable offerings have no downside. -

Last match I faced against a Blight (EPIC-Account) with the Developer-Exclusive Banner "Entity Claws".
He surely wasn't a Developer since he humped Survivors on the ground… -

Not according to newer movies which sadly BHVR probably requested license to as well to expand the reach of his power
But in this clip Michael also doesn't move further then 1 meter.

I don't know if a universal offerings pool would be such a good idea.
Being "forced" to play your main, the character you spent so many points on, sounds odd. Isn't that exactly the character you want to be playing most of the time? I have spent almost all Bloodpoint gains from the Blood Moon on my already P100 characters, because I am in no particular hurry to get another. Is that wasting BP? You still build up their inventories with other items, add-ons etc.Actually I want to play my main but I can't because
- I don't have BPS left on him but he is already P100, so I won't spend any more BP on him. When I want to use Bloodpoint-Offerings for friends or myself I have to switch to someone that's not my main.
- I can't get/use any new Event Offerings on my Main because I don't spend BP on a character that is already P100 -

BHVR actually does hardware ban Hackers but the problem is that Hackers have programs to generate false Hardware ID's (i think it's called spoofing). So hardware bans won't actually ban their real hardware.

Why would that benefit cheaters? You have to pay money to (re-)unlock accounts. Cheaters are neither interested in Auric Cells (they can cheat any cosmetic) nor in paying money to (re-)unlock accounts.
Cheaters can't create free accounts anymore since the game will never be free anymore (except limited time free but these accounts will lock too). We just have to get rid of the many accounts bots created during the time of the free EPIC giveways. -

That's not what WoO does.
WoO only highlights pallets and windows that are not visible.
These slightly more saturated pallets are only visible when in line of sight. -

Guys Imaybefound a way to "fix" a giant part of the lag issue, at least it kinda works for me (it doesn't solve all problems but for the first time since the release of the Dracula chapter I could start the game and instantly play without having major lag issues).
1.) Download and install an older Nvidia Graphic Driver for your specific graphic card.https://www.nvidia.com/en-us/drivers/
My graphic card is GeForce GTX 1060 Windows 64 Bit so I looked up for a driver that got released prior to the release of the Castlevania PTB (6th August). I noticed that on the exact same day when the Castlevania PTB dropped a Driver update got released (Driver version 560.81). I installed that driver version and it still had the huge lags.
So I downloaded and installed the Driver prior to that (Driver version 560.71 from 2024 Juli 16) and it actually got way better!
But I don't know if every Nvidia Graphic card version got an update on Juli 16 so just try out if one of the older drivers works for you.
2.)Change your DBD Launch option to -dx11Steam Library → rightclick on Dead by Daylight → Launch option → type in:-dx113.)Disable the Nvidia Overlay and the Discord OverlayEAC doesn't seem to like them much.Fixes:
- a big part of the menu and first match lags
- a big part of loading timesDoesn't fix:
- every lag
- slow loading textures
- the problem that I can probably never update my driver ever again as long as I don't want the lags to return
I need some time to test it further but this method seems promising at the moment for a temporary solution.
(Yes BHVR, it still needs to get fixed).

The game indeed starts faster and the menu lag is less, but it still lags ingame (first match). -
BHVR, please fix! It can't be that many players have to wait 15 minutes to even be able to play the game.

Running the game in windowed-fullscreen mode may fix this issue (graphic settings inside DBD).
Also no Startoption on steam for changing the window mode (for example -fullscreen).

I basically have the same issue. Mine is not crashing but I load so late into the match (slow loading screen) that Survivor are already working on gens and the Killer downs me before even loading into the match.
I tried reinstalling the game, starting it with -dx11 but nothing worked. -

It's surprising that they got the Pixel-glassed Crow as charm since this charm mentioned the category "April Fools 2024".
Seems like it was intended to be an April Fools Charm for everyone and was changed for this program. -
SOLUTION:
- Login to your BHVR account at
game library -> Dead by Daylight (Discover more)-> Manage Drops -> Sign in with Twitch
The reason many people haven't got it is because people claimed it while the Website was down (due to the high requests of "What the Fog"). -
Just to clear things up: every Cosmetic is viewable in the Shop (also Diatech, Legacy, Twitch TV, etc).
The only strange thing is that the Bloodletting Shirt and the unreleased Prisma Shirt of Dwight shows "Available in Chapter Bundles" while every other Exclusive Cosmetic shows "unavailable". -
It is urgent! He can't see without his glasses :c <3

Sadly this is not a Bug. It's intended that you only can stand up once (even when having both perks).
