Thanks for being good sports. I pkay a bit of both sides but I more often find killers who are good sports about the game. Whether it's a killer knowing he crushed a team and let the last couple eacape/farm, similar if a player dcs right away or is afk at start, and finally for survivors who actively try to screw the team. It does make the game more enjoyable having mercy every now and then especially if it's for reasons outside of your control.

When my team mates DC I just report them. For being a little B at the game. I never blame the killer because that's his job to kill me. And it's my job to survive. It all depends on what you're team does.

And all you you survivors that DC after getting hooked ones can go suck it.🤬

    Freddy

    Evil dead

    Evil dead 2

    Army of Darkness

    Ash vs Evil Dead

    Jason vs Freddy

    Hollwen

    Spider man 1 2 and 3

    dale and tucker vs evil🤣🤣

It would be funny if they put Dale and tucker as survivors in dead by daylight

No if they are injured they should do down, however i do think that this idea is a good one.

Instead of a timer which tbh isn't that long it should instead use tokens, at most i think 2 tokens would be fair since it prevents you from being downed from healthy which is very strong. in other words the perk would work like this.

Mettle Of Man: Start the trial with 2 tokens, if you receive an attack that would put you from healthy to the dying state instead that attack puts you in the injured state with deep wounds. Once the Survivor heals or is healed back to the Healthy State, their aura will be revealed to the Killer whenever they are farther than 12/14/16 meters away from the Killer.

That sounds like a good idea

    This.

Problem with your idea OP is that it punishes potential skillful interactions from killer for free. Think Billy. Think Oni.

It's not if you m1 him

  • @Phasmamain said:

Just keep it the same except it counts safe unhooks aswell as protection hits. Also make it work against instadowns while healthy

If they did that would be ok with that.

Honestly, I'm happy with a 2k, but if I can get a 4k, I'm sure as hell gonna get my 4k. I had my fair share of whiny, entitled kids over the years and had to listen to so many complaints in endgame chat (even if I gave the last one hatch because I felt bad), so no more free escapes from me.

I'm even going to slug if Survivors decide to "bully" me and put on NOED if I feel like it, for a nice and salty endgame chat. :)

I love killers that use hexs perks

Because I get more points for braking totems and almost always bring a map to find them.😊

People complain that ds is ,,useless" because they get tunneled every game but now ds is an actual anti tunneling perk and not a 1 minute godmode ...

Well I'm a survivor main and I have no problem with the new DS I think it's fair.but I think they should add where the killer puts you in the dieing state the timer passes.

Because I had killers that would hit me right after getting off the hook. They just leave me on the ground and gard that area until my Ds is gone.

  • Uncles nekules.

When getting unhooked uncles nekules well activate you have to croch in one spot and press the action button you leave no blood in the spot you are at and you become invisible until you move and it deactivates until you get unhooked again.be careful the killer can here you still.

I thot this would be a great perk for pablo from Ash Vs Evil dead if they ever make him a survivor.

    Killer: Play time is over:

    • "Play time is over" activates when last two survivors haven't touched a single gen for 80 seconds. When active, the auras of remaining survivors can be seen for 6 seconds every time a gen has not been touched for 80 seconds.

This is to counter end-game hiding where killers waste time patroling gens when the survivors are too scared to continue the game, knowing they will lose for sure so both just camp the hatch in hopes another one is found and gets killed so they can get the hatch. It's frustrating as a killer, not finding anyone for 5 straight minutes.

    Sounds far to me

Ive been mulling over this idea for a long time, so I hope you enjoy it!

Relinquished Heart: You're prepared to give yourself up fully to protect the ones you love.

When healing another Survivor who is closer to death than you are, press the active ability to activate Relinquished Heart. The Survivor will be fully healed and you will be transferred to the broken state for the rest of the trial. The hook states between both Survivors will be swapped.

"I would've stolen you an entire Orchestra"

That sounds cool I like this idea.

To anyone who thinks a certain streamer gives you logical counterplay against the Spirit actually works, I just had a match against a Stridor Spirit. The crouching tech that muffles your sounds, the baiting of window vaults, and dropping pallet mind games did not do jack of anything. Because how am I supposed to be able to do all this kind of stuff against a Spirit who runs Stridor, who basically knows where I am because she can hear me and I can't make out where she is? If you run Iron Will against a Spirit who doesn't use Stridor and know how to use it properly, that one perk instantly destroys what her entire power is. All I'm asking for is the survivor and Spirit both need logical counterplay of some sort to be able to get the one up on each other, and perks such as Iron Will and Stridor should not be able to do that for them. I don't think Spirit needs a nerf of any sort, but I think a rework that keeps her at least a strong killer as well as having actual counterplay on both sides is what people want. I can't make out what sort of rework I would do to Spirit since I don't main her, but people that have big brains can probably give loads of ideas.

Iron well, lucky brack, quick and quiet and what ever you want fast vault perk or self heal that's what I would use

Teach me your ways, I almost never get to use it in solo queue since i'm stuck doing gens when others won't which is frustrating because I actually like this perk but never really get to use it unless I'm in a swf.

The perks I use for metal of men is lucky brack, iron well and self heal. You take a hit for a survivor and run away.than self heal or if you have a med kit it would be faster to heal and have more charge in med kit because of self heal.

Or desiseve strike, unbreakable, sole gard and metal of men. Get in the why of a killer when hes chasing hurt survivor and let him hit two times two the ground a chans he well keep chasing the survivor than ues sole gard and unbreakable what until the right moment if the killer is geting loop be the the survivor recover in his face and get a nother metal of men hit. If he picks up hopefully some one gets you off the hook take I hit for the survivor if hurt so you can use ds the you get a nother protect hit if not hopefully you still have unbreakable or cerst by a hexs you can get up.this build is risky.

Here's a nother build metal of men, brack out, unbreakable or flip flop and the one perk that gives you 50% Carling speed and recover while moving.

Get a tool bucks with a sabitoch speed up equipped and go right under the hook when a survivor is getting carried to the hook and take a hit right after brack the hook then crawl far away and recover. And a chans for the survivor to get away and you if you play it right.

    This take practice. Good luck.

The suggested Mettle of Man change would be way, way too powerful. Bear in mind that even in its current state, the problem is SOLELY that taking 3 protection hits in one match is very unlikely to happen. The actual effect, entirely ignoring one of the Killer's attacks, is crazy powerful.

The Buckle Up change is the best out of all of these, but it doesn't really solve the Perk's problems, just throws more buffs at it. (Personally, what I would want is if you heal a downed Survivor at all, they gain Buckle Up as a visible buff on their HUD, allowing them to pick themselves up from that Dying State if they need to)

Flip Flop would essentially be an infinite-use Unbreakable. In fact, if you comboed it with Unbreakable, you could very easily gain the benefits of the 35% increased recovery speed without needing to actually consume Unbreakable. Sure, it doesn't let you pick yourself up, but that doesn't matter at all if the Killer physically can't pick you up without being stunned and you escaping, which is precisely what would happen if 100% progress is converted over. Not only that, but Killers would respond by quite literally slugging Survivors until they bleed out on the floor, because that's their only way to respond to this version of the Perk.

I'm all for buffing Ash's perks and shaking up the overly rigid Survivor perk meta, but some of these suggestions are being made without serious consideration for the game's resulting balance.

I agree but metal of men I really have no problem with I make metal of men plays a lot. Ones I had two metal of men plays in one game.

  • @LastShoe said:

This Mettle of Man will be heavily abused, with no counterplay... just imagine killer carrying survivor, who blocks the hook.

Killer is forced to hit, then survivor sabotages hook, but still has full health.

Like... mettle of men needed 3 unhooks, to be active and it was too powerful... and you give it only a cooldown of 80 seconds...

Buckle up... still weak, usually when you heal someone from the dying state, he is already mostly done.

    Flip flop...

    Ugh...

    1. 50% of maximum with 100% conversion will make it already pretty strong for anti slug builds, the problem with 100% conversion is that, it will be insane with a perk, that allows you to throw pallets, while being carried.
    2. Decrasing overall wiggle time will create many dead spots, where killer can just look at you while you are bleeding out, on some maps such dead spots already happen. This effect alone will make any perk straghtforward broken

Ya that's pretty over powered I did my own version of buckle up buff I posted. but metal of men is good where its at ,still make good plays with metal of men. And flip flop mady buff it from 50% to 60% but 100% that's to much.

My version of a buckle up buff was was to keep the ability the same but add one where you get some up out of the dieing state you get healed or you ignore the dieing state when hit for 10 seconds. Think that would make sense with ash sense it can help with metal of man plays.

What I meant was that I've played matches were people leave just cuz they get hooked once or if the killer hits them once, also killers can be quite salty too. And yea it's one of my favourite abime too.

Ya there trash they should get 1 hour band that would keep those losers from DCing for both sides or just bring one hole rank down by 1like a rank 7 DC hell became rank 8.than they well learn not to DC

  • Ya he salty as hell its balanced to me. By the why nice name one of my favorite animes.

This would be terrible. I like playing survivor but i love being the killer and when playing as killer using nightmare who is every OP just as spirit or Doctor its easy to take out a player or two amd then when it gets down to lets say 3 or 2 gens and 2 survivors its to easy but if this happens to me as a survivor, the game changes to forget those gens lets see who the killer finds first and kills so i can get the hatch. The game strongly favors the killer and updates like brightening up maps i think was a mistake cuz you took out hiding spot. Not to mention how slow survivors supposedly running for their life run. Another problem i think is hooks being 10 seconds apart but it takes 16 seconds to wiggle off. Killers will take ppl down to basements just cuz they no they can make it. I just think that should be shortened or have the killer walk slower when he is carrying a body only makes sense.

Yes I agree with the hooks being to close is bull crap but some are ok.the hatch dont really have problem with because some Times you get get teammates that don't help with anything. So it would be wrong to not have a chance to escape when you're team sucks

  • @[Deleted User] said:

I mean, the answer to that is incredibly obvious and we both know it.

However yes, killer does get the short end of the stick being stuck in toxic matches where as survivors do always have a penalty free way out. That is unfair but there is nothing that can be done about that part.

Ya there get better and face the toxic survivor that's what I would do

  • I have no problem xbox one

  • @ILoveDemo said:

I just say that it's not necessary to bring Ruin/Pop/Noed/Sloppy every god damm game! Just Had 5 Killers in a row who bring atleast 3 slowdown perks in one Trial. It's just spamming in this point.

The Devs need to look at when bringing more then one Gen regression perk and make sure that it's NOT Impossible to Play the game when you do.

It's like Freddy as a perk.

Bring a map with a add on that can see killers belongings can find totems and brack the curse I won five games in a row because of maps

  • I think they improved a lot. If you all have problem than you most likely are not good at the game and you're blaming the creators for it. When you should lurn form for your mistakes. That's how I get better at looping. If you cant adapt to the game than go find something else to do. And yes some times I do have that problem with teammates that dont help but that doesn't mean is the dev's fault for people being stupid and scared half the time.

  • Ya for flip flop people like all be happy if you slug me

  • I had no problem with it just take map that can see the killers belonging and brack the totem problem solved

  • Map users like me you shouldn't because we can find the totem easily

  • Ya instead thay should just buff for all of you tunnelers out. Youer even lucky that they are even nerfing decisive strike.

I would also like deadite ash for a killer

    https://images.app.goo.gl/LQtkzpCikhd3Cdet5

For ash players .That would be funny making survivors think you are the killer and them blowing up generators.

  • That sounds good but where'd for ash players.if they do that it would be funny playing as ash and they blow up the generator thinking you are the evil ash.🤣

  • That would be nice butt at the same time that would be where'd for ash players. And it would be funny for players to blow up generator thinking it's the evil ash when it the survivor ash.🤣🤣

  • That would be nice two have younger ash as a totally different character with different perks than the older one

Where one of his perks can be where hes working on a totem or generator you can press the activate button when killers right behind you and do a 360 chainsaw grazing the killers stomach stuning him for 6 seconds. Down side doing stuff is 50% slower for healing, generators, totems.no cool down to the perk.

The second perk nolifing special kills what ever you call them where you have to skill check in time before he starts the killing move you spin around on you you back and shot the killer in the face blinding him for 6 seconds you recover from the die ing state in to the injured state.down side have to mend in 15 seconds. You only have two shots

The third perk 50% chance of not screaming.

That's what think should be for Evil dead 2 ash

  • @Chunkyboi said:

I want to introduce a friend to dbd but honestly im afraid she will think its boring. Honestly sitting on gens half of the game and not knowing how to loop and getting downed doenst seem fun. And on top of that we would be playing against higher rank killers since im rank 2. But i dont know if i should tell her how to loop and play the game properly cuz that maybe would suck the fun out of it.

    What should i do?

Use metal of men take hits for her and use borrow time and the perk where you unhook a survivor the killer cant see her scratches and can see you for 5 seconds. And use lucky brack.

  • I think its fine more survivor die than killer not getting kills

By the way I like the idea of some classic ash skins from the evil dead trilogy

also so think a deadite ash killer could be fun

sorry I really like evil dead

Ya that would be cool like that one that ash sommen that messes with your brain that has no eyes that would be cool

  • All I have to say he needs a nerf he knows where you are so when he makes you scream behind a pallet it should still let you pull it down it's kind of unfair

  • You guys need to relax it well come when its ready

  • If most you people keep being toxic it well

That's not what I'm saying. Think about it this way. Do you wear clothes you wore 30 years ago bc you want something new to wear? no. Why? bc they wouldn't reach past your hips. There's even a high chance you weren't even alive 30 years ago.

It's a game they can program it be the characters size

  • If you put it that w

    @Human_Giraffe said:

Okay but when the period Ash is from in DbD is from Ash vs. Evil Dead. All of his cosmetics are from that (Except the christmas sweater) and so it wouldn't make sense for them to put cosmetics from something that had already happened to him 30 years ago.

But if you think of it that whay then ash should just have one suit from the ending of season 3

  • Buckle up is the perk that needs fixed.its toudoly useless it shouldn't be a purple perk it should be a green perk.they should remake the perk where you can pick up the survivor and move him to a safe location.insted of telling how much the survivor has recovered when killer can just pick him up and if you do recover him you only see the killer for 6 seconds

  • A perk call: shut up.

Any survivor that is yelling from the doctors ability in the final stages stage you can press the activate button on front of them punch them in the face and they lose there insanity and are in the injured state.

  • That sounds fair

  • Nerf Metal of men is stuped they need to put it back to normal. It wasn't op because we have all these killers that can one shot you and it takes 3 hits to activate

  • I'm a main survivor and I play as killers to under stand them but doctor is op it's to easy to find people with him and its pain in the butt for me its hard to get away from him. There's no counter perk. He can make people scream fare away it takes up a good part of the map so doctor needs to be nerfed or his character needs to be replaced with a killer with similar ability but balance and not so op

  • There perks I dont now the first ones name though

1 … 3 4 5 6
