I have a few pain points with Singularity as well despite him being a Killer I really like overall.
The main one for me though is: EMPs need to be more worth it for removing biopods - EMPs are really good for removing slipstream but you also have to use them to disable biopods that are protecting generators. There's also the fact that even if you disable one, singu can immediately just come back and replace it in no time at all.
Something that always bugs me is even though you've went out of your way to 'counter' Singularity's power, he still gets free info from the biopod you destroyed. Either make bashed biopods have no visual when you switch to them or make EMPs straight up remove them. It's not like they are hard to replace or anything like that.
I don't have any qualms about overclock mode. It's his chase power and he needs it.
This is exactly how I feel and the reason I made the post. There is a huge disparity in the difficulty of the setup (which can be done during chase) and the difficulty of countering it, which is nigh-impossible for solo.
-
Survivors are definitely using the office teleport every match I've witnessed so far, they're just doing it when the killer is busy, like chasing or carrying.
To get a higher chance of making a grab, try dropping chase with a survivor to immediately teleport to a contested generator, or a hooked survivor.
Pay attention to the HUD. The best luck I've had so far is just after a survivor is healed right after their unhook, of course while you are chasing someone.

High latency is not a sign of using a VPN. Sometimes the match making throws you into a far away server because matches are not available in your lical region.
For instance, I should mainly connect to US-East but there are times the game connects me to US -West where my ping is above 150ms. Outside the US available servers are farther apart so you will have clients whose pings are high by default.
Just because this issue exists does not mean VPN abusers don't
-
Yes, it is a thing that you can look at the entirety of a pallet in front of you, see all of it fall down and still be stunned by it.
-
I don't get why the survivor team can't see each others offerings. Stupid anti solo change
-
I only agree about the axe movement speed. Let him have his strong teleport and stealth.
-
Yes, but only for nurse with the stun. Blight should lose his charges when he BREAKS the pallet like Ghoul. I think it is better to encourage playing around a dropped pallet but allowing safety for the survivor if they are forced to leave a pallet being immediately broken. Nurse obviously has no counterplay around a dropped pallet and has no reason to break one, so skillfully stunning her with one should be the reward.
-
This is quality feedback, and I support it 100%
-
No thanks. I use anon mode to avoid being stalked by internet psychos who are raging because I brought a BNP, tunneled them out, got up with adrenaline, outplayed them in a loop, you get the idea. If you have some nervous tick that keeps you up at night because you don't have the name and street address of the person who tea-bagged you I suggest seeing a professional.
-
Yeah, no. Deal with it. Like how the rest of us have been dealing with the one sided matches decided on the load screen for years.
-
Imagine quitting the game because you can no longer rage-quit a match bypassing the disconnect penalty and denying your team the bot.
Imagine quitting because you can't rat for 20 minutes.
Which is more pathetic?
-
Lovely. Be sure to spread the word so this gets patched out immediately 🙄
-
No more buffs for legion. I am sick of facing them, all running the same iri button spirit fury thana builds.
-
Wesker with 3 dashes would be significantly stronger than 2. If we were to get that, it would need to come with a lot of compensatory nerfs. Nerfs to his dash distance, speed, cool down, he wouldn't be fun to play. Wesker already is very balanced imo
-
Easy, I would make the survivor model pulse red while being revealed by frenzy, which would obviously not happen while in deep wounds.
No rebalancing for legion needed, this is the same info all players have anyway.
-
Nurse needs to lose all tokens when stunned by a pallet, since she doesn't break them ever. But yes, they both need those ghoul style nerfs
-
It is pretty bad, but if it were stronger it would be obnoxious. You can't reasonably expect an addon that hard-counters pallet stuns to be constantly active.

Let me guess you're a p100 nea main with the sprayer skin or ultra creative p100 meg main? (Sorry everyone that doesn't have anything to do with that, nothing against you xD)
Also I simply used her as a bloodpoint-dump:
I like her the most in terms of survivors but I don't ever play her, I simply gave her all the bloodpoints because I don't have a clear main as killer and I don't want to level a random killer that I don't play to p100, at survivor-side it doesn't matter whos p100 except the looks so I leveled her instead.
No, gross. p100 Chris Redfield.
-
I really wish iron maiden gave aura reading instead of the location ping and exposed.
-
I like almost everything on there, but not buffing the haste on trap setting. No need to make a lose-lose for the survivor forced to leave a newly trapped tile.
-
I assumed the p100 sable gooners were satisfied with the abundance of ai generated 3D "art" plaguing the steam community art tab.
-
AI will be the downfall of humanity. We are approaching WALL-E society at an alarming rate.
-
Cursed af image. I love it
-
Remove ability to injure with the grab but still grant enraged. Revert other nerfs. Slow the grab vault speed to wesker power vault speed. Fixed the killer.
-
Killers with bad ping still questionably receive priority server side. Hits rarely get validated.
-
I'm sure there will be balancing if needed. Unenjoyable aspects of the game need to be addressed.

Those flags shouldn‘t be in the game. A game should be about fun and not political.
It's just identity expression, there's nothing inherently political about it.

Something new for slugging is coming soon to add to the abandon feature introduced last patch.
-
When people lobby dodge, MMR goes out the window when filling that slot in preference to speed. Something to pay attention to, not like lobby dodging yourself will help all that much since you never know if you queueing up will just fill you into a previously lobby dodged team. But it's better than staying in a lobby you know for certain will be completely one sided one way or the other.
-
Maps are a grab bag in terms of quality for survivors. There are maps with too many connected tiles of safe pallets (think autohaven maps, eyrie of crows, the game, springwood), and then there are dead zone death valley maps (parts of redwood maps, spirits map, coldwind farm maps, haddonfield). In the former, exhaustion perks will feel too strong, but in the latter, they are absolutely necessary to reach a semblance of balance. This needs to be addressed first before we can talk exhaustion perks. In the meantime, try running vecna's languid touch perk, or mindbreaker if you've got either of those killers.
-
There's a pretty big thread about this (with a 200 to 1 ratio mind you) that brings up the RNG of killer prop placements being dependent on other factors spawning first like chests. BHVR seems to be silent on this issue as of now. It looks like without chests, as seen with cut coin offerings, killer props spawn close to generators and even main buildings. Hopefully this gets addressed sooner rather than later especially with Springtrap around the corner, who is also affected by this issue.
-
"playable" is a stretch. The switch 2 unfortunately only emulates switch 1 software, it does not play it natively.
-
I mean, killers don't really benefit from "hand holding" features like survivors have been granted these past months. In the coming patches, they will receive even more to counter camping, slugging and tunneling. Honesty, giving survivors tools to help them work together more would be better direction to take than give them blanket buffs to handle popular killer strategies by themselves.
-
I think I would just remove injuries from grabs and then revert the other nerfs. Remove the speed boost survivors get from the grab and reduce the grab vault speed.
-
Oof, yeah they really do need addon passes. It's hard to exactly scale who needs it the most in what order though.
-
Lvl 94 right now, not really playing any more than I did last rift, and it took me until the 3rd part of the tome to finish last time.
-
M1 killers don't need more buffs, they need the maps to be balanced. Survivors would appreciate map balancing too as it goes both ways.

you know these killers will jump the queue whether you like it or not
A lot of people on here, myself included, have been asking for addon passes on these killers for as long as they have been released.

Not to mention that deja vu also has the main use of breaking a three gen by showing you gens that are closest together. Visionary should honestly just show all generators at any distance without deactivating (minus blindness). There is seriously nothing broken about using a perk slot for that information.
-
I'm starting to see speed hack subtle cheaters like every two or three games it seems. At 4000 hours I am certain of the distance needed to get a lunge hit, but these survivors can make you whiff in a straight line.
-
As a long time resident evil fan its been pretty sad to see the modern remakes completely omit the giant t-virus spiders from the originals. Capcom apparently claimed the same reasoning.

Look, my Nemesis friend, not everyone played the PTB or watched so many streams that they know the new map inside out. Just this small additon, ie "its a god window", would have helped a lot to contextualize the picture, btw. you didn't even properly state that its a quasi infinite, thats something that I had to "read between the lines". Just looking at this picture I can still not see that its an infinite or a godwindow, so pardon my insateble thirst for more input.
And does adding such a single line to your post hurt you so much, eat so badly into your daily internet time or alloted freetime slot, that its unbearable, and you have to insult people who are just asking for this, well, context?
Really, I might be getting there were I might get considered old-ish, but I never stop getting baffled at some of you kids attention span and how two lines of text is already considered to be a book or something. So, with all due respect: no, a catchy titel with one singular picture attached is NOT a good way to start a conversation OR a proper discussion, its only good for memes and s-level posts. Sorry, but if this kinda expectations is considered being "stuck up my behind", I am afraid that I have to stay here.
My bad, in my experience on the PTB and seeing other people also play that window, the end result is an entity block every time. Unless it's nurse of course.

Yes, those offerings are such filler trash in the blood web. I'd take any buff for them at all rarities.

While we're on this topic, reduce the size of ALL invisible barriers in this game. There's so many spots where you get needlessly screwed over because there's an invisible barrier that serves no purpose.
They recently added invisible walls to the tables in Dead Dawg Saloon (same as they did on Mother's Dwelling years back), preventing you from falling onto them and causing you to sometimes snag when dropping off the balcony. And what even for? Standing on the tables there wasn't causing ANY kind of balance issue. Both survivors and killers could get on top of it, and it was low enough that killers could still down you without even having to mount the table.
These kinds of things just waste development time and stifle fun.
They really disabled getting on the bar and tables? Lame
-
Better together should have no range limit, show an intensity aura of the gen progress (redundant with the UI but nice for setting it apart from other perks) and probably should have an extra 1% bonus for great skill checks (edit: when working with another survivor for the bonus progress)
-
Or you could just stop rage quitting and show good sportsmanship like a mature adult.
