I never understood the Trickster doesn't fit claim. He's a human serial killer. Plenty of horror novels, short stories and movies feature a human serial killer.
On a side note, TBF to Dwight's "toilet paper" outfit. It is meant to be a Halloween costume.
Firstly, his aesthetic choices are pretty much the opposite of every killer in this game, and not in a good way. Where as every other killer is built on a grungy, grimy aesthetic of deformities, mutilations, or shadowy, edgy masks and concealing clothes, Trickster’s aesthetic is based on neon and sex appeal. He really doesn’t fit DBD’s atmosphere at all. And more importantly, it feels like the shallow appeal of his aesthetic takes precedence over his capacity for fearsomeness—he’s a sexy K-pop man first, a spooky killer second.
And really, you can say he’s a serial killer all you want, but that doesn’t really change the fact that terrifying monsters like Dredge and Oni and iconic horror faces like Michael Myers, Freddy Krueger, and Pyramid Head are sharing the stage with… BTS. Like, serial killer or not, you simply cannot just discount that fact.
Overall I’m at a point where I couldn’t care less if there’s a goofy twink Korean version of Dio Brando in the game, but you still won’t find me saying he fits with the rest of the cast anytime soon.

I think Deep Wound base would be a bit stallier but most of the time your goal is to zone survivors either away from trapped loops or directly into traps in the middle of a chase so I don't see it doing much. Trapper's biggest weakness is how long it takes to set up, how easy it is for survivors to dismantle his traps, and how long it takes for him to put the pieces back together.
That said, I hate going against Trapper with a passion fierier than Hades itself so please BHVR, never address these issues, please and thank you.

Yeah but just because the definition of what does and doesn't fit is a but loose doesn't mean we can't have clear boundaries as to what does and doesn't fit on the game.
Some of these might or might not fit but we wouldn't say that something like spongebob or Disney would fit would we
At this point I feel safe in the assumption that it is much less "the definition is a bit loose" and more "BHVR just outright does not care about what does and doesn't fit anymore."

Oh no I don't mean they don't fit in DBD, I agree that's gone out the window recently. I mean as skins they don't fit many killers - it'd be another Minotaur and Hunk situation where you don't feel like you're playing a different character, you feel like you're playing the killer dressed up as that character. Like take the examples you mentioned in the OP, I don't think Vergil would fit Oni because Oni is a powerless killer until he absorbs people's blood and after entering his rage he dashes around at super speed and smashes people with a giant club which is like the very opposite of Vergil. Legion doesn't fit him either because Vergil isn't some super agile monkey that vaults over things and stabs you once before running off to someone else and going "AUGGHH" and chasing you as a powerless killer. Knight is a little better but even then they can't change the guards to be V's pets and it still doesn't incorporate his judgement cuts, fighting style or abilities. There just aren't many good fits for him which is sad.
If I had to pick a non-horror skin collaboration I would like a Jacket skin for Legion. He fits the power's fast movement, brutality and combo focus to a T, and you could have the mixtapes each play a different Hotline Miami song as the chase theme. He'd also fit quite well in DBD I think even not being from a horror franchise. Only thing you'd have to do is remove his voice to be more accurate to the character, but with HUNK I guess they're not willing to do that.
I feel like the aesthetic/power differences between Vergil and the proposed killers doesn't really mean much of anything, if I'm being honest. Given the situation, I think changing their appearance and reworking their voicelines to look and sound like the funny white haired sword man would nail the aesthetic entirely well.

Or Bitter Murmur, for that matter. Yet, I think Bitter Murmur is better then BBQ as you can get free passive aura reading per gen loss, and 10 seconds of aura reading value.
I was saying better BBQ since the perk triggers upon hooking a survivor.
Also, regarding one more thing you said: Killers vaulting or breaking while carrying someone would entirely be physically possible, especially given the immense strength they are granted supernaturally by the Entity.

Some of these perks proposals is nice, others are situational... let me tell my quick review on each one.
Solidarity: Not a bad proposal, considering that Hemorrhage pretty indirectly nerf the useful of this perk and makes such a waste perk alot. Your proposal keep not only the progress permanent, but gives a add benefit counter to Hemorrhage status effect.
Bite the Dust: also not a bad change; makes it practical to used against Nurse's Calling or any killer detection perks while healing. Yet, I am considering that would make Nurse's Calling terrible perk to run, so I would rather if it used for solo healing builds. I would definitely leave Mangled Status Effect, as one additional benefit, as it fits the theme of taking on the pain.
Fixated: Not a bad buff, it would fit well with ninja builds.
Resurgence: Seem bit strong, for both. I will probably only applied to one of the stats, like pickup from the ground specifically. Having both would make healing very strong. Also I like the added Hemorrhage status effect not being applied.
Aftercare: Glad you agree with us, on the whole not losing every stacks and just make it applied to only losing one stack. Aftercare is has the potionial to be just as good as Empathy and bond and kindred; yet it hard to earn the tokens everytime you get hook. I think being hook should remove a token, or the last Survivor whom saved you.
Any Means Necessary: Good change; I do not know why it takes such a long time to reset a pallet, so it should be three; and it definitely would be great if you can stun the killer by a extra 10% along with being somewhat a good counter to Endurance abit.
Corrective Actions: It definitely would be a nice buff to fix new player mistakes; yet it might be a terrible perk still; if you have Team whom constantly fill skill checks or facing a doctor; or a killer running Hex Huntress's lullaby. I feel like there needs to be more ways to earn more tokens like doing good skill checks or something; so that you can carry your pathetic team from making mistakes. I don't know. 2nd affected is nice; so that you have a reason to hate on the one teammates whom keeps screwing up skill checks.
Second Wind: Not a bad buff, considering that Adrenaline is more powerful and offers a speed boost; it would be far rewarding to rescue survivor, get hooked and then broken along with the deep wound after the killer hits you. And suddenly, you can be fully recovered and healthy.
Dragon's Grip: Yes, I would make both the cooldown and the lasting effects of being exposed be 60 Seconds. They should take inspiration from Make Your Choice, and make the activation and cooldown together; everytime a Survivor touch the kicked generator. 80 seconds is too long, it deactivate for the cooldown even if no one touch the generator, and there is obviously no value if a injured Survivor touch the gen. I would also add another debuff, like no exhaustion perk to injured Survivors for touching the gen; so that it would encourage them to heal. Or wait out 60 seconds on the kick gen.
Fire Up: I like that, but it would be nice if they buff numbers abit by one percent or two. Maybe I am asking much, but it would make it worth running by itself; but it also might make it strong on some builds, especially Myers.
Grim Embrace: I like those buffs, adds a new strong Gen Blocking perk that rewards killer for hooking every unique survivor. The obsession buff is also can be bit op, as I do not know if the aura reading lasts for a few seconds or for the entire of the perks effects. It can be busted on strong killers like Nurse.
Knock Out: Basic Attack Restriction needs to be removed, as it restrict the perk to half the killer roster that doesn't relie on special Attacks. The movement speed penalty while down would make a great Anti Tenacity and will help killers track down invisible slugged teammates; it would be nice if I can add one single buff; in which the killer can detect the the Survivor; with aura reading, similar to deerstalker; but only within 6 meters. Just to help killer's find hard to spot slugged Survivor.
Mad Grit: Sounds not physically possible, nor realistic; it would be neato; if I can walk through a obstacles like that; at the cost of 10% of the survivor wiggling progress, yet paused the wiggle by 3 seconds. Window vaults is not possible, but it can help you break drop pallets and Breakable walls.
Predator: I would love to see that possible, especially in some of the strongest loops like jungle gym or main buildings in some maps; it would very awesome to used this information to make good mindgame decisions to catch up with a Survivor whom hold w at loops or juke the other way at killer shack when attempting a mindgame as killer.
Just a quick FYI, Grim Embrace's aura reading is for 5 seconds, so once activated with this buff it basically serves as a one-time better BBQ.
Also, I definitely do not think Resurgence getting healing on those added scenarios would be insanely strong. There are much stronger healing perks in the game, and I think that getting off Resurgence like, three or four times at most per match wouldn't be all that insane.

I feel pretty similarly. This isn't what I was wanting.
I've always wanted a chapter based on characters from before the Modern Era. It's why I really like Plague and why I was so excited for The Knight and Vittorio.
But the Knight just feels poorly thought out. Like an attempt to overcome the limitations they encountered with the AI of Nemesis' Zombies, but so altered to the point that he's basically Artist 2.0. Functionally he's best played by pressing M2, the Survivor must then either W away from loop or get hit.
Conceptually a Killer that has minions sounds awesome. But this incarnation of it just ain't it.
Nobody loves the W meta. Stop trying to make the W meta mandatory BHVR.
Please.
As for Vittorio, I'm incredibly disappointed they gave him a modern design for his default outfit. Looks and lore are all that a Survivor really is, so I'm sad our very first historic Survivor didn't get period dress.
Speaking of lore, I'm also disappointed in the lore for both Vittorio and Tarhos, but I understand that's a far more subjective thing. Others may love it, and I don't begrudge them that.
I'll probably get The Knight with Shards for his perks, but for Vittorio I'd rather wait until they eventually appear in the Shrine.
Artist 2.0 is an understatement imo. He's Twins 2.0, built like Nemesis zombies 2.0, and yet somehow plays like Artist 2.0. It's a whole mess of some of the most frustrating killers in the game.

As much as I'd love it I don't think the Sparda bros would be easy to fit in DBD. Vergil fits the killer role a lot better than Dante but he wouldn't really work as a legendary for any killer currently in the game without massive animation overhauls and lots of work, which they won't do for a single skin as shown in every prior legendary skin apart from Baba Yaga. Closest for him would be spirit cause of the katana and standing still to teleport and slash in the blink of an eye, but even that would require lots of animation work across spirit's entire animation set.
Dante however doesn't really fit either role. Seeing him be chased and killed by someone like legion or ghostface would be ridiculous and not fitting at all, and him being a killer feels very out of character. I think the closest you could do with him would be a Trickster skin, with Rebellion replacing the bat, and having him visually transform into his Devil Trigger form during Main Event. If they could change power appearances, replace the knives with Ebony and Ivory and it'd be very close to a perfect fit aesthetically.
BHVR being seemingly on good terms with Capcom makes me hope we'll see something about DMC in DBD at some point down the line, but I imagine it'd just be a charm and cosplay survivor skins. Having Dante Dwight and Lady cosplay Feng would honestly be worse than no DMC at all ngl
In all fairness, "It doesn't fit in DBD" hardly stopped BHVR when they made:
-AoT skins
-PUBG skin
-Toilet paper Dwight
-Bunny Feng
-Just Feng skins in general
-Onesie skins
-Trickster
I truly feel like BHVR does not pay much heed to that rule.
-
A better question for me is "Are you glad you got the medieval chapter you did?" because the answer there is a hearty no. I've wanted a knight killer forever, but the one we got has a power that, as a concept, I am entirely opposed to even so much existing in the game, let alone playing it consistently. So the knight I've wanted forever ended up being a killer whose fundamental design I hate, meaning the chances of getting a knight with a well-made power now are slim to none.
-
I just think the incap should be 15 seconds, or replace the incap with a gen block.
-
I highly doubt BHVR even knows what this game is but I would KILL to get Simon from Cry of Fear added as a killer.
-
Knight. He's like Twins but even more poorly thought out.
-
Plague who?
Real talk tho I'm the exact opposite, I want a killer from the future with glowy cybernetics and stuff.

If an add-on changes or enhances a playstyle, or just buffs the killer to a greater level, it should probably remain an add-on. However, if an add-on simply feels like a quality of life addition, as in it doesn't considerably buff the killer in a huge meaningful way, but simply feels better overall to play with in terms of the smoothness of using the power, then it could probably be a base-kit change as it wouldn't make the killer any stronger.
I feel like that metric is a bit too binary though. Sometimes a killer really ought to just have the strength of a powerful addon baked, at least partially, into their base kit.

Still BTL medkits is totally destroyed if the killer has Sloppy Butcher or hemmorhage addons
Only if you're trying to pull that goofy strat where you prethrow a pallet and then heal mid-chase. Otherwise you'll be healing way too fast for the killer to come interrupt you, even with Sloppy—what does a -20% speed penalty matter in the face of +50%, +100%, +150% healing speeds?

If something is obviously powerful, then it would be used. Instead we see the exact opposite. Especially in higher MMR's there's more focus on chase or genrush or tunnel/camp protection then on heal. That should also indicate something ;)
Another thing - WoO is not used by beginners only. It's used also by very skilled solo players. The intend for usage is just different. The idea is to know which part of map is already exhausted by some other player. So it's bad example from your side, because you outright dismissed usage if this perk for people that are NOT new to the game.
“High MMR” is a fairy tale. The MMR system does not measure nor indicate skill in any meaningful way. There are players at high MMR that are literally new to the game. MMR is a non-argument.
Anyone actually worth their salt will tell you just how strong medkits are. Sure, something that is obviously strong will be popular—key word obviously; just because people are somehow oblivious to how strong medkits and healing perks are does not change how strong they are. I guess if we’re going off use rate alone, then Wesker is the strongest killer in the game.
Your WoO argument makes no sense on so many levels, but I’ll boil it down like this: Do you really think perk popularity among these “high skill solo players” who rely on a training wheels perk to tell them what using your eyeballs to look at the screen should already be telling you are a good metric for what is and isn’t good in this game?
-
@Gandor said:
https://forum.deadbydaylight.com/en/discussion/comment/3265195#Comment_3265195
Yeah. Nobody plays what you say, but my scenarios are incredibly situational and/or fault for lacking the game sense.
That might explain why Adrenaline, DH, resilience, WoO is most used perk combo instead of what you say is incredibly powerful. Actually according to nightlight - your proposed combo is basically not even used a lot because BTL is generally used in only 2.69% (this perk alone - and I don't even count that it's probably used for flashlights way more often then medkit - but I don't have numbers to back that statement so sure maybe 2% of usage is on medkits)
Oh boy, now we’re arguing use rates. How to truly tell when someone doesn’t actually have an argument.
The correlation between stats and actual strength are not nearly a be-all-end-all level of substantial. Twins is the single least played killer in the entire game by a huge degree but that doesn’t change the fact that they are very, very strong. That’s just one example; if you want, I can go find more.
If anything, I think the fact that Windows of Opportunity—a perk literally designed to be a pair of training wheels—is one of the most used perks according to your stat machine speaks volumes about how a playerbase as uninventive and imperceptive as DBD’s would fail to make value out of strong builds that require even basic smarts.

Or maybe not. Because in the end that would mean I would spend the whole game enabling my healing instead of doing gens.
Finiding totem. Booning it. Hoping to not get interupted or it getting snuffed. Hoping there's no franklin and killer that camps it. Healing against sloppy and again hoping to not get interupted. Going for locker. Waiting 12s for locker. Moving thru whole map to boon area or finding yet another totem. Going down real fast because I have no exhaustion, because I spend everything on healing perks. Killer being plague so I screwed myself up royally. Killer being doctor with antiheal build so I show my aura to killer all the time and not get more then 1-2 heals from the medkit anyway. Killer never leaving me in chase so my medkit is used 0 times in trial....
The point is - you don't see people bringing best medkit with best addons and 2 healing perks very often (I would say almost never). There are very good reasons for that.
Almost all of those scenarios you described are either simply too uncommon to render this build weak or even begin to counter it, or are simply a matter of grave, GRAVE user error.
Antiheal builds are borderline useless when your healing speeds are this fast and should only be a problem if you’re trying that dumb strat of healing mid-chase. Franklin’s is Franklin’s so it sucks, you have 90 seconds to go pick up your item and even if it is completely drained you can just rebuild it with BtL. If you are spending that much time booning totems or running around looking for boon spots that it truly detracts from you doing gens then you are simply very bad with boons and really need to work on your game sense. Plague is fair but this build is monstrous against the other 29 or so killers in the game bar Legion because he’s Legion so I hardly think 2 killers out of like 30 is a strong argument. Your exhaustion perk argument is patently false because we’ve already been over how this build only requires at the very most 2 perks to be extremely good. If the killer is focusing you so incredibly hard that you don’t get to heal then as we’ve been over you can bring Sprint Burst or any other exhaustion perk with no real cost to your build so you should be looping them and wasting their time just fine.
Your proposed scenarios are incredibly situational at best and/or are your fault for lacking the game sense of when and where to use your medkit.

Oh so if you dedicate 1 item 2 addons and 2 perks you get strong effect! I am shocked by that! WOW. Maybe we should nerf hubris/enduring/sprit fury, because together they create a strong effect too...
6 full self heals at double speed is something you should absolutely have to dedicate an entire build for. Being able to do that and still having 2 entire perk slots for more meta perks like Sprint Burst, Unbreakable, Circle of Healing (which makes this build even stronger), Stake Out + Hyperfocus, etc. is, frankly, disgustingly strong. Hell, you could always just replace Botany with Circle to get the same +50% effect without the efficiency penalty to get even MORE self-heals on top of all the team-wide bonuses that come with Circle of Healing

Where are you getting 50% from? Even with emergency medkit and 16 and 12 charge addons, that's still not enough for 3 heals as you're short 4 charges
Built to Last. Very common perk to run with medkits. Even with just a brown duration addon, BtL gives you enough charges out of a green medkit for almost 4 full self heals with Botany Knowledge’s efficiency penalty and almost 5 without it. If you go overkill and bring double duration addons, BtL gives you enough medkit duration for just over 8 full self heals, or just under 7 with Botany’s penalty. Even if you want to talk about the delay of rebuilding the item in the locker, being able to heal yourself in 8 seconds 6 times in a single match with just two perks is absurd.

Try Make Your Choice/Floods Of Rage on Dredge.
Everyone after the first hook has one health state, and by definition you're not camping or tunneling.
That... is completely irrelevant to everything I just said?
Why would running a build that encourages not camping or tunneling on Dredge alleviate me hating him when playing as a survivor due to his zoning and hit-and-run playstyle?
-
Sorry, I couldn’t find Feng on account of being too focused on that glorious username of yours.

I don’t think he’s insanely strong, just incredibly boring. And not even because of Nightfall; I honestly love Nightfall. My issue with Greg is that his revenant zoning and the way he’s heavily encouraged to just hit you once and leave you injured while he teleports away means he combines my two least favorite killer playstyles to go against.
I hate zoning killers. I hate hit-and-run killers. Dredge is a hit-and-run zoning killer. So naturally, I REALLY hate Dredge.

Okay now I think you’re trolling because complaining about a lack of killer diversity and then complaining about Artist is implying you’re going against Artist a lot which is impossible because no one plays Artist. If you had complained about Wesker, THEN I’d have believed you.
-
You WANT more people to play the killer whose power is designed for tunneling and is also one of the zoniest zoners to ever zone?
With that level of masochism, I have a great build idea for you. It’s called “playing Twins,” you should check it out.
-
Trickster is really good in some situations and really bad in others, unfortunately when it comes to pure viability I find the situations in which he’s bad far more commonplace than the situations in which he’s good.
I also find Trickster’s power to be incredibly self-defeating. Trickster is a ranged killer who is incredibly reliant on mechanically tracking to consistently hit shots, pretty much indisputably more so than any other killer in the game… but your aim and tracking gets thrown off at distance by completely random recoil which you literally cannot control. He’s also a ranged killer who accomplishes far less when landing clutch shots in extremely narrow and critical windows of opportunity on account of one knife only dealing a sixth of a health state, so to end chases quickly you need to maintain a consistent and uninterrupted line of sight on survivors… but he has a reduced base movement speed which makes it all but impossible to outposition and catch up to survivors who break that line of sight using just about any tall object.
Trickster is riddled with these forced obsolescence caveats to his power—drawbacks that artificially make him terrible because he’s a nightmare of balancing that the team evidently could not pull off—I say “artificially” because without actual proper balancing of his kit, the situations where he works still have him feeling incredibly oppressive and unfun. But those oppressive scenarios are so uncommon against survivors who understand what walls are that they don’t nearly make up for all the instances where his power is so useless that being a 110 M1 killer is the superior option. I truly do believe that, in spite of the few things he is very good at, Trickster is the worst killer in the game.

Well there’s the obvious ones like Gideon’s, Haddonfield, Cowshed, and so on, but a map that I absolutely despise that no one else seems to have an issue with is Gas Heaven. The main building on that map is so small and yet so incredibly safe with two pallets inside, a god window with a mandatory breakable wall, and two or three pallets immediately outside; the car walls are absolutely awful to play around and make walking around the map an entire Bethesda side quest; the map is usually incredibly pallet-dense in my experience—it is an all-around awful map for killer.
In a similar vein, I really like Wreckers’ Yard, and yet despite the fact that I think that map is actually decently well-balanced and fun to play on, some of my worst and most tilting killer games are on that map. I don’t really know why.
-
I think I have a collection of the most nonsensical and stupid nicknames for killers ever seen, nicknames which I insist on using regularly.
I refer to Hillbilly as Hillboard Billboard.
I refer to Myers as Migüel (pronounced “Mig-well”).
I refer to Huntress as Hum-tress.
I refer to Bubba as Buuba (pronounced “booba”).
I refer to Freddy as Fredward.
I refer to Spirit as L’esprit.
I refer to Ghostface as Faceghost.
I refer to Demogorgon as Demobleenya.
I refer to Deathslinger as Fejj.
I refer to Pyramid Head as Bread Man.
I refer to Trickster as Triktur.
I refer to Artist as L’artiste.
I refer to Sadako as Sambuca.
I refer to Dredge as Greg.
And finally, I refer to Wesker as Woesker.
-
I would be so interested in a killer who has a really weak power but in return has a base movement speed higher than 115.

The downside is really funny one. Which spirit with more then 100hrs will even watch scratchmarks instead of listening to sound? It's like saying syringe is bad, because it consumes my medkit. Sure it's downside. But c'mon.
Also about shape - actually pretty often. About 5-10% of all my games. But they will usually bring one of tombstones or at least infinite tier 3. But getting tombstone piece feels actually very bad.
And if you want to see other items, then ask devs to add more options. Currently there are toolboxes which is hated by every killer, because BNP "is unfair", flashlights that got nerfed so many times, that only very good players can use them now (same applies to firecrackers, but they are even worse, because they are 1-time usage) and medkits. Maps are very useless and keys are beyond useless now.
https://forum.deadbydaylight.com/en/discussion/comment/3263599#Comment_3263599
sure. So are killer addons. Medkit is survivor's version of killer's power. Medkit addons is survivor's version of killer's addons. I agree medkits are very strong. So are killer addons. Being able to instantly (or very quickly) replenish your power on many many killers is not strong? Or you allow only killers to have strong things?
https://forum.deadbydaylight.com/en/discussion/comment/3263605#Comment_3263605
They are directly the same thing - one being on killer's side the other on survivor's side. I have no idea why talking about one does not influence the other? I mean - they are even on same spot on screen.

It can be enough in some matches. It can be too little on others. And we are talking about best medkit with best addon. What you usually get is ~2 heals and maybe syringe/styptic.
If you’re operating at any level of gen efficiency whatsoever, 1 self heal at full speed or faster should be enough. If 3 full heals “isn’t enough” for you, then you’re playing against a killer you shouldn’t be healing against anyways.

It's one thing to play how you want, it's another to knowingly give the other side a miserable experience.
For example, Twins. Gotta slug if you play Twins, no way around it. Doesn't mean you have to bleed everyone out though.
Outside of hard tunneling and zoning at every loop, I'm kind of past the point of caring what people think of me for playing in a way they don't like. You could play perkless flick only Billy and get a perfect 12-hook game, without slugging or tunneling, or run No Mither only and exclusively focus on fair chases as opposed to W keying and genrushing, and people will still whine at you. There's no point attempting to please a playerbase as entitled as DBD's. You have to work to incite me to play genuinely spitefully but if I pick a strat or killer that's perceived as "unfun" and you complain at me for it I'll just point out that your opinion is invalidated by the fact that you're playing Nancy and move on.

Good mobility, passive stall, and powerful chase tool makes him very versatile but he can be map-dependent. Maps with a lot of round or corner-heavy loops where you can't really finagle your dashes around it kill his chase, maps with a lot of debris kill his mobility, maps with too little debris mess with his ability to slam survivors. Overall probably high B tier.

There's no denying he's very fun to play, I was a Legion main for a long while.
I've stopped playing them though because I know how absolutely miserable I'm making matches. I can't in good conscience continue to do that. Do unto others as you would have them do to you.
I used to feel that way but after getting called the n word and told to kms after going out of my way to play things that people "like" to face I just said "screw it" and swapped to Twins. No one in a video game is going to care that you're a saint, they're going to care about their own fun, and if I want to play a killer that nobody enjoys going against then you bet your bottom dollar I will.
That said, playing Legion is just taking it too far, man.

Yes because Fogwise is going to be a must have for my solo queue games.

No.
Medkits have very limited amount of usage. Equivalent of medkits are killer addons. And let's be honest - MDR and tombstone piece and all the other OP addons are way worse then medkits, that can at absolute max heal you 3x
3 full self-heals is more than enough for a full match, especially at +50% speed, or god forbid +150% because you brought Botany and some other guy brought Circle.

yeah the killer sided maps over and over again with the potential exception of farm maps, survivors want their fun too
I think it's only within the past couple of years that "killer-sided" maps even became a prevalent thing; the closest we'd had up until like post-rework Shelter Woods were maps that sorta-kinda-maybe didn't favor survivors all that much—and by "maps" I mean one map, pre-rework Chapel.

The number of people in this thread who are complacent with, condone, or encourage being this childish and spiteful over which bundle of pixels you decided to play as in a video game is enough evidence to argue that maybe, just maybe, Thanos had a point.

Uniquity is what makes this game enjoyable.
Funny how you say that yet DBD has some of the most samey gameplay loops from match to match I think I've ever seen.

They'd duke it out with Oni on the regular most likely. They'd probably be very fascinated by Deathslinger's magical speargun and would be quite interested in its capacity to maim and kill. I was gonna say they might have a sparring match with Huntress but then I remembered that they're knights from the Middle Ages so they're most likely EXTREMELY sexist, so that's definitely not happening; matter of fact the only female killer I see them treating with any kind of respect whatsoever is Pig on account of her RBTs being great torture and execution devices.
Oh, and they'd beat the ever-loving daylights out of Trickster because, let's be real, who wouldn't?

Bill did the same thing Jill did but just like
More of it

I mean I dislike Nurse as much as the next grass toucher but I don’t really find it surprising that people tend to gravitate towards the strongest options in a PvP game. Like how ever since Dead Hard was changed to not be a free win in a chase almost all of my killer games are going up against Sprint Burst + Adrenaline genrush squads who will literally ignore looping in favor of Pyro TF2 levels of W+M1. Boring or not, it gets the wins, so people are gonna run it.

"Legion is worse to face than any other killer"

Ah yes. Mending for 12 seconds = boring... BUT healing myself multiple times in a corner of the map with Boon: CoH (which takes 24s) is fun! I also LOVE repairing for 90 seconds, but god... I AM NOT spending 12 seconds mending!!!!!
Look Tat my man I get that your entire personality is maining Legion but this entire post is probably the biggest cope of the century.

I still think Reassurance is really good, it just has to be used intelligently. Most Reassurance players think that just because they walked up to the guy on the hook and pressed F to pay respects, they bought minutes of time for their team. You have to think about when to use it, ie. W keying towards a hook when a killer starts to chase you and popping Reassurance as you sprint by to buy your team an extra 30 seconds to finish what they were doing as you distract the killer. Reassurance is in the ever-widening category of perks that are honestly really strong when used right but because it takes actual brainpower to use it right, people just refuse to learn the strats and stick to the perks that don’t require thinking to make work.
