SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: A list of each unique bug I've come across when playing as Kaneki. PLATFORM: PC STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED: Unsure but the bugs are so frequent they should be easy to recreate in a match by simply playing Kaneki normally Kaneki will start a Kagune Vault animation only for the animation to bug out repeatedly and the vault to be cancelled Kaneki wi0 comments 121 views last activity

Ever since the patch that increased the bloodpoint cap of each category from 8k to 10k, the Sacrifice category has been very difficult to fill. For reference, I cannot think of one match after those changes where I actually managed to collect 10k points in the Sacrifice category, even when scoring multiple kills during the Endgame Collapse which nets sizable bonus bloodpoints. The obvious issue0 comments 11 views last activity

It's been three months since she dropped and she is still far from functional, both from a technical and viability standpoint. From a technical standpoint her dog's pathfinding is still abjectly broken. He is still plagued with issues like standing still when giving a command, stopping at vault locations, going in the opposite direction around an object than was indicated by the path, pulling su13 comments 222 views last activity

Houndmaster received a HUGE buff that, apparently, was a fix to a bug: She maintains her movement speed boost when walking along a scent trail in a chase. At first, I wasn't too worried about this change, purely because the scent trail is a small line that's at the mercy of the dog's pathfinding. Having played as and against her, though, I can already say the following with confidence: Getting11 comments 341 views last activity

I know our killer is bugged to misery right now, but in spite of that, we have one thing to celebrate this patch: Before the FoV slider, if you ran Shadowborn on Twins, it wouldn't affect Victor, leaving you with the default FoV. Now, though, with the slider added, not only do we not need to waste a perk slot on making Charlotte feel slightly less clunky, but it also affects Victor as well! Ever since the update that introduced the Naughty Bear skin, I've been dealing with a bug that I am completely unable to explain. It's an extremely specific cause with a devastating consequence, I have no idea why it happens, and I have no idea how to fix it. I'm saying all this because I know when I say what the bug is, people will think it's a joke. It's not. It's a real bug that outright prev0 comments 61 views last activity

I think out of all the changes they could have made for him, this one was the most desperately needed. His dash is a strong tool, sure, but it's a one-time use on a killer with reduced base movement speed on a 20-second cooldown. For those 20 seconds in between, you're practically worse than useless. The one advantage Chucky has in M1 chases of being small is completely null and void when his pow18 comments 451 views last activity

For those unaware, Hangman's Trick was stated in the dev update to receive a small overhaul. It is set to become a scourge hook perk that reveals the auras of survivors within 10 meters of scourge hooks while carrying someone. To cut to the chase, there are two worrying things I noticed about new Hangman's Trick straight away. The activation condition is very strict. 10 meters around only 4 ho10 comments 212 views last activity

For a long time, only 3 killers suffered from having depreciating bloodpoint values on their power: Doctor, Huntress, and Cannibal. For those who don't know what I'm referring to: These killers have some score events tied to their power that give you less and less bloodpoints the more they happen. Huntress, for example, has two score events tied to her power: Precise Shot, for hitting a survivor0 comments 111 views last activity

Seriously, this killer is one of the most unfun to go against in the entire game. Insanely good zoning that you can do next to nothing about, and thanks to his portals, he's one of the best 3-gen killers in the entire game, if not THE best, because being able to teleport wherever he wants means he gets to 3-gen any 3 gens he wants, even if they're on opposite sides of the map. Not to mention, hol67 comments 2,596 views last activity

By that I mean, 90% of players will pitch a temper tantrum and throw the game as soon as they face any kind of adversity whatsoever, and the other 10% are comprised largely of comp worshippers sweating out casual matches as hard as humanly possible. I know DBD's playerbase has always been notorious for this kind of behavior, but the vast, vast majority of my matches either end in 4 minutes be1 comments 92 views last activity

This is a common misconception I see very frequently, even by people who are experienced and good at the game, so I wanted to make a post to hopefully inform some players. Bloodlust is not equivalent to a 5% Haste buff. Bloodlust and Haste work very differently. What Bloodlust does is it adds a flat value of 0.2 to your base movement speed per tier. Haste, on the other hand, works by multiplying0 comments 1,402 views last activity

For those who aren’t aware, Skull Merchant has a small stealth gimmick attached to her power: After standing in a drone’s active zone for 2 seconds, she gains Undetectable, which lasts until she leaves the active zone, persisting for 2 additional seconds afterwards. I sorely wish this stealth aspect had been the main focus of her power, rather than surveillance. I think the concept of a stealth k12 comments 191 views last activity

Every time a major bad deal happens to Twins, one of the few remaining Twins mains quits the killer. This chapter added a game-ruining bug for Twins that whose target fixing date was a month from now. So that’s one. Twins’ on-release purple skin is going to become limited-time (because FOMO tactics will totally get more people to play Twins, right?). That’s two. The past few killers as of late, for as massive as their in-game power descriptions are, have been leaving out details that, frankly, are incredibly important, especially for someone new to the killer. It started with Dredge. It was very small; the power description simply forgot to mention that using your teleport during Nightfall will reveal survivors around the target location via killer inst4 comments 191 views last activity

The grind reduction was a massive success in my eyes, but there was a slight oversight that I would really like to be addressed. When the bloodpoint cap for each scoring category was increased from 8,000 to 10,000, it made it close to impossible to fill out the Sacrifice category for killer. See, unlike the other three, which have score events whose triggers are largely limitless and can theoreti2 comments 31 views last activity

Let me start this thread off by saying I think that Wesker is, for the most part, in an excellent spot. I’ve been playing him pretty exclusively since his release, and I don’t think he’s weak at all. My biggest issue with him balance-wise is the Hindered from infection making him too good at tunneling, and I wholeheartedly endorse nerfing that aspect of him into the earth; the rest of his kit wil22 comments 381 views last activity

It hit me that since Hex: Face the Darkness causes survivors OUTSIDE of your TR to scream when there’s an injured survivor, and to injure someone you have to chase them first, I just got a really wild build idea. Nemesis, Make Your Choice, Hex: FtD, Furtive Chase. Furtive Chase causes a survivor to become the obsession when they unhook the previous obsession. Nemesis causes survivors who become4 comments 111 views last activity

What other non-horror crossovers would you pick to be in this game, if you absolutely HAD to choose? Personally I think the AoT crossover was a bit silly and kind of fell flat in terms of content (though that menu screen and music were awesome), but since DBD is now venturing beyond horror with its crossovers, with For Honor, AoT, and now PUBG, I figured it couldn't hurt to throw around wishful42 comments 1,602 views last activity

I’ve been thinking a lot about who I want to make the climb to prestige 100 first (probably Wesker), but the more I thought about it, the more I realized that other than the shiny big emblem I wouldn’t really have anything to show for it. So I ask you all, if you had to design a reward for hitting prestige 100, what would it be? Me personally, I haven’t thought of anything to give survivors, but3 comments 71 views last activity

Now I won’t lie, I’ve always thought Adrenaline was a very strong perk, especially during the no-heal genrush meta of 2019, but after that meta was over the perk really fell out of use. However, in my experience, it’s become extremely prevalent, to the point where I have been seeing it more than any other perk these past few weeks. I have been seeing Adrenaline every match—and I assure you, I a8 comments 311 views last activity

If you slam a survivor into the wall of the exit gate without downing them, they'll be unable to leave for a brief duration, similar to Pinhead chains or having Victor on your head. The thing is, it doesn't last long enough for Wesker to dash at them again, so they just sort of stand there before leaving. It doesn't do much of anything in the way of getting a clutch grab at the gates or punishing16 comments 782 views last activity

Not for any particular reason other than the fact that I think both survivors and killers would be way happier if teabagging at the exit gate was replaced with the default dance21 comments 321 views last activity

The 6.1.0 patch was good for a meta shakeup. Even though the nature of the meta stayed the same (survivors stacking second chances and killers stacking stall), the nerfing of high-tier perks and the buffing of weaker ones, if nothing else, increased perk variety, something the game has desperately needed pretty much since its inception. However, for as good as the patch was, I think all of us hav6 comments 271 views last activity
