Im sure the previous 7968 survivors were all bad.
Im sure the previous 7968 survivors were absolute goat, in vocal SWF, with each of them 20k hours in the game. Ah, not really.
Im sure he makes his winstreak with the weakest build possible ever. Ah, not really. -

Oh no, the second best (if not THE best) killer in the game has to work a fraction of an inch harder to secure downs. Oh the humanity, the HORROR! Skillfull downs > > > > whatever the hell he's known for doing now between loops.
As I said : this would be valid if the Blight could do everything with his power. That is not the case.

Because he isn't close to being the only one running 4 slowdowns + double speed add ons on Blight and winstreaking. I've asked many in end game chat questions like "what's your winstreak up to" or "have you lost a match today". the answers are usually 30-100 wins and "well a really good team almost got to 1 gen earlier".
And instead of thinking it might be smart to limit, for example, the number of perks of the same “type” to X instead of allowing players to stack 4… they’d rather nerf a killer. Brilliant.
I don’t know why, but I don’t think a Blight going on a winstreak is doing it with no perks, or with random perks.
But hey, what can you do—it’s trendy to base decisions on the results of a single Blight in the game to conclude he’s too strong, while carefully avoiding the idea that maybe the survivors are just too bad.
Leveling down. Classic.
-
Showing survivors which killer they are facing AFTER the match has started is a very bad idea.
Good luck to Ghostface, Piggy, and Myers with their element of surprise.
Then again, it’s normal to take that away from them—they’re SO strong (irony).
Showing survivors which killer they are facing BEFORE the match even starts, while they’re still in the lobby, would be the worst idea in the world—and proof that someone wants to harm the game (and, incidentally, that they don’t play the game seriously).

Use your power and instead of brute forcing pallets into power downs in between loops lmfao
The advice would be valid if the Blight could do everything with his power. That is not the case.

@[Deleted User] said:
When are you ever chasing at 4.6 with Blight? All this does is force the player to use his power, which is fine.
Some players imagine that the Blight never needs to walk normally and can do EVERYTHING with his power. That just shows how little they actually know about this killer.
There are many loops around which his power is limited, especially since the developers removed the slide dashes he used to be able to do.
Around those loops, the Blight actually benefits from walking normally, to gain ground and/or force the use of a pallet.
But hey, it’s fine if he moves at 4.4, he still has anti-loop… oh wait, no, he doesn’t… well, no problem, he can throw projectiles… oh wait, no, he can’t either… well, he can at least slow survivors down… oh, nope, still not…
-
I completely agree.
I would add that if someone used Distortion, it didn't necessarily mean they were selfish and were going to hide away for the whole game.
Some people used Distortion at the right moment, while also being able to take chases.
Others, of course, only used it to benefit themselves, that's clear 😱
-
It's true that aura reading perks are really shameful ! (or not)
That's probably why the most aggressive builds mainly contain... anti-generator perks...😁
I was wondering when players would start complaining about distortion... skill issue, I guess 😏

You can try to outplay those with Ambush. But it's very rare to do anything and prebuffed and buffed Pig will land the same distance, so what haven't hit you before won't hit you now either.
That's exactly why every time I hear someone complaining about a killer, I wonder if the problem isn't actually between the keyboard and the chair (aka “skill issue”) 😁

@Amanova said:
I played against her several times, against her more than 80% of loops are useless. You just have to drop everything (similar to Clown) or if you manage to stay at that pallet well gl to you because it's not 50/50 anymore it's 70/50 thanks to insane speed, it's not fun at all! She just uses m2 from a huge distance and gets you no matter what you do, leave the pallet when she crouched? Nope, she still gets you with her dash or super fast uncrouching speed. She are no better than an overbuffed Clown! Do you know what the most boring thing is in DBD? Not having any counter against killers like against a Knight
My suggestion:- Reduce the dash speed to 7m because 7m per second is already the speed of the Spirit (but Pig can see) if you didn't know or decrease dash range a bit -2m would be fine and solve most of the issues
- Nerf her uncrouching a little because she gets up too quickly that even the animation looks weird
- Rework addons that directly affect the dash, many use green addons against us which there is almost no counterplay and it is easy to zone the survivor even on safe loops like shack combined with high ping on killer
Why should I play Chucky if Pig does everything better? Chucky can't slide his m2 as smoothly as she does and has a cooldown on power when Pig can use it whenever she wants. Don't forget that Pig has traps that slow down the game, now she has a strong dash without a cooldown and traps. Too much for one killer, too casualized like Clown with no brain needed. If you wanna keep new changes at least remove her dash sliding just as you removed from Blight
I’d be really interested to see how you loop Piggy. I’m looking forward to videos showing loops in different tiles — LT walls, double Ls, shack, etc.
-
It's not "gen rushing" — it's just survivors doing generators, which is their primary objective 👍
It's up to the killer to apply pressure and manage the map properly 😊
-

There is no counter.
You have to use Calm Spirit which is pretty bad perk and nerfed by BHVR long time ago.
And that's it. There is no other counter.
I love that kind of answer.
First line: "there are no counters".
Second line: "there is a counter".
People ... make an effort, please ...
Ever since the ultimate weapon became fashionable, I've been a regular user of calm spirit.
If you only knew the number of times I've been able to brain the killer by being right next to him because I wasn't screaming 😂
The funniest was the time I played against a doctor who was using ultimate weapon ... it was soooooo fun 😂😂
So let's be honest, guys: YES, there's a counter to Ultimate Weapon, and what's more, it counters other elements of the game.

A change on the Blight? Have they realized that they've rendered its pink add-on completely useless?

And all the killers
The difference between SM and the other killers is that the games against the other killers (with the exception of Legion and Le Chevalier) can be quite fun.
SM is just pure noskill: I send a drone, I camp people, I drop chase, I stay on my generators.
His power is certainly the WORST power ever created in DbD.
Removing the fact that his drones can One-Shot survivors would be a good start.

And what would me recording dying to Nurse achieve?
What could I possibly do to stop her,or convince you that she's not good for the game?!
At best, your advise would be for me to "git gud" , it's a waste of time!
You're INFAMOUS for asking "proof" while beign stubborn on every level.
One guy can tell you the banana is yellow, you'd still argue it's a bright green.
And what would I even show my footage of?
Break LoS? Maybe once or twice...
Loop her? Come on..
Or would you like me to urban evasion all the map?
While calling it countering..
Before the nurse was deprived of her range and recharge addons, she could already be countered.
There's nothing more to say.
You have the right to be incompetent against her, or to play in a team made up of incompetent players against her, or to play soloQ ... but that's your problem; it's not something inherent to this killer.

Strangely enough,is that you think she's counterable, she's not.
And it is not strange for good survivors who "counter" to not complain, because they simply don't exist.
Nurse is not counterable, unarguable point made here, stating facts Nurse =/= counterable.
The ability to break LoS and hope she loses you, isn't a counter,a counter would mean complete win of chase, what you do is simply extend the chase by a few seconds.
Maybe it works 1 time or 2,you'll,however,still go down.
If it's impossible to win a chase and hide/lose the killer, then that killer is badly designed.
The reason why she doesn't get properly nerfed,is because she's the scapegoat of BHVR,so the game's not "TRUE P2W",even though it kinda is,with how powerful some license killers have been, meanwhile we get Merchant and Knight..
What's incredible is that everything you've said is completely wrong.
If you think the nurse can't be countered, which you are, you can choose: 1) a beginner on DbD, 2) a hypocrite, 3) inexperienced on DbD.
I'm not even going to take the time to dismantle your arguments one by one, all you have to do is read up a little on expert nurses VS expert survivors to get an idea.
At worst, if you want to convince us that the nurse is too strong, feel free to record the games you play against her, and we'll see what happens.

@Phantom_ said:
With old Iron Will she was pretty okay to face. With all the aura-reading perks currently in the game though, it can be a bit tiresome to go against an all aura-reading Nurse. But even so, overall okay.
Though I'd rather still face her, with her billion blinks through floors and walls than have to face Knight/SM. Who just require you to hold W. Whereas with Nurse you can actually mindgame them, become unpredictable and have fun in loops.
Especially since a nurse who plays full will have reading perks and therefore no defense perks to stop the generators' progress.

Worst designed? Are we playing the same game?
I think players become allergic to effort and originality.
If they can't loop the killer for 10 minutes around a LT, THEN it means the killer is OP or poorly designed.

I don’t think Nurse needs anymore nerfs, we’re gonna have to accept the fact that it’s okay if we have one killer who could be a tad bit OP but it’s not like every Nurse you play against is gonna be top tier.
And on top of that, it's worth remembering that even before her nerve, the nurse could be in trouble if the other side was playing organized/competent.
But strangely, the "anti-nurses" suddenly become mute when we talk about this ...

That's a big cap,dude.
Please, refrain from ever making such a bold yet wrong statement.
Nurse is unarguably the strongest and worst designed killer.
She predates the era of 2016-2017 when everything was AWFUL for killers.
She doesn't deserve to be in the game anymore, damn the thousands of hours of Nurse one has put into their game,if it's bad it's BAD!
And nerfing her is the right thing and that's FINAL!
Whether or not you like this or that killer, that's your most legitimate right, of course.
But you have to stop being hypocritical.
Even before the nurse loses her range and recharge addons, she could be in trouble if the opposing team was organized and competent.
From that point on, you have to stop kidding yourself.
Disliking a killer is not automatically linked to the relevance of his presence in DbD.
Strangely enough, the survivors who manage to counter the nurse are never seen complaining about her... it's strange...
-
By the way, I seem to be forgetting something...
When Hens333 and his team took on Supaalf and were able to handle him ... weren't they also under competition restrictions?
No repeating perks, no super-powered items?
AND THEY DIDN'T PLAY A NIL GAME (remember that Supaalf had to tunnel AND that the 2nd kill was pure luck)???
What would it be like if they had no limitations on perks, items and accessories?
I think we need to stop being hypocrites, guys.

So he won two matches, had a draw in 1, and that’s supposed to prove that Nurse is broken?
I agree 100%.
If only it were that simple.
He won two games with a build that everyone agrees was problematic on the nurse AND can't be used now.
And the draw was actually a 1K, he got a 2nd kill only by luck, on bad timing from the survivor.
AND if he hadn't tunneled, the result would have been 0K.
But otherwise, absolutely, the nurse was broken before.
And she's broken today.
I swear, the players never cease to amaze me.

When someone says something you disagree they are probably noobs who don't know anything about game. 😂😂But sadly, i know about DbD, i am good at it. 2700 hours atm.
https://us.v-cdn.net/6030815/uploads/KKTKRK0B4JAE/image.png
And about Supaalf vs Hens333. Let's see.
First match, only 4 gens finished. All dead.
Second match, 2 escapes 2 deaths.
Third match, 2 gens finished. All dead.
Imagine giving me video to prove my point 🤣
And he played against very coordinated and very good SWF team. And yet, he destroyed them. So imagine normal players are playing against him. Or any good Nurse.
But yeahhhhh, i am just unskilled bad player. Like you said. SURE!
It's frightening to see people being fooled like that.
When Supaalf won against Hens' team, he used his famous "XXX wins in a row" build, based on Starstruck.
And I don't mind saying that this build was really problematic on Nurse.
However, the mach we're interested in is obviously the second one, where he uses a "Classic" build.
And here, surprise, he says himself that he needed Tunnel Hens to avoid ending up with 0k.
He makes a second kill, but it's in the endgame, and it's pure luck.
What's more, this video dates back to the time when the Nurse still had its recharge and range addons.
So when I hear players say that survivors can't beat Nurse, it just makes me howl with laughter.

Bad players should not be able to beat her. They either need to get better or quit playing. My Nurse results have been the same or better since she was nerfed, in large part because the player base is clueless against her. If people don’t want to put the time in to learn, they should lose.
The thing is, for some players, it's easier to come crying to the forum for a yes or a no than to try to improve.
They'd like to win without having to make the slightest effort.
It's really pathetic.
-
@MikaelaWantsYourBoon said:

Even good players are not beating her. Good Nurse vs Good Survivors will end with Nurse victory most of games. So i don't know what is your point.
Now you will come with "I am beating good Nurses" but then i am never seeing anyone shows how to do it. 🙄 Just their words and we have to believe it.
What would be nice is if, before talking about DbD, speakers had a minimum of experience and knowledge of the game.
Does Supaalf VS Hens333 mean anything to you?

It's a necessity that something be in the game in order to contest the highest level of survivors in some form. I personally think it should be blight who has a far high skill ceiling although his op add-ons reduce his skill ceiling by a fair margin. I'm all for nerfing base-kit nurse and 3-5 blight addons if high level survivor can be nerfed to a decent degree, but guess what? It's all but impossible to nerf high level survivor. It's just one good blight with add-ons or a good nurse can equal a good team and thus stomp the majority of survivors, compared to 4 Survivors.
Someone else who wants to nerf the nurse when, even before she lost her range and recharge addons, a coordinated team could quite easily take her on and put her in trouble ?
C'mon ...

@Rovend said:
The main problem with nurse has always been her power. It's impossible to balance a power that lets you teleport in a game where the opposite side needs to loop or put some obstacles between to survive.
Unless the devs rework her power(changing basically everything that makes nurse what she is) or Drastically nerf her power( not addon changes or exposed hits, i mean huge nerfs like 1 blink max or cant blink through walls), she will always be tier S and not fun to go against
The main problem with this killer is the laziness and hypocrisy of the players, who always claim that she's too strong, whereas the reason for their problem is their inability to handle this killer.
Let's not beat about the bush.
These players are just bad.
That's all they are.

Im pretty sure killers dont want survivors to get better. The moment survivors "know what they're doing"...we know what happens after.
It's true that I don't know if this is what the killers want; however, what's certain is that someone who complains about the nanny today is clearly someone who isn't very good at DbD.

@Luckyfer said:
I made this post just after I played about 2-3mins getting tunneled by a Nurse.
I don't think...I KNOW she has to get nerfs.
The easiest nerf would be to make her second blink not beign able to blink through objects,if Wraith can't go through objects with an uncloacking speed penalty, neither this failure known as Nurse should.
But we could also make her after reappear or while she is blinking for all scratch marks to not be visible or blood pools, maybe make her the only killer in existence to not get notified when an unhook happens.
Or maybe just let people that have to face her face no DC penalty, because as much as Nurse mains like to say she belongs to this game, she belongs to beign disabled indefinetly until a healthy rework happens.
Sorry, but git gud.

I suggest that when a player starts a game with the nurse, his computer explodes 😂
-
The nurse's teleported attack became an M2.
This means they can buff Sloppy Butcher, Franklin, K.O., Jolt, and all Exposed perks on the other killers, with no advantage to the nurse.
And as a reverse corollary, they could possibly (if it was possible) if they wanted to buff only one killer, and not the others, create a specific type of attack for THIS killer, which would allow them to buff THIS killer, independently of the others (which would allow them to buff the weaker killers, without affecting the other killers, who are more powerful).
-
@JustWhimsical said:

That is just being more than disingenuous. The rework completely got rid of 4 of her best addons, nerfing 6 addons in total 3 addons were slightly tweaked to be a bit better due to the complete removal of 4 addons that were really strong, 2 addons were reworked, 1 being really difficult to use and 1 is way more fun than it used to be. Though, now, the Nurse has lost 4 of her best addons, range, and recharge and no longer can use 13 perks. So please go ahead and tell me how this was a buff. :)
Simply because some players will always refuse to admit that the problem is with them, not the nurse.
They can't stand the idea that they have to get better against her.
-
@p4p444 said:
Please, what's the point of creating a map with palettes and windows if the nurse can teleport to the other side?
It's time to rework it.
Everyone defends it saying that it is strong, but difficult to learn to use, but it is a lie, only 2 or 3 games and you will always win.
I've always said it and I'll say it again, an assassin who has a skill with a speed advantage of more than 115% is a strong assassin, but the nurse is already too much.
So I invite you to show us how you deal with the nurse, and what strategies you adopt against her.
I look forward to your videos.
Without them, your complaint will not be taken seriously.
-
The people I play regularly in teams have told me that they come across fewer nurses than before (these people are surv' main); maybe some nurses were relying too much on their addons, and can't get good results without them 😯
But we can also wonder if it's not a question of time; maybe beginners / average nurses will eventually get used to these changes, and become better 🤗
In any case, the conclusion is the same: the nurse was, and is, very good, no matter what some people think 🤗

As far as I'm concerned, I still meet as many nurses as before ... ah, I'm stupid, I practically ONLY play the nurse, as a killer 🤣
Personally, I find the evolution of Jenner's Last Breath completely ridiculous 😒
It was a completely useless addon.

Then they turned it back into something completely useless.
They could have at least said, "Here, what if we change its effect completely, rather than making it as useless as it was before."

You keep writing the same message in every post. You yourself say that she is an unbalanced killer. And if players massively ask to nerf a certain killer, then this means something.
Especially since you're suggesting the idea that a player like OTZdarva will teach newbies how to play against a nurse. Friend he doesn't have that much time to study and you don't have enough money for him. Many players quit the game if they are tunnelled / camped / or a nurse killer doesn't give a damn about the very concept of the game.
I may have misspoken, and if you got the impression that I said the nurse was unbalanced, that was not my intention, because she is not.
Again, I never said that Otz had to teach everyone how to play the nurse.
I simply stated that a good way to get better against her was to practice in 1V1 with a friend who plays her regularly and is good with her.
And again, just because some players come crying to the forums doesn't mean that the problem is with the nurse...
Otherwise, I'm still waiting to see, in videos, the games of all the crying players of the forum, against the nurse, of course ...

Are you suggesting that some otzdarva teach newbies? You yourself agreed that the killer is strong. So if people/players are asking to nerf the nurse it means something. I also play as an assassin and I think the nurse is not balanced and deserves a nerf.
I just said that knowing someone who plays this or that killer, and doing 1V1 games with him, is a very good training.
The fact that some people ask for a nurse's nerfs just means that they are people who would rather cry on the forums all the time than have the humility to admit that they are just not at the level.
Am I wrong? Are they strong? Let them prove it to me. Let them show me what they are worth in front of the nurse.
I'm waiting for their videos.

Or how many times you go against Nurse player what has his skills and more. So another irellevant proof for need of Nurse´s nerfing. And that 500 so called is pre nerf. So another irellevant point.
I don't think you understood at all what I was trying to get across.

If you want footage, go watch alf's streams. There is enough footage in there. If you want more opinions - ask people like Hens. He will have more "balanced" words - he will acknowledge, that it is possible to win against really good nurse - but he will also say you need perfect coordination, perfect plays and have very narrow window for ANY mistakes. They spoke about it on their streams so it is recorded. But I will have to add that both of these opinions are about pre-nerf nurse (so before patch 6.5).
My own experience is even older, because I used to main her (and play her a lot) before patch 5.5 (meaning just before she got killswitched and then reworked/buffed). I refused to play her after, because I got out of loop and started enjoying different killers AND because she felt too easy from that point on (removed stun+fatigue, she can hit before blink finishes and it felt like her autoaim got stronger. Now if you remmeber she also got quite a buff from general killer's buff in patch 6.1 which made her impossible good in my eyes). But even in that time the killer felt super-duper strong once you play her often. Does that mean I won every game or that there were no survivors that could do anything against me? Of course not. However I won majority of my matches (still sometimes with quite a hefty frustration from bad blinks in some areas and from hitting objects I was clearly not aiming at).
But after patch 6.5 - at least in my eyes, the killer is MUCH better then it was. She is still super strong. S-tier without a doubt. But at least there is a game to be played. It's not "let's hope she is baby or we are doomed no matter what" any more.
Thanks for quoting Hens, I wasn't sure what he had said; I trust you on that.
What you're talking about, and what Hens is talking about is something very interesting, and that a lot of haters tend to forget, as if by magic.
Nurse requires MUCH MORE coordination, speed, efficiency, and knowledge of the game from her opponents than other killers.
So effectively, an uncoordinated SoloQ team, whose members don't know how to do anything against her, will have a very, very slim chance of getting through.
Likewise, even a vocal team will have a very hard time against the nurse if the survivors who make up the team are not good against her.
And many survivors just don't want to accept that.
They refuse to accept that the Nurse might ask them to be better against her than against the other killers.
Even if I don't agree with the fact of having deprived the nurse of her recharge and range addons, I have to admit that now, in 6.5, she has become less oppressive than in 6.4.
At least it might be easier for the survivors who were struggling.
Except for those who are only good at crying all the time instead of trying to improve (I'm not talking about you, Gandor) and it's them that I'm thinking of when I talk about showing what you're worth to the nurse.

Mastering the movement of the nurse is not complicated.
After a relatively short time, a motivated player will be able to know whether his blink will take him next to the tree, in front of it, behind it, or next to the generator, or behind it, or in front of it, etc 😊
That's not the hard part; the hard part is being able to react on the fly and adjust your blinks extremely quickly depending on what's going on in the game: Is the survivor running straight? Does he make a back? A double back? A bluff? Is he preparing to pass a window? Does he go right? To the left ? Is it possible to catch him with 2 blinks ? Should you only use one blink? Etc 😋

Then play against cheaters and hackers. Improve your skills why not? The nurse is an imba and she needs a nerf and this patch did not solve anything and only added strong reverse-type addons to the nurse
No relation.
Git gud.
