  • It's fine as it is. Survivors were never meant to know who they're up against, but the Killers were.

  • Try using Pop Goes The Weasel alongside Ruin. Also, If you stab someone and don't hear any heartbeats, or it seems the other survivors are too far, then cancel frenzy and commit to the survivor you just injured. You may not want to tunnel, but if you find the same survivor, go for them anyway if there's no other option.

Discordance is good for helping locate multiple survivors, too. The main thing to remember is when to stop a chase that seems like you're not going to down the target. It's tough, but you gotta get back to disrupting gen progress often to keep things in your favor.

  • I earned six total in two games and only got credit for two emblems. I gotta do 15 matches instead of just 15 emblems. Lame.

  • Lead by example; play killers other than Ghosty.

  • Unfortunately, once they opened the floodgates for SWF, there's no way to turn back now. It'd cause a huge upset. The only thing that would improve things for killers would be balancing gameplay around SWF, since a well coordinated team has such a gross advantage over the killer.

  • I went up to a survivor and hit the gen until they came over and worked on it. Then I grabbed them off. They fall for it every time.

  • Pebble toss. When it works, it's hilarious. When it doesn't... just throw a pebble at the killer, anyway. Sometimes it leaves them stun at your boldness that they just walk away, not wanting to mess with you.

  • Farmer John: He's both fun and funny to watch.

TheEntityLeftHand: I just think he's cool and like his shtick.

  • Legion. They're fun, they annoy survivors, and got fun cosmetics. Hag is good, too, but if you don't plan to play her, her Hex: Ruin is a great tool to help with gens.

  • Smack the survivors on the hook so they'd die faster

I'd just be happy with a Werewolf.

Yes, it'd be generic but its such an iconic creature in the horror genre that it'd be a missed opportunity not going for it.

A werewolf mori should be a super brutal mauling

Here's how I'd fix No Mither: Keep in mind; all numbers can be changed. Numbers are for example only! Do not base the idea around the numbers!

    1) The 'can't be healed' icon can only be seen by Survivors.

    2) The Survivors 'Injured' icon in the lower left looks HEALTHY until they are hit once. Of course, it goes into Dying, as is proper, and reflects Injured/Dying as per normal afterwards.

    3) (This is the big one) Every 5/4/3 seconds, you fill 1% on the 'Recover' Bar, up to a maximum of 20% of the bar. This resets each time you're taken out of the Dying state. (IE: You need to let it passively fill up AGAIN each time. it's NOT a blanket fill for the match)

    My Reasons as to 'Why?':

1 & 2 are kind of obvious: To prevent a Killer from tunneling a No Mither Survivor, without denying the Survivors valuable intel about their teammate.

3 is a new addon: With Current No Mither; You're giving up a Health State for almost nothing. That's AT LEAST 3 extra hits...for the oppertunity to get up if you're not picked up right away. Not a good trade!

So instead I want it to ALSO passivly add to the 'Recover' Bar, so you, or your friends, can help you up faster if the Killer gets distracted.

Edit: Fixed a misconception I had

No Mither isn't broken, so none of these fixes are needed. The devs even stated that it is a perk that is meant to challenge you, not trick the killer. The perk is working as intended, so there's no reason to try to make it 'less hard to use'. Just DON'T use it if you don't want its effect. It's that easy.

  • This is dumb, OP. You want to change NOED because you personally don't want to cleanse dull totems? It's an old perk that got reworked several times and now is in a state where survivors dictate whether it even activates and you STILL have a problem with it. If you don't cleanse totems you have no right to complain. It's a completely avoidable situation.

Play what you want to have fun, just know that legion is a tedious killer to go up against as it makes survivors have to hold M1 for extended periods of time (Mending).

They hold M1 for extended periods anyway by just doing gens.

If I can do it without NoEd than you’re just holding yourself back as a killer, it is ABSOLUTELY a crutch in my opinion.

As Hillbilly, whose special ability does what NOED does: instant-downs.

Can anyone tell me WHY it’s good on Ghostface? Not just “it matches his character in the films.” Can anyone tell me what good uses you can get out of using M&A on Ghostface? You’re in stealth mode half of the round, which takes away your terror radius, so what’s the point of it?

I can only think that it would help in instances where you're forced out of stealth. Whether by sight, pallet hit, or when you basic attack someone. That's the only use I can figure off the top of my head..

  • It's letting you know who dropped you out of stealth. Seems to be intended, since when someone is looking at you and they're not on screen, there's a white/grey directional indicator letting you know which direction its coming from.

  • Wanna walk about it?

  • It's almost as if it'd become a horror game or something.

  • Camping doesn't require a solution, because it isn't a problem.

  • I recommend watching this video:

Then use the clown's bottles to help with these types of chases. He's great at slowing down a survivor if you know when and where to toss a bottle, such as cutting off their best means of looping you.

  • It is viable so long as there are survivors who want to unhook their teammate. You could face camp the first survivor you down with 5 gens undone and its still viable. It's not great for points and they'll hate you for it, but ultimately YOU are the killer and can what you please with whomever you catch, within the TOS.

Have you experienced the Plague vomiting out of her chest? Because I have.

No, I have not. Though, weird visual effects I saw were when I was running No Mither. When she puked on me, the sickness effect that's supposed to surround your screen wasn't rendered. Looked like someone covered my monitor in green post-it slips. Made running from her a nightmare :P

    Look down?

That doesn't help. The POV can only see so much.

  • What does it matter if its during rank reset?

  • Agreed. I don't wanna have to play survivor to get into matches.

  • I noticed this change, too, as a fellow controller user on PC. Sucks that they did that, 'cause it made it nice to not HAVE to alt-tab back and forth to hit ready.

What have I done.... good lord I did not expect a post as dumb as this... wow. I shouldn't have started this honestly.

If you're new to the game, you wouldn't understand. Killers have had it rough for a very, very long time.

  • I think it'd be a cool idea to get a little BP each time the Survivor completes the wrong puzzle box. RNG, sure, but a little bonus Deviousness for having a survivor waste time.
