This is the same like Lobby-dodging Killers.
Nobody loses anything (except the person DCing) and everyone has to wait. Stop using Moris, then people might want to play with you.
Wasn't there a way to see who the killer was before the match starts. Then people would decide whether to quit or not.
-
One good thing, at least for me is the matchmaking has been more tolerable. I've only gone against one swf since it was added.
-
Hmm...I dont have anything else to suggest perkwise other than enduring+spirit fury. It's nice to just bulldoze through pallets.
The range addons for his wave attack are very nice. Perfect for sniping through walls.
-
Yesterday I played Doc and Pyramid Head. Most teams had one good survivor and three new players. Then I switched to wraith and got stomped by a full red team.
-
If it ain't broke, don't fix it.
-
Nemesis - Resident Evil
Blood Starved Beast - Bloodborne
Big daddy - Bioshock
Velociraptor/Indoraptor - Jurrasic Park/World

I had a match like this on lery's as deathslinger. I'm not that good with him but the team I was going against were not doing so well either. After two of the survivors were dead the other two just hid for at least 10 minutes not doing anything until I found them. Of course it was two claudettes that were swf.
-
'Lag switching' Apparently. Not my fault someone had a terrible connection.
-
Doctor plus anyone.
The guy is a walking gps and his madnes would have deadly synergy with other killer powers.
-
Some people like to make Doc's terror radius larger for static blast since the two are tied together. I prefer to fine tune his tracking with my favourite addons discipline and restraint.
Discipline: Reduces the detonation delay of his shock but it also puts a red glow on the survivors back. This can be used for mind games but also for tracking. I've had survivors run into a bush to hide but they stick out like a sore thumb.
Restraint: Shows the auras of surivors for a few seconds when their madness tier increases. The addon also allows you to see the doctor clones when survivors are in madness 2. Use them to pinpoint where you need to go.
Lastly Doc is great for bloodpoint farming.
-
Demogorgon.
Coming from the trainwreck of Evolve, I really wanted to play as a 'creature' killer. Although I never watched stranger things.
-
I'll take original over liscenced anyday.
As for ideas:
A killer who controls a swarm of insects.
Insectoid Killer who starts as a larva that can molt into a deadlier adult form.
Offspring/Creation of the entity.

I haven't even received the claudette shirt or cake after having logged in every day so you're doing better than me.
They're released every 3 days (different cosmetics) in order slinger -> claudie -> slinger (etc) with cakes released over the 9 days that 3 of the cosmetics are being released on.
Ah I see. I just read what I saw ingame and assumed it was everyday.

30, I started a bit late for this one.
I have no interest for the characters featured so I skipped most of the challenges
Dwight: Only level 1. His perks just don't appeal to me.
Huntress: I'm not good with ranged killers. I just leveled her up for her perks and kind of forgot about her.
Kate: Didn't buy her. Again perks don't appeal to me.
Legion: Again didn't buy them. Legion to me is just a very boring and unfun killer to play as/against. I got all the perks from the shrine.

Lucky. I've gotten back to back tunnelers.
After a camping plague and tunneling pyramid head I got lucky with a trapper and found a crown for Feng.
-
Nope only one original character at a time. Just got my second crown for oni.
-
I got one for trapper. I just partolled the map until I found one. Yeah I threw the match but at least it's easier than survivor.
-
@metalklok said:
when you finish a game with the crown thing as a killer does it unlock for all original killers or do you have to do them one by one
Probably one by one.
-
It's dark and feels like a maze. In general I hate playing indoor maps as survivor.
As killer again it too dark, the stairs are too far apart. Breakable walls just slows everything down. Oject of obsession on this map is going to suck.
-
I'll be honest I did this yesterday on the new silent hill map. I really don't like it and I had to deal with spirit so I gave up.
The only other time I'll suicide is if I'm running kindred and no one is doing anything even when the killer has moved on.
-
Seems to me if a killer has a power that is 'complicated' or difficult to master then you are not going to see many players using them. The newer killers like Oni, Demo, Deathslinger I rarely ever see.
-
The only licensed killer I have is demo but this guy might be the second. The rest of them I've skipped.
One thing I definitely I won't like is the limited cosmetics.
-
For basics whispers, sloppy, overcharge, noed
Whispers - tracking. Very handy when you have one survivor left and you're looking for the hatch.
Sloppy Butcher - Slow healing wastes survivors time
Overcharge - Regres gens but depends on skill of the survivors. Replace this with pop goes the weasel when you unlock it.
No one escapes death - Yes this perk. At the end of the day it's the survivors fault for not cleansing totems. Can be hit or miss though.
-
Bamboozle/I'm all ears - Help demo with windows either by blocking it or tracking the survior's movement.
BBQ/Tremors - Shows you what gens to damage after you've caught a survivor.
Generater perks are fine like ruin, discordance.
I personally wouldn't run Nurse's calling on a killer whose terror radius is larger than the detection range.

I don't believe that there's going to be any kind of rules/enforcement on a killer that's just "playing poorly".
Hell, I do it sometimes when I have a challenge for a killer that I never play and is level 1.
The only real risk can be that survivors will often still play extremely sweaty and escape as fast as possible and realize too late that they're all depipping for it and then yell at you. 🤣
Now that would be a fun chat to read.
-
Eh? Static blast has a 60 second cooldown. I've been able to able to avoid it plenty of times. All the survivors I go against seem to know what they're doing and drop pallets early.
Anymore cooldowns would ruin him. Glad they took them off his range addons.
-
Play Nurse....
On console....

bloodwarden is one of those few things left in the game that brings some joy and surprise and panic.
Can't disagree with that. I had a ghostface use it on me. It was one of the most fun matches I've had in a long time.

Bloodwarden creates funny moments.
However. I have encountered a few killers, same case with noed. That rely on the perk so much and for such a long time, they will not switch it off, cause it got them to high ranks. I found those 2 perks very unhealthy and once you're used to them, you'll never want to switch them cause they're winning you games. However... I do not dislike bloodwarden as much as NOED.
Yeah I'm trying not to fall into that trap of relying on it too much. I just got the perk recently from the shrine since I don't have Freddy. It doesn't always work but when it does it's hilarious.
-
No thanks.
Someone like me who's semi-F2P has been waiting for months to get all the perks I want from the shrine.
I finally got dying light last week. Imagine if it was banned at that time. I wouldn't be able to test it out.
-
Got my vote.
-
Thanks to matchmaking I rarely go against potato teams so I don't go easy on them. I do make some exceptions though.
In one match I killed three survivors and the last one couldn't find the hatch so I closed it. The exit games were close enough that all I had to do was stand on a hill and spin around until i spotted the last survivor. They played decent and didn't do anything to annoy me so I let them go.

More like gen rush saloon. There are infinites everywhere, you can get rid of them by breaking the nearby walls, at the cost of losing 1 gen with 0 hooks, otherwise you get looped for ages
Yep had a team burn an offering for this map just to try and 'bully' me. It backfired horribly :)

Xbox community in a nutshell lmao
Yikes thats like a crazy stalker.
-
Hillbilly/Leatherface.
Boring to look at. Boring to play.
I used splinters to play as Leatherface and yeah...saved myself some cash. Got his perks from the shrine and never went back.
-
Played three matches yesterday as survivor. Went against a freddy, pig and doctor. Rank Reset and matchmaking is really busted.
Freddy and Pig struggled to catch anyone so they DC but the doctor stuck by and played their best despite everyone escaping.
-
Not the strongest killer but definitely the best tracker in the game.
-
On the PS4 Nurse.
Very few are skilled enough to use her.

That's really kind of you. As a PS4 player myself, the community is tragically pretty negative. I turned off my messages for that reason. I wish more people would be willing to teach others, or compliment their strengths, rather than beat them up over mistakes, or this "gg ez, baby killer, git gud, #########" mentality. Sadly I can hardly ever message somebody GG because they have their messages off because of the toxicity.
Yeah after a year of playing I ended up doing the same. At first I used to laugh it off but after a awhile it got tiresome. Only once in a blue moon would I recieve a "GG WP" or "Thanks" for letting the last player escape.
-
Any map with grass, corn or bamboo. Can't see S***
-
Yeah matchmaking is kind of busted at the moment leading to some very unfair matchups. You can keep playing or take a break until things gets changed.
-
I watched some streams and yes it works. If you find the obession you can just put deep wound on them by letting them break the chain.
-
If he was another licensed killer I might have skipped him but I'm going to wait a few weeks to think about it.
I'm on PS4 and I don't have the best aim. Now I do play as Plague and Demo but Huntress can be really difficult and is just not for me. I only play her for dailies.
I don't want to do the same with this guy.

Demogorgon needs to have his footstep sound lowered to the same level as other Killers, his map-wide audio cues removed (who the ######### thought it was a good idea for the entire map to know that Demo attacked), and an add-on buff. Not only does Demo have way too many portal add-ons, but the numbers on them are pathetic. It’s really sad that its best add-ons are an uncommon and common combo and the high rarity ones range from ok to trash.
They could've copied some of wraith's addons and made them for Shred. Like have one addon that causes mangled status and another that makes blood brighter while charging shred.
-
Well it's not a fighting game so I don't have to memorise all their moves.
I'll usually play one of my favourites.
Doctor
Demo
Plague
Wraith

You can complete the entire Rift without doing any challenges, if you don't want to. It will just take you a lot longer.
After the Rift closes, you won't be able to unlock cosmetics on it anymore. However, most of the cosmetics from the Rift will arrive in the Store at some point, but that won't be for at least another 6-12 months after their respective Rift closes.
Ok well I will just go at my own pace then. I definitelty won't buy another rift pass.

I had a similar situation in a match where I was doctor and the survivors weren't fooling around. I was becoming so worked up that my hands were shaking causing me to miss alot of swings. I got hit with everything flashlights, pallets, 360, Dead Hard. It was rough.
Yet somehow I managed to turn things around and get a 4K. I think was I just able to stop caring about winning just focused on causing as much chaos as possible with my addons and perks. I was going let the last survivor escape but they wanted their flashlight (I had Frankins Demise) and tried to retrieve it but died to the entity.
-
Bloodhound - A very simple perk but does it's job quite well. On some maps it's a blessing for me. It can even counter perks like Iron will.
-
I more mad about the matchmaking than the ruin change. I tried it out a couple times and it did nothing for me. If it didnt get cleased in 20 seconds survivors would just plough right through it. I just stopped using it.
The only good thing in the update was the doctor rework.
-
Doctor.
Since I'm on PS4 he was already unlocked and after trying out everyone else I realised I had the most fun and success with him so he was the first to be fully leveled up. With his perks unlocked I started to work on unlocking all the other killer perks.
