The teleport and especially the instant pallet break cause singu to slow down quite a bit, so if you have anything near you, you should be fine
-
Make the entire loadout system point based. You have around 15 points and perks/addons go from 1-5 (also addons can be used infinitely)
-
Wouldn’t be against that

I did not complain about his base-kit. I agree with you. His add-ons needs to be looked.
But hug-tech needs to go aswell, it's a bug and abusing by people so much.
I think the hug-tech can stay, since it’s mainly used on terrible maps and bhvr cant fix the hug-tech without messing up most of the collision anyway
-
His basekit is fine, he just needs some addons looked at
-
I wouldn’t mind adrenaline getting nerfed tbh
-
probably maps, but that’s hard to fix.
the second one imo would be the loadout system, which is very easy to fix

The maps I tried him on were midwich which resulted in a 4k pretty fast and I did use his power a lot getting hits with it.
The other map I played on felt pretty awful. It's the map that I believe released with knight (orange tinge, castle exits, etc) where I'd have so much of the map I couldn't bounce on even with me going headfirst into it as well as some parts I'd be wedged running between two objects. That ap was very frustrating but I did manage to his power a decent bit nonetheless.
Yeah borgo might be his worst map tbh

as soon as you put enough time into blight you will win 99% of your games.
his skill ceiling is way above what a survivor can do so it's just one of those situations of "do i want to dedicate my time to becoming good with blight when the games matchmaking system is awful"
most of the time I play solo survivor and i'm matched with potato's vs try hard tournament blights and it's just a waste of time.
Even vs good SWF teams there are streamers that stay AFK until there is 1 gen left and still get a 4k ..... he's awful to play against
99%? Absolutely not. Maybe 70-80% on average if you put a lot of time into learning him
-
I would rework the entire loadout system to be point based. So most killers have around 15-20 points and perks/addons use 1-5 points depending on how strong they are (addons are infinite as well).
I feel like this should fix the majority of balance issues atm

CoB: If the killer succeeds in keeping a survivor off the gen for 60s, then that gen is slowed down by an additional 6 seconds.
In absolute no universe does this pose a 'problem' for survivors. This is less damaging than missing a skill check.
It’s actually only 3.75 seconds
-
I would make it basekit (for hex totems)
-
Old Blight
-
Telling them to fix maps is nice and all, but that’s too complicated for them to actually do well. I‘d rather have a look at the loadout system (including map offerings) first.
-
For Blight only alch ring and c33 need some decent nerfs (adr vial and iri tag could probably get some minor nerfs too) but other than that he’s fine
-
I have over 600 of them on my blight. Very possible.
-
Blood fury cooldown is when your power expires
-
not bad, though i would probably prefer it if they kept the ptb version, but make the tokens refresh once depleted

What class do you main? When i do play it i play hunter
Me go face
Usually priest because bullshit go brrr
-
Hearthstone, Roll, Paper Planet and currently Antimatter Dimensions (very good idle game) are usually my go-to games when I can’t/don’t want to play dbd
-
The best advice I can give is:
If they call you slurs for benefiting from their mistakes, laugh about it. Because clearly the survivor isn’t very smart.
If you can’t hook them for whatever reason, don’t. Just pressure the others or play around a bit by yourself for 4 min.
Be patient. Eventually you will know what the survivors are trying to do and how to ruin their fun instead.
Also watch otz in case you’re not already
-
both are terribly designed
-
vigil
-
There is a big difference between a very good player with the strongest perks and addons and someone without all that
-
i only tunnel when i feel like its the only way to win the game and the survivors make it really easy
or when i just didnt pay attention and do it on accident
-
You know what would be awesome? Being able to run 6 bad perks at the same time
-
all I want them to do is make addons and stuff infinite and neutral in strength
-
Addons rarely come with downsides so I would just make it recover half of the missing tokens on hit instead of all
-
he can't
-
Killer perk:
After hooking all but one survivor, that survivor becomes the obsession and is (permanently) revealed to you. Once you hook that survivor, this effect transfers to the survivor who has been unhooked the longest time ago. This perk disabled when only 3/2/1 survivors are left alive
-
Camp a hook during endgame

Blight will eventualy lose hug tech. That will be a good nerf because it will make his power balanced again. After that he just needs to have his addons adjusted. Funny enough both Nurse and Blight have some of the strongest addons in the game. Nurse has some addons that enhance powers by 30%. Meanwhile you often find 2-6% power enhancements on other killers.
https://forum.deadbydaylight.com/en/discussion/comment/3275679#Comment_3275679
Blight gets his charges back way too quickly. His power is obviously better than say GF's power so it should take longer to recharge. Some of the better Blight addons should probably reduce charges so that they become a double edged sword.
Adrenaline vial for example should almost certainly be -2 charges instead of +2 charges.
Alchemist's ring should probably also be changed to be at least -1 charge if not -2 charges.
Nerfing these two addons and making his base kit recharge be at least +10 seconds would be a good start for nerfing him.
Note : I firmly believe Blight and Nurse should be nerfed into "A tier" levels or at least "S-" levels so we can have game balance. With that in mind survivors also need to be nerfed (mostly talking about SWF : just make it so you can't repeat any characters, items perks or offerings in a SWF).
i think all killers should be as strong an blight (ignoring addons) with easier killers being slightly weaker than harder killers.
I also think the whole addon system should be reworked to make all addons neutral in strength (and infinite)
-
basekit blight is fine

3 in 4 with one tie don't sound unplayable.
i meant to write three 1ks instead of three 3ks.
-
unplayable. have played 8 games (with adept perks) and i got one 2k, three 1ks and four 0ks
edit: im dumb and wrote 3k instead of 1k
-
my first game with the knight was against 2 p100 and 2 p70+
somehow got a 2k which is more than all other games after that
-
this is really confusing
-
addons (and items too i guess)
-
I have almost 2500 hours and play 99% killer (if we ignore kyf weekends) mainly because survivor is pretty boring.
-
Predator: Survivors now also leave scratch marks while walking
-
1: maps
2: difference between swf and soloq
3: the entire addon system (and items too i guess)
-
Pretty sure OP said to ignore things like addons and maps so let’s not forget that

Dude, exactly! xD
"The strongest" - is a definition of "balancing issue". You can't say these killers are balanced and the strongest at the same time, it makes no sense.
https://forum.deadbydaylight.com/en/discussion/354065/the-most-balanced-killer
To OP - To me the most balanced killers are the killers between A and C tier.
Any B-tier killer is the most balanced killer in the game.
Most B-tier killers struggle with defending a single gen against 2-3 survivors. Don’t see how this is perfectly balanced

How is S-tier killers are balanced?
The exact "S-tier" is just screaming the word "Unbalanced" to me.
S-tier just means those are the strongest. Since both nurse and blight are very hard they are allowed to be strong

Hell no! Blight needs a nerf urgently he's not the "most balanced". That'd probably go to demopupper or billy in trained hands.
demo can’t even defend a gen against multiple survivors
i think blight is balanced because he is fun to play as/against and rewards skill. He is not only strong but also very difficult so when he wins he earned it.
-
I really want to say blight
