It is powerful but not broken, it has ways to work around it.

I feel bad for a lot of the Ghostfaces I played against. Spine Chill is part of my normal build, I did not equip it just for GF. I almost want to take it off for a few games just to get a "true" GF experience.
It is also in my normal kit but more people seem to be using it since Father Death came out.

I’m referring to the comments saying X side should stop complaining because of X reason, acknowledging issues from one side is not what defines the survivor vs killer mentality.

@Ember_Hunter I’ve noticed that the Drivers’s License makes him nearly impossible to break out, wouldn’t the better solution be nerf the add-on?

Not if the perk is able to be activated by the survivor anytime during the trial. It could still be token based, but you only get four tokens to look at the killer and have to earn them in some way.
