As others have mentioned, you can still submit a report Ticket if the player in question is playing with their username hidden, their name in game has characters from another language that was unable to be translated, etc.
By reporting in game, which is required for every case of reporting a rule break, you have flagged the match, the player(s) in question regardless of their platform, or visibility of their information. With the Support Ticket, you can provide more information, including the (required) video evidence of the player cheating or exploiting. And for more information about how to report, you can find it listed here in the Game Rules.

All characters in the game are over 18 years of age, making them adults. Rin Yamaoka in particular is in college during the time of her tragic death/wrathful transformation/disappearance into the Fog, as stated in her primary lore.

And a reminder that going AFK for a small window of time in a match is not reportable. Life happens, and sometimes things need to be responded to whether you are in the middle of an online video game, watching TV, etc. Even last night I experienced a Killer that went afk at the end of a match, was worried they were upset (though they were really good and had us on the ropes), and when we all got to the post-game chat, they clarified they were called into the kitchen to help with something, but appreciated the concern we had for them.

It can definitely be difficult sometimes to get through some things, or know what to do, but being true to yourself, and not compromising for anyone (again, including ourselves because I can attest to being my own worst enemy over the years). You've got this!
And thank you too, @GentlemanFridge I knew a lot about Puffins... but now I know EVEN MORE 😄 and throwing in my suggestion; after the Dodo and Passenger Pigeon, the Laughing Owl might be interesting. I've always had a fondness for Owls and other Birbs of Prey!

While I understand the upset over these kind of matches (I have had a few instances of playing Solo, being put on a hook, and subsequently forgotten), let's remember to keep the comments civil, please.
What you described doesn't paint the whole picture, but to break it down and clarify what is and isn't reportable:
Hitting on hook , on its own, is not reportable (doing it once especially can be stopping the scream, or even a misclick/mispress), but it can potentially be if part of repeated, targeted harassment. If you have never faced this Killer before, nor have they singled you out to tunnel, hook, and sacrifice over other players in these prior matches, that means this does not meet the requirement of repeated, targeted harassment. However, if the Killer has played against you and singled you out over multiple matches, or they said in post-game message(s) they did target you (especially so for charms, character or player's identity), this is reportable as Griefing, and would need the In-Game Report (REQUIRED), and Support Ticket Optional.
With the Survivors - If one or more went out of their way to ensure you were caught (showing the Killer where you are, repeatedly and purposefully blocking vaults/pallets), or went to the hook you were on and displayed their purposeful unwillingness to unhook you, that is reportable as Griefing. If the Survivors were doing generators, healing, checking chests or trying to find totems, were in chase, or were seemingly unsure if it was safe to go in and save, that is not reportable.
And remember when you are reporting someone in-game to file the in-game report, and filed under the correct Rule Break Category. This is Required for all report types, as it flags the match and player(s) in question, even when on other platforms, or names hidden. After that, the Support Ticket is either Optional or Required, depending on the Rule Broken, as noted in the Game Rules.

Modifying Game Files in any manner (that is including custom perk or character images) is not condoned, and is used at your own risk.
If the EAC does happen to flag the files and subsequently ban you for them, BHVR cannot unban you for it; that would have to be appealed directly with EAC.

Secondly, all the virtual positive energy to you. I know something very personal like that is not always the easiest thing to share, and we appreciate you so much, and are so proud of you.
Your story actually resonates a lot with me, believe it or not! 20+ years ago I was in a similar situation with my college-level schooling. Underlying issues with myself (physical & mental things; one horribly misdiagnosed years prior, and some that would be brushed off as "nothing" for years to come) that made classes a struggle no matter how much drive I had and put into them, along with pressure I put on myself to do all the things. I was so upset about it, but, then... life happened.
Shortly after, I went into creative business with my other half, and we have slowly built something for ourselves all these years we're proud of. And way back in 2015, I was given my first-ever moderator sword (on Twitch), and over time, slowly led me all over, including here with all you lovely fellow DbD people!
Life is beautiful in its surprises and spontaneity, and its easy to forget that when we are often so good at only seeing the negatives.
Be like Pride Birb... show your colors, and never let anyone, including yourself, dull their vibrancy 💗

- Map played
- Description of the issue, and (to the best of your ability to describe) location of the issue

As previously stated, being replaced by a bot player has nothing to do with the timer; the DC Penalty timer is there because of the action of rage quitting (Unsportsmanlike Conduct). The timer starts small to accommodate things like IRL emergencies, power/internet issues, hardware issues, or a gamebreaking bug so severe it makes the game unplayable (i.e. being stuck in the environment, etc). However, the more it occurs purposefully, the more the timer increases as a response to Unsportsmanlike Conduct.
If you are being intentionally greifed, or purposefully harassed by teammates, and are causing you to be found, prevented from Killer evasion, and taken out of the game, they can be reported per our Report process: https://forums.bhvr.com/dead-by-daylight/kb/articles/139-game-rules

As others mentioned, The Entity pieces the realms together based on memories & thoughts of those it bring into the Fog, and isn't the exact locations they are from.

That is a gorgeous picture of a peacock and peachick! (Actually, I don't think I've seen a close-up of a peachick before)
Actually have a weird and funny story from when I was young:
At the time we lived near a very wooded area, and one day while on the computer in the office room, I heard this brushing, light-dragging sound. I looked out the sliding glass doors and saw what I thought was... a small tree being dragged along the front walkway. I thought my father was doing yardwork, and I went out front and saw... a sizeable and very perturbed peacock! And right behind it was a worker from the construction site frantic to catch it.
TL;DR apparently it belonged to the site's overseer/manager that decided to bring it to work and keep it in a flimsy loop of chicken wire. We both chased it for like 5 minutes around our property (with it making this loud, powerful, dinosaur-like noise), until it took off down a nearby dirtbike trail that connects to the next street over.
I gave up real quick, and despite telling my mother there was a peacock in our yard (just before the guy showed up and we attempted to catch it), she thought I made it up because she had surgery the day before, and was a bit out of it still 😆 no idea what happened to the birb, but there was ample food there for it to live free if it did <3

I'll add on-to the add-on talk :3 like SimFeliz and Xernoton said, there's a "meme" aspect to it where you don't want to take the round entirely serious.
There is, however, two other reasons!
1) 100% bonus bloodpoints for catching Survivors in Bear Traps
2) Along with bonus BP, when you hit Survivors out of a bear trap (and they are not yet aware of Padded Jaws), they automatically think they are downed and may take them a moment to realize they're only injured, often allowing them to be follow-up hit... I know, because: I am frequently, THAT Survivor 😅

Unfortunately negative behavior is not limited to video games in general, or even the internet. If I may speak personally and solely as a player &person in this next part: Be the change you want to see, to see the change you want to see.
Instead of returning negativity on someone, or passing that energy to the next match, try channeling that into sincere, constructive, and positive comments. Something like "Meg, you were incredible at running the tiles!" or even "If I didn't have Lightborn this game, I would have been in trouble, you timed those flashlights perfect!". I know its not always easy, but I've seen it help with giving players positivity, even if all it is is just complimenting a charm or particular skin.
And if you feel you cannot respond without breaking the Game Rule of Communications Abuse, then it is best to refrain from responding entirely.
