Probably getting gen grabbed by a spooky Mikey. I've had a couple of those in my time and they scared the hell out of me.
-
Nice data. Very interesting. I always love reading stats like these. Good job.
-
Survivor sided for sure. It has so many safe pallets. Its crazy.
-
The Twins. I've never seen a killer be viable only by using the worst kind of gameplay.

Remember folks, stuff is only unfair when the Killer does it.
Yeah because you never see complaints about the advantages survivors have do you ๐
-
Wraith even with windstorm add on wasn't better so why would having it as base suddenly make him better?
Ghostface has a busted reveal mechanic which gives him a lot of free insta downs. The Wraith cannot compete with that.
Both of them can still be looped into oblivion.
-
Well us Dweets are a handsome bunch.
-
When you play killer you get a lot of salt no matter what way you play.

doesn't change that Demo is a smart boi
Well yes it it does since he's just like many other animals being good at hunting prey. That doesn't make him smarter than Billy.

Demo's surprisingly intelligent given it's efficacy in ambushes in the show so not really
Being able to ambush his prey doesn't make him more intelligent. Lots of animals are good hunters in that way.
-
Wouldn't Demo be even less intelligent since he is basically an animal? According to Billy's lore in the tome he at least watched TV when he was locked up, so he had some understanding of the world.
-
That has not happened to me for nearly 2 years. I remember the last time it happened the Bubba messaged me afterward apologizing because he just wanted my Dweet face.

Myers shows that good lore or design is not enough for people to play a killer, this is not an RPG.
How does he show that? People still play him regularly. If you want a more apt analogy go with the likes of Plague or Demo. They're rarely picked according to the recent stats.
-
I'd rank Demo a C tier for the fact that his shred is easy to dodge and his portals can be taken out by survivors.
-
Mikey of course. You can shoot him, stab him, run him over, set him on fire etc. He just gets back up again strong as ever.
Plus as someone else mentioned even in the Entity's realm the Entity himself cannot completely control Mikey.
-
Pop and BBQ only work if the killer gets hooks. Which means they only work when a killer has earned it. So explain to me how they are brain dead?
-
As a Mikey main I loathe the corn the most.
-
Solo is hell most of the time. If ever you needed proof that rank and skill do not go hand in hand just spend a couple of hours in solo. Some of the biggest potatoes are in red ranks.

You do know that the emperor dwight is actually not the dwight we have right?
And the inevitable party pooper who cannot go along with the fun has arrived.....
Bow down before Emperor Dweet and apologize for this heresy.
-
Mikey's is my favorite. That classic iconic Halloween theme is just too good. John Carpenter greatness.
-
No. My Mikey would not like that!
-
I got it on my first try. Its actually not that difficult. Just drop a few good pallets and reset them. That way you are likely to get a stun with at least one of them.
-
Mikey. Especially a jump scare one.
-
If you were talking about Freddy or Stridor Spirit I would completely agree with you. Huntress actually takes skill and is fairly balanced. The only annoying thing about her is her hatchet hit boxes.

Question is, do I address him as Emperor Dwight, Sir Regal Dwight or Your Dwightness?
Why pick only one? ๐
-
Well for a start don't burn an offering for Coldwind. Its one of Mikey's worst maps.
But yes the matchmaking is very bad right now. I am red rank survivor and I had two rank 18's in one of my games tonight with only two perks between them.
-
If his reveal mechanic actually worked as intended I would probably enjoy facing him. As it is he's one of my least favorite killers to go against because of the broken reveal. Fortunately I don't seem him much these days.
-
I just had a vision of Dweet in a pizza onesie.

This is an extremely inaccurate whitewashing of the brutal decades of Emperor Dwight's tyranny. I'm ashamed and disappointed.
You're just jelly you didn't get any of his pizza.

By all accounts its much better.

8s can be a lot in some specific circumstances, but then just use any other perk, as it'll save more time
What perk will take more time off gens and not require you to be injured?

While 8 seconds doesn't seem too long, Resilience also takes off 8.1 seconds of a gen.
That takes a gen from 80 seconds to 63.9 seconds.
I prefer not to be injured and one shot. I'm not a dead hard user.

@Keezo said:
Its 8s, its a waste of a slot, the only good part of it IS the bp effect
You severely underestimate the difference 8 seconds can make in Dbd.

Michael Myers: Some people massively underrate him. He has one of the biggest snowball potentials in the game, and a good Myers can wipe out a solid team.
Killer perk: Mmmm probably Make your Choice. In the right hands its lethal.
Survivor perk: Bond. The info this perk gives is invaluable. It can save lives, including your own.

Even with Corrupt and Ruin, the amount of time it takes to charge a tombstone piece would mean the survivors are awful
No, not if you run J Myers memorial with it.
-
Personal experiences are its very broken. Even when he is fully visible. It makes him very unenjoyable to face.
-
I'm pretty sure they said they do not include matches that had DC's in their stats.
-
The best good sports (and the bad ones) really showed themselves during the time of the notorious hill glitch. I had many killers take advantage of it and kill survivors.
But there was the good sports who knocked you down, picked you up and let you wriggle free. They were the true wholesome players this community needs.

He is the killer most dependant on addons which isn't necessarily good or bad but it is unique to him. I think he could use a slight buff with improving tier 1 some and increase his feeding rate slightly but other than that he is fine. I wish more killers had addons like him since his change his gameplay a lot while most other killers still play about the same regardless of addons
Mikey is definitely not an add on dependant killer. He is perfectly viable in red ranks without them. I speak from personal experience. I made myself get good with him without using add ons. I think its the best way to master a killer.
A lot of Mikey players do the same. You ever watch Stalky Boi? Red rank Myers main. Never uses add ons. He has a ton of content on Youtube. I highly recommend him if you want to see what I'm talking about.
-
For me it depends on which killer they're playing. If they're not using one of the top tier killers e.g. Freddy, Spirit, Nurse etc then its more interesting to watch.
You mention Bronx, I've seen him pull off some crazy good feats with the odds totally against him. I think my favorite was when he played one perk scratched mirror Mikey on Ormond and got the 4k.
-
I always clean up on it as Myers. Whether its regular Mikey or jump scare.
-
I asked about giving him any buffs or updates in the Q&A stream before Christmas. The answer they gave was they looked at his stats in terms of pick rates and kill rates at both red ranks and across all ranks. In both of them Mikey is in the top half of killers in terms of performance.
So they feel he's in a good spot. Here is the video if anyone cares to see;

Zubat's basically that guy who's really good at DBD, but lacks a personality. I've seen some of his streams he's not really ever engaging to much with his chat, he's more so just playing the game really. Compare him to Umbra she's always engaging with her chat, and being damn good at the game at the same time. She seems more expressive and always smiling, where Zubat is just showing his normal expression. That's really one of the huge drop offs for me as to why I never really enjoyed watching him
I somewhat agree with that. Umbra is what I consider the template for a great Dbd streamer. Wonderful personality and really skilled at the game, too. She's the whole package.
But I do enjoy watching Zubat for his laid back/chill approach, while being great at the game.
-
I wish I could get the survivors you face as team mates. In solo queue you can run the killer for 5 minutes, not one gen will pop, you go down and you see your team mates just wandering around like headless chickens.
-
For killer I only prestiged Mikey because he's my main and I like his P3 cosmetic. Same for Dweet as survivor. They're the only two I bothered to prestige.
-
Heck no. Not when forever Freddy is around.

It happens to (when playing Ghostface) often. If not every match, every other match. I constantly get the "revealed but no killer instinct" thing. But I also have Survivors in the face not able to reveal me. Most of the time, if that's the case, I'll just hit them instead of marking them. That's BS. Ghostface just got thoroughly messed up from dedicated servers. There was a long period of time where Myers and his stalking was really bad. Like, 99 someones and then go away. When you stalk again, the 99'd person, who is nowhere near you, is suddenly fully marked. Or more common, especially with Michael, the stalking would just not work, or reverse itself. It's since then been fixed, but it made playing them unbearable at times.
I know it happens to survivors, I just think it's unfair to assume Ghostie gets most of his kills from his broken reveal. It's probably just from my personal experience, but if I've fully stalked someone it wasn't in the open and they haven't noticed me.
I wish all Ghostie players played it as fair as you did. I've not met a single one who did not take full advantage of it.
Just to clarify I never said he gets most of his kills because of it. I said he gets a lot, which is a fair assumption given the frequency of the complaints about it.

I've seen you post this a lot, and while it certainly is true, you seem to think Ghostface only benefits from this, which he doesn't. Ghostface constantly get's revealed by somebody on the other side of a wall or, much more often in my case, I'll get revealed and the killer instinct won't proc. It should definitely be fixed on both ends.
I know the reverse can happen, too. But I don't see Ghostface players mention it much. Whereas its a frequent issue survivors bring up. So I'm assuming its not something that happens as often to Ghostface players as it does to survivors.
From a personal perspective I don't play Ghostface, but from the survivor side I can say its something that happens in practically every match against him. No exaggeration. Even when he's fully visible. So if I mention often from the survivor perspective its because its that perspective that the issue is often raised from. Not trying to show a bias.
