The shuttering is just something else. Totally spoils matches.
Fix on thing...another thing get's broken. It's all so predictably tedious.

They're not shown as selected, but if you select one and then check the tome post-match, it tallies.
But honestly. Everything. And I mean EVERYTHING breaks in this game. I'm getting throughly cheesed off with it.

It's the WWE games for me.
I'm an old school wrestling fan and the product has been in steady decline since 1999, but I still used to CONSOOOOOM the annual WWE game.
But in recent years, the possibility of including popular legends in to the games has been exhausted: the novelty has truly worn off.
And what with lawsuits, politics and contracts getting in the way of old school wrestlers being included...the magic is truly gone. The actual WWE television product is also a polluted toilet.
With DBD, whilst I still enjoy the game (or at least try to), I certainly have been more conflicted since the addition of the Rift Pass and the bugs that renew with each new DLC. It's sad but true.

A week or two...people get to grips with the new killer...get their Adept...then go back to their tried and tested favourites.

100% agree.
There are some skins I would like, but aren't buying them all at the extortionate prices.
It should be £5/$5 tops for the highest level "Legendary" skins. Everything else should be cheaper.

Removing the DC penalty was a mistake.
Every game where I'm not getting absolutely stomped by a 2k hour SWF that smurfed their MMR down to stomp us 50 hour geriatrics for their damn Twitch viewers, I've got at least 2 people DCing the second I pick them up.
Going to take a break for a few days I think. New Path of Exile season looks interesting.
It's ridiculous and I speak from the viewpoint of survivor.
A teammate d/c's and it's like "Thank you for your service, sir". Completely ruins the match after a long lobby wait. Especially annoying if you have work/responsibilities and can only afford a few matches a day.

Not so much a particular killer...just survivors who gets downed once then d/c. ALMOST: Every. Single. Match. It's so tedious.

-A week's extension on the event (the infinite loading has spoiled it).
-A courtesy drop of a huge amount of blood points (as many of us lost out on blood point collection due to the aforementioned infinite loading and mid-match crashes).
-A drop of a reasonable amount of shards (a nice gesture and it's Halloween).
-A couple of other blood point drops via codes (why not?).
I think that's reasonable.

Yes, it's good and feel and quite unnerving on first viewing.
Coincidentally watched it again about a week ago. Still good.

At this point, the whole thing seems to be an unknown bug attributed to the latest update.
Hopefully once the source of the problem is identified and remedied, we can have an extension of the Halloween event. Would be a nice gesture.

I've had it when I am stuck for a couple of seconds leaving me open to a killer hit.
Also had it where I get unhooked and are then back in the hooked position...and then back on my feet.

10 minutes+ in a killer queue.
Infinite loading.
Had to restart game.

One thing about Ghostface: he can a royal pain in the butt when doing gens. You're constantly looking around for him and then *boom* You're marked and exposed. Can be a headache.

Yes.
I want the survivors to feel threatened by the killer, which is why they have a desperation survival instinct.
If you were put in a similar situation, most people would either flake out and turn in to a screaming, sobbing wreck OR understand they would have to do anything and everything to survive.
I think it should be tougher for survivors...but survivor rewards should be higher for overcoming the odds.

Agreed. The infinite loading issue has tarnished it unfortunately. Would be nice to have a bloodhunt for next weekend too.

I love Nemesis. He's one of my favourites in fact. Him and Pinhead were great additions to the game and worthy representations of the actual characters.

If you liked 2018 you should like this.
Beware however that it is far more gory, in fact it's the goriest film of the entire Halloween franchise. Very much a kill-fest.
I enjoyed it and the violence...but then I am a desensitised fella.

I've started playing Resident Evil 8: Village. It's really good. I recommend that and part 7 too.

Yes.
Love it or hate it (or both), DBD will be still be top dog in terms of 4v1 horror in a year's time, barring some disaster.
It's become too established with a dedicated fanbase and big license holders.
I predict VHS will not be the big challenger that many are hoping for. However, I expect it be an pleasant alternative that has a greater lifetime than the Predator, Resident Evil and Alien online games.

Just played a match with contained a hacker. Had hit him twice and he was still alive...infinite Dead Hard. Oh well. Can rest now. Level 1 and Halloween 1 tome done.

Just had some dork 99 the gates...Hillbilly rushed over. I was already injured and got downed.
The gate expert attempted to evade the Hillbilly...but as he opened the exit gate..he got chainsawed. The Hillbilly picked him up...and I managed to crawl out the open gate. And he died on the hook.

Myers and Ghosty are more like "Ah crap! There he is! How long you been peaking?"
But Hag can be a bit jumpy on the very odd occasion.
