From what I understand we get an icon only the player can see and a gold tint on character pics that looks like a pee filter. Wishing I could get all my event items back instead.
-
Regretting every prestige that cost me event items and cakes/flan
-
2x the BP for one match is a decent amount to lose. Roughly dropping from a whole blood web per match without it. Hell, the 32 from a perfect game is gone in a blink if your aiming for good addons.

I think SWF would turn this against the killer (bodyblocking, etc.) and the speed boosting add-ons might need something done to them, but it might be interesting.
Player controlled zombies do pose to many issues to be a thing, but an ai version with their cosmetics is what I meant.
-
I'd like to see sacrificed survivors return as zombies
-
Better question is; how many did you lose because of prestige?
I'm out for a little over 400
-
😭 -> me thinking about all the event items and cakes lost because they delayed the reveal
Seriously wouldn't have bothered just for a pic pee filter that is only for me to see.
-
Let Survivor stock slowly regress as they advance their objective. This would prevent Myers from multiple tier 3 procs off of one person (in chase) and encourage spreading out your attention. As survivors can hide and wait out tier 3 it would make sense to allow the Killer to continue gaining pressure for as long as the match persists.
-
Honestly just wish they had announced what the reward was so I could have ignored it and kept all my stuff. The pee filter is of no interest to me for the cost.

There are def older people throwing tantrums as well.
True, physical age doesn't always equate to mental maturity
-
Based on Salty tantrums I'd say there are far to many players under 15.
-
Because providing the losing side a freebie is considered "fair", this is why some killers make #3 suffer as a slug while hunting the 4th.
-
Good survivor gameplay involves awareness, avoiding the killer when out positioned, and escaping chases. Being tunneled just means teammates made an inadequate save and you then failed in chase again.
-
No Just the tr. He would be fine with ads if getting in range didn't involve starting chases at max distance.
-
No, it's because I keep aware of what's going on around me. Stealth is viable against every killer and nurse is no exception. I listen for her blinks and watch to see if teammates are injured. Provided the team doesn't create a 3 gen, the distance and blink audio gives plenty of time to react beforehand. I enjoy facing stealth killers so waiting for a tr to react is not my common practice and it gets fairly easy to tell when she is blink traveling or attacking.
A nurse player can be good but still lose when unable to apply her advantages.
-
Spinechill- needed the change
Ironwill- needed the change
Selfcare- meh, healing speeds in general have almost destroyed hit & run
-
It will never go low enough to escape strong opposition. Tried this on killer with a disappointing result and then returned to my normal play. After much lack of effort I reached a point that mm had trouble placing me, que would be somewhere around 10min to find sbmm appropriate survivors. Unfortunately this was the minority of matches as anytime the que was faster the lobby would load in with a 3-4 player swf. And just for clarification, these were the swat squad swfs equipped and aimed at demeaning the killer in every fashion possible like nothing but nurse would stop them.
-
I really don't think she does. I find the "oppression" she imposes to usually be a result of poor Survivor decisions. Far too many survivors make the mistake of trying to run her like other killers thinking that will help gens fly.
Every time I have escaped against a good nurse it was because the team played tactically and concealed their presence while tagging gens. A good nurse will waste more time patrolling gens and searching for survivors then the average Survivor will last in Chase.
-
I think survivor BP gain is fine. The cause of low scores is a factor of all survivors actions. For high BP survivors have to get injured, be saved, heal others, hunt totems, and gens regress so additional repairs can be made. If teams rush the match then it's going to reflect in the scores.

Nothing has changed
Coh, alert, Empathy, and either gen trap or flashbangs

Tunnel and camping is a toxic behavior, we can even put it in the harassment category, you are going to continue to bury the head in the sand and let this harassing behavior continue?
I call it survivor failure. Detection is avoidable, chases are winnable, camping is counterable. I find that these situations are so detested based on entitlement to additional chances which some survivors "feel" should be mandatory.
-
No, there is no killer I want to avoid and I wouldn't want the possibility of being paired with other survivors that could bar any of that opposition.
-
Like all tactics and strategies; they are only effective when applied intelligently. I have seen many killers use these methods poorly and received results to match.
-
It'll be a good thing for all players if failure in the end game is just that. Without numerous chances players will be slightly more inclined to end the match immediately when the opportunity presents itself.
-
If that's a red forest map then I'd say they played it smart. On such large maps the killer is better off applying pressure where they know survivors will be than roaming blindly.
-
Unfortunately the devs think hearing rapid annoying (almost buzzing) clicks that drown out all other sound is a hilarious feature that is no worse than killers nodding.
-
My favorite killer to verse. She is the only Killer that actually encourages survivors not to attract her attention.
-
Only time I ever used these perks was for the bonus.
The new changes are worse for me in the long run. I only play a few killers and even less survivors. At least now I only have to level up unused characters once to get what I want, with the new system I have to grind and level those same unused characters multiple times for the few I actually use.
Can't speak for other but now I'm not spending any money on characters unless I actually plan to use them regularly. I'm better off waiting for the shrine than grinding them out.
-
I dont see many survivors breaking totems, even with hex they usually take the time to boon over it. It takes a patient killer to hold off re-lighting totems so that the perk isn't immediately countered.
Then there is the killer's counter; smart survivors know when to use healing pools and to split gens. Map wide audio warnings tell survivors when they are at risk of sickness or injury.
Just seems like survivors really have to hand it to the killer for things to reach a dire point.
-
They were just Salty about getting attention drawn to the advantage it provides.
-
Survivors have the advantage. To many players on gens for the killers to effectively pressure. Killers for sure would have full control of chases with teamwork and could even better secure kills, but having a minimum of four Survivors on gens tips the objective scales.
-
Solo is fine, high death rates are the result of poor decisions and bad plays. There are things that devs can do to increase solo coordination, but outside of that solo is not weaker.
-
As long as stealth is viable the devs can make survivors fart rainbows for all I care.
-
I switch entirely to stealth. I can easily outlive bold teammates and have a chance at escape. With stealth you can usually make her waste more time searching then most players can last in chase.
-
Yep it's bad, last time I played gh on midwich that same thing happened. Unfortunately it was a swf actually trying to troll me out of my power. It makes killer completely miserable when every reveal is from behind cover that only works in the survivor's favor.
-
I'm looking forward to thana, knockout, and finally not walking backwards as stealth killers
-
🤔 no save should be free of danger
-
Depends on the survivors and the situation. With the right target it can be highly effective but chose the wrong one and your left struggling to confirm one kill while the final gen pops.

Oooh yes please. It’s funny not a fan of the one Joey or any of the Legion has though I adore Mr. Puddles.
I love the head piece cosmetic on clown, haven't changed from it since the release.
-
Hope is hard to endorse when role bias has been displayed in the past.
Devs made a comment regarding their view of the same situation for both sides. In reference to players being completely stomped by higher rated opposition;
Survivor loss was considered an "unfair" match up
Killers loss was just a "challenging" match
-
Refusing to hook any of the survivors. I play for the chases and let team altruism determine if everyone escapes. Occasionally a survivor will drop me a Salty message about how unfun it was to bleedout but I just tell them that I'm only responsible for downing them and teammates are to blame when your left there.
-
Camping has counterplay, it's called teamwork. Camping saves can be made safely when coordinating with teammates and additional safety nets like perks aren't always necessary.

You wouldn't say that when you are camped and tunneled out of a match.
My statement still holds true even then. It's completely on me to avoid the first down. After that it all depends on how my teammates handle the situation. In no way do I expect the killer to ignore me simply because I was just unhooked or an event is in place.
-
Imagine that, killers are trying to effectively kill survivors. Personally I see no difference as I expect every killer to play with full force. Anything less and I feel cheated as survivor.

Can't contribute after you complete it. Mandy confirmed on different post that you can't and that Peanits was incorrect when he said you could on another post.
Well then we all best hope that the player count is really that high 😔
-
750000 individual players to complete this first challenge. I don't know if the player base is that big but I'm expecting dedicated players will have to complete it repeatedly to ensure numbers are met. Definitely a good thing we can still contribute afterwards.
-
No Killer takes noed as insurance of success, if that's your stance then the survivors must be bottom barrel. Every noed pick is a gamble on whether or not survivors do totems.

lol. Look, i read a few of the comments and you’re all entitled to your opinion. but for those that disagree just answer the simple question: Is it sportsmanlike to play a 3 v 1? That team of 4 survivors joined the game expecting a somewhat fair game. Some random quits. Now they are stuck in an unfair game through no fault of their own. What’s the sportsmanlike thing to do?
Yes thats sportsmanlike, 3v1 is fine. Things get tougher based on the survivors play styles, but I've escaped more than a few times in this situation. Worst possible scenario is the killer not even putting in effort and I just spend 5min playing gen simulator.
-
It looks far better than the ptb, hope it stays.

Using the kill stats is grasping at straws for an argument.
Look at how she plays vs how other killers play. One requires a bit of effort to learn and the others are hold W and hit.
When the best killer in the game rates lower than pinhead I'd say it show some merit. Of all the killers I find her to be the most engaging to vs. The hold w style the m1 killers have to entertain allows survivors to just move from one pallet to the next until mistakes are made.
