Probably a buff and a couple of nerfs so..he will be nerfed. I have not played him because I'm on console and have heard bad things, so I'm not sure how good/bad he is but from what others say C-tier perhaps? That is enough for them to nerf a new killer.

Remove Rusty Shackles is all I ask
But it's not that strong. Mint rag however is pretty dirty.
-
No limit needed since Trapper is so weak. But would prefer yellow bag as basekit plus tar bottle. He would be ok then neither good or bad.
-
B-tier killer probably but very strong against solos. If you play Hag without Corrupt and manage to set up lot's of traps before survivors even knows who the killer is then they are in trouble. Find Hag early and you can start destroying her traps, now Hag is in trouble.
-
As survivor I want more Zombies in this game!
-
You are not supposed to play nice? You are a killer act like one.
-
While the new map is an instant game over for him.

Basement bubba isnt even fun. He is plenty strong without camping
Bubba is not fun to play or to play against either way. If Bubba play the chase game or the camping game is up to the player. Fun? Rocket League is fun there is nothing fun about DBD.
-
Effective is the word not toxic. Basement is Bubbas strength and he is supposed to kill survivor, not to party with them.
-
A or B tier. Yes probably most fun killer to play and also fun to go against. It's not the normal chase and loop game and that is only positive.
-
Not close to Spirit or Nurse but many solo survivors struggle since few know how to counter her. I would say Hag is A or B-tier. Fun to play and to play against. Solo survivors often struggle against her while good SWF teams know they have to have one person run to just were the trap triggers and then run away to a loop. One destroyer of traps and the rest on gens and Hag is dead.
-
Well first of all game is survivor sided of course, second the survivor players are probably better than Tru individually since he is not one of the very best killers. And last he used Wraith who is a mediocre killer.
-
With all nerfs you want to killers, in a survivor sided game the problem is not the killers. Practice playing survivor there are lots of vids on youtube to help you on your way.
Wraith is B or C tier. As survivor I would have no problem with Wraith getting more buffs. As bad as he has been for so long he should be A-tier.
-
I feel like it's a very weak perk. I mean you might as well use Corrupt and protect gens close to survivors in the beginning and survivors come to you instead. Could be good on Plague perhaps if you bring a couple of apples and get you vile purge straight away. Other than that a perk that last seconds and then you have three perks all game..no that can't be good.

I have a feeling it's a bug.
Yes it should be otherwise they would have announced this since it would make people happy.
-
Same with Twins. After first 12-24 hours people will play other killers again. Things get old very fast in this game.
-
I also use keys now thanks to Franklins nerf. And thanks to that nerf I don't play killer atm.
-
Most chase killers are boring to play and to play against. This is why Hag for example is so important for the game who is both fun to play and to play against.
-
So many asked for a key buff!
-
Well you only slap on Franklins when there is a key, but now the only counter is tunneling the key person. This is bad for everyone just make it not work on the vaccine what is the problem??

That is a really cool idea to have Killer's be able to customize the basement somehow :D
Thanks yes I started a thread about this in December also:
https://forum.deadbydaylight.com/en/discussion/211555/i-want-to-pimp-my-basement
-
It might be a bit toxic but if I play killer and suspect it's a SWF I wait until 6 seconds left and then lobby dodge. It's an old habit.
-
It's the killers hangout, the rest of the map is the survivors amusement park more or less. The only thing the basement needs is being a bit more creepy, or a way for the killers to pimp their own basement with bloodstains, bodys etc. No matter if I play killer or survivor I really like the basement. If I could have a sleepover in any map basement is were I would sleep.
-
Trapper is worse but other then that Pig is probably the worst killer. But of course if you are lucky with the RBTs things will be different, but that part is all about luck.

What is the point of this post?
Ego boost perhaps. Not losing with mediocre killers can be impressive, but he could also be a low rank killer so who knows.
-
Camping while drinking fine scotch whisky is very relaxing and rewarding. Just don't unhook!!
-
You really need to practice survivor if this perk is a problem for you. I think someday there will be practice modes and free play for both survivor and killers.
-
At the moment: BT, DS, Iron Will, Lucky Break
-
Well you have to mess around every other game to avoid this. Just like deranking on purpose. I can't see this killing the game but the auto ban system might.
-
Hag, Trapper and Nurse is fun.

People use this argument a lot, but I think it's important to remember that no one is actually getting killed or fighting for their life when they play this game. The murders are pretend. All that's happening is that people are playing a video game. There's no reason why you need to be mean to anyone because of that.
Like, imagine if you played Monopoly, and you spent the whole game taunting and insulting the other person because they played Top Hat instead of Thimble. Yeah, you would probably get inside their head and make them play differently, because they're having such a bad time being near you, but it would be a weird, rude thing to do. And, in my opinion, it would also be morally wrong to prioritize winning a meaningless game to such a degree that you were willing to bully someone to do it.
And I'm not saying that I'm right or wrong. As I said before toxic is just a word and you decide what is toxic to you and not. But what we do know is that people will do things in this game having different intents. For example when I was new to this game I thought that people t-bagging at exit gate did this to say thanks for the game or something, so the first killer who let me just leave I gave him a t-bagging thank you before I left. He probably thought I was very toxic, but my intent was the opposite.

You also don’t know why a survivor teabags or flashlight clicks because you can’t read their mind.
Precisely! The survivor might do this to force killer to make mistakes, or because they think it's better for the team if killer chases you, then you do this to win not to be toxic. It's a strategy. If someone is out to kill you then you have every right to use "dirty" tricks to survive. Same with the player who takes on the role as a killer you have every right to kill survivors in any way possible it's your job. But when your intentions is not winning or losing just messing with the player to ruin their experience then yeah it's toxic no matter if it's camping or teabagging.
-
@aroell said:
But tunneling and camping is actually toxic, it’s a known strat people use to ruin someone’s experience
You have no idea if the killer is camping to ruin someone's experience or not. You can't read that players mind.
-
It depends on the survivor. Every perk is OP to a bad survivor because he/she needs to play against perkless killers to stand a chance.
-
@Karao_Ke said:
Toxic is defined as someone going out of their way to ruin somebody else's fun. I'd say teabagging & hitting on hook definitely goes in that category. Everything else depends on who you ask.
For me it's all about the intention. If I hit someone on hook to get them off balance or to DC with the intentions of winning the game, then that is a questionable strategy but not toxic. If I do it just to mess with players and don't care if it makes me win or not then it's toxic. But toxic is just a word it will mean different things for different people.
-
"wishing death, sickness, etc"
More like being a psychopath if you ask me. It goes beyond toxicity.
-
I mean to say Spirit has "no" counterplay is just dumb. Every killer have counterplay even if Spirit and Nurse has more limited counterplay. And if your counterplay fails you have teammates that can take hits, flashlight save etc.
-
Hag is different to the normal chase and loop game. Very important to have these unique killers or the game would get boring faster.
-
Trapper is worse but yeah they both need a rework, or buffs.
-
Fun: Hag, Pig, Trapper, Oni, Demogorgon
Not fun: Deathslinger, Spirit, Ghostface, Doctor
The rest is ok to play against, nothing really fun or boring.
-
Before turning messages off on Xbox I beat a SWF team with Nurse on Lerys and I had one of those games where everything just went my way. They got zero gens done and after they message me that I was cheating and using keybord and mouse, and saying that it's impossible to play Nurse on console like that 🤣
-
Trapper, Pig, Myers..and all C and below tier killers should be buffed. Playing survivor you should have respect of every killer but sadly so many weak ones that teams just toy with them.
-
Learn to play survivor. It does not take skill either.
-
Both solo survivor and killer needs buff! Game would be much better if this happened.
-
I think he will get a rework. But they might still want him to be weak just like Clown. We have to wait and see but it does not seem like they want to give him any of the bags as base kit, or they would have done so some of these years.
-
Hag is fine. Bad survivors will always complain.
-
Hag might not be that fun to play against for many who just loves a normal chase and loop game, but to play Hag, set up your net and using your brain in other ways is very rewarding and fun.
Nurse is also fun to play and unique.
-
Why do you need a "main" one killer? Just play and be happy.
-
Spread out and do gens is always the counter. But should you bring Fixated every game when Spirit have like 5-6% pick rate? I'm not that afraid of Spirit 😀
-
Games should always have hard, normal or easy mode. I mean with Spirit if you play against good SWFs you won't get a easy mode anyway. But why must all killers be around the same level? With that said I don't play Spirit because I don't find her that fun. And as mostly survivor Spirit is not that fun to play against, but nerf? No let that be hard mode for survivors.
