I just saw a discussion on another forum about the upcoming survivor HUD which got me thinking and I'd like to hear your thoughts on it.

Do you think the HUD could lead to more toxicity between survivors?

In the discussion I mentioned above, quite a number of people said they intentionally will bring the killer to teammates who open chests, or clean totems, or leave teammates hooked who don't work on gens the entire match (unless they're in chase ) .

Now the rift and the challenges exist. I'm thinking of the typical "cleanse 8 totems", "open chests" or "hide in the killer's terror radius for 60 seconds without getting caught" challenges.

It would be really bad if people trying to do their challenges get trash talked by their teammates or left on hook just because they don't work the whole match on gens.

Many players have many different goals.

For some it's all about escaping, others are more casual and want to get their rift done.

Do you think there might be problems with that now that you can see what others are doing soon? And how would you react? Would you be mad if people try to do their challenges or wouldn't you care much?

This is why I think different game modes would be good. Now yes people are like people who play ranked will just go to casual and play there. Maybe so. But in my experience with games who have a ranked and un ranked, the casual games are exactly that. a lot more casual. And if you run into someone being an #########, so be it. Say you play 10 games. Out of those 10 games, 8 of them were pretty casual. Players working on tomes or dailys or achievements or whatever. 2 of them you get some one who wants to "sweat" or try hard. Oh well, they shouldnt be in casual then. They queued up in casual know what it would be. I dont think the argument should be its only gonna make the game worse, I think it should be that it would boost morale. In the current state of the game, its a wild card every match. 90% of my matches that I play, have been a sweat fest. I am the kind of player I want to do the achievements and tomes and dailys, I dont care about winning really. But playing killer and just wanting a daily or a tome and 3 gens get done in 30 seconds because survivors are bring BNP and all these other gen perks. I feel like I as a killer HAVE to bring the "gen kick" meta. I truly believe that multiple game modes would help with this concern. I think that this HUD is a great thing for game health. Will there be people who sandbag, absolutely. But, its already a thing. I actually think it wont be as bad as people think. I think there are going to be issues with it, but everything in this game has issues upon release. It would just take some time to settle in and eventually it will iron its self out.

And if you weren't expecting killers to actually gift you free escapes, you wouldn't have made a topic complaining about how killers have been killing you instead of letting you get free escapes.

I dont know how many god damn times I gotta say IM NOT EXPECTING ANY ONE TO DO A GOD DAMN THING. When you know my intentions and go out of your way to to make it so I dont get any progress, thats a dick move

You are definitely imply killers should be letting you go for this achievement, because you made this topic complaining about it.

I never said they should. I said it would be nice. I bet it would be nice if some one gave you a million dollars wouldnt it?

  • @Crowman said:

The achievement is certainly a pain to get (I'm at 16/20), but killers you get matched with are in no way required to let you escape. Take a breather and step away from trying to get the achievement for a bit.

    Never said they were.

We're aware that it's a #### move to read your bio and target you. But look at it from an outsider reading this post.

You set your name so that they read your bio, there by painting a target on your intentions and when #### players target you for whatever reason your venting here (here of all places) and saying we're all "unkind" for them, those specific ones, doing so.

There is no excuse to be an #########. Absolutely none. I am tired of people trying act like there is. I put that as my bio, explaining my intentions, and that makes me a target. That is the issue. There is absolutely nothing you can do or say that justifies any of it. Its a dick move, and uncalled for.

I literally never said I expect them to help me

Ok but All I said was at the end of the match, it would be nice if you let me open the exit gate and escape.

So...you dropped the hint that you wanted them to help you & give you a free escape.

You can do verbal acrobatics all you want; you are expecting anyone who reads your bio to help you escape for your achievement.

If he admitted, he singled you out because of your bio; that is kinda jerkish. But YOU are the one who is expecting people to coddle you and give you escapes because you want an achievement. Or you would not have put it in your bio, and said repeatedly:

All I said was at the end of the match, it would be nice if you let me open the exit gate and escape.

    and

Hell, it could have been a normal match and at the end let me open the exit gate and escape.

That second one is basically 'He should have let me win because I wanna' and now you're shaming people and acting like you never said what people are, literally, quoting you saying.

Its literally not though. Its a normal match. So giving a player hatch or letting them go at the end is a free escape? All I did was say that it would be cool if they let me get progress towards the achievement. Thats not asking for a free escape. Thats just asking for help. I expect no one to coddle me. Not in the slightest. But when you know my intentions and you make it to were I get no progress, that is a dick move and there is absolutely no excuse for it. It doesnt make me entitled, it doesnt make me a target. It doesnt mean that I expect people to do what I want. Yeah it would be nice if people were willing to help me, but I never said they have to.

  • @Sonzaishinai said:

Sorry for your loss, I wish you and your family all the strengt in the world.

That said. You are saying people should be able to give their opinion but also saying others aren't allowed to give their opinions on it

If you are allowed to state your frustration about certain killers actions, why shouldn't others be allowed to state that they feel the killers didn't do anything wrong

If you can express that you feel people are unkind others can express they feel it's entitlement

You are kinda asking for people to respect your opinion while not being allowed to give a opinion of their own

People can express their feelings for entitlement but me simply expressing my frustrations does not make me entitled. And I am not stopping any one from giving their opinion at all. I just dont see how frustration equals entitlement

  • @Volcz said:

I mean..I get it but you're also very entitled. Camping/tunneling is something a lot of killers do, regardless if they know or don't know you're trying to do an achievement. Mainly because turning a match into a 3v1 ASAP is very important for killer. You'd probably make more progress in the achievement with a regular name and nothing in your bio.

You shouldn't act like they have a vendetta against you just b/c they target you. Maybe they thought you were the weakest link based on your looping/pathing?

Yea it sucks when someone gets in the way of an achievement you're hunting, but thats just the game. People want to 3k/4k, just like you want to escape 20 times on RPD. Their goal is to kill you, not let you live.

Oh ok cool, so the killer coming to me at the beginning of the match and only chasing me and tunneling and camping me makes me the weakest link? How are they gonna know if they dont chase anyone else except me? And I am fully aware of turning the game into a 3v1. Im a killer main, and I play killer for a team. I dont understand how me expressing frustration that killers who read my bio, and then go out of their way to kill me to make sure that I dont get progress towards my achievement makes me entitled. At no point did I ever say, they had to absolutely let me live. Never did I say that. All that I said is that it would be nice if they let me live. But you know what they did instead. The tunneled me out. They camp me out. Its not they arent letting me live. Its not that at all. Its that they go out of their way to make sure I dont get any progress. But cool, nice to know expressing my feelings and frustrations are entitlement.

How are you achieving anything if you’re expecting people to just give you a free escape? Doing it on your own is the point…then you actually earned it.

But yes, I agree w the title..most of the dbd community is unkind.

I never said it was a free escape. I never said that they even had to let me escape at all. I put that in my bio because I wanted to let everyone know. It wasnt about a free escape. I just thought that maybe people would be nice and be willing to work with me. Hell, it could have been a normal match and at the end let me open the exit gate and escape. I never said they couldnt hook me chase me or anything just that at the end it would be nice if the let me get progress towards my achievement.

This was hard to read, not because of what you wrote but because no paragraphs.

Nevertheless - I understand how you feel like, a lot of people throw words around all the time and don't always take the time to actually yk consider what's being said by the other person. It's just wah ur just entitled or wah ur just xyz. There are genuinely some people who are like that but a lot of people aren't.

Like, tunnelling and camping isn't ""toxic"" by default. The current state of the game leaves a lot of Killer players in a state of mind where they feel like they have no choice if they want to win and there's truth to it. I defend camping/tunnelling because they are apart of the game by design. The devs know about them and do not change them, therefore the logical conclusion is that they are valid. They shouldn't be treated as taboo as they did back when the game was in its infancy, when the pool of players was smaller.

DBD is so big now you don't have to care about your opponents. You don't see this in other games. People in Overwatch or Valorant or whatever COD game is relevant don't care about your fun. They just don't.

By the way, I'm sorry about your loss - I wish you and your family all the best. DBD means a lot to many of us and it's been a good distraction for myself in bad times as well so you're not alone in that regard.

Sorry about the no paragraphs I just started typing lol. And thank you for understanding. Its just so frustrating the way the community is. And its like double standards everywhere you look. Its just really frustrating more than anything.

I enjoy helping people get their achievements and challenges done. I don't usually check bios when I play against Survivors, though. I'm sorry if people are mean just out of spite because you want your achievement. What would typically work on me is for the Survivor to tell me to follow them and then point at what they want. If someone burned an RPD offering and waved at me to follow them and took me to the gate and pointed at it, I would think "Oh, they want the achievement?" and I'd let them open the gate and escape. If putting it in your bio is making it worse for you, you can always try what I just said. I actually had a Jeff a few weeks ago that needed to escape through the hatch to get his challenge done. He had a key, someone used a hatch offering, and we ended up going to Midwich. I assumed he wanted hatch so when it spawned near us, I carried him to it and let him escape. He was happy because the challenge was so difficult for him.

Ive tried pointing and stuff but no one listens. And its not the it being in my bio have made it worse, its the fact that they potentially know and still are being jerks

I hate that achievement to. If I were to know that a myers is trying to do that achievement, i would totally help him do it. Sadly there is no way to do so. As a survivor there is that advantage, everyone else can see your profile before the match starts

Yeah, that's one of the reasons why I think Outbreak Breakout is the most awful, annoying, unfun and insanity-inducing challenge of DbD. The best way of getting progress on it is doing some stuff other players hate when you do, like bringing an RPD offering and opening the exit gate right away to make sure no one does it before you. If a killer reads on someone else's bio he is the one bringing RPD offerings, there's a chance he will be angry at that player and make sure he is dead.

But the thing is I even put in the bio that I am willing to give you hooks Im willing to farm I am willing to do literally anything you need, my only request is that you let me open the exit gate and get out for this achievement. I have given them tools and options, and the fact that the are deliberately being jerks is so frustration

  • @Shaped said:

Should we also give myers moris in case they are going for ach and we cant bother to read their "bio"?

Also you are bringing your teammates to rpd and would probably left them to die so you can escape, and you complain about being killed?

I love this community man. Theres like 0 self reflection its just me me me me me me.

Ok your arguement is invalid. If I was aware that a Myers needed a mori for an achievement I would gladly give him one because I know how much of a pain they are to get. And I will have you know, I do not leave me team to die. I try my hardest to help them get out, but by the end of the match I am the only one dead and my team mates are the ones who escape. I put the bio there for everyone to read, if they read it and decide they dont want to go to RPD, they have ways around that. They can leave the lobby, the put in a Sacrificial Ward, they could even ask to not go to RPD, and I would probably just leave the lobby. Some people in this community, arent ######### and see the other players in the match as people who have feelings and takes that into consideration

I think they are actually reading his bio and they are tunneling him because of it, thats the complain, he isnt asking Killers to let him escape or go easy, he is just stating people are very petty in this game (which is true and its one of the main problems with the comunity on both sides).

OP you should delete your bio and go on crossplay again, if you burn a RPD offering the Killer wont know who did it and may tunnel someone else, you are singling yourself and making people focus you out of spite.

That is exactly what I am saying thank you. And I tried doing that. I only changed my name after trying to get it with crossplay. And I burn an offering every match to go to RPD. I have had some nice killers, but its just frustrating that they have the chance to be in the know and decide to be a jerk

Well just to be that guy we gotta say having people read your bio is asking for trouble on a game like this.

As for the topic, people will play how they want. Some want to MAKE people angry and from the look of it it worked. Some killers still do meme around but if you're expecting it you're setting yourself for disappointment.

And so Im just not suppossed to have feelings about it? Im just not supposed to be frustrated? I know that people do it to make people angry, doesnt mean I gotta be happy about it.

    @InvadeGames said:

yea, they arent jerks for letting you escape just because you claim in your bio you want them to play a certain way. You arent a toddler so lay off the entitlement.

Never once did I say they had to play a certain way. And never once did I do anything to make me entitled. I am simply expressing my frustration that I have given them a heads up of what I am trying to achieve, and the fact that they have seen it, decided to deliberately be a jerk and that makes me entitled? Show me where in the post I said the words "they have to play the way I want them to" Never did I say that. It is the fact that they are deliberately going out of their way to be a jerk to me. Thats some entitlement.

  • @tippy2k2 said:

As to the topic, while it would be nice for them to let you get your achievement, no one is under any obligation to throw the game because you want to get an achievement done.

I never said they had to. I said to deliberately tunnel and camp me out is the problem. I dont care if they want to help me or not, I do not appreciate you reading my bio and knowing what I am trying to do and to sit there and intentionally go out of your way to make sure I dont get it is what I am upset about

  • @InvadeGames said:

    https://forums.bhvr.com/dead-by-daylight/discussion/358787/you-guys-are-#########

yea just because your name says read my bio doesnt mean anyones going to actually read you bio. In lobby i dont sit there and looka t the gamer tag of the lobby, much less open the profiles of survivors to read whatever they put there.

Its also not anyones obligation to do what your expectation is. Playing the game normally will eventually lead to you escaping 20 times naturally. a killer or survivor has zero obligation to cater to your achievement procurements.

And I never said they had to. Never did I say that. But to sit there and deliberately be an ######### knowing full well I am trying for something is the problem. and I know they read my bio because they said they did.

I am trying to complete all Steam achievements and am attempting the Power Moves achievement where you have to complete a single gen and escape without equipping any perks.

In about 5 hours I have not escaped once, not even a single time when playing solo queue. (Edit, when attempting this achievement, I have escaped with perks)

Every match is a one of, or a combination of, being tunnelled off hook, camped, team mates being tunnelled and therefore DCing and oppressive Eruption based gen control builds where we have the laughable meta of killers literally breaking chase to kick a gen as Eruption gives them more value

Beyond bringing a good medkit I don't know what else to do for this achievement. I am pipping up as still doing a lot in every match but this is meaningless really

If you are struggling in soloqueue, and you dont have anyone to play with, are you in the DBD official server? That may help having some other people play with you to help that way its better coordinated. If not, get a hold of me somehow Id be willing to queu up and help you out. i completely understand the pain of that achievement, I went through one time and got all of the achivement. It was horrible

  • @RakimSockem said:

So remember back when there was this big hoopla about how 40 perks were being changed and this was supposed to shake up the meta and make different playstyles come to light.....

Yeah that happened on the survivor side, but the killer meta changed very little (if at all).

95% of my games yesterday against various killers were "Eruption, Call of Brine, Pain Res, + insert aura reading perk here". Now while you can argue that "technically" it's a meta change because Eruption wasn't used before the buff, it has the same affect as the old meta perks so the playstyle is the same, except more boring now because killers break chase every 15 seconds to kick a gen.

Meanwhile when I look at survivor perks in most games, there's a huge variety of perks being used and different playstyles at play. Some people go for extreme healing builds. Some go for gen rush (I find those boring), some go for stealth, while a few stick with the old meta (Dead hard, CoH, etc)

So I would love to see an ACTUAL change to killer meta perks to the point where I don't have to run into the same boring perks 30 games in a row

I disagree. Most survivors bring the same set of perks. dead hard, sprint burst, off the record, healing perks. Its literally the same thing as before, just different perks

That a lot of the things that killers considered toxic, have been removed from the game whereas whenever it's a thing that survivors consider toxic - survivors are told to cope and that they are just whining instead of playing the game and dealing with it.

Im going to have to disagree with you on that one. I play both killer and survivor, and there are plenty of things both sides still have that are equally as annoying.

Again those perks don't prevent the killer from camping or tunneling. Reassurance does not stop a killer from staying by the hook and OTR and DS don't stop the killer from continuing after you.

And whether or not it was intended doesn't matter, because the devs have accepted them as valid tactics. The devs have stated that they aren't bannable and even made balance changes to reduce the power of tunneling straight off hook. The devs have acknowledge these tactics and have stated they are acceptable.

They are clearly meant to help prevent tunneling and camping, other wise they wouldnt have been added in the first place. And if someone doesnt want to go against it they shouldnt have to. They have every right to dc and move on from those matches.

Intentionally sandbagging is bannable. Repeat DCers should be banned from the game as well.

Why. Im having fun. So since your not having fun because of me, that means I should get banned. That means that camping and tunneling should also be bannable.

    https://forums.bhvr.com/dead-by-daylight/discussion/comment/3291829#Comment_3291829

Because when a survivor expects some form of sportsmanship, its called the 'survivor handbook of how to play DBD', but when a killer expects sportsmanship its because the survivors are playing in a toxic way. Except nearly everything that killers perceive as toxic - has been removed from the game or are behaviours that don't impact the game/its outcome for the most bit.

Killers used to find key-squads toxic, so they nerfed keys. They found the hatch to be toxic, so they nerfed the hatch. They found flashlight clicking toxic, so they nerfed the flashlights. They found infinity looping toxic, so they nerfed it. A lot of these things that could be ignored and made completely redundant, or have other varying types of counter-play.

But when a survivor whines about a camper, a tunneller, or whatever else - It is our problem and we should always adjust to that behaviour and just deal with it.

Im sorry Im a bit confused on what you mean.

  • @Crowman said:

    https://forums.bhvr.com/dead-by-daylight/discussion/comment/3291977#Comment_3291977

There's no perk in the game that prevents camping and tunneling. Perks at their very best make those tactics a bit less rewarding, but they don't prevent the killer from doing so.

Reassurance, OTR, and DS existing don't make tunneling and camping invalid mechanics. They are just tools to deal with valid mechanics that devs are aware about. The perks wouldn't exist if the devs didn't allow killers to camp and tunnel survivors. They would simply make camping and tunneling impossible.

But was camping and tunneling an intended mechanic? Because looping wasnt an intended mechanic. It was something that the players found to be effective. I would argue that its the same with camping and tunneling. I never said it was invalid. And those perks are intended to prevent camping and tunneling. Think of old DS and how many killers would slug as to not eat DS. Thats prevention. Fact of the matter is camping and tunneling just isnt fun. And the whole argument of people can play how they want is a BS argument. Its not that its not fun cause you die. You either sit on the hook all match and have very little interactions, or you get tunneled and have very little interactions.

  • @Crowman said:

Survivors have perks that allow them to heal themselves alongside perks to increase healing speeds, does this mean that killers injuring survivors is not something killers should be doing?

Perks exist to help both sides in areas they want to be stronger in. Perks that help against tunneling and camping only cement that tunneling and camping are part of the game. If they weren't, then the devs wouldn't create perks to help against them they would just remove the ability to camp or tunnel.

Killers have perks that slowdown gens so is doing gens something that survivors shouldnt be doing? Healing has been an action in the game from the begining, basekit BT has not. All of those healing perks BOOST, healing speeds, not prevent them BT and DS and Reassurance are things meant to PREVENT camping and tunneling.

nope, as killer you are a solo player that needs to eliminate survivors. As a survivor you are supposed to work together to make escaping easier. Sandbagging team mates usually doesn’t make it easier.

    https://forums.bhvr.com/dead-by-daylight/discussion/comment/3291914#Comment_3291914

It might not be a bannable offense but I would argue it is against the rules that’s why you get a time out for doing it.

Your team mates would love me though. I have a DC means the rest get out rule.

Regardless of what role you play, there are 4 other people in that match. Either you care for everyone, or you care for no one. And I never said I DC, I didnt post the original post, so dont come at me like I did.

You get a timeout penalty for d/cing so it's clearly not something the devs want you to be doing.

You do not get a timeout penalty for tunneling or camping and the devs have stated that neither of those are reported.

But there are perks like DS, BT, hell the made BT base. And we now have Reassurance. That is a clear indicator to me that its something you shouldnt be doing.

It is just a game and people should get over it. Tunneling and camping are not against the rules by any means and quitting because someone is playing within the rules of the game is being a baby.

DC isnt against the rules. It is strongly discouraged. So is camping and tunneling. Look at how many perks are in the game to help prevent those things from happening.

You're misreading the statement. Survivors aren't responsible for the Killer's fun and vice versa. Survivors are responsible for not screwing over the other survivors. If you sandbagged survivors intentionally over and over you would be doing to them exactly what your ragequitting does.

No I read the statement just fine. Maybe I find it fun to run around and sand bag survivors. Thats the play style I like. Either I can say I am responsible for everyone else in that match, or, I am not responsible for anyone else in that match. There is no in between.

  • @TheSubstitute said:

    https://forums.bhvr.com/dead-by-daylight/discussion/comment/3291837#Comment_3291837

It's 100% ragequitting and it has a negative effect on at least 3 other people in the trial. If you don't consider that you're being a terrible player in a team based game and need to either improve or play single player roles.

Never did I say I was mad. Frustrated, absolutely. But, Im not responsible for anyone else fun, right? So, if Im not having fun, I have to suffer through an entire match just so others can have fun? That sounds like such a great idea to me.

It is a rage quit. You are quitting the game, because you got mad over something that occurred in the game.

Also who said I'm upset you are rage quitting here? I've simply stated that if you are rage quitting so much, because of people playing the game the way they want. Then maybe you don't actually like dbd and should pick a different game to play.

No one is forcing you to play a game you clearly aren't enjoying.

Who said I was mad? Frustrated, yes. Mad, not really. And youre telling me, if some one does something to you over and over again, you dont get upset? If some one repeatedly pokes you with a pencil, your just gonna say "well I guess at least they are enjoying themselves, thats out of my control." No, your probably gonna say something about it, or your gonna move to a different spot. Now, camping and tunneling doesnt bother me personally, but it bothers other people. And when you come in here and tell people to just get over it, its just a game, its just this or that, kind of a dick move. Let them have their feelings, let them make their decisions, now whether those decisions are right or wrong, its different for everyone. What you fail to realize is, we dont know what happens after the dc. Maybe that person gets off for the day. Maybe that player has had a bad string of games, gets feed up with it and goes and plays a different game. to use your own words, people can play how they want, and if someone wants to DC every match, thats their choice.

DCing from a game is essentially a throw for the entire team, and prevents the trial from ever having a proper resolution. It's near impossible for a 3 man team to win, no matter how well coordinated, against just about any competent killer in the roster. Any player that DCs, especially very early in a match, is openly stating that they feel their time is more valuable than that of the 4 other players on their team. The current penalties are an absolute joke and do nothing to disincentivize this behavior. Penalties need to escalate much faster, up to a permanent ban.

EDIT: posted too early before I finished typing

I dont know, maybe people need to not be #########. Like, killers know that situation is unfair. Now yes everyone can play how they want sure, but like come on, youre gonna win. But then again, Ill quote it till the day that I die, nobody is responsible for your fun so oh well to bad gg ez

I mean, it can negatively affect survivors too. There’s nothing more annoying than rounding a T+L to get blocked by a hay bale.

I agree though, this should be a priority. The loops in this game are so ingrained in our heads and it’s making mind games harder to pull off or read when you don’t even know if there’s something around the corner to throw off that rhythm.

Yeah I mean Im sure it affects survivors to but I havent played much survivor lately so I am only speaking on my experience as killer. But at most tiles now a days you cant even mind game. Like your just wasting time trying to. All you can do its break the pallet and keep going but by breaking the pallet the survivors get so much distance thet are already at another pallet. Like the new Macmillian tiles are ass for killers, the now Autohaven, ass for survivors. Its just amazing to me how something that wasnt an intended mechanic has become the core of the game. And like they keep adding anti loop killers and it just gets boring after a while. For example, the Knight is just a worse Artist. And you cant even use his power half the time because the random ######### in the way stops you from activating it

  • Its not rage quitting if someone just wants to leave because they dont feel like going against bad players. And on the flip side, if youre playing bad the people you are going against have every right to not play against you. Some people dont want to come home after a long days work and not be able to enjoy a game they love. And the shouldnt have to. Now, yes everyone can play how they want, and if that means some people dont wanna go against some one camping and tunneling so be it. You sit and and say you have no control over what other people do, then when some one DCs, oh well, that was their decision not yours. So why are you upset some one disconnected.

If you want to rage quit every game, because you can't handle that your opponents are other players who can play the way they want within the rules of the game, then why are you playing the game?

At some point you have to realize you just don't like dbd and stop playing dbd.

D/cing because you were getting tunneled by the killer isn't making the message you think it's making.

Frankly, you just need to accept killers are not bound to play in a way you want them to.

Then they have the right to leave the match they are playing and move to the next match. If people are not responsible for my fun, I am not responsible for their fun, so I dont care how I affect anyone else in the trial. I mean thats the stance the community takes right? So then why is it such an issue when some one DCs or Kills themselves on hook?

  • Because I have to. I literally have to otherwise I dont pip

  • OK that is fine and all but whenever I got 4 iridescent emblems as survivor and depipped, thats an issue. I understand the mechanics of how it works. I understand how the whole game works. Im just trying to point out a flaw. To barely even safety pip I have to play in a play style that I hate. It encourages bad team work. I, as a soloqueue survivor am faced with be nice and going back to help my team or escape and leave them to die. And the pipping system rewards people for being scumbags. If Im going for pips I would never go back for the save because I get ######### out of my pips. I have been Iri 2 for just over a week and in that time, I have pipped once. Im doing literally everything I physically can to ensure my pips. I cant do it in a SWF because the system rewards long games not optimal games which I think is backwards because me and my play really well together and we get punished for playing effeciently. I literally can not win in this situation. I always get the short end of the stick no matter what way you swing it. For a ranking system that only determines how much you play in a month, it sure is hard as ######### to hit iri 1.

  • Yes I know this. I understand how the emblem system works. But if I as a survivor get tunneled out or camped or my team does so well the killer gets no hooks, why are we getting punished for that. And as killer if I end the game quickly because the survivors mess up why am I getting punished for that.
