That was very naive to think BHVR would be "gentle" and brink back limited-time holiday collections.

Just don't buy anything until BHVR backtracks on TLC is a better response.

YES, apparently there are a bunch of new cosmetics coming in July-August so maybe they are going to knock more out too?
That or the opposite. Supposedly next patch will have the Summer event, possibly could come with a new time-limited collection and new vault.

It doesn't really matter anymore because you dont lost items upon prestiging. And its not like people could just hoard BP codes/challenges until the release of a new killer. Ive seen a person with upwards of 3.1 mill in the bank and 2 mill in challenges/dailies.
Oh I know that alright. I was able to hoard 4 millions once before a chapter releases.

Wesker may have the highest pick rate, but he seems to have an average kill rate. Even if people are complaining about facing him very often, they are quite competent to survive.

It makes sense that RE legendaries are for Jill and Leon only, since those two are the RE characters most people own. Therefore more potential profits.

I think the problem with Blindness is that most of the time, it does nothing. There's only 2 perks in the game which I'd say make the Blindness status work and it is Hex: The Third Seal and Fearmonger. Any addon or perk that says "this inflicts blindness for 30 seconds" might as well do nothing. At least the first perk denies you information until you break the Hex and the second one stops you from passively gathering info when working on a gen.
I genuinely don't know how you could change the status without it being too weak or too oppressive, though.
Anyway, hot takes huh.
Knight is the second best killer made last year after Wesker.
Hawkins was my favorite map in the whole game and I lament the loss of it every day.

They could do like Haemorrhage and add another effect on top, how about Blindness also prevents blessing and benefiting from boon effects?

Considering the amount of vaulted cosmetics, i don't think there is at least one player that will unlock all those with shards.

The Trapper: Hack-O-Lantern; The Clown: Pumpkin Eater; The Wraith: Lord Dracula; Feng Min: Mime Time; Dwight Fairfield: The Adventurer; Ace Visconti: Disco’s Dead; Jeff Johansen: Scourge of the Seas are all part of the same Halloween collection, iirc.
From the same rift, Elodie and the Plague's Outfits are Community contest winners, so they are bound to be in the store at some point (aren't there already?).
Haddie's Amazon Prime outfit did get re-released. The only one to do so.

And I just need to know, who asked for this. Why are we, in a paid for game, with paid for DLCs, locking cosmetics now behind time walls too?
Who asked for this?! Why are we gatekeeping cosmetics from those who aren't playing during the time frame, or from those who simply can't afford to purchase them? Why punish the worst off who need to save their money to get something they like?
Make it make sense. This is the type of behaviour I'd expect from Hi-Rez, not you. I'm so genuinely disappointed.
What a horrible idea. The more I see this in games, the less I spend.
We got a "proper" thread for time-limited collections. It's not properly listed, but you can find pictures through the pages.

Tome 9 had a lot of outfits that did get re-released to the store, but then were retro-vaulted because of being part of time-limited collections, a concept that nobody likes.
And Haddie's Amazon Prime outfit did get re-released. The only one to do so.

Right but I mean contractually. Like, I can interact with a demogorgon as a survivor in a match even though I missed the purchase time period to be able to play one myself. From what I’ve seen in videos, Hawkins could double as a random Umbrella lab with zero change beyond the name where the demogorgon is much more IP specific.
Contractually, the free map was negotiated as the same time as the Demogorgon, Steve and Nancy. So a name change would not be fooling anyone.

The Blindness status effect is very weak and easily countered by SWFs. It needs an update.

For some weird reason, when the killer has gained bloodlust and can expose you, that counts as aura reading and consume a Distortion token. I realised that quickly the first day of the event.

They released Haddie's outfit so we know that the vault isn't definitive... But that was also the only one to exit the vault.

Does it really work? Seeing a Vittorio/Fang wearing their limited LNY outfit or a Dwight/Jane and their Halloween outfit is way rarer than facing a Twins player.
If it doesn't bring more money than regular outfits available all year, it's time to stop that stupidity.
