We literally just had a BHVR employee state that internal data shows tunneling and camping has remained constant even when gen regression was strong.

Furthermore victim blaming the survivors as being at fault for how a killer plays is boring now, if all it takes for you to play to win is to start losing you were going to do it anyways.

Notice how I said "In my Experience"
BHVR can show all the data they want, which we know they love to picky and selective with anyways so I usually take it with a grain of salt and disregard it, Nurse low kill/pick rate? We better buff her then because the data said so. We know Nurse is strong but the data says otherwise so where the buffs at?

It's also not victim blaming if once again they are causing certain playstyles through their own choices, again my experience. I'll always try to win every match I play but at the same time Im not the one running all the meta stuff to give myself an advantage before the match even begins.

  • Currently 6:00pm where I am, logged into DBD and again the 100% BP Bonus is on Killer (OCE Servers)

I'm assuming this must be either an MMR thing that at my MMR there just isn't enough KIllers playing or the OCE server is just lacking players in general.

I'm in Western Australia and it's typically 100% Survivor still for me. I see killer bonus usually around 9pm. Apparently the incentive is mostly dependent on your MMR though.

So could this potentially mean my MMR is high then if there's Killers needed even at 3pm?

im not sure what this post is meant to convey, but i'll do my best to respond honestly.

Streaming on twitch is going to open you up to personal attacks. you're exposing yourself. even more so if you choose to use a camera to show yourself to your viewers.

you have to accept that as part of the experience since no amount of defense is going to aid you if it's reactive. and it has to be reactive. meaning you're going to get threats, insults, and hateful comments.

It might help to do a virtual avatar when streaming that way you can have "facial response reactions" for engagement purposes while still staying anonymous enough to avoid insults that call out physical attributes you might have.

viewers only matter if you're trying to monetize your channel.

as far as how you play and who you play - killers are going to get flame. that's just how it goes. you're the bad guy. you're the epitome of "only i get to have fun". so just embrace it and roll on through the hate. you're an important part of the dbd formula. it's up to the devs to balance the game so it's rewarding and balanced. thats not your job.

one way to avoid getting flack for how you play is to protect yourself with anonymous usernames and using a different twitch account name that doesn't share your in-game username. it won't help if you're the only person streaming a game, but that's the risk you take when playing an unpopular game. typically there are a dozen or so of streamers for dbd though.

Can't do anything about your region not having a fan base, large population, access to internet, or whatever else you might experience. that's why it's important to share what you love with those around you and convince others to try it.

Sad thing is I don't even use a webcam. The only reason they noticed what I look like is because they went further into finding my Instagram. I commonly dye my hair different colours, recent hobby i've gotten into doing so I upload results on my Insta. As well I go out a lot wherther it be parties, nightclubs, events etc so again theres a lot of photos for those too.

But that seems a fake and honestly quite a sad way to gain a viewership.

I agree i am just explaining that this is how i see it.

If you don't try put on a friendly appearance in game they are going to assume you are a toxic player.

I mean that in my experience if you play in a way that doesn't appear considerate of the survivor experience then people will assume you are selfish, or even that you are intentionally playing in a way to ruin people's fun even if you aren't playing the most powerful things or hitting people on hook or nodding or anything like that. Most players i hear from in this game don't seem to grasp the idea of playing the game as a completely independent experience and not paying mind to anyone else's.

In my opinion all of this means that advertising your twitch in game whilst also playing killer to win, is just going to attract toxic interaction. That's why i suggested removing twitch from your profile, but i am not a streamer, i don't have any streamer experience, this is all just my hypothesis as a player.

I find the situation pretty sad tbh, but it's always been like this with dbd and it's not gonna change anytime soon, so the only thing that you can do is decide an approach to it.

So to them it's selfish to play the way I intend in a PvP game what doesnt involve cheating, griefing etc, playing the game literally as intended by design. But it's not selfish them having massive entitlement attempting to control how I should be playing. Again huge question to them is why is it to me to ensure they have fun? what even is their fun? I don't know them, I play match with them for 5-10 mins then probably never see them for another month.

Again try to use this stance in any other game ever. Overwatch, imagine playing Genji and the enemy Supports complain that you are ruining their fun when it is literally Genji's job as a flanker to take out Supports. See how stupid it sounds?

  • @OrangeBear said:

This is why most Fog Whisperers play nice. When being a twitch killer in the game you need to appeal to survivor players because you don't run into other killer players when playing killer. You'd have to get their respect so they follow you and you can start to grow. But then your audience is full of entitled survivor mains and pampering killer players. You can see by looking at most of the big streamers, that's what their audience is like.

Personally i would suggest that you don't advertise your TTV in game, and hope that people come across you by other means. I'm not a streamer but i know that this would be incredibly difficult to start growing but i think putting your ttv in game just invites other players to critique and judge you. People take this game personally so if you don't try put on a friendly appearance in game they are going to assume you are a toxic player.

I wish you more success with streaming dbd in the future.

But that just seems a fake and honestly quite a sad way to gain a viewership. Literally doing what others want you to do instead of just being yourself which is what Twitch is all about, being yourself or at least it should be.

I also don't have TTV in my name, at best my Twitch is in my full Steam profile description but at the same time so is everything else like paragraphs of text with hobbies, interests, personal stuff like tattoos etc then theres my socials so they would have dig into my profile just to even find it.

if you don't try put on a friendly appearance in game they are going to assume you are a toxic player. What does this even mean though? Again this just shows the controlling and self entitled side. Imagine playing any other PvP game and having this mindset you would be heavily mocked but for some reason in DBD its validated.

Your post is about Killer not getting results; it's not the case. I do not play this game in a sweaty manner. When I play Survivor, it's Solo and I'm often going against streamers that 4k and care about their win streak. You're not having a hard time at it.

This post isn't even about me winning or losing? It's about the level of self entitlement survivor mains have when a Killer doesn't play how they want them to and what they resort to.

  • @Alcuin said:

The game is not Survivor-sided. Survivors have a few maps and Discord. That's all . Go play Solo to learn.

Where did I bring up the game being Killer or Survivor sided? I said next to no one in my region plays Killer

  • Ghostface also becomes weaker against snowmen. If you are stalking someone and you have them 99'd or stalking in general they can just sit in a snowman, you either hit them and they get the sprint burst and you lose all stalk progression or you leave them and get nothing.

So we can't have a rational discussion? Ignorance like this is WHY this is still an issue with the community. I asked a genuine question and you feel it's an "Us vs Them" topic. I'm genuinely asking those who cry as Survivor every game over something a Killer does what do they want? As you cannot deny at all that Survivor mains have the biggest self entitlement problem seen in a video game. Other video game communities mock just how whiney this community is over the smallest stuff. It was hilarious seeing XQC stream this game and just taking the absolute piss out of bad takes Survivor mains had.

  • @sailthesky said:

Didn't BHVR out right say they favor killers and want a higher win rate for them? LOL And you're upset that survivors are complaining? Survivors are literally BHVR's red headed step child where as the killers are their babies. I lost so much respect for BHVR when they out right said they favored their killers more so than Survivors. It's almost like they forgot that without Survivors, they'd have no game to play.

Killers have no real penalties. No one ever talks about this either. When a Killer disconnects, everyone does too. When a killer stands and camps someone without having to move, they get a 4k and Survivors are left to try and punish the killer for doing so, not BHVR. When a killer goes AFK, nothing happens to them. They don't get birds or kicked from the game, they just stand there.

Survivor's get punished the most. When a Survivor sits in the game after lever has been pulled, there is a bar at the top that when it ends and the survivor is still there, the survivor dies by the entity. When a survivor disconnects, the other 3 are forced to stay in a game where there is even a less of a chance of winning and the killer still get's the points for the disconnect as though they killed them. If they stay in one place even though they are still there playing the game, just hiding, they get birds above their head that tells the killer where they are.

"Didn't BHVR out right say they favor killers and want a higher win rate for them?"

Do you have any evidence to support that BHVR "Favours Killers"? And yes Survivors complain over absolutely everything and majority of the time yes BHVR do in fact nerf it, hence why we never see the likes of Ruin, Tinkerer, Pop, Thana in our matches because they were nerfed to the point of killing them entirely. Eruption is the current trend of complained about Perk so no doubt that will be on the nerf train soon.

"Without Survivors, they'd have no game to play" this exact statement can be said for Killers as well. Just look at DBD Streamers and Content Creators, a lot of them who were Killer mains have resorted to just maining Survivor now because they realise just how chill and easy Survivor is.

"When a Killer DC's everyone does too" Well what would you suggest be put in place? An AI?

"When a killer stands and camps someone without having to move, they get a 4k" How does camping 1 person 100% secure a 4k? This just tells me the survivors are not doing gens.

When a killer goes AFK, nothing happens to them. But then you say "They don't get birds or kicked from the game, they just stand there" Didn't you mention earlier it's unfair if a killer DC's?

  • @hex_uwu said:

Were you by any chance bringing moris before you switched to bps? 😶

I dont use mori offerings. I have hundreds of Sacrificial Cakes on all my Killers (who could obtain them) so for the most part I keep those on.

  • It's funny how Survivor mains will say "Nurse mains crying" yet it's literally the survivor mains constantly crying for Nurse nerfs and won't shut up about it till somethings done. Remember when Nurse got her rework about a year or so ago when BHVR started reworking Killers then everyone after that said she was fine as her play rate and kill rate dropped massively? (still remains one of the lowest) People unlike yourselves "got good" and you can't handle that and just want everything you don't like nerfed to make the game easier for yourselves on top of already given hand holding mechanics.

  • Instead of punishing Killers everytime they do something what about rewarding them for NOT playing how Survivors want them to play? What if every Hook the Killer gets they are rewarded with a mini Pop of 10% something along those lines, or gain Haste temporarily to allow momentum to go into another chase. Just something to condition them not to do these playstyles. I guarantee if you reward the Killer for doing stuff they will be more confident in keeping the match going.

  • @Fantasy said:

    https://forum.deadbydaylight.com/en/discussion/comment/3241283#Comment_3241283

Nurse is bottom of the list in all MMR's put together and a whole 10% higher kill rate in top MMR. You talk about people nit-picking and then you only mention Nurse's kill rates in the lower MMR, pathetic.

I'm merely mocking how stupid the devs data is and people using it as validation to prove Killers are fine. Do you really honestly truly believe that Sadako is better than Nurse? Because the stats sure do say she is even though the devs data is completely pointless. 2 Kills can be 2 hooks it doesn't tell us the whole picture and it is extremely common for Survivors to kill themselves on hook when the game isn't going their way so that messes with the data massively.

  • @Gandor said:

    https://forum.deadbydaylight.com/en/discussion/352064/4-unhook-is-so-stupid-and-tedious

Your example lack 1 crucial part that IS part of unhook - the downside of trying it. You can implement your insta-mori mechanics and I would not oppose it. But it should have 4% chance to succeed and if you don't hit it (96% chance), then you get 5s stun instead of a hit (so survivor will stay healthy). Now these things are in line for each other - survivors also usually don't go for 4% if they are trying to win the game. Using this chance will usually get you killed (specific perks excluded - but if you are angry at deliverence, then I am angry at devour hope because again - that's kind of a same thing).

How is Devour and Deliverance even remotely similar? Deliverance all you need is a safe unhook which is guaranteed with BT base kit you can just charge in and not worry if it's a bad save. Devour conditions Killer to play fair by not Camping, not necessarily Tunnel and it rewards Killers for Hooks and you need 3 to even get any benefit from it and it can be destroyed literally 5 seconds into the game. Before you say "Yeah will Deliverance can be taken out instantly, that's on you just don't get chased first.

  • @Fantasy said:

They already buffed killers so that the average kill rate is 60% but it's never enough is it?

Ah you are one of those people who go off the devs amazing kill rate data which shows us absolutely nothing. So where's that Nurse buff then considering she's at the bottom of the list if we want to go off that amazing kill rate logic? Oh wait that wont happen because people like to nit-pick when it suits their narrative.

  • Having a system like this Killers would just be constantly down voted and you would never ever see a Killer player with mid to high rep. Just look at all the stupid comments Survivors leave on Killer Steam profiles. You would literally have to throw games as Killer to recieve rep from Survivors. I never ever see a Killer get praise.

  • MMR just doesn't work when a game isn't being balanced for top or even above average players. If you are playing Killer in High MMR it can be a stressful boring experience as you just get constant SwF's all running the same strong perks (Meta hasn't changed) and are determined to rush gens in 5 minutes. Then as Survivor in top MMR it's just Blight's and Nurses for the most part who Slug, Tunnel and maybe even use Nvidia Filters for advantage. Lastly top MMR is where all the cheaters are because they just don't lose games, even subtle cheats are becoming more common you just have to hope for them to expose themselves.

Another problem is your MMR isn't even determined by your performance it completely ignores all that and goes off Kills/Escapes which means this causes players to play more selfishly if they want to increase their MMR. You could be a terrible player but as long as you escape or secure 3 Kills you gain from it. Doesn't matter how you do it. (As long as you don't take hatch"

If this game is considered a "Party Game" not to be taken seriously then why does it have MMR?

So your complaint is that the rift is too grindy, even though your approximately 1/4 of the way done in under 7 days when the rift goes for like 85 days.

This isn't complaining this is asking as well as comparing to other games I am also playing which involves a Battle Pass. Yeah I am 1/4 done but that's because I have completed every single Challenge in not only the main Tome but the Event as well

  • @humanbeing1704 said:

In my opinion no its one of the more gracious battle passes in my opinion

Currently overwatch 2 and rainbow six siege have such slow ones

I haven't played Siege in years so I cant say anything about their Battle Pass system but with Overwatch just by completing 3 very very easy Daily's per day gets you 9000XP which tied with playing the game itself is a Battle Pass tier. Then 11 Weekly Challenges worth 5000XP each, complete 2 and that's another Battle Pass tier up then you also have the Seasonal, Lifetime Challenges as well as the stacked 20% Bonus if you own the Premium Pass then more XP on top of that if you are queuing with someone, DBD gives none of this and every Battle Pass I know of by default give you a bonus XP% if you own the Premium part of the Pass.

    @Steel_Eyed said:

I always complete it in a few weeks. You’re talking about the same pace as the other games you play.

Is it though? Those other 2 games I mentioned you can complete multiple challenges in 1 match and you get the 20% bonus by owning the Premium part of the Pass. Also you mention you can complete the Rift in a few weeks how many hours are you having to play the game in order to reach Tier 70?

  • @Deathstroke said:

    https://forum.deadbydaylight.com/en/discussion/comment/3227835#Comment_3227835

Nurse is much bigger problem than swf. Like 0,1% of swf can beat good nurse. Camping and tunneling are also way bigger problems killers use these tactics agains't soloQ...

You are aware these tactics are used because people commonly go against SwF? My builds for example are designed to go against SwF because if I use meme builds to troll around against the off chance I happen to go against Solos then I'll just lose against an efficient SwF. Now picture if the game told you if you were going against SwF or Solos I'd be able to have multiple build sets to use for the two.

Solo is miserable to people because SwF exists, they are the causality on why Killers sweat and run the strongest builds they possibly can, it's retaliation for when a SwF bullies or dominates them while the Killer was just doing a Daily or Tome challenge but then 4 Solo get the wrath from it to which point they come to forums saying how OP and boring Killers are.

  • Remember when Nurse got reworked having to recharge the Blink ability and her play/kill rate dropped massively? That's when everyone said Nurse was fine because you just didn't see her. But since the start of MMR people who are genuinely good at DBD got back into Nurse finding her best recharge add ons, have you played Nurse without the recharge addons against Survivors who hold Shift+W? It's horrendous.

Nurse has counters, it's been proven many many times but the majority of the DBD community play Survivor very very badly so they cry for Killer nerfs whenever they can't bully X Killer. I've gone against many Streamers, dominated them, I rewatch the VOD and the Killer they played against before me which most the time they straight up bullied and that was fine for them, but the moment they can't bully a Killer for content they demand nerfs.

SWF has never been touched and I think a lot of Killer players can agree that going against an efficient, obnoxious group is incredibly annoying and not an enjoyable experience and they do it on purpose because SWF is undeniably the power role of DBD. So personally I feel NO Killers should receive anymore nerfs until SWF is looked into because that right now is the only reason people play Nurse/Blight with strong perks, Camp/Tunnel because they want to win, they don't want to be a plaything for the Survivors enjoyment.

  • This is how it is for me honestly just always going against obvious SwF's is boring beyond belief. It doesn't matter how well you play, how quick you chase and down, as long as the other 3 on comms are all just efficient on gens you just don't win as killer. SwF have a huge advantage and are insanely broken in the current state of the game but nothing has ever been done about them to make it a more fun or at least interesting experience for killer. Even when you beat a strong SwF yeah cool you beat them but that just means your next match is going to be even more obnoxious because your MMR goes up.

People say SwF is fine it's just people playing with their friends, if this is the case then why are they so concerned if the killer was shown if they are going against a SwF or not? Surely if SwF was fine and balanced then there would be no concern if the killer was shown they are against them. Let's be honest if a SwF indicator was implemented how many of you would just dodge going against them as I know I certainly would, the games just become boring.

  • @Adeloo said:

Honestly i think it's time we get stats in game and we get to see our MMR. there is no actual reason for it to be invisible. I would love to have my own stats revealed the 12th of each month, so i could see how well or bad i did.

Doing this would massively expose content creators and streamers who think they are gods gift to the game and their huge ego's wouldn't be able to handle the truth.

  • @Crowman said:

    https://forum.deadbydaylight.com/en/discussion/comment/3189921#Comment_3189921

One minor nitpick. Freddy had around a 75% kill rate before his nerf. Not to say everything that got touch was justified, but it wasn't like he was nerfed solely because of complaints. At least compared to Wraith and Deathslinger, Freddy was a justified hit, they just went way overboard.

Again like BHVR you are going off kill rates which does not tell the whole picture, as someone mentioned in this thread earlier low MMR killers probably have a 100% kill rate and I would not be remotely surprised at all and that's not because killers are OP it's because the survivors have no clue what to do or how to play the game properly and these stats for god knows what reason are taken into account.

There's an obvious reason why in the higher MMR bracket you will only go against the same killers + same perks everytime and that's simply because majority of the killer cast is just not viable at all.

Can you imagine what the top MMR data would look like? Picture data for chases - gen speed, how many downs/hooks the killer gets per gen on average I guarantee you it would be incredibly low and survivors dominate. Someone also mentioned suicides are also counted towards kill rates, there are people who kill themselves on hook for a number of reasons, avoiding DC penalty is one of them:

    1. the killer they are against
    2. the map
    3. a perk the killer has
    4. an addon the killer has

Why are these stats even taken into account? What BHVR shows us just does not show the full picture and people massively overexaggerate it, heck I bet theres content creators right now manipulating their audience saying "See! the data proves it! Killers are clearly OP!"

  • @I_CAME said:

    https://forum.deadbydaylight.com/en/discussion/comment/3189638#Comment_3189638

If most people are bad then you should balance around them. It makes no sense to balance around top 1% death squad SWFs. Even at high MMR those types of teams are incredibly rare. Something that anyone who plays killer knows and something that the devs confirmed.

The problem is these players ARE the ones the devs listen to, just look how many bad takes are on the forums which many people like them validate. Bad players dictating the game is why the likes of Wraith, Freddy, Slinger were nerfed as well as all the over exaggerated X Killer perks are OP nerf them BHVR! And they actually end up listening and implementing it.

Never ever balance your game for players who don't even understand your game, why would you balance for players who run past pallets, take 10 mins to do a single gen because they spend most the game crouched in a corner because they hear a terror radius and struggle to do a chase while looking behind them?

This is why killers are conditioned to Camp/Tunnel because against an efficient team majority of the killer cast just lose no matter how quick their chases and downs are.

Another reason you do not balance for bad players is players CAN get better and as shown many many times when players know what they are doing the game is incredibly broken.

  • No this is not enough data at all to come to any sort of conclusions. We already know that majority of the playerbase for whatever reason is incredibly bad at this game, heck you still have Survivors who struggle to look behind them when in a chase of course these players die a lot and so they should because they are not very good at the game. You shouldn't be rewarded for playing very very bad.

This data doesn't show us the MMR, doesn't show difference between SwF or Solo which this data would be way more beneficial. But because BHVR have said Killers have 61% kill rate and Survivors have 39% escape rate Survivor mains are using this terrible data to support the bad take of "See! Killers are OP!" and massively overreacting.

  • So you call yourself casual, you don't play the game very well because you are casual with 0 intention of improving AND you want to win? Do you not see the problem here?

  • Survivors: OMG Nurse and Blight every game! So boring!

    **Meta Changes**

Survivors: "OMG Legion and Plague every game! So boring!

What do you people want? Do you even know what you want?

  • If you people want Nurse nerfed you gotta give compensation with finally giving SWF some sort of debuff. The fact that you have next to unwinnable SWF squads in this game only Nurse and Blight can really compete against if you nerf Nurse (despite her getting nerfed long ago when she had her addon rework) these SWF squads would be borderline impossible to beat.

  • This is just the infinite cycle of DBD

Killer wants to complete a daily or tome challenge so they run some random build with zero synergy.

Killer gets gutter stomped by some sweat SWF squad on Discord mocking them the entire match.

Survivors then trash talk in the end game chat "Get good, uninstall, *insert toxic comment here*.

Killer then retaliates by putting on their best build and completely dominates the next lot of Survivors they go against completely ignoring the Survivor rule book.

Survivors then chuck a fit in the end game chat completely trash talking the Killer and most likely leave a -rep comment on Steam.

Survivors then come to forums do this one "Just had a match against X and X happened, BHVR Nerf this already! So unfun!".

These Survivors then form a SwF squad of their own and completely bully the next Killer they go against.

    Cycle continues.

Yeah this is why the game is screwed, people don't see literal issues which have prolonged way too long everyone gotta shill the game as long as one side gets all the fun. We have already seen the mass decrease in killer players playing the game as a whole but people who shill ignore it.

dude, you can literally down people in seconds but it's disregarded because you can spend most the time shift+w to distance from the killer into a completely safe loop, killer gets a hit? you got a boon up to heal up and take the hit completely away from you. the only people who say gen speed to chase speed isn't an issue are people who solo q with bricks with 10 mins in the game who take 3hrs to complete even one gen.

  • @egg_ said:

If in your games you rely only on slowdown, I think you kinda have to work on your own gameplay.

Also we have no idea what changes are coming, and most survivor meta perks are getting reworked too. So I don't know why you're making a huge deal about it, as of now

Part of the problem is survivor multiple 2nd chances but we all know survivors gen speed to killers kicking a gen doing 1/4 of a solo regression is laughably hilarious so no matter what changes come in gen speed/regression remains.

This games balance choices majority are people who don't even know how to look behind them in chase. BHVR are the only company I know of who balance their game for bricks who can't even tie a pair of shoes.

Nobody knows MMR. Everyone assumes high MMR to justify things.

Survivors will exploit things but the big difference is that it gets patched out immediately. Boil Over is a good example. Yet, Blight has been the way he is for years. That's a big difference.

Defending a hook is fine but the game is not really designed to be fair. You can't assume every team nor is it fair to expect every team to be a SWAT team where 3 can quickly finish 5 gens all by themselves. If killer quickly tunnels one person out, the other 3 can't do 5 gens. That is very imbalanced. Survivors need an alternate escape when things like that happen.

SWF might be using the perk because they think it is fun. Fun doesn't always equal being effective. Self-Care is tremendously better because killer can't disable it and you don't have to spend ages finding a totem. They need the sound removed from the killer perspective before I ever use it. Getting one heal and then having to rebless it every time is a huge time waster.

It is true. Unbreakable should be multiple uses.

You say "Blight has been the way he is for years" even though Blight released September 9th 2020 meaning he hasn't even been in the game for a year and a half yet? 🤔

  • Forcing this game to have SBMM while balancing for the lowest bracket skill level it was so obvious this would happen and it is definitely getting tedious. It's super annoying wanting to go for a daily like "Level up Evil With 4 times as Myers", I bring some random build in which isn't meta and gens just fly in 5-6 mins with 3-4 chases max simply because I'm going against the calibre I go against with Nurse and have very very close games either side. Myers cannot compete against this especially when not even running meta gen defense perks.

Then you got the egotistical survivors telling you to "get good" and they say they killers fine because they 4k every game. I don't really see how an M1 killer can "get good" if the survivors just run to every pallet and predrop with 0 negative, force you to break it then they run to another, rinse repeat. There is certain tiles im which M1 killers cannot do a thing about, then of course they use Dead Hard to extend a chase even longer which you have no ability to counter it at all because the devs love to gut the Exhaustion addons. How exactly are you supposed to get good if you are a W walking break pallet simulator?

If the devs are so determined to push MMR they need to start listening to higher level players and not bricks who can't even tie their own shoes.

  • This is literally just PC Gaming in general

  • By all means nerf Nurse if you want to kill any potential chance the game has at high level play. It's only really Blight and Nurse you see every game (Which I completely understand why) and even then it's not a guaranteed win for her she will still struggle. I guess the game would become Blight by Daylight till he later gets complained enough to then lead to a nerf then i dare say that will be a nail in the coffin for what's left of the killer playerbase.

Overwatch 2 beta looking real promising right now, at least Blizzard are taking notes for balance from their Esports players so the game can be balanced for high level (As all games should be).

  • Just to me it just seems way too coincidental this nerf announcement comes out of nowhere and on this date even if it is the 31st for you guys some people and companies start early with the April Fools jokes. Something like this just seems like such easy bait to tick off survivor mains (as we can clearly see over social media) that personally im not going to believe it till I see it properly after April Fools is completely over

  • forget to mention, date is Australian

  • Changes I'd like to see for the Rift/Tome entirely:

A reduce in charms, there's just way too many which I'm personally never gonna use. Even a trade system to sell charms for BP/Iri shards would be nice

Empty slots to have BP or Iri Shards

    Less recolour skins

    Potentially add emotes

Reduce the rift grind overall, it's designed in a way that you need to play the game a lot everyday to reach tier 70

Remove selecting challenges. The grind for some challenges can be tedious so just have X amount unlocked by default and the more you complete the more you unlock like Fortnite so you can progress multiple challenges at once.

Why you allow anyone to comment on your steam profile, hell, why not make it private?

I shouldn't have to resort to making my account private because a bunch of self entitled players want to complain because I don't play by their rules

  • I 100% agree that if they really insist on removing them then the compensation should be the Auric Cells (Paid Currency) simply for the fact that Leatherface is a Pay to Obtain DLC only and cannot be bought with in game currency you earn by simply playing.

I'm sure we can agree that "IF" the Survivor faces were never obtainable by getting X Kills on them they would have eventually made each mask for each survivor cost probably 100 Auric Cells each for that cash grab. So it makes sense taking away the 4 masks we should be getting along the lines of 400 Auric Cells but nope gotta ensure it's the currency where we need just over double that to even get a piece of a skin (7,200 Iri Shards just for 1 cosmetic piece).

  • When you do your next test please swap out "Kills" for Hooks" im curious to know how much NOED is affecting your kill rate overall. You could have a match where you got no hooks but NOED comes into play and you get 3 kills via 1 hook. Kills dont tell us the whole picture, hooks tell more.

  • Lol he finally ended the match

Potential Epic Games account? Do we still believe the game being released for free and allowed cross progression was a good idea? xD

Does seem a coincidence most the toxic players all of a sudden have the world icon since the release on Epic and with the world icon you cant report them via Steam
