Indoors maps are the best ones from both sides
David isn't hot at all.
totems over gens over friends
it's ok to leave an other survivor behind if you have no way of saving them.
Maps are the best item : it gives you points without being consumed.

A trick i use when i know survivors uses spinechill is : to go towards them while looking right or left so spine chill doesn't trigger ^^

i usually play on a desktop pc but since i'm in holidays i could only bring my laptop and it's running just fine ^^ i mean 30 fps isn't as bad as people claim it is. ( 30 fps and 125ms )

Windows of Opportunity is better than any exhaustion perk.

I don't mind console players. It just seems they abuse the game when they know they are playing with and against steam users.
for example earlier i got bodyblocked until the killer came by a console survivor. They perfectly knows they cannot be reported and so they abuse it to force other to DC and be punished

You don't actually need to hit them. You can equip the faster uncloak and faster cloack addons and just spam the bells in chase for each survivor ^^

I mean i tried to play Trapper (didn't play him since his reset trap change) and it was just stressfull. I couldn't do anything, even with Corrupt i got 3 gens pop in less than 5 minutes and all games ended with only 1 killed.

welp i've been playing against console players for most of my killer games yesterday and i can tell you they were better than the one on PC, the 360° were pretty unfair as i don't have the same control of my character... So as killer i'll definitly disable the option ahah

As a Windows of Opportunity main, indoors maps are my favorite maps and this one makes no exception !
+ it has all those visuals and sounds effects related to Silent Hill which make it really immersive !

Is it possible to had the option to do both ?
I mean that would be my answer as i sometimes feels the need to relax and would likely not want to play against SWF, but sometimes i want some challenge so i'll gladly play against them ^^

But since it can dc you it has some kind of risk.
Yeah slug with no mither is hard, but doable, try to focus on the others then and give the guy a hit if you come accros him
well the thing is when i played i had 2 of them lagswitching also pretty sure they were also using a tap hack as he tped from in front of me to behind me or just disappeared in thin air in mid chase.

Or my favorite that worked (for me) most of the time: rehook him right away, try to force him to abuse his lag switch. Why? Because they can end up dcing from the game with a bad connection and its so funny (but not sure if you can trigger the dc 100% of the time tho)
You face it try to record and report him :)

As for slugging let's say it's hard since those dcliqhsdqsd are using no mither/unbreakable/soul guard.
So they know they are untouchable.
Also i never understood how lagswitching is possible as unplugging your internet would cut it and you normally would be DCed from the game ahah

I found the starting several days - messed up. The last two seemed to be more stable. Like you the ranks were all over the place but in the game did you feel the game play itself was still matching the ranks?

Well i don't play a particular killer, i mean i play the one i feel i will have fun with for this and that challenge ^^ But i think i got higher ranks survivors when playing as a middle tier killer such as Demo, Plague or Pig. While i versed brown ranks when using Spirit or Freddy...

Because he tunneled while using a certain killer doesn't make that killer OP.
I mean it's pretty easy to tunnel with Wraith for example, and everyone knows that if you compare him (without addons) to the other killers, he is one of the weakest.

It really depends.
As killer (purple) i had full red ranks or i had 1 red 3 brown or 2/2, so overall pretty fair
While as survivor (purple) i mostly had yellow-brown rank killers, or 3 brown teamates against a red rank killer, so pretty unfair matches.

Rancor, coz i get moried at the end no matter what (i run toward the killer when the gens are done) which is not always possible with Devour Hope for example, since it can get destroyed or i don't get mori because i'm always the one that doesn't get mori even with an ebony ...

The daily ritual are random and yet organized in a way that you get ritual for character/side you don't play often. So maybe the game noticed you didn't plya Huntress in a while and gave you twice a ritual about her.

I main her.
For a start she has a great lore, then she has a great voice that isn't too loud or too high (she doesn't sound like a quineapig like Feng for example, no offense to the voice actress ^^), her base cosmetics are pretty cool, her prestige is one of the best, she has a beautiful face but most of all : she has 2 FREE charms (the pen and the radio)
She looks and sounds badass and yet a real empathic person.

Killers may be less diverse. Off the top of my head, there are only the following: Doc, Wraith, Spirit, Oni, one of Legion, Plague....perhaps, she could be anything. Oh, and demogorgan......he's one of a kind.
Nea is swedish, David is english, Jeff is canadian, Ace is Argentinian.
The color of the skin doesn't matter, the country their are from is. I'm glad devs created survivors that aren't all americans like it was at the beginning ( the four original are americans )
As for killer you forgot Hag and Trapper who are both people of color.

I had that error as killer aswell ! Was it the error 4 ? Actually remember now that you say it that i also had a survivor making noise over and over when it happened.

maybe because of all those people who got the error 111 and their BP progress would not more even tho they played games and claimed challenge rewards, i cannot tell you if i got anything but i'll tell you if you are an isolated case when i can play the game ^^

She can puke on objects to infect them and cause more map pressure. Plus her corrupt purge helps her during chase, even vile purge helps a lot.
like i said her puke is inconsistent 75% of the time, and can be stopped by objects the survivors are running around and who has the time to go get purge when chasing ? ^^

That´s definity not true. Her ability can be realy powerful und sometimes crashes the games of hyper aggressive SWFs in a few seconds if they do one little mistake. Many people think it´s a counter to her if you just don´t clean yourself on a fountain, because then she gets her range attack. But guess what: Now your one hit for the hole round...
Sometimes it can work, if it´s a 4 SWF with realy good loopers and all of them clean themself simultaniously at the end of the round. But it can also crash your game in a few seconds. Plague isn´t one of the strongest killers, but can youse her power in enough different ways that it works well.
her puke is so inconsistent it goes throught the survivor without affecting them most of the time. So yeah maybe she has a one shot down once they are affected but still she has nothing to help in chases or to map control.

I mean if you say that about Oni, what about the Deathslinger ? It's a cowboy with a harpoon-gun.
Or the Trapper that is just a dude using bear traps or even the Legion that are a group of angry kids ^^
When you judge by look they aren't horror-themed, but their lore make them fit in the game ;)

Calm spirit counters doctor. Iron will counters spirit. Slippery meat counters trapper. It's not like you know what killer you are going to go against. You just bring the perks and hope it helps you. People stick with meta perks so they can use it everytime. Which is why pyramid head was introduced.
EXACTLY ! I cannot count how many times i decided to go for a full healing others build to face a Plague making my 4 perks useless ahah

I don't think that is something that need to be changed. I mean when you play PH you don't the aura of the cages, and cages are spawning as far as possible from you when you do the action of sending a survivor to a cage.
So tunneling caged survivor as PH isn't a common thing.

Crutch perks are different depending on people.
A crutch perk is a perk that the survivor is used to equip in order to perform at his/her best, and that feel something missing or don't perform as well when they don't equip it.
From personnal experience my crutch perks are : Iron Will, Spine Chill and Windows of Opportunity as survivor.
Those are the three perks i cannot get read off no matter how hard i tried to play without, i always get back to them the next game.
- Iron Will is just a really strong perk to equip as a solo survivor, so you don't rely on people healing you to not get find by the killer
- Spine Chill is just a good perk to know when to go away ( expecially when injured )
- Windows of Opportunity is so underrated it hurts, on indoors maps it's just the best perk and on outdoor maps it help you to know where is the no-pallet zone and how to avoid it.
As killer my crutch perk is BBQ, coz i see it as a reward for playing a very stressful side, and couldn't see myself play 15 minutes of mental stress and strategy to just get rewarded by 20K BP.

So there are as much crutch perks as there are players.

i mean using anything that isn't whitelisted by BHVR and that gives you an real unfair advantage over others players (not only the killer but also the survivors) basically a hack ?

hum i think the easiest one is Myers. but i would need to pick a killer that is around my height and body type.
So probably Amanda the Pig or Huntress.
But i already thought of that and what character would be the best for me to cosplay and it's definitly a female version of Quentin, so at least my natural dark circle and pale skin would be an asset ;)

Definitly happened to me. Once as Doctor, i was roaming the map when a survivor screamed like 4 m away from me ahah or if i play a stealth killer and suddenly bump into a survivor around a corner

- Flashlights are actually a big counter to Hag since it doesn't even take a second to destroy a trap which is stupid.
- Wraith can still go around the map at high speed.
- What do you mean Legion gets countered by medkit ? Legion's job is injuring people, not keeping them injured.
- When you are playing Hag or Trapper and you see a flashlight or a map its not going to be a fun match. The survivor can find your only power and destroy it and at that point you are just a M1 killer with no power. That's not fun to play as.
Well most people don't know about flashlight destroying traps + it's your job to be unpredictable as Hag
As for Trapper, i don't think the basic map item can show bear trap.

No. You can't see if someone has Urban Evasion but you can see someone holding a map. Your comparison doesn't make sense
ok then "survivor holding flashlight" oh no i cannot play Hag coz traps will be destroyed, or Wraith because imma get burn.
"survivor holding medkit" oh no i cannot play Legion coz they will heal.
Every killer has a small counter by items but it's not that game-changing ^^

The only characters i prestiged are Hag and Zarina. Hag as better cosmetic than her prestige so i don't use it or maybe for the claw, while Zarina has one of the best prestige in the game IMO so i like using one of the three parts at least.
