    1) I am not saying players need to play perfect. I am saying that players are responsible for not screwing the team over. Not expecting Tampered Timer is not an excuse under any circumstances because you are responsible for playing around certain things.

    2) Hey, if you can die because someone opened the gate too early, you can die because someone popped the gen too early.

I disagree that your points outdo mine.

you can disagree but my points have more weight.

you're too idealistic, the fact that you think 99% gens should be used in every pig game when in reality they are rarely used shows it.

I came across this problem too when I was learning Miss Haggy.

To be honest, hag is so slow you probably wouldn't get there in time anyway.

Surveillance is a much better perk on hag. You could always use bitter murmur or bbq as well.

You don't need any info perks on hag, in the first place gens shouldn't be that far from you.

At the start of the game you should decide what side of the map you'll protect so again info perks are not needed.

As for those 3 perks bitter murmur is extremely bad as it activates 5 times at most and the info is only good on chase killers hag isn't one. bbq also isn't that good as you don't want to go 40+ meters away potentially outside your set up and bbq slows you down as you need to set up a trap at the hook or nearby. finally surveillance isn't that useful since gens should be easy to check and their are simply better perks to use.

exactly therefor finishing gens isn't the wrong choice

I don't agree with this logic. If the fear is someone dying to a potential Tampered Timer, then not waiting a bit first to pop the gen IS the wrong choice. The only way this truly backfires is if Ruin is in play, and Ruin is something you should very easily be able to detect almost as soon as the trial starts.

In the first place you shouldn't die because other solo's are just doing the objective and not doing anything wrong.

But they are doing something wrong if they are putting you in that position that you don't want to be in. It's like saying you shouldn't 99 an Exit Gate and then blaming Blood Warden for trapping you long enough to die to the EGC.

mate obviously no matter what you won't agree and honestly the reasons you don't agree feel like you think the players all play in a perfect way and always know what to do.

As stated in a 4 solo que which is what the game is balanced around survivors can't give information such as addons or tell other players to do something. As stated is isn't a bad choice to finish gens whenever the combo isn't used you yourself even said it's rare to get RBT kills even with the combo which i find hard to believe as i always got around 1 or 2 kills.

Then finally we get to this. No matter what, you shouldn't die from an action that has nothing to do with you and is meant to progress the game.

this isn't something even worth arguing over finishing a gen at any point in the game shouldn't mean potential death for a survivor, NOED is understandable as that should be expected and it's a perk that honestly is more common then the combo. But the addon combo isn't as well known and even if it is people will still do dumb things. you. should. not. die. from. that. type. of stupidity.

that is the only argument you have as to why this combo shouldn't be nerfed literally the only argument. with numbers i proved it is very likely that at least once a survivor will be close to death with the timer on the 4th or 5th box and with logic i have proven that a single encounter with the killer will kill those survivors. the only thing you have to counter that is "well survivor shouldn't finish gens" which is bs because as said the game is balanced around solo's and you have no control over those players actions and it's bs that your getting potentially killed because of another players choice.

Im done arguing over this not to mention even your one point has a flaw that cannot be overlooked when it comes to talking about balance. players are not prefect and are not knowledgeable on ever game mechanic not to mention they could just not care and that can kill you. Regardless all the things i have pointed out as to why this addon combo needs to be addressed outdoes your single point which is outside the players control.

nope. still can't follow your logic.

The problem does lie with people so stubbornly clinging to that genrush MO that you by now can use it against them.

Like, imagine if we'd get a killer who's TR permanently shrinks if a gen is finished when someone's hooked or if some other unique thing is active or something... people would STILL genrush and then complain that the mechanic is OP and unfair

exactly therefor finishing gens isn't the wrong choice and addon shouldn't be balanced around such a thing.

All im trying to convey is that tampered timer with an extra box isn't fair since you have no control over anything it's purely luck if you die.

In the first place you shouldn't die because other solo's are just doing the objective and not doing anything wrong.

I'm trying to follow your train of thought here:

you are saying it is unreasonable because upon knowing they are up against pig players will definitely avoid applying a tactic with the highest survival chance (99ing gens and only popping them when no one has a trap on)? Are you saying people will ALWAYS apply their genrush MO no matter what? (I mean, looking at them crying bloody murder over Deathslinger and PH cutting chases short... you kinda have a point, but still)

And as for plague: Is not cleansing really better? they changed how the pools function after all, so by now the better tactic would be try to cleanse as far away from the rest of the group as possible.

If you want to say it's reasonable go make the entire player base not finish gens when a RBT is on someone in fact go play a few games as pig and see how often they 99% gens put on ruin and it will rarely happen.

Your right that it's what players should do but they don't do it and you can't do anything as a solo to change that.

when it comes to play styles no matter what you say it's relevant because there are always people don't care or know about X thing in this case not finishing gens. This is not a case of bad player decision it's simply an inability to change how others play especially when it comes to this since it's actually better to finish gens if this addon combo isn't being used but then we get back to a lack of info.

Because you can't change how others play or think as well as the fact that they don't know to not finish gens or even if the combo is being used it is therefore unreasonable to say it's the survivors fault.

  • She literally can go from F tier if you have no clue how to play her to S+++++

She ignores everything and good nurses rarely miss so yeah if your really good she is the best killer in the game.

However i have no idea why they put her in B tier it might have been their own personal tier list with how well he does with each killer.

    https://forum.deadbydaylight.com/en/discussion/comment/2015774#Comment_2015774

    why exactly is it unreasonalble?

All players know they are up against pig. It'd really take some very, very rarely occurring combination spawnpoints for boxes, gens and players, and of when someone gets a rbt to cause a situation in which a gen pops just when the trap goes on without the people on the gen having been aware its a pig.

Thus they should always be able to at least 99 a gen, find ruin (you only need one person looking) and redo the bit of progress lost on the 99ed gen.

The unreasonable thing to do would be to power through the gen and massively increase the chance of losing a teammate.

it's unreasonable because you have no control over the other players actions and good luck convincing the player base to not finish gens along with them remembering the advice in the first place.

take plague obviously don't cleanse but whatda people do especially solo's?

I refer to my previous statement about it sounding more like a problem with Survivors making bad decisions.

And i'm saying that no it's not a bad decision if anything it is a bad decision to 99% verse a pig UNLESS this addon combination is used and among solo's they can't communicate that.

  • @TAG said:

    https://forum.deadbydaylight.com/en/discussion/comment/2015749#Comment_2015749

It's pretty obvious that finishing the gen starts the timer. Sure, you may not know what add-ons the Pig may have, but if you want to play around the purple add-ons, simply wait a bit to finish the gen to give that Survivor the chance to search a little. If the Killer has Ruin? FIND RUIN. Especially since you should know very very easily if the Killer has Ruin.

Point was this is a tactic that is unreasonable to expect all players to follow

for that reason no and with ruin the point is survivors will finish their gens.

  • Greatly reduce it to 1 maaaaaybe 2 minutes and yes this is an excellent idea.

  • don't tunnel go after the savior 4 head or simply wait it out.

Also there isn't a way to detect tunneling and no idiot will do anything to deactivate it if it deactivated upon certain interactions.

  • @TAG said:

    https://forum.deadbydaylight.com/en/discussion/comment/2015743#Comment_2015743

That sounds like a problem with the Survivors making bad decisions to me.

This is the same thing as plague it's a choice it's not something obvious and more often than not you should finish the gen

what if the killer has ruin? then what?

this isn't one of the things were survivors need to "get good" or "learn not to do that" especially when you don't need to do so if the pig isn't using this combination and solo's can't just say "DONT DO THE GEN SHE HAS X ADDONS".

  • @TAG said:

    https://forum.deadbydaylight.com/en/discussion/comment/2015723#Comment_2015723

I disagree on it being a problem. Again, the Trapped Survivor can very easily have extra time to search the boxes if the timer doesn't start immediately. If it does start quickly, then that is entirely due to the actions of the Survivor team. Not bad luck or poor balancing or whatnot. It is someone on the Survivor team making a conscious decision to start the timer.

since the devs balance around 4 solo's and solo's rarely care to 99% gens because of a trap and they can't communicate the addons to each other, as well as the fact that it's outside their hands by a pure balance standpoint no it is a problem.

No addons should just be like "hey! your the unlucky one time to die! Oh the pig found you and wont let you use the box just once yeah you're totally screwed".

  • @TAG said:

    https://forum.deadbydaylight.com/en/discussion/comment/2015697#Comment_2015697

    1) Now that I understand what you are actually saying, 87% chance of at least one Trap being taken off in 4-5 boxes is MORE than reasonable for one of the add-ons that adds a box. The add-on has to do SOMETHING.

    2) It's still in the Survivors favor for them to not have to search 4+ boxes, even if it is not HEAVILY in their favor.

The addon combination is a problem as it is outside the survivors hands that is my point it is unfair there is no skill just luck.

the ONLY other addon that kills survivors is myers tombstone and at least that has counter play with lockers and he has to actually get right up to you.

This addon combination makes it so more than likely at least once in a match a survivor has to remove it on the final two boxes and as said/proved with logic if the pig interferes that survivor will more than likely not have enough time to survive.

This is why it is unfair/unreasonable and at the very least tampered timer needs to be changed. I won't suggestions as to what it should be but this combination is basically equal to huntresses IR hatchets with purple belt and it is agreed that that needs to be changed. I do agree that all addons need to do something but that alone doesn't justify this unfair combination.

Lastly it doesn't heavily favor survivors it slightly favors them as they have a 60% chance of it being the first 3 boxes that is defiantly not heavily favored.

  • @TAG said:

    https://forum.deadbydaylight.com/en/discussion/comment/2015691#Comment_2015691

I'm not referring to the percentage. I'm referring to the fact that you were referring to the odds of a Survivor taking a trap off in 4-5 boxes. Not the odds of at least one Trap needing 4 or 5 boxes to be removed.

I should have been more clear that it was at least once among ALL RBT's not the chance of a single RBT being taken off on the 4th or 5th box and even then the number is still high at 40%.

  • @TAG said:

    https://forum.deadbydaylight.com/en/discussion/comment/2015681#Comment_2015681

Yes, I calculated the odds a Survivor will have to remove a trap on the 4th or 5th box because you said, and I quote:

there is a 90.91% chance that a survivor will have to remove the trap on the 4th OR 5th box

and i admitted i was wrong HOWEVER the chance is actually only 3% lower so my point still stands.

  • @TAG said:

    https://forum.deadbydaylight.com/en/discussion/comment/2015633#Comment_2015633

    Let's assume five boxes.

The odds of you finding the correct box on your first attempt is 1/5 (20%), because you have five boxes and only one correct one.

This means you have 4/5 chance (80%) of picking the wrong box on your first guess. Once you pick a wrong box, that box can no longer be selected, so the number of remaining boxes to guess from goes down to four.

The odds of guessing correctly from four boxes is 1/4 (25%). When you multiply the 4/5 incorrect first guess by 1/4 correct second guess, this means that you have a 4/20 or 1/5 (again, 20%) chance of finding the correct box from the initial five boxes in exactly two guesses.

    For three boxes, it's 4/5 guessing wrong the first time, 3/4 guessing wrong the second time, and 1/3 guessing right the third time. 4/5 * 3/4 * 1/3 = 12/60 = 1/5 (20%).

    For four boxes, it's 4/5 * 3/4 * 2/3 * 1/2 = 24/120 = 1/5 (20%).

    For five boxes, it's 4/5 * 3/4 * 2/3 * 1/2 * 1/1 = 24/120 = 1/5 (20%).

What i did was calculate the chance of it happening at least once among 4 attempts with a 40% of it being the 4th or 5th box.

what you are doing is simply calculating the chance of it coming off at any point not the amount of attempts for a different set (the chance of another RBT having the box be the 4th or 5th). In case you didn't realize all of your results are 20% which is wrong when calculating how likely it is you get the event accruing at a certain attempt among all attempts.

    So for the RBT coming off on the 4th or 5th box among 4 different RBT's at least once the math is this (1- 0.4)^4 = 0.1296 (12.96%) (not happening) so 1 - 12.96 = 0.8704 (87.04%).

    For it coming off on the 5th box among 4 RBT's at least once the math is (1- 0.2)^4 = 0.4096 (40.96%) (not happening) so 1- 0.4096 = 0.5996 (59.96%)

I'm right mate all your doing is calculating when it comes off in X attempts, I'm calculating it coming of at a certain point at least once among X tries.

No. That's also wrong. By a lot. Explain how you are coming to this answer.

Ok i looked into it more

In order to calc it first you find the chance of it not happening

so (1-.4)^4 then the answer is the chance it wont happen is 0.1296 in other words 12.96%

therefor the chance of it happening at least once is 87.04%

so no i was right my second response.

they don't have control of the killer

    Okay. That isn't an issue.

they most likely didn't pick the map and if they did it's probably big.

Big maps are a problem with the maps, not with the Pig add-ons being discussed.

Also plenty of survivors will at least heal which takes 8-16 second

    Exactly whose fault is that?

you can disagree but i have logic and numbers that say otherwise, therefor unless you can provide better reasoning you are wrong.

The numbers say that each individual trap has over 50% chance of the fifth box not even mattering. That's a point in my favor, as far as I can tell. And again, you have extra time depending on how long the Survivors give you to finish their gen and start the timer. If the timer starts before you have a chance to look, that's ENTIRELY your team's decision. The Pig cannot do ANYTHING to force the timer to start.

cool be unreasonable to protect the combo IDC

I have numbers that say there is a 90% 87.04% chance a survivor will have a box get the RBT off on the 4th or 5th box at least once in the trial as well as numbers to indicate that a single encounter with the pig will kill them if the 4th or 5th box is true.

Therefor it isn't reasonable and as for it being their fault they don't know your tampered timer addon so yeah don't blame them for healing.

i have reason, logic, and numbers to indicate that this combo is not fair so you can disagree all you want i have more backing.

Sorry, but I don't agree with that.

A survivor not being optimal is on the Survivor, and a gen popping is on the Survivor's teammate. That's two things that are within the Survivor team's control that can heavily mitigate the Tampered Timer (an add-on that does nothing the majority of the time it is used).

Also i went ahead and looked into it, there is a 90.91% chance that a survivor will have to remove the trap on the 4th OR 5th box, just one interception by the pug will more than likely kill them.

Here we will tell you what 40 to 4 odds means, what 40 to 4 probability means, and show you what a 40 to 4 odds payout would be.

I'd say the percentages support the notion that Survivors are still favored in terms of # of box searches, and then there's the fact that a Survivor doesn't have to worry about the clock until a gen pops.

Also, I'd say it's reasonable because of the ground the Pig is giving up by employing such a tactic.

It's only reasonable if the pig NEVER messes with the survivor, the survivor is very optimal with their time, AND the map isn't big such as haddonfield.

Because most survivors are not optimal and most killers are not kind and will at least attempt to slug that survivor it is NOT reasonable.

There is also the fact that a gen can pop at any time which can include when that survivor is incapacitated which is very common.

Therefor and i don't want to come off as an *** but your wrong it's not reasonable.

  • @TAG said:

    https://forum.deadbydaylight.com/en/discussion/comment/2015531#Comment_2015531

Then we different experiences because i nearly always have a survivor die to this and again as said it's likely they die even if it's the 4th box meaning a 40% chance.

That does not line up with my experiences, personally. I'm not saying I NEVER get RBTs, but they most certainly do not line up at a rate of one every game or even one every other game. And that's with using her purple add-ons for many, many games in a row.

As said then we differ but i have numbers that indicate it's very likely for survivors to die to this and when abusing this i often killed survivors with it even when i didn't do anything to them or by just hooking them once if i ran into them.

Numbers don't lie and you cannot say that it is not unreasonable to only have 60 seconds of travel time for up to 5 interactions with 4 chances that a survivor will have an interaction remove the RBT on the 4th or 5th attempt.

Also do you not agree that it is reasonable to be chased at least once while you have a RBT on and still have enough time to remove it? How much time do you think is taken away by one chase? because getting downed or hooked can easily take away 20-30 or so seconds which is half of the time that survivor has to traverse the map unless you think they can get to each box in 6 seconds assuming it's the last 2 that remove the RBT?

  • @TAG said:

    https://forum.deadbydaylight.com/en/discussion/comment/2015503#Comment_2015503

You misunderstand what I mean. I know how the boxes work; I'm saying that natural odds of chance dictate that you only have a 20% chance of having to search all five boxes. You have a 40% chance of having to search four or more. Also, I use these kind of add-ons all the time. I know what they're capable of. They don't kill that often even in the best-case scenario.

Then we different experiences because i nearly always have a survivor die to this and again as said it's likely they die even if it's the 4th box meaning a 40% chance.

We haven't even discussed large maps using this, put on Haddonfield and that survivor is pretty much dead even if you don't intercept them if it's their 4th or 5th box. incepted them and that might as well be reduced to the 3rd box.

Regardless this is still unreasonable as you can't expect survivors to get to each box in 12 seconds and not get intercepted by the pig, by your own stats it is indicated that there is a 40% chance they have to get it off on the 4th or 5th box.

i do agree that maps play a big part in this but even small maps this is highly lethal.

  • @TAG said:

You only have a 20% chance of having to search all five, though. The odds are still in your favor that you don't even have to search four boxes. And this is before you factor in the extra time you may get from getting to search boxes before the timer starts.

Again, this is only really going to be an issue on maps that are large enough that they need to be changed anyways.

If this was about a single RBT a game doing this i would agree with you but there are 4 chances to be unlucky and nearly a 50% chance that you will be unlucky.

those odds are good enough to argue for this to be unreasonable.

  • @TAG said:

it's not 20% tho since the box that takes off your trap is predetermined and even on small maps this often kills survivors, i know this cause i used this like 10 times in a row and often got at least 1-2 kills a game.

regardless in terms of stats you could say that it has a 40% chance to be the 4th or 5th box, as said you have 4 RBT's that is a good enough chance to commonly see a survivor die to a RBT a game especially if you interact them even just once.

Also again, this is still very likely to kill even on small maps because you only have an average of 12 seconds to get to each box and you are more than likely not being optimal with that time.

  • @TAG said:

    https://forum.deadbydaylight.com/en/discussion/comment/2015418#Comment_2015418

This might sound counterintuitive, but the only add-on that I think can make it consistently unreasonable to remove an RBT is Amanda's Letter. Because it decreases the number of boxes down to two and gives the Pig a 50/50 chance at being able to body block the correct and guarantee a kill.

Any other add-ons that might create that problem only do so in the largest maps that are already a problem for a different reason anyways.

No tampered timer with an extra box makes taking them off unreasonable

5 boxes with 2 minutes to do them all and it takes 12 seconds to attempt to remove a trap.

this means that you have a total of 60 seconds of travel time, an average 12 seconds to get to each box if you have to remove the trap on the last box.

If the pig intercepts that just once and the box that would have gotten your trap off would be the 4th or 5th you are more than likely going to die, hell even if their is just really bad pathing/ a large map your more than likely died.

There are 4 RBT's that might end up killing a survivor, it is very likely that at least one of these will do a survivor in.

They said themselves they wanted an average player to be able to finish the rift and apparently their version of average is someone without a job because unless you have nothing else going on in your live it will be very difficult to find time to dedicate to finishing the rift.

I'm in high school and i barely finished the 3rd rift and during that time i played around 2 hours or so a day and then had to AFK wraith for the last days while doing other things to finish it. There is no way an average player is finishing the rift if you can call that average and i did in fact do all the challenges.

  • I don't like this, It nerfs pigs stalling as well as her lethality when honestly it isn't a bad thing that it's that high.

her traps are too RNG and unable to down survivors as they do this means they don't fear the pig at all.

People need to understand that the only thing pig needs a nerf to is her addons that make it impossible to get the RBT off within reason.

  • No, killers already have enough they don't need to also try to hit skill checks which honestly for any vet is easy as hell give them 5 and they can probably hit all of them.

Also this buffs tunneling for anyone who can hit these skill checks so again no.

  • Oh My God.

We have all been blinded by windstorm being base kit we failed to see what was truly important...

  • No if they are injured they should go down, however i do think that this idea is a good one.

Instead of a timer which tbh isn't that long it should instead use tokens, at most i think 2 tokens would be fair since it prevents you from being downed from healthy which is very strong. in other words the perk would work like this.

Mettle Of Man: Start the trial with 2 tokens, if you receive an attack that would put you from healthy to the dying state instead that attack puts you in the injured state with deep wounds. Once the Survivor heals or is healed back to the Healthy State, their aura will be revealed to the Killer whenever they are farther than 12/14/16 meters away from the Killer.

  • Green allowed me to play whatever i wanted no matter how viable and still win

ever since rank resets was changed i haven't been there since, im pretty much always red ranks for both sides.

  • Im just going to drop a pallet, pick it up then lead the killer to it and force him to hit me and drop it on him.

Pretty easy just have to hope you don't get an insta down or ranged killer.

  • No punish the tunnelers and with the upcomming DS changes yes if you get it to activate at all you ARE tunneling.

Also it is very possible to get hit 4 times, easily. All you need to do is tunnel each survivor off the hook at least once. Of course doing so means you are basically having to finish 16 chases but that's what tunnelers get.

Yes this is a good idea but I would remove the movement speed penalty...still need to find a way to get her power another way.

(I'm on about the survivors not your idea lol).

the movement speed penalty is to balance it out altho it could be faster i guess but it still should be pretty slow.

This is to give survivors distance since plague is going into her corrupt purge which is a very strong ability and in 20 seconds the plague should be able to hit that survivor especially since even with the slowdown that survivor will still be in range.

I don't think she needs another way to get corrupt purge if they do something like this, the reason is because you could then have a build focused on punishing survivors for being injured and you can still use apple addons to get corrupted pools (up to 3) which you can use to snowball.

  • This doesn't address why she is weak, her problem is her pools being too rng as well as her hit consistency.

Imo they need to allow her to use corrupted pools at range but with less duration, something like this.

    New ability: Solicit Chant

Interact with a pool of devotion from a distance to gain corrupt purge but greatly reduces its duration.

    • Distance 20 meters
    • corrupt purge duration 20 seconds
    • interaction time 3 seconds, movement speed is greatly reduced similar to leatherface in tantrum, you also chant during this time which warns survivors

  • dbd is a horror game but as with any game not completely dedicated to horror after awhile you no longer fear it especially when it feels competitive and your exposed to the horror (killer) for long periods of time and can retaliate. This actually allows dbd to be more flexible which is why we have weird cosmetics along with the upcoming trickster. As for survivor movements i agree that they need polishing and are too stiff.

Nothing can be done about game knowledge it's up to the player to seek out that info, It's pretty much impossible for the devs to create a system to tell you all the things advanced players know as well as how to play. A basic tutorial is the best they can do.

Spirit is in a weird balance state, the way she finds survivors will not change which is why stridor "asthma" is always going to be a popular choice. The only thing they can do is either make it more obvious that spirit is using her power or try to show you her in her power. The second option is a major problem because what makes spirit strong is her being completely unfindable in her power and if any form of info gives her away in it like sound then she becomes massively weaker.

there are always going to be perks unused in any game because a "meta" is always established. Also no mither is a challenge perk meant to hinder you for those players that like that sort of thing. It could use some improvement but at its core it is harmful to use.

  • I disagree

A problem with DS is having it at powered gates, this makes it so if you have DS you can always trade as long as your not on death hook to then be saved later and use DS to escape.

Also it should be an obsession perk and that won't change as it is a laurry perk and all her perks are obsession perks.

Lastly it should have a skill check, it is still a good perk no need to make it simply brain dead to use.

    Series X?

I know the FPS issues are fixed there, but I can literally go into my Recently Played list and ask people for clips of their game freezing/dropping frames whenever they use FF.

No xbox 1 i've had it since it came out basically.

i don't have issues with frames that much and it shouldn't be changed because of frames on console.

No it doesnt tell killer who has it. Since you can disable it on purpose to use it later.

the broken status effect gives it away so yes it does tell who has it.

Also that is the least of the problems.

  • No, DS is a problem because you CAN do interactions with it such as gens and players already don't care to heal until whatever they are doing is done.

Your idea allows this as well as it has no counter play since you cannot keep a survivor slugged for 120 seconds so imo the upcoming DS is way better, also this directly tells the killer who has DS so again no.

Also if they never did an interaction how would that work? No DS? because this looks like a strict buff to me from what is suggested by the devs.

FF lowers FPS on Console, so it's easy to miss.

Make it takes 50% of the remaining bar, then if you miss again it cancels it.

I have no issues with fps affecting my hits on xbox

during lag spikes yes but those are not common enough to justify legion being mindless with frenzy.

  • My current idea for his power is this, i also agree that you should be rewarded for chaining frenzy hits

For each hit in frenzy you gain a token. Tokens are consumed when frenzy ends.

    1. Nothing
    2. Reduced feral frenzy fatigue
    3. Reduced feral frenzy fatigue and all survivors affected by deep wounds are revealed by killer instinct for 5 seconds.
    4. When feral frenzy ends you go into a fatal frenzy, your movement speed is drastically reduced for 2 seconds before moving at 5.2 m/s it then lasts for 8 seconds during which your attacks injure and down survivors, hitting survivors in this state adds 4 seconds to it’s duration. Survivors affected by deep wounds in your terror radius are revealed by killer instinct during this time.

Tunneling used to mean solely focusing on one survivor, spending as little time as possible with any other interaction. I swear the definition for tunneling gets broader and broader.

As said the term itself has many different definitions per person, but they all are relatively the same I just tried to make it easier to understand in mine.

  • In lower ranks yes it will hurt game health

in higher ranks it improves it.

the reason is that DS is used to do gens without worry more often which is contributing to fast matches, now killers can at least punish that.
