Why Doctor? I play him when I get his Daily Ritual and run Beast of Prey and Distressing on him and it's a real chore to Max out BP.
Why do people consider him great for Bloodpoints?
I have to be missing something here.
TThose Perks may be why Doc is a chore lol. Those perks help you reach the BP cap in a category but it does not extend the cap, so foe the "easy" BP killers you're just playing with 2 perk slots.
If anything, a smaller level offeringlike The Game would net you far more BP value.
Nemesis is pretty awesome at BP gain too, surprisingly enough.

You max out Brutality, Deviousness, and Hunter every match. Guaranteed 30K.
If you want to reach those BP caps faster, use Never-Sleep Pills as it grants Bonus Bloodpoints. Then also slap on any 100% Bonus Bloodpoints offering and you're gonna be making bank.
Only category Legion struggles to get Bloodpoints in is Sacrifice, since his power is so limiting and situational, you probably won't get many downs with it; and any good Survivor can easily loop an M1 Killer with no chase power.
Hey, its the Legion guy I sometimes see around lunchtime!
I personally run Bamboozle and Dissolution on them just to pretend that I have some kind of chase power.

Old pain res was better.

Teleporting killers is literally an 80s slasher staple, it's baked into the genre
-
Something had to give with this killer
-
Zanshin tactics is comfy on her if you want to just enjoy her

Xeno has some of the best presentation and animations on the roster, but honestly the Alien is more fun for survivors to face than it is to main Xeno

I hope this temporary UW stays; it seems like a decent option for full aura builds to punch past Distortion tokens. At the very least it'll give Floods and Gearhead some competition
-
I was rather worried for the Switch folk, so that's at least somewhat reassuring to hear. Hopefully you'll get those characters back soon
-
Only thing that honestly bothers me is when survivors go full "Gloveworld Bus". If you've ever seen SpongeBob, you know exactly what I mean.
Prior to the Haddonfield rework, playing m1 killers against this was literally impossible. They just refuse to leave houses until you commit to chase. The second anyone gets a heartbeat, they run immediately to a house.
These matches are basically guaranteed losses on a few killers.
I see 4x Background Player a lot, and surprisingly see Breakdown Breakout squads a fair amount but I'd rather deal with those unhookable survivors over that boring hold W play style. These people always catch me when I'm not on a killer to deal with that. Like where's my boi Unknown to lob UVXs when I need him
-
Devs allow Spirit to be countered by her own chase music, this noise pollution is intentional. Messing with the audio is clearly a problem.
If we can't have custom skins, why is it OK to have custom audio? Why do I have to suffer but PC players can just pick and choose their own solutions as they see fit? Who gets to draw the line?

Jumpscare Myers is fun, but it quickly becomes stale when every Myer's you face after the first two are perma tier-one jumpscare Myers. Even more so when they just Insidious camp in the middle of a 3-gen, then dare to act offended when you break said 3-gen by slugging and bleeding everyone out.
Quickly becomes stale? How many SM Myers do you face!?
I think I'vefaced an equal amount of SM Myers as I have BK Myers, and BK Myers has been dead for years.

I don't want to sound rude, but why is it weird to ask "What gender is this character (skin)"? Like that character clearly is very different looking and sounding than default Huntress or how Huntress usualy sounds or look like even with different outfits. There are people out there that care about gender and sexuality for their favorite characters.
And why just not answering OP when taking your time writting something and helping the OP with such simple question for someone who (probably) allready knows the answer. If you don't know the answer that's fine ofc but maybe add it there if you are not sure because this looks like OP is bad for asking simple question and curious question. I would feel kinda bad for OP honestly.
Its not weird. It's pretty normal.
It's definitely weird as a first post.

Freal? Ugh, thats putting a damper on my mood to play tonight lol.
That sounds like something that should appear in the News section to warn people.
Hmm, I wonder if nows the time to do my civic duty and bust out Pinhead to remind survivors to change controls

Oh boy, you really missed it then how Killers complaint about it how strong it would be to grab the Flag. And as you have figured out yourself - it really isnt. The Flag does not have any point and I dont even know why the Devs implemented it. Probably some form of Counterplay, but it is so niche that it is really not worth it to even think about grabbing the flag.
Not that I think it is a big issue or that the Flag should do more. But you are right when you call it pointless.
It's there to reward people who don't just excessively hold W.
Will this make you stop holding W? No, but it's an option available to you.

The new skin does have a new lullaby, and it's pay-to-win right now. Since the lullaby is so low, it sounds super quiet from the survivor side and it's difficult to tell how far away the killer is. The grunt she makes when winding up a hatchet is also so quiet that it's nearly inaudible unless you have you volume cranked way up.
Oh great, a Huntress lullaby that won't put me into Madness Tier 3? I hope more people use this skin then.
I cannot stand going against Baba Yaga she's sooooooooooooooooo annoying
-
Unknowns fine. He's like bump logic Blight.
If you feel powerless, odds are you haven't played him against bots on that specific tile. You are limited by your own imagination.
Don't actually play against bots, it's unpossible what I mean is ignore them and just shoot at or in things to see what's possible. Some surfaces that you'd think would bounce actually insta explode and vice versa. Sometimes you need an insta splosion and sometimes you want a bounce.
TThis Killer can use play any tile in the game if you're willing to play around the CD and you have the confidence to think you won't miss.
I'm not saying I'm good myself, just that when I fail it feels like a user error on my end.

@KayTwoAyy said:
Sorry to hear about that.
Also, I'd like to see the escape rate for that perk. It has to be abysmal.
The users team probably all die and the Invocation user comes out of the basement all Vincent Vega like, so it's probably balanced just like OoO was.

When I play killer I take it as I am the host of the party.
Yeah huh? I feel that way too. Like I am the Dungeon Master of the match like a DnD campaign.
I see myself as a clown running a children's birthday party.
Win or lose, I love to captivate an audience. T

Its such a shame because I think Xeno is one of the more fun killers in the game alongside killers like Pinhead, but who'd want to subject themselves to being tied down to Xenos kit?
Wish they'd give Xeno something just to satisfy my own selfish wish of seeing this killer more.
-
This entire drama could have been avoided if social media didn't get hysterical over OG background Player just like they did with Lucky Break.
Careful what you wish for.

I just want z block back.
Making healthy survivors bleed was such an odd effect, but it was unique.

Knight AI got worse after killswitch that I just gave him up. His worse AI drove me to Skull Merchant.
Thank god that Unknown came out because between Knight and Pinhead I was feeling rather disillusioned
-
Have you considered running add-ons? And maybe some perks? (Perks that actually do something, so literally anything besides Thana/DL)
Plague can be evil if you want her to.

Chucky above Unknown? I just don't see it.

what? Coal tower, all Autohaven maps besides Azarov? Most MacMillian maps?
Yup. It's a hill I'll die on.
In general, most killers can play around the level. And Survivors aren't helpless.
Singularity is the only real loser on this level, but that's more of a Singularity problem.
Even Blights and Billy do not struggle here.
-
Tobas the most balanced level in the whole game.
-
Play however you want. Ignore whatever salty rulebook gets tossed at you and play to have fun.
I got reported for giving hatch once, and honestly that was the wake up call I needed to not care anymore because someone, somewhere will hate your guts and there's nothing you can do about it.
Don't think about it too much and just take a chill pill
-
Using any perks at all carriespeople to a place they "don't belong". People can come back and say that when they use no add-ons or items or perks.
Using 3 perks for an entire match is a calculated move, pure and simple.
Funny how the people that say Noed is a crutch for beginners don't talk about Corrupt and Lethal just as much. Fact is, perks are designed to be used for whatever stage of rhe game you prefer. There's nothing intrinsically "noobish" about prepping for the End game. That's not a losing mentality, because it's expected that 2 survivors will escape on average.
I don't need perks. I use them because I feel like it. So if I don't need perks, it's not a big deal to play a majority of a match with only 3 perks.
-
I've seen a couple crashes the past couple days. Everybody gets DCd but only the killer and I got 0 bloodpoints. Maybe a squirrel chewed on a wire

If you reduce the regression event limit to something lower than 8 I think it would start to affect normal games too often especially when using certain perks that contribute towards the total. It wouldn't just primarily affect 3-gen situations anymore.
I just want to kick gens for Trail, Nowhere to Hide, machine learning, Unforeseen and Call of Brine zombie value.
I literally can't take Jolt anymore as my only actual slowdown perk anymore because Jolt literally shuts my build off, but without it the gen that I wanted to Machine Learn gets popped just as I get there.
I could only accept this change if I can kick gens for 0%, but then CoB would bypass the whole point of 3 gen protection...

"Even Nemesis's disease is stronger than wesker's not taking hindered into account." In what way? Nemesis's infection does absolutely nothing except allow for the tentacle to damage survivors. I wish being infected hindered the survivors in some way. LIke, for example, zombies move 50% faster when chasing infected survivors
That's not quite true; Infection shuts down stealthy play styles and kills Distortion plays.
When RPD had a library and everybody had CoH and Shadow Step, both Nemesis and Plague infections were very much relevant.
It's not much, but it's still something. Quite nice for tunneling because you give yourself away mid infection and post cleanse. Meanwhile Wesker you can be Exposed and Hinderrd but still ghost him if by some chance he caught you off guard with Stealth

"I'm top mmr killer I can't play dbd it's too sweaty now"
"My survivors are potatoes I can't play dbd"
Funny how mmr works too well and is also completely pointless. Maybe we really don't know as much as we think we do.
Fact is, matchmaking has an emphasis on speed over quality to a degree. Anybody who plays SWF at night knows this to be true. So, what does MMR actually accomplish? I can't tell you, tbh. That fact makes me not have faith in the current system.
Matchmaking would just be better off being the Wild West just so I don't have to hear about mmr anymore lol.

That's true. Unknown is tricky. I like him though. His teleports I got down thanks to Sadako, but his shots are hard. I am on the PS5 though. I am getting better I feel like tho. What platform do you play off of?
Xbox. Thankfully he doesn't need to be super precise, his skill expression is moreso just knowing what your options even are.
Idk if you play Blight, but if you're familiar with bump logic he's kinda like that; once you know what you can do on a specific spot, it'll always be true so with all the maps, loops and angles in the game I feel like I can get "lost" in this killer and always learn something new.
-
I smoke weed to get rid of my killer anxiety, but the weed sometimes give me anxiety attacks so that sometimes doesn't work.
I think the most foolproof solution is to have a goal, whether it be getting value out of a gimmick build or improving your skill.
Right now, Unknown is doing it for me because his skill ceiling is still….unknown. even if I have a tough time, I can just focus on leveling up my Unknown skill by practicing a new shot.

Dude. Killers are literally humping survivors. Im not reading into something here. Im just witnessing it.
A tbag at a pallet or gate is one thing, but going out of the way to hump a slug and keep them there is prime psycho stuff. I get legitimately sad when I have a good game and then this happens :( sours the whole match for me.
People commit SA because A) SA is about exerting power over somebody who can't fight back and B) they think they can get away with it
The reality is that humans are creatures of opportunity, and if we think we can get away with something, we perform a risk assessment. And sadly, playing killer is just the perfect environment and condition to impose one's mental unwellness upon others. This game, by design, presents survivors from defending themselves. And that, sadly, appeals to some people in the wrong way.
I love giving survivors sass and attitude, but I like to think nodding my head is more funny, appropriate and less likely to be taken the wrong way.

Legion feels still too weak to pull up a steamroll together with Plague despite her infection. On the other hand, Oni would literally not have to worry about Blood Orbs economy nor having to get first hit
My bad, I had just meant those killers in general, not paired together. I sometimes get ahead of myself
-
Machine Learning could use something very minor. It's just missing something tiny.
I know I know, haste bad and I should feel bad etc. Etc.
-
If you're using Buckle up combo you really should be using Distortion

Plague and Legion definitely feel S tier. Slinger though seems really spicy and scary.
Getting speared and Tombstoned sounds horrifying.

Not trying to sound rude but i guess English isn't your first language? But the problem mainly is how she hits she can be out of her blink and hit me on her screen but on my screen she hits me milliseconds after her blink. So the problem is the server basically has to catch up any time someone plays her.
Bruh, there's nothing with their English. Maybe your reflexes are slowing down as you become more experienced at the game.
It's not foolproof, but I try to visualize the Nurses Plaid Flannel addon. That add-on has helped me as a Survivor to understand her better

Because a 2K means the exits are open.
The killer has two objectives, kill survivors and prevent the exits from being powered. You failed to prevent the exits from being powered.
Somebody has to live to tell the tale of the big bad killer . 2k is what we call GGs
