Well, we have two chapters from Japan, and chapter from Brazil, and a chapter from Korea and others
But what about the Middle East chapter? Which Arabs or The majority are Arabs
Not only chapters But the Arab community wants the Arabic language in a game, and some even offered to volunteer to add the Arabic language, and this is not new because the Arab community has demanded this for years, and you can find some of them since 2017 asking or offering to volunteer to translate the game into Arabic
Isn't this strange for behavior that does not look at the Arab community?
The Arab community is a big community however, there is no response from the developers which is strange
You might say that Zerina is indeed an Arab
But I will say that Jake is from Korea and yet they made a chapter from Korea
What the Arab community wants is very clear (a complete Arabic chapter) and (the addition of the Arabic language)
No thanks.

Instead of teleport portals, detection, and exposed mechanics over and over...
Do a grey alien that can mind control survivors and force ur MCed survivor to grab another and hold them their.
Do a wizard that shoots fireballs or frost spells.
You guys need to start being original and make killers that change the status quo or this game is going to nosedive in population because it is getting rather boring.
These were such cringey, terrible ideas.

What if the Nemesis just reacts and hits the juke? Its not that hard. Like I said about crouching, they can just keep walking around the loop until the survivor commits to an action.
You're describing pretty much all mind games. You're describing game theory. Yes what if he jukes, but you anticipate the juke, but he anticipates that you'd anticipate the juke. It's just the video game, man.
This is all about extending chases. If a decent killer is on you, you're going to go down. But extending chase another 5 seconds every time you make him waste a tentacle is how your team does 5 gens before he hooks people 3 times.

@Zeon_99 said:
If I had the choice to prevent ever facing a single killer, Nemesis would be the easiest choice in the world. No counterplay against a slightly competent Nemesis. Zombies just walking into your loop with no counterplay. Nemesis just holding out his whip when you get to a pallet and always getting value with the hit or with the broken pallet.
"B-but he's low tier" Legion at release was absolutely garbage yet was universally hated for the same reason I hate Nemesis.
"B-but it takes 3 hits to down you" It could take 20 hits to down and every interaction would still be boring.
"Huntress, Deathslinger, and Pyramid Head have projectiles" Huntress and Deathslinger both are 110 speed and is arguably more punishing for the player if they miss a hit. Pyramid Head is 115, but you can actually react to his attack and it takes a few frames to come out.
"Just juke it" No good projectile killer is gonna miss when Survivors press the A and D key. Reacting when movement is so limited is very easy. I used to main Deathslinger when he came out so I know that hitting those shots isnt hard, especially when Nemesis has a lingering hitbox.
"Just crouch behind the loop" Not only does that not always protect you, the Nemesis can just keep his whip out and keeping walking through the loop until you commit to an action. Can't stay crouched forever.
I have like 150 cakes on Nemesis that will stay there forever because I refuse to have such mind numbing chases.
I strongly disagree. And when watching streamers, I love when they go against "nemo". There's a lot of cool fakes and ways to juke his tentacle, crouching, etc. I think the only people who hate Nemesis are ones who want to drop a pallet and tbag. If you're one of those, well, Nemesis is just Karma.

Oh yes, i really like this mind: Bring perks bro
I am solo
Killers are tunnelling us. Use DS (even it is garbage atm) or OTR (meh perk).
But they are also slugging us. Bring UB bro, it works.
How about campers? Reassurance and Kindred are your answer my pal, i have more good advices for you.
But killers are using these strats for free. They are also bringing perks which helps them. How i will counter them? You also have perks to counter their perks!
But how? I only have 4 perk slots. Which perks i will bring? Counter perks for killer meta perks? Or counter perks for Slugging, Tunnelling and Camping which is free strats for killers?
TIL OTR is a "meh" perk. That's where this person lost all credibility.

I think the "percentage" debuff should go. 25% on 16sec isnt much, but 24sec is. It should be a fixed number at +4sec.
For Haemorrhage, the constant regressing is too much, getting found means you lose all progression. Which your medkit will be completely wasted. I think Haemorrhage should make it if you stop healing mid way (or missing a skill check which also pause the healing), the progression lose 33% of its current progression.
Sounds like you want the perk to basically do nothing. The entire purpose of sloppy is to make healing take longer. That's the core of the perk. It's an amazing way to help hit and run playstyle which was almost impossible in the last meta. It's finally back as a viable way to play a killer and I think that's great. It opens up new killers and more interesting games. Get safe and heal. As survivor I always bring COH now because if my teammates run into the circle we get a free "we'll make it". Sloppy is only especially difficult if you were used to ducking behind a corner and healing within terror radius. Go get safe and put some thought into recovery now that you can't just use 1/3 of your green med kit to heal right in front of the killers face.

Can we get some "Hey sorry about that guy, he likes to pull wings off of bugs and this is the healthiest outlift for his behaviors." points it would make the sting less painful for solo.

I have seen countless matches where the killer suddenly becomes nice because a survivor put down their item that they probably have twenty more of on that character? I don't get it I really don't if a survivor drops an item while I'm playing killer I just down and hook them they lose the item either way so what's the point of giving them hatch? If I want to give someone hatch it's under certain requirements mainly if they've been sandbagged by their teammates other then that no. So I don't get it why are you suddenly nice to a survivor who placed their item on the ground when they probably can easily get one back maybe even two from the bloodweb.
It's a way of surrendering and admitting the killer is in the power position. Dogs will roll over and urinate on themselves to show submission to threats and this is the same xp concept. They are begging for mercy.

Or better yet, "Tell me who I can blame for EVERYTHING when I lose".
These people go into every game thinking "If I don't win it's because my teammates were crap or killers are OP" and they are the most toxic ones. They're the ones who suicide on hook the second someone didn't play the exact way they wanted them too. Squirters.

I appreciate your perspective, and I agree with you that in the end, we have to look out for ourselves. I didn't want to give the killer the satisfaction of playing into their hands, especially since they were dragging the game out by repeatedly downing and dropping survivors. I was frustrated that the other survivor blamed me for not ending the game sooner, when really, the killer was the one who could have ended the game at any point by hooking one of us. I think it's important that we don't reward the kind of behavior displayed by the killer, and I felt good about denying them the 4k they were so desperately trying to achieve. In the end, it's just a game, and there will always be winners and losers, but I believe the focus should be on having fun and not on dragging matches out unnecessarily.
100 percent agree. The guy trying to mess up the experience is the killer. His desire for a 4k is valid but I think it's crappy to drag it out. I often slug for a 4k but if there gonna keep saving each other I just chalk it up to good survivors trying to help each other and sometimes let them both go. I like to gain the advantage so I know I "won" then show some mercy at the end.
-
You did what I do. I try to be a good guy until I realize the killer is dragging the game out because he insists on a 4k. Then I let the survivor did. It's important to realize the survivor might still be salty but it's just a lame situation that needed to end. Sometimes you're gonna make people angry because this game has winners and losers. The killer has a right to try for a 4k. You have an obligation (in my opinion) to at least pretend you care about your fellow survivor. But in the end you gotta look out for yourself and that's OK too.
There's no real fault here, just a lot of blame that gets thrown around because people don't want to lose.

Regardless what your opinion is, exhaustion perks will and always will be a problem. It only becomes less of a problem if they get nerfed til survivors refuse to use those perks. Dead Hard is still used even after the nerfs thus they're not nerfing it hard enough. Killer regression perks are nerfed to obsolete so killers have to find replacement. Survivors? No, no, no, they get a slap to the wrist nerfs and call it a day. SWF are now abusing Boon: Circle of Healing instantly healing eachother to full health. Dead Hard is still prevalent since they are adapting to it. The perks hasn't changed at all for survivors... again, and they managed to make Circle of Healing stronger. Gg, wp.
I, for one, am very happy to see that some people are still using nerfed perks. I think BHVR has a bad habit of nerfing something into oblivion instead of balancing it, and while I do think sometimes you just need to KILL a perk to change the meta, I think they do it too often.
I encountered my first dead hard today and thought "Good on you, bruh, sticking with it!" You know why I thought that? Because he didn't have DH up every single time I chased him like in the old days. He got to use it once and it bought their team some time.
I personally use the crap out of COH now but it's bad for my health because I get so. freaking. mad. at survivors who wont come heal me. I get injured, run to the area where they can see my aura, and tbag trying to get their attention. That said, the perk is great now and I am having a heck of a time using COH and shadowstep on The Game, whipping around corners with no scratch marks to lose the killer.
Anyway back to the main point, I do not think exhaustion perks are a "problem". I am a killer main, and I only play survivor to mess around and relax, but I think exhaustion perks are necessary friction. Sure, they will always be the bane of killers existence because exhaustion perks are designed to get our hopes up then watch as a survivor zooms off. That's fine, that's a tool a survivor has in their arsenal. Endurance is the same thing.

It's the only thing that they can do in order to escape and leave the trial. There is literally nothing you have to do besides generators. You don't have any other major objective besides that and you can safely ignore Hex totems because almost all of them sucks badly.
Killers are bored. Survivors are bored.
Do something.
I disagree. I have a lot of fun playing the game. And I have interesting builds for killers and survivors that give me new things to do in addition to kill or escape. Do you watch any streamers? Lots of them try fun builds out that are based on anything from lore to hex totems to dragging out games and torturing survivors to slugging or just having fun and being goofy. If you want to suggest more objectives, by all means you should do so. But don't pretend to speak for others and claim that everyone's bored. You're one person and you are qualified to speak with the force of exactly ONE voice. No more. So i'm countering your opinion, and now we're at net zero.

Hey so I'm just a filthy casual player with only 600-ish hours in the game but I wanted to post my two cents and ask other people. I mostly play survivor and this year has been really rough for solos.
I'm not great, but I used to be able to at least escape half of my games on a good day,but nowadays I barely see my team make it to the endgame. After playing on the new patch yesterday literally every match but one ended at 5-4 generators. This feels rough...
Is this a universal experience or am i just doing something wrong/getting really unlucky? My build is We'll Make It,Lithe,Lightweight,Bond + a medkit or a toolbox for reference.
The best advice I can give someone who plays solo survivor is to stop thinking of "escape" as the only reason to play. You are probably not going to escape, and plenty of times you will be able to point to one of your teammates as the problem. I have about 3000 hours total but only 400 or so as survivor. Here are the things I like to do for survivor:
1) My "Prepared for Anything" build: I take plunderer's instinct and 3 perks that each help me with an item. Prove thyself for toolboxes, empathy or we'll make it for medkits, residual manifest for beamers. This is fun because the kind of game I play depends on the item I get!
2) Combat Medic - Empathy, we'll make it, built to last, CoH. Bring medkit. If someone gets injured or hooked, I'm on the case. Very fun 100% altruistic playstyle. Sometimes I put deliverance in there but I hate when people rescue before me.
3) Engineer - Built to last, stake-hout, hyperfocus, and either repressed alliance or
4) Gen Trickster - Repressed Alliance, Blast Mine, Wiretap, sprint burst - When the killer gets near, I booby trap the generator and sprint away. He can't even kick it because of repressed alliance, and if he waits around, he gets a nasty shock and we ALL see his aura.
5) Info build - Distortion, Kindred, Lithe/Sprint burst, Fogwise/Alert - Killer doesn't see me, but I often see him and I always know if I should spend time going for a save
6) Disappearing Act - Inner healing, lucky break, overcome, quick and quiet. I run the killer until I take a slap, then I make a beeline for a corner I can whip around and pop into a locker. No scratch marks, no sound, and I'm healed a few seconds later! Then off to find another totem to do it all over again. This one is tons of fun.
I have tons of different builds, usually arranged by character (I'm not really into lore or anything, but I kind of give them personalities or "classes" so I can keep them straight in my head). In fact, my favorite thing to do as a survivor are interesting tome challenges. Just trying to escape is boring, and often depends on things I can't really control. But seeing how many times I can pallet stun or blind someone, or how many people I can surprise by healing them with a purple medkit, that's more interesting to me. I play survivor to chill and relax. I play killer when I feel sweaty. There's tons of fun to be had if you don't get caught up in "escape or I hate this game" mentality.
-
Yep, MMR tries to get you a group near your skill, but so many factors (including items, perks, SWF-ness, and how long you were in queue) can make this feel like its notw orking.

Tbf you have probably been in more cheater matches than you realized. Subtle cheating is the scariest as they can just alter movement speeds by 1 or 2%
Maybe, but we also might live inside a turtle's dream and have no clue. Neither of those is worth worrying about if we can't possible know for sure. I'm fine with survivors running around with 2% speed boost or other methods that might slightly give them an advantage. I am willing to bet the amount of false positives for subtle cheating is astronomical. I bet out of 100 cases of "i'm CERTAIN this person is subtle cheating", maybe 5% of them are true and 95% are "I am great, I played great, therefore someone must have been cheating".
I just don't buy it. I know there are cheaters. I see the obvious ones. But i've never once gotten a cheating killer and i've only seen a cheating survivor like once or twice, where they just popped all gens, or they intentionally brought our gens to 0% just to troll.

Not a meta shakeup. Not a killer / survivor. Not a new mechanic.
We need modes or complete shakeups.
I disagree with you. I hope we have a great anniversary. I look forward to this part every year. I LOVE COLLECTING CAKES! But you have your opinion. -
3000 hours played and i've had a cheater in 2 of my games. Lots of people here are exaggerating or outright lying.
-
grabs on gens are 100% fine, especially when you consider stealth killers and very low terror radius builds. The only change I'd be ok with is healthy hook grabs. I think if someone gets to the hook and you can't hit them fast enough to down them, they should probably get the save. It's a camp deterrent, it only comes up situationally, and the game of chicken looks really stupid.
I have maybe only encountered the "finishing a gen" situation maybe once or twice in my 3000 hours played so I'm not worried about that one.
-
It was a colossal failure so they benched it. Same with the end-game mori. Being sluged for 4 minutes sucks, but survivors using tenacity to crawl into corners of the map with boil over sucks too. Letting survivors get up is basically giving them a free no mither if their friends can harass or taunt the killer enough or they can manage to hide, go over to pallet with power struggle, etc. As with many things that increase quality of life for survivors, they will often get abused and channeled aggressively (see borrowed time body blocking). So it's a balancing act and that one was a bridge too far.
-
Um, the entire forums are "question the community". People literally ask questions and want community feed back here all the time. Don't act like you created some series. In other words, I can't be more excited for it because I will see either see a ton of rage posts or humble and nice posts.

If you hold the streak high, that’s awesome. I do not, like many others. 250 or 500 wins without hard tunneling holds more merit in my eyes than a 1,000 winstreak hard tunneling somebody out every game.
Especially having a winstreak a bit ago using old eruption, CoB, Pain res, overcharge… c’mon dawg. I’m not buying into that. Any good killer main knows how easy games can be when you use the full meta and tunnel. It’s laughable. Now you throw in an S tier killer and as somebody said above, “it’s like bullying a box of kittens”.

I’ve done blight streaks. It’s not difficult, especially playing like that. I didn’t say he wasn’t good, but it’s factual that the streak was heavily influenced by the play style and the old regression perks.
I don't understand what you hope to support with that reply. It is absolutely incredibly difficult to win 1000 games in a row. It's why people are making a big deal that a guy did it. Video gamers love to act like nothing's impressive, nothing's a big deal. For a decade now I've heard gamers whine about how "people in diamond rank are trash" and other nonsense claims. What percentage of blight mains can win 1000 games in a row? .001%? When something incredibly rare happens that many attempt but very, very few succeed, that's called difficult. It's rare. It's unique in this situation.
"It's not difficult to win 1000 games in a row if you tunnel and use good perks" is nonsense. It's a nonsense statement. "It's not difficult to hit 100 home runs if you have a good bat".
You're just trying to crap on someone for his achievement. You don't get extra internet points for pushing others down just to try to make yourself look taller.

I have noticed a significant drop in escapes recently. I don't know if I was relying too much on perks like dead hard or if I've been put up against higher-level killers. I'm also pretty stubborn and keep using dead hard, but in most of my matches, I can't seem to pull it off more than once. I've noticed more of my solo queue teammates DC'ing or killing themselves on hook. I am pretty frank with myself if I know I'm playing like trash, but it feels like something changed. I myself have felt the frustration and ended up killing myself, which has only been happening recently. Also, killers I've faced have been playing differently; they camp and tunnel more than before (at least in my experience). I don't know if I'm alone on this one but I will be transitioning to killer or at least playing it more because it's much easier for me to get a 4k than escape as survivor.
No. Every single time there's a patch there's just a flood of mindless people droning about in the forums claiming OMGG I HAD BLIGHT 3 GAMES AND ONE TIME HE TUNNNELED ME OMGGG THE SKY IS FALLING
Then you realize it's just how random games work and you win a few and lose a few. On average, a survivor playing normally is going to escape roughly 40% of the time. Maybe a little less.
-
Killer main here and when I play survivor I hate hate hate this perk. I actually wish they'd get rid of the aura part. Negating every aura perk in the game just because I'm doing the objective is really crappy. The part where I'm exhausted is annoying and troublesome but in a way that feels fair and has some counter play (let off the Gen any time killer gets close just in case).
I will run it more on my killers who tend to sneak up on gens. For all the moaning about the patch I see, I'm actually excited at more chase and aura perks like this one and new gearhead (super useful!)

Have not get such a long wait time for months wow...
I guess survivors do not like the last changes.
People make these misguided claims all the time. Killer and survivor queues are pretty cyclical. Every morning I have survivor bonuses (more people are playing solo, and thus prefer killer) and every evening there's killier bonuses (people's friends are on so there are more SWF). The ONLY time this changed was when the big patch came out before survivor HUD. Then, yes it felt like for the first time ever, people didn't want to play survivor. That was only temporary. It's back to normal now.
I've got 3000 hours in this game and I hardly ever wait more than a minute for a match to queue up. I see these ridiculous posts about getting cheaters 9 times out of 10 games, or going 40 games without a single survivor escape, or someone getting 10 SWF in a row who are seal team 6 bully squads. It's all a lie. The game is pretty even keel and has some ups and downs but I play both roles (killer main because im best at it) and it's fun. Criticism is fine but people are outright lying about their matches.

Stop telling tunneled and facecamped players to just be happy they bought 3 random strangers time. I'm sorry you're so bad at the game the only way you have of winning is to take advantage a teammate is being tunneled and that's why you got a free escape, it's beyond disgusting to tell the player that got a loss, barely any bloodpoints and had a bad time to just be happy that You escaped.
If you think people play videogames to see random strangers win and get a defeat screen, then why don't you play killer and let all 4 survivors escape all the time? Oh right, literally nobody tells killers to enjoy losing because 4 random strangers won, nobody tells the crying baby killer to take pleasure on the wins of random strangers.
I don't play videogames so other people win while I lose, i don't live vicariously through other people's victories, i feel bad for people who do.
Well I'm already Iri 1 killer and survivor and I don't need any bloodpoints, so I kind of decide what my reward is in every game. And depending on my teammates, I'm often really happy to sacrifice myself to save them, especially if 1) i can save more than one person, or 2) I see they are being camped/tunneled and I can show the killer it's not going to be that easy.
I guess my point is, play the game and have fun or go to a game where you're having more fun. No one tells me how to play or how to have a good time, so it's much easier for me to enjoy my experience.
Though BHVR listen to this guy and send us a pony sometimes in exchange for NOED death.

I'm seeing cheaters 9 out of 10 of my matches after the patch hit dbd. I see survivors flying while in dying state, self caring while in dying state (don't confuse this with recovering), and other things. I see less killers doing this but survivors are literally killing this game.
I think you're lying, but even if you aren't, nothing about that experience is typical. In my 3000 hours I've seen a cheater in 2 games. Total. Ever.

You really think I care about my punctuation on a forum post I’m not gonna argue because I’ll get banned but you can’t invalidate my experience because you haven’t seen more than one nurse different servers mmr Ect

With a very low skill ceiling with maximum reward for doing nothing since the changes nurse is unbearable to play against people can say otherwise but she really is even people like hens are complaining about it and I’ve for sure seen a lot more nurses The nurse is a very poorly designed killer that negates any sort of recourse a survivor has other than luck you go one way she goes the other break line of sight and hope she does not blink on top of you but with 2-3 blinks it’s very easy my solo queue team will give up all the time but ya know devs dead hard was the problem and I agree with healing but honestly you take away a good recourse it’s one of the only ways to stop a nurse from sniping you out of the game same with spirit blight ect these killers just feel unbearable camping and tunnelling is more rampant than ever so is Gen rushing do you not get you are killing you are killing the game for solo survivors or do you just not care and want to appease who ever cries the loudest cause guess what killer mains are already asking for more nerfs and complaining just why add killers that literally break all physics of the game if you are gonna try to “balance” it the whole reason dbd was fun was because it was a goofy party game with lots of cheese moments now it just feels like a sweat fest
Also I don't think you're equipped to say there have been more nurse killers "since the changes", seeing as how this is day 1 of those changes and you've probably played 10 matches. I played all day and only saw one nurse. A bad one. So do you see how easy it is for small sample spaces do corrupt the data?

Hmmmm, no.
85-100% instant regression on every gen is an automatic loss.
Again, this is incorrect.
First of all, merciless storm isn't that hard to successfully complete. So on gens where people actually hit skill checks, there's zero progression. There goes your "every gen" story. Secondly, someone speculated (and it makes sense) that it counts all of the skill checks you hit along the way as missed skill checks. I run merciless storm and during this issue, I would often see it hit and only knock 20% or so off the gen. yes, sometimes it nuked it to freaking zero. It seemed to depend on how long someone was on that gen.
You can also simply walk away from merciless storm as soon as it happens.
Again, the park was busted, it was bugged, it needed to be fixed. But as is the way on the forums, give someone a thing to blame besides their own skill and they're going to pretend that is the reason they're losing every single game. A guy can get a 4K with 5 gens left and a survivor will claim it's because his "dead hard didn't go off". We place great importance on bad luck, and no importance on good luck, and we assume our skill is never the problem.

i can count on one hand the times this has happened to me. And I play plenty of bully builds and other such things. I think you're lying
