• Nah. As survivor here is really no reason to stay in a ######### trial. Previously I'd have stuck around for wglf stacks or the like but now there isnt even that justification. Better to die asap and get into the next game while survivor queues are instant.

• Seems a completely unnecessary nerf. The perks beneficial effect isn't even strong. Makes me wonder what goes through these devs heads at times.

in So, how do you feel about the Calm Spirit nerf? Comment by Boot July 25, 2022

• Same, it happens randomly, can't say why or give more information. For me its been every round since at least 5.7 or earlier. The game will stutter for a second then I'll be standing either where I was a few seconds ago or in a completely different spot near by. Sometimes even on the other side of walls. In fact since the mid chapter it is a good bit worse. I have fast broadband and have no problems in any game except this one.

• People have said its dying since 2016 and its no more true now than then. However as someone whos played for years their development direction for the last while has alienated me but one player on pc is immaterial compared to new console sales.

in Do you think Dead By Daylight is dying? Comment by Boot February 18, 2021

• I wish I could say I'm surprised but having game ruining bugs fixed or god forbid dealt with before release would be the real surprise.

Ah someone else posted it. Had the same issue on abattoir.

• If a killer tunnels and camps and I make it to that exit, I'll sit there til the last second of EGC.

in IF YOU TBAG AT THE EXIT GATES, YOU ARE JUST AS BAD AS A KILLER THAT TUNNELS AND FACECAMPS Comment by Boot November 12, 2020

• This might sound cheesy but having enjoyed the round would be considered a win for me. If I escape but haven't enjoyed the round its still a loss, as I've wasted time in a game which I play for entertainment on a round which did not provide entertainment. If I 4k but didn't enjoy the round for whatever reason, its a loss. Even if I've killed* no-one or died but enjoyed the round its a win.

• Dwight, no matter the realm, no matter the psychopath chasing him, he is cute and pure.

in Whos your Dead By Daylight Waifu? Comment by Boot July 19, 2018

• Nothing in this game is scary... except an m&a myers who suddenly appears behind you.

in Is it just me or does DBD fail as a game. Comment by Boot July 18, 2018

• There is something you can do about it; Hit them. It takes two desperate people to create a standoff, a suvivor desperate to not get killed and a killer desperate not to lose a kill.

in im tired of this staring contest with hatches Comment by Boot July 18, 2018

• Sure, but also let killer names be visible to survivors.

• Just based on preference, not perks or anything really:
  1. Dwight
  2. Claudette
  3. Meg
  4. David
  5. Feng
