It is important to note that VPN and other programs that could reduce the speed are disabled. I also have a high internet speed, and in other games the ping is low. Meaning those generators are no longer "revealed", which should remove the repair buff on them, since it's attached to "revealed". This means that a survivor in the dying state can prevent a killer from opening a locker. I played a match for the Spirit, the survivors did not touch the generator for 10 minutes and I surrendered, the next match I played with completely new survivors with basic skins who generally didn't loop as well as the previous team.
