I did quests and didn't see the cosmetics completetion progress thing till I restarted my game, I was like wait that wasn't there before, completed another quest so it always I have 1 out of 4 progress to get the Ghostface Icon when it should be 3 out of 4 smh.

I experienced the same thing last night, I teleported to a different TV but everytime I teleported to that one I had the same issue.
(PS5 version on PS5 btw)

Yeah, Patch or Dispatch challenge only works as killer, I was unable to finish this challenge as a survivor. Both in 2v8 and normal matches. It just straight up does not count the skillchecks. I hope they fix it before tome closes because I would be so annoyed. I don't want to play killer just because I'm forced to finish the challenge in other way around.

It happened to me today as Singularity right after I switched to a biopod, and suddenly realized I did not have a prompt to exit it. Though this is my first time experiencing this since the update, the same thing has been happening regularly in my matches since around January of 2023 and I have been receiving disconnect penalties for it which force me to stop playing the game. The error usually coincides with a change of health or hook states, using a killer power, performing an interaction, etc. Anything the server has to validate I suppose.
I hope the fact that this new error message specifies it is an issue with the dedicated servers will help BHVR to quickly resolve it. Please acknowledge this report, it's been an endlessly frustrating issue that has repeatedly prevented me from enjoying a game I've purchased content for. Video of one experience below, several other examples in the comments.

I was on RPD and I think this happened on another map too, but the RPD one I was in the locker room in the very back by the wall and someone threw the pallet on the other side of the wall by the back gate and I got stunned! Something similar had happened earlier but I didn't realize how I got stunned. (Not that the pallet stun from the other side of the wall makes any sense either. I may have forgotten to clip it sadly.

This needs to be fixed immediately before someone gets injured due to a potential seizure. If anyone is epileptic, I'd advise you to avoid DBD until this is resolved for your own safety.
on top of this, frame drops and stuttering is making DBD borderline unplayable. Killers vaults stutter horrifically, especially with Bamboozle, swings are literally hitching and making killers whiff.
There is massive lag in RPD as well as multiple gens that can't be kicked or worked on from a side. The pallet on the stairs can only be kicked from one side. Killers are becoming stuck in the Interrogation Room. Killswitch this map at the bare minimum.
When Victor latches onto someone, the camera goes up into a bird's eye view? This was an issue in the PTB as well, by the way.
The endurance bug wasn't addressed in the patch notes, was that ever fixed?
As a content creator, it's really hard to give basically free advertising to a game that's barely functioning on this new engine that you guys were so excited for. We need a patch fix immediately. Every update has a laundry list of problems but this new engine just made DBD borderline unplayable. Listen to the creators on YouTube telling you why they're quitting - Slushie and HiDro are PERFECT examples. Listen to us when we say there are massive issues in your code, please. Fix this, even if it means reverting whatever this was supposed to be..
I had the same bug on the RPD map last night, and I have had multiple matches with the flashing, littering, rubber banding.

Restarted again and they are back, I also unfollowed and followed again which may be why they came back?

If you've claimed your drops on Twitch and connected your Twitch to your Behavior account and whichever platform you play the game on, try checking your game. Even though the main menu only popped up with the creepy pocket spa charm, I checked Elodie and the Hag and got their new items as well.
Once I connected on that link it let me click to try the claim thing again and once all 3 said claimed I loaded up again and I have my stuff!

Don't click that just link your stuff then click on the claims at the top it just worked for me, I was getting the same thing when I clicked the bottom link.

Your time frame is very similar to mine it worked right after the update but when I got off work and got on around the same time you did I got this message. I am sad because it has been a long day and I just wanted to do some challenging from level 2 and progress my Rift 😞

I thought it was just giving the trophies on PS5 that you already achieved on PS4, mostly this is true for me.
Also combining progress between PS4 and PS5 which is nice.
