Pretty sure it's a bug - people have access to some clothes they aren't supposed to and they are fixing it.
No need to worry about losing all your clothes.
-
Yet another example of why the event was so dumb.
They could've sold the charm for a few bucks and so many people would've bought it.
Makes no sense how they decide to do things...
-
Slugging is probably one of the most easy plays in the game to know how to counter.
Crawl away from each other.
Recover.
Last more that 2 seconds in a chase.
Don't get chased next to the slugged people.
Most people fail to do all these things and get wrecked, then complain the killer is toxic. You're literally asking the killer to slug when you do this.
-
Definitely Wraith.
Deathslinger is a close second. Hex: Retribution is okay but not super useful.
-
I don't know how the heck anyone could get to 48 hours, but I'll confidently assert that either:
a) the message clearly hasn't sunk in; or
b) they have a system/network issue, are pretending it doesn't exist and continually trying to play online without fixing said issue.

Breaking a wall gives every survivor 15 seconds of distance. If you break walls you lose the game.
If that were true, then it would take 15 seconds to break a wall....
-
The event is a total joke. You can't even get the bonus points from the serum thing unless you have the challenge equipped. So that's a total of 12000 extra bloodpoints. Yay. And the gens/hooks give you 1000 points. On average, you're gonna get like 3000 points extra per match. A brown points offering is better than that.
-
It's not busted because it's 2 perk slots from every survivor plus all their offerings. That's more than half of what survivors can bring to the game.
If the whole team wants to spend half their load-out on saving time from unhooks then that's fine. Unless they all bring med-kits, they still have to run to someone to get healed.
-
I usually teabag to get the killer to chase me if they are tunnelling someone else. Usually works xD
-
But most solo players will give up on hook as soon as they realise they aren't getting off. Why would they spend two minutes to help out people they don't know when they can just give up and go to the next game.

Can you provide ANY examples where BHVR favored survivors? Any at all?
The devs have been constantly balancing the game, and now killers have a have a much higher chance of winning compared to previous years, where you could have 2 pallets at the same loop, infinites, exhaustion recovering mid-chase.. but you still complain about BHVR favoring survivors? In my eyes, there have been more killer buffs than survivor buffs.
Might be wrong but I don't think the OP is complaining. I think their point is that BHVR favours survivors and that's a good thing because if it was the other way round then the game would die cause the player population would be unbalanced. (If lots of survivors mains stopped playing or whatever)
Albeit I don't have a clue whether it's true or not - just trying to clarify what I think they meant.

Please no. The last thing we need is meta survivors and Hag to have like 8 totems.
Hag's perks + Haunted + Undying.

dunno how many times I have to explain this to people. if a bubba is facecamping he can never pip. Facecamping a survivor to death won't even get you a safety pip 90% of the time and unless you were dumb enough to run into basement without a plan against a bubba he can't facecamp 2 people at once
Do that many people really care enough about rank though? I like to stay in red ranks, but there is literally no incentive to stay there. It doesn't surprise me that killers play like this because the only thing that suffers is the one thing that doesn't really matter.
-
Seems like a fine idea, although it might be a bit annoying for survivors if they have no way of tracking the Hidden Wound % - I get that that's the point but I dunno... Like you said, PTB would figure out if it's balanced or not.
I really like the idea of changing the cooldown when he misses his ability though. Maybe instead of it the gauge remaining where it was when he missed, instead he gets a 25% depletion. That way he still gets punished for missing, but not as much. E.g. If he misses at 75%, it drops down to 50% and then starts recharging.

It blocks all aura reading. Except OoO lights up when you look in the killers direction because of reasons.
Interesting.. Didn't know that.

All of them. You cannot see a killer with Kindred - or any other aura-reading - if they are Undetectable.
@ABannedCat said:
Undetectable trumps all aura reading, including killer perks like Rancor (you still get the benefit as killer).
There was a bug a while ago with Kindred that countered Undetectable, but thats fixed by now.
Ok great. Thanks for the help.

I dunno if he is the worst, but he definitely needs help.
Imo, Legion is basically useless against good Survivors.
Demo needs a complete rework, in my opinion. His Shred is alright, but it's really difficult to land and is honestly better as a bait. His Portals are cool and the sounds he makes are super atmospheric but are very detrimental to him.
It seems like the devs put most effort into making Demo true to Stranger Things rather than a good killer. Thinking back to when he was released, I don't remember him being popular for more than a week.
-
As a survivor main, I don't understand why other survivors think we should have more advantages when other survivors have died. If the killer has already killed two people, then of course he deserves to have a great advantage in the game, and of course he should want to get that 4k.
Of course, it sucks when people give up straight away, I feel you on that one. I usually just go find the killer and wave the white flag to see if he will farm.

@xGodSendDeath said:
I honestly think he's the worst killer in the game. He needs an overhaul for sure. His teleport sounds need to go and his feet need to go silent in undetectable. He also needs some add ons that actually do something
Agreed. In the recent survey I said he is the worst killer.
-
It's not toxic and I don't know why so many people think it is. I main survivor and honestly if everyone gets slugged then we played poorly. Slugging is not hard to counter... just recover and crawl away from each other.
If everyone gets slugged it means 1) the survivors were all in the same location not running away (which by the way is a main objective for survivors), or 2) no one is reviving the downed survivors while the killer is looking for someone else to slug.
OK so maybe at low ranks it will be annoying for survivors because new players won't know what to do about it. But honestly, if you enter a high ranked game with a plan to slug everyone, it's unlikely to go well for you. Slugging is a good tactic, but it's a situational tactic. If the survivors want to stay in close proximity to you and not do gens, then go slug em. Otherwise, hook em. If you hook survivors and don't tunnel, then Unbreakable, Decisive Strike and Borrowed Time will never be an issue for you.
P.S. If you slug everyone and then do nothing but watch them bleed out, then that's against the rules. You must hook them at that point.
-
Well it would make more sense to get cosmetics that way than through three prestiges. But please not 100 moris, then we will see them every game...
-
Lmao. Trapper's not even a good killer. They just know they got wrecked and wanna make themselves feel better about it. I hate losing but I know when I got fairly beat by a good killer.
Also, if anyone calls you a hacker you should thank them. Literally the greatest compliment you can receive xD
-
I never finish the rift, and I am also a completionist, and yes it annoys me as well how long it takes to tier up.
But I'm pretty sure if I was a game designer I'd want to set the difficulty to best suit the players who spend the most money on the game, which is generally going to be the people who play many hours every day. It only makes sense that the game will be best suited to it's best customers.
-
Sad. I've played survivor for like 2 years and have kobed less than 5 times I reckon.
-
I just tested and I can turn it off lol.
On console, there's no point turning it off cause you won't find games anymore, since most people have it turned on.
As a survivor main on PS4, i just give up now when I come across a PC nurse. It's not even fun...
-
It doesn't matter that there isn't a counter. Borrowed time last 15 seconds, which means the ONLY time this situation can occur is if the unhooked survivor is right next to the gen which is almost fully repaired. And THAT is only possible when survivors are doing gens next to a survivor who just got downed and/or hooked - perfect opportunity for slugging. The survivors traded a hook for a gen, and it required at least three of them to be involved in the whole mess. The killer had a great opportunity to apply pressure but didn't. (Although I don't know exactly what happened beforehand, I can't imagine it wouldn't be different to what I said though.) The killer should've slugged, and he would've come out on top. Why was he dropping and picking up the same survivor? The only reason the Med went for the gen is because the killer wasn't applying the pressure he could've.
-
I play with an experienced 4 man swf and we escape most games in red ranks. Most of the games we all die is against the top tier killers, but there are still games when we lose to lower tier killers because the person knows what they are doing. Plague and Demo are naturally weaker but if you use the right builds and add-ons then it changes everything. Look up some good builds or watch streamers and see what they do.
Also, it's easy to play Doc or Oni forever and destroy, then play one game of a weak killer and get wrecked. Obviously you have to play as them a lot before you're going to win with them.
-
It's not even fun. My SWF is all rank 1, and almost every game is a rank 20 killer who can't even hit us. How could the devs possibly get it this wrong..... Half the time one of us just dies on purpose so they can get points.

You know what I mean though survivors never complain about fast games they win but if they get moried or tunneled it was unfun not getting to play well its not fun for killer when 3 gens pop in the first minute and you only get 2 or 3 chases max before gates open
I agree that's another problem, but my post was to offer a thoughtful suggestion on how to improve one particular issue. Unless I think of a way to improve keys or whatever issue, I'm not simply going to post complaints about how unbalanced the game can be like everyone else. Complaining and not offering suggestions isn't helpful to anyone, it just creates more unnecessary toxicity on these forums.

I understand what you mean but that whole killer mains vs survivor mains thinking is so pointless.
Both sides experience frustrating things and we should work together to fix those.
100%. Comparing the issues of each side for asymmetric game is not profitable.

It should reveal itself on the Demogorgon Shred. I will have to check that out later.
NOED is a hot mess with when it should trigger or not. In my opinion, it shouldn't reveal itself on powers, only on the basic attack.
I agree in part. I think it should just be one or the other. I'm happy either way, as long as it's consistent.
