Because Killers are suppose to be the power role and their perks should not have to be in line of strength as survivors when a killer is dealing with 16 perks and survivors are only dealing with 4.

It doesn't matter if its 16 perks or not the killers perks are still more overpower then the survivor perks

Bloodlust counters dbds partly terrible map design.

M1 killers struggle with most tiles in the game. Shack, jungle gyms, long tiles and most main buildings are too strong for them, if the survivors plays decently well.

I don't know why we have to say this again and again....

If you only want to play against Nurse's and the like that only use their power, then keep it going.

How are they struggling with the game when you the win ration killers comes out on top at all times this game is worst than Politics y'all have selective thinking on what should be nerf and what should be buff how is 3%boost and a shield killing the whole game when you have killers that slow down the survivors and they also has person to make them scream out their location

there are 4 survivors, not 1, and there is no point in 1 of them being able to resist the killer extremely effectively during the chase, you will fall 100%, and you will be 100% early sooner or later, in fact, this perk prolongs your chase for free, just because of something that will happen sooner or later

this way Play with your food, which requires starting the chase 3 times and throwing 1 survivor,

Rapid brutality, which gives an advantage in exchange for a strong negative effect allowing those who survive to better gain time before hit and is almost completely useless without STBFL whose nerf is on the way. And even the old argument with UW no longer works here, and the argument with the tunnel is that the DC buff is on the way too. That's all, this discussion doesn't make sense.

This perk was just another mistake that they weakened to make a new one, but the same mistake, you betray their decisions too much.

It seems like they give us a great perk and then take it back when we start to get the advantage of these killers

read the description of killer perks. Most of them either have difficult conditions for activation, or a limited duration of action, a serious negative effect, when the mft had none of this, it just prohibited the use of perks such as Dh Sprintboost, in exchange for reducing the effectiveness of the killer's speed by 20%, which extremely critical if the survivor is not a pathetic idiot and knows how to play. MFT is a strong free advantage compared to the old Dh.

It couldn't be that free if people still going down and very few people use it

maybe the killer you went against was using play with your food

He was not I look at his build and he had something that was different

Killers are faster than survivors by design, they also get a speed boost when chasing survivors for a certain amount of time (Bloodlust)

The way how they catch up me and so quick is ridiculous its like I'm walking and they beat me to a pallet

  • @stunningpallet said:

A lot of killers use speed hacks in a way that is hard to notice.

They need to be held accountable for this because If i'm playing the game legit they need to as well

How can you be sure they are only walking around? They also could be a baby survivor, too scared to do anything.

Well if they are scared they should not play this game I'm tired of the excuses

  • @DudelPuma said:

bhvr should to motivate them! how? more points! 1250 for most importent objectiv in dbd is way too less... make it to 3-4k per gen (ppl love points & that is a good motivation ig)

They need to make it super hard for them to pip most survivors pip off by doing bare minimum all they do in my games is walk around get saves off the hook and hide from the killer it would be great if they put in a mechanic in the game people who have less points are reveal to the killer or people who hide throughout the game the are expose

Really? I feel like productivity in my solo queues has gone up. I'm escaping more often than I'm not and actually enjoying the game. I did take an extended break though.

They don't need to give people who disconnect a time penalty they disconnect for a reason and I know their pain the teammates that I get make me want to retire from the game because the lack of teamwork and trolls I get in a game what really upsets me the most is we be stuck on 4 gens and I'm getting chase throughout the whole game and they walking around not doing anything then when I disconnect from being frustrated they start gen rushing the killer

Well my soloq act more like trolls than competitive players I get more tunneling killers and lazy survivors who just want to get free points by healing and getting saves but lack in gen progression

a pretty good pic of all ada's outfits i've just found. this would be a pretty good base for the creators to recreate the ones that we don't have yet. would really want the re6 one, looks the best

My favorite ada outfit is Resident Evil 6 Resident evil 4 remake and Carla outfit

  • download (7).jpeg download (6).jpeg

I would love to see these outfits as well

  • Please talk to the devs about that because it's one of my favorite games of all time

  • @GeneralV said:

    Yeah, they should.

I don't doubt there are ways to adapt to nerfed DS, but the change was not needed.

Exactly what they should do is when a killer gets hit with DS the survivor's blood trail, scratch marks, and the killer will get a speed boost and get quiet until they get to safty

Solo Q is hell on wheels and the reason why it's difficult is that they communicate through party chat especially on console

When you play killer main you are expecting a challenge of four survivors against one killer and it's crazy how they keep nerfing all these good perks because "KILLER MAINS" always crying about how op survivors' perks are but of course we don't talk about how killers got perks that block windows, gens, pallets, exit gates, and also have perks that stop you from healing teammates now that's OP

lol, there are PLENTY of good survivors out there. And a team of them will make it extremely difficult to win a match and / or pip.

Sweaty people will just play casual because competitive would give them harder games.

All this would do is divide the player base and make queue times twice as long.

No, what they should do is lock the mode for people who are experienced at the game and put them into competitive games instead of having experienced players boost casual players' MMR for them so they can jeopardize every game it's sad every time I get in a game I run the killers and we stuck on 1 gen because no one wants;'s to do it because they either trolling or working with the killer in order to help him/her out the previous game I got out of we got down to the last freaking gen and every time I was getting chase the Dwight was trying his hardest to body block me so what they did was slow down on gens to so he can get a chance to get me and my friend out of the game next thing you know the game went from smooth to a rocky game the killer end up getting a 4k because the solo q people stay acting clueless

  • @TragicSolitude said:

Casual mode would have to be different enough that experienced players couldn't just hop in and stomp newbies/casuals to make them miserable.

I'd like a casual mode that removes the elimination part of the game. There are a lot of unique elements in DbD that draw players in, but it being an elimination game divides the playerbase a lot. A mode that's actually casual and fun where there are new goals that don't include removing players from the match, that'd be nice.

Big games like call of duty have these types of modes if they bring those two modes to the game this will divide the experience survivors and casual survivors because if you knew a lot of casual survivors mains make it off experience survivors that's why they never try because they know they are going to get carry same way in a sports you don't want someone who is new to the game you want people who are experienced and know what they are doing

  • @Brokenbones said:

If you thought Killer que times were bad now, imagine it when there's two different sets of Killer ques

Dead by Daylight is one of the most popular games on consoles and other platforms If they add Casual survivor, competitive mode, casual survivor, casual killer, or competitive killer modes this will keep all the drama down

  • @Yords said:

They probably could but it would create a sense of elitism among an already toxic playerbase and also increase queue times dramatically.

What we need is a proper matchmaking system.

Right I just get sick and tired of being on the team with players who are beginner level or intermediate level and when and what tick me off the most is I run killers for hours and hours and gens are not getting pop everyone walking around and then when I'm out the game then they want to start popping gens

It's a fantastic strategy against many types of players. Four flashlights in the lobby? Camp for 4k. Everyone comes running to block the hook? What should a killer patrol?

It's absolutely the best play against bullies, they don't care about gens anyway, usually stop working them completely to fight at the hook. Everybody wins.

I don't play with a 4 stack survivor I only have one friend that I play with all the time and we are both part of the LGBT community we can't even go on console because our names are written in their notepads so we play on crossplay

    https://forum.deadbydaylight.com/en/discussion/316544/do-killers-lose-points-for-face-camping

I put my pronouns in my tag for a long time and I always use the pride pin, and I've never really had any issues in game.

I got flack in post game, but no, not in game.

I think that's probably just mmr or something.

I have my pronouns in my Gamertag as well and I'm always being targeted most of the time when I get caught I don't even get a chance to not complete one gen because I'm getting face camp by a leather face, teammates work with the killer to help him kill me I really feel like instead of putting a timer on people disconnecting they need to punish the teammates for working with the killers and killers working with teammates because when I look at the description it says 4v1 do gens to escape

  • @h3llthing said:

They kind of lose points for remaining near the hook, but not significantly (it impacts their end of game emblem ratings). It's usually not a fantastic strategy but it isn't discouraged or punished by the game much.

It might be due to your gamer tag but it might also just be inexperience. Lower-level killers (which you are probably going to be matched with if you are new) tend to face camp a lot. MRR experiments may also be impacting who you are being matched up with as well.

There are some homophobic people who play this game (I've met some) but BHVR has been supportive of LGBT issues and a lot of the playerbase is LGBT+ or an ally, so who knows? I'm sorry it's happening to you--it makes survivor really unfun when that's basically all that happens every game.

I'm a console player and this homophobic killer main was making threats to me for no reason I said nothing to him and he was talking about if he saw me in real life he would break my face so I reported him to sony and he came back as a new person as In why as in "what did I say wrong" but every time I explain myself they says "I'm entitled" or I think everything is about me

  • @FrostyEyesSusie said:

You are not entitled a escape every game you know. Killing you is literally their only objective.

Please don't be self centered and think this is about you cause it ain't.

And you saying killing me is their only objective but there are 3 other people in the game besides me I've been in games where they ignore the random players and they just want me sometimes they let them go

  • @FrostyEyesSusie said:

His idea of balance would be to have 20 gens on the map all needing to be fixed and in the end the the gate still can’t be opened because the wiring is #########. There’s no point even responding

No his idea of balance is to have 20 gens and then find the a code that is around the map and put it into the exit gate to escape that's balance to him

I actually proposed a perk that doubles (or tripples) the amount of 1 time use perks years ago. Would be a great combination with DS, Unbreakable and Deliverance.

Gen speed is a real problem right now. Killers being able to deal with that, would take a lot of pressure off the killers shoulders and put it where it belongs.

Gen speed is not a problem the problem is killer mains only wanna go after one survivors and forget about the other survivors that are in the game and then they realize they getting gen rush

  • @Impartiality said:

Bubba is fine, he could do with getting his camping potential nerfed but without nerfing the rest of his kit.

The new DS and old DS are exactly the same if you are getting tunnelled?

I don't think bubba is fine he needs to be nerf and for those who camp with him they need to make it to if he camping his chainsaw don't down them with one shot

  • @Aurelle said:

    Leatherface is fine.

DS is fine too. The only buff I would give it is for it to activate on both hook states and remove the 60 second timer. (Doing objectives deactivates DS anyway)

that sounds good but I would like for DS to stun them a little longer for a survivor to get away from them or they can tweak DS like once they a killer get DS it hides the survivors blood trail and foot prints

  • @Tsulan said:

    https://forum.deadbydaylight.com/en/discussion/comment/2697084#Comment_2697084

I´d be ok with DS having 2 uses IF PoP had a 100% gen progress reduction.

    Deal?

I run into tunelling killers after tunneling killers and then they complain about a perk for survivors that keeps them in the game longer so basically it's like saying they want to fight us but don't want us to fight back they just want it to be super easy for them just to get an easy dub it's already hard when you have teammates who don't do gens they not the ones getting tunneling but quick to call me trash when I say something to the killer who let them go

  • @PlayTwink said:

Bubba is fine as it is.

He has a chainsaw that has no cool down time on it meaning if he hit something he still can go on and on until he hits you he also gain a boost while he is using his chain saw

  • @Marigoria said:

Leatherface is fine how he is.

DS on the other hand, I think it should activate after both hook stages, so it can actually counter tunneling.

leatherface has a chance saw if he miss it reset itself and gives him a boost how is that balance imagine if a leatherface has the perk where he can lockup pallets is that still safe or unbalance
