I played 9 survivor games this morning and encountered not one, not two, NOT THREE, but FOUR cheating killers. I got the terminator one, cheesehub twice, and some random anonymous clown. I turned the game off. What is the point of reports if they do absolutely nothing. Sure I get notifications of my reports finally having action taken on them, but it takes MONTHS. What is the point of even queue0 comments 41 views last activity

TL;DR - Quality of games can start with the players, and how they choose to play and act. So stop being a bunch of tryhard, jerks to one another, and try to make the game as enjoyable as possible. Players are quitting steadily, and there's a ton of reasons for it. But the crappy playerbase with a poor attitude is the massive cherry on top. MMR is hidden, we don't get rewards for 'doing super good21 comments 331 views last activity

Yep. What the title says. If you need 3 or more slowdown perks to passively win you games, you're not good at Killer. And that's fine! It's fine to want more chill games and not have to get flustered and stressed out because gen speeds are too fast. But don't act like you're amazing at Killer by BM'ing and being a jerk in chat afterwards when you're clearly relying on multiple crutches to do even73 comments 1,861 views last activity

TL;DR - Things that need reevaluated or updated: Bloodpoint gain, prestiging characters, Shrine of Secret changes, Bloodlust changes, map offering changes, Dead Hard changes, NOED changes, address design issues with camping and tunnel, and slugging changes. BLOODPOINT GRIND - At minimum, double the default Bloodpoint gain - Prestiging characters gets you automatic higher tier perks (e.g. A P31 comments 61 views last activity

TL;DR - Read the 4 listed suggestions for DC penalty improvements. The DC penalty has gone through multiple iterations, and has been active for--what?--a year now? How has this system not improved yet. I've had three back-to-back games just today where a teammate has DC'd for seemingly no reason, and the game was left in a 3v1 with 5 gens up and a sweaty killer who thinks 'getting a 4k' at this24 comments 251 views last activity

My boyfriend and I thought it'd be awesome to have Zak Bagans from Ghost Adventures in DBD. So we designed our own survivor sheet for him.2 comments 243 views last activity

I have the tendency to ramble, so I will try to make this as straight-to-the-point as possible. If you wanna skip the nonsense, go straight to the bullet point list. Quick disclaimer before I start. Maps have always been the root of nearly every problem players face in DBD. Whether it's useless dead zones, totems spawning in the open, infinite loops, map size, generator placements, or gross tile10 comments 601 views last activity

I am all for DC penalties against the crybabies who DC on first down, but do you realize that they will just let themselves die on first hook instead? The only people who are going to be getting bans are people DCing for a legitimate reason. The other day a Nurse got stuck in a rock and she couldn't teleport out. So I guess someone like that gets a ban. Oh, by the way, if your game decides to c61 comments 6,544 views last activity

So, if you get the dreaded "shot into space from the basement" bug, there are a few fixes to revert your camera back to normal. There's the two known options, which are: 1) Somehow manage to blindly find your way out of the basement after the unhook, or 2) Killer actually respects what has happened and drops you out of the basement. But if those two aren't the best options because you can't s0 comments 42 views last activity

What I mean by this is it would be really nice to hear an in-depth comment from the developers regarding killer/survivor interactions on the servers, and how in almost every scenario the killer is prioritized and favored in chases. Vague statements aren't really cutting it. What are the plans? Do they know what the problem is? Can they even fix it? If I go down because I was outplayed, ok, that'25 comments 332 views last activity

What makes balanced landing broken as hell is the maps it can be abused on. Like Haddonfield and Ormond. Both of which are already known poorly designed maps. What good is balanced landing in sheltered woods? Or Yamaoka Estate? So what if balanced landing was no longer an exhaustion perk, which means the speed boost is removed, and instead is a fall stagger reduction perk. That's why I use i19 comments 752 views last activity

So, I refuse to tunnel as killer because I know how obnoxious it is for survivors to deal with it, and at most, I will slug the person to avoid getting DS'd but to also give them a chance to get brought back up. This also wastes at least two people's time. But one thing I've noticed is that the 1 minute timer is actually very long, and every time I've been DS'd it's not even from me tunneling.61 comments 2,191 views last activity

So, the latest patch dropped an SFX change to the Exposed status for survivors. Essentially, it is the same exact sound and video cues that Ghostface has when he exposes someone. I actually like the visuals of it, but the sound is really out of place on a killer like Michael. Every time he reaches Tier 3, the sound of the Exposed status undermines the Halloween theme music, and I personally do no16 comments 341 views last activity

I want to start by saying that ranking up was far too easy before the changes. No doubt about that. But the current system feels a little...uptight? It's on par with telling your teacher the assignments she has given you are too easy to get a high grade on, so instead of making the actual content harder and more interesting, she just made the requirement to receive an A a 97% or higher.
