Just a bit of a rant I decided to play a bit of Legion cuz I normally am worried about playing Killer due to the messed up MMR putting me against good survivors with like 2-3k hours even though I barely have 10 hours on killer and surprisingly I won. Dead by Daylight was a game that I enjoyed despite some questionable changes *cough* pharmacy *cough* but that aside, I'd normally enjoy my games. Can someone test this for me, 10% haste buff with base-kit guardian, regular guardian perk added, hope, sprint burst, and boon: dark theory. If someone can, please add a video, and remember it has to be done during endgame, it has to be done during endgame though for hope value, just I won't be on my Xbox for a hot sec. Nurse isn't that bad. There I said it, now lower your pitchforks while I go into reasoning. To keep this short and sweet, I have no issue with the teleporting killer personally base-kit wise. She's fun to play against and offers engaging gameplay other than "hold w and run in straight line" she's a killer you have to learn to mindgame, and personally, I find that really cool. So I was catching up with a friend and we decided to play some duo SWFs and he asked if I had Open-handed, and I said yes but asked why. He said to put it on with Kindred and oh boy, you could see the killer within 32 meters of the hook. Killer meta before was run slowdown due to fast gens before the patch, with a bit of BBQ & Chili thrown in for extra BP. While survivors had two metas, the first being DH, DS, BT, and UB (or IW), and the second was run gen speed perks. So during the course of Dead by Daylight, there has to be at least one match where you have been mistaken for hacking despite you just using the mechanics at your roster or just a weird de-sync issue that happened on the other players end. Just accidentally had one, was on Garden of Joy and EGC was happening, didn't realize Yun-Jin was healing Claudette where she was unhooked and accidentally led Dredge over. The Claudette was thankfully healed though by the time she got hit again, felt terrible.39 comments 442 views last activity

Yes, another thread about the prestige tax, I get the tax being there for the first 3 prestiges cuz it gets you the perks on all the other characters, but why is it there for every prestige, especially because you're forced to prestige. For me, it was actually one of the bugs, so I did join in 2019 so I'm not a veteran, but when I first started, there was a bug where you'd get stuck outside the exit gate and the walls so there really was no escape. So currently I adore the scratch mark portraits and have them on my 10 of my survivors, but when they're just sitting there and you didn't get your other characters to that same level, it doesn't look very appealing. So I figured why not combine two ideas I saw some people suggested. So we're going to go over to see if this is truth or bunk. So first addressing the disconnects, developers have already confirmed, disconnecting does not apply to the kill rates as it's a disconnect, not a kill. Before getting into the main post, the amount of people ignoring the reasonable things survivors are upset about and instead going "Oh boy, their DH is gone so they mad, cri baby survivor" is just, absolutely astonishing. To be honest, I'm not going to sugarcoat things, I know I'm not lower MMR, but honestly being at lower MMR feels refreshing, because I'm not bullying The Killers I'm playing against, even though my teammates aren't helping too much it just feels a lot more relaxed down there, I do not want to go to high MMR. Note: This is from my perspective as survivor Okay, so far not so bad, although I have a few nitpicks. As many have mentioned already, Legion/Plague with thana, busted if they're wanting to force the survivors into generator simulator. What's your guy's take on them? For people who don't know, a pity win is when a killer/survivor realizes the other side isn't doing to hot and decides to give them a pity escape/kill. The reason I ask is cuz that just happened to me while in solo-queue, my teammates were dropping like flies to the Legion and I was trying to save them and help with gens. So here's my suggestion that many people have already made, but I'll just add to it. Can MMR be determined by the player's actual gameplay throughout the match, countless times you'll get left on first hook in solo queue. And because you die, your MMR goes down just cuz of that, doesn't matter if you ran the killer most the match, did gens, ect. It's based on whether you live or die. For banning the hackers that have no problem spending hundreds of dollars to repurchase the game, or have a way to keep getting a free version of the game, either IP ban them, or ban their actual system. So I started keeping track on my matches like 2 games ago, and I'm just tracking my experience as Survivor and I'm gonna track my friend's whenever he plays Killer. Correct me if i'm wrong, if it only deactivates after a survivor goes into dying state, and three generators are blocked at the start of the match if the killer gets lucky with rng and there's a single person generator that's not blocked, the killer can just body block that generator and hold the game hostage I don't have the ability to play the PTB since I am on xbox, so if I misunderstood, can3 comments 31 views last activity

Even before the event, did anyone else notice the opposing side play more sweaty than you would normally see if you bring a BP offering whether it benefits yourself, or everyone? This goes for both sides, not one in particular. If it's just normal gameplay you'd see, then no problem, but I mean like going the extra mile to make your game hell. I don't use the perk much myself, mainly for archive challenges when they're there. But okay sure, let's say Dead Hard was removed as a whole or just nerfed cuz it rewards bad gameplay. Then remove/nerf NOED as well, because it does the exact same thing. My brother got me an Oculus Quest 2 the other day, and honestly after playing on that over Dead by Daylight has given me the break I needed.
